A casino no wagering bonus pays out winnings as cash you can withdraw without first betting the bonus a set number of times. These offers are rare at the offshore casinos that serve most US players, and none of our partners publishes a verified one, so this guide explains the real thing, the near misses and how to check any claim.

A casino no wagering bonus is a promotion with no playthrough attached. Whatever you win from it lands in your withdrawable cash balance, not a locked bonus balance that must be bet 25 or 30 times first. That makes it the opposite of most offers in our online casino bonuses hub, and especially the standard casino match bonus, where the wagering requirement decides almost everything about the offer's value.
The phrase gets stretched. Some casinos call a bonus “no wagering” when only the free spins winnings are wager-free, or when the rollover is on winnings rather than the deposit plus bonus. Others cap what you can take out so tightly that the lack of playthrough matters little. Read the full rule set, not the banner.
Three versions you will meet
Wager-free spins: spins whose winnings are paid as cash, usually with a max cashout cap.
Wager-free cashback: a percentage of losses returned as cash with no rollover.
No-wager match: a deposit match whose bonus funds can be withdrawn after play, which is the rarest of the three.
Why no wagering bonuses are rare at US-facing offshore casinos
Wager-free offers are a feature of tightly regulated markets, where regulators push operators toward simpler terms. Offshore casinos that accept US players set their own terms, and most of them, including the RealTime Gaming casinos we work with, build their promotions around large percentage matches with a rollover attached.
The economics explain it. A 200% match with 25x wagering on deposit plus bonus keeps a player betting for thousands of dollars, and the house edge works on every one of those bets. A no-wager bonus of the same size would cost the casino its face value almost at once. So when a wager-free deal does appear, expect it to be small, short-lived or capped.
In the seven US states that license online casinos (New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island), bonus terms sit under a state regulator. Our partners are offshore and are not licensed by any of those states, so their terms are whatever the casino publishes. See player protections, offshore vs licensed.
No wagering casino offers compared by type
Each type of wager-free deal has a different catch. This table sets out how they pay and what usually limits them, so you can compare a banner claim with the fine print.
Types of no wagering casino bonus and their usual limits
Offer type
How it pays
Usual catch
Wager-free free spins
Spin winnings credited as cash
Low spin value, one named slot, max cashout cap
Wager-free cashback
Share of net losses returned as cash
Paid only after losing; percentage caps
No-wager deposit match
Bonus funds become cash after play
Small match size, short expiry, game limits
Low-wager match (the common alternative)
Bonus locked until 15x to 30x is met
Expected cost of the rollover, max bet rules
If an offer says “no wagering” but also lists a max cashout, read our max cashout rules page. A $100 cap on a wager-free spin package can matter more than the missing rollover.
No wagering vs 25x wagering: the dollar math
The value of a bonus is roughly its size minus the expected cost of the betting you must do to release it. Expected cost is total stake multiplied by the house edge. For these examples we assume a slot with an illustrative 96% RTP, which is a 4% house edge; real RTPs vary by game and are set by the developer.

The smaller wager-free bonus comes out ahead on paper. The 200% match looks four times larger, but at 25x on deposit plus bonus the rollover's expected cost eats roughly the whole $300 balance. That is the core reason players hunt for no wagering offers. Our bonus value calculator method walks through the same sum for any offer.
Variance still matters. Some players finish a 25x rollover with a profit and plenty finish a no-wager bonus with nothing. The figures above are averages, and gambling remains entertainment that costs money over time.
Do our partner casinos offer a no wagering bonus?
Not on the record we could verify. The table below lists each live partner's lowest published rollover and where it comes from. “Primary” means the casino's own pages; “third-party” means review sites, which can be out of date.
So the honest answer for “no wagering casino bonus USA” searches is that the offshore market rarely offers one, and none of the casinos we promote states one on its own site. The nearest options are a reported code at Slot Madness and the low-rollover deals at SlotoCash and Decode. For a wider view, see casino low wagering bonus options.
The Slot Madness “no wagering” bonus code, checked
A 2025 third-party review of Slot Madness lists a code called MAD160: a 160% match for slots and keno with a $30 minimum deposit, and the article says it carries no wagering. We could not confirm that on the casino's own site, and the same review gives other codes with ordinary rollovers, such as MAD125 at 40x. Treat the no-wagering claim as unverified.
Slot Madness's main welcome offer, as listed by LCB's Slot Madness page (opens in a new tab), is 275% up to $2,750 with code MAD275, a $30 minimum and 30x wagering on bonus plus deposit, with no max cashout. Codes change, so ask live chat to confirm any code and its rollover in writing before you deposit. Our Slot Madness bonus codes page tracks what is reported.
Cashback: the closest thing to a wager-free casino bonus
Cashback returns part of what you lose, which makes it gentler than a match bonus even when it carries a rollover. SlotoCash's promotions page (opens in a new tab) advertises 25% instant cashback on Monday to Wednesday deposits and 35% from Thursday to Sunday, to be claimed within 48 hours. It does not state a separate rollover for that cashback, and the casino's general bonus terms set a 30x default, so confirm with support before treating it as wager-free.
Third-party reviews report a 25% cashback at Decode with 20x wagering. On a $200 losing session that would be $50 back, needing $1,000 of play to release; at a 4% house edge the expected cost of that play is about $40, leaving a small positive value. More detail is on our casino cashback bonus page.
Red flags in no wagering bonus offers
Because wager-free deals are rare, copycat claims are common. Watch for these warning signs, and compare them with our wider list of bonus terms red flags.
A max cashout on a “no wagering” match. The cap can wipe out most of the benefit.
Winnings paid as bonus funds. If spin winnings go to a bonus balance, there is a rollover in practice.
Codes found only on unofficial mirror sites. Sites copying a casino's name are not the casino; check the code with the casino itself.
Very short expiry. A 24-hour window on spins limits what you can do with them.
Game restrictions hidden in general terms. SlotoCash's general terms, for example, exclude progressive jackpots, video poker, table games and specialty games from bonus play by default.
How to check a no wagering bonus before you deposit
Find the offer on the casino's own promotions or bonus terms page, not only on a review or code site.
Look for the words wagering, rollover or playthrough in both the offer terms and the general terms.
Check whether winnings are paid as cash or as bonus funds.
Find the max cashout, the max bet while the bonus is active and the eligible games list.
Ask live chat to confirm the code and the rollover, and save a copy of the reply.
Set a deposit limit you are comfortable losing, whatever the bonus says.
If any step fails, skip the offer or play without a bonus. Our bonus vs no bonus page covers when declining a bonus is the better choice.
No wagering bonuses and US law
A bonus does not change the legal picture. Only seven states license real-money online casinos, and the casinos on this page are offshore sites that no US state licenses or regulates. That means no state regulator to complain to if a bonus is voided, no state-backed protection of your balance and terms set by the casino. State law decides what applies to you, so read our guide to offshore casinos legality and your state's page in the state-by-state guide.
Any winnings, bonus-driven or not, are taxable income under federal law. Our gambling taxes guide explains reporting and record-keeping.
Lowest-wagering partner offers via our links
None of these casinos publishes a verified no wagering welcome bonus. They appear here because Slot Madness has a reported wager-free code and SlotoCash and Decode publish or are reported to have the lowest rollovers among our partners. Decode Casino: $5,000 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Decode's site shows no bonus terms for its packages; third-party reviews report 25x on bonus plus deposit and a $25 minimum for code DECODE111.

Frequently asked questions
What is a casino no wagering bonus?
A casino no wagering bonus is an offer whose winnings can be withdrawn without meeting a playthrough requirement first. Instead of betting the bonus 25 or 30 times, you keep what you win as cash, usually subject to a max cashout cap and a short list of eligible slots. These deals are rare at offshore casinos that take US players. Our wagering requirements explained guide shows how the usual rollover works, so you can see what a wager-free deal removes.
Are there no wagering casino bonuses in the USA?
They exist but are rare, especially at offshore casinos. Among our partner casinos, none publishes a verified wager-free welcome offer on its own site; one third-party review reports a no-wagering code, MAD160, at Slot Madness, which we could not confirm. State-licensed casinos in the seven licensing states run their own promotions under state rules. See which states allow online casinos to find out whether licensed options exist where you live.
Is a no wagering bonus better than a big match bonus?
Usually yes, dollar for dollar, because no rollover cost is taken out of its value. A $300 balance from a 200% match at 25x deposit plus bonus needs $7,500 of play, and at a 4% house edge that costs about $300 on average. A $50 wager-free bonus keeps most of its face value. Size, caps and game lists still matter, so compare with our comparing casino bonuses checklist.
Do no wagering free spins have a max cashout?
Often they do, and the cap can be the biggest limit on the offer. Wager-free spins typically pay winnings as cash up to a fixed amount, with anything above the cap removed when you withdraw. Always find the cap in the offer terms before you play. Our casino free spins winnings page explains how spin winnings are credited and capped.
Is cashback the same as a no wagering bonus?
Not always, because many casinos attach a rollover to cashback. SlotoCash advertises 25% to 35% instant cashback but does not state its rollover on the promotions page, and its general terms set a 30x default. Third-party reviews report a 20x rollover on Decode's 25% cashback. Ask support before assuming cashback is wager-free. Our casino cashback bonus guide covers the math.
Can I withdraw a no wagering bonus straight away?
You can usually withdraw the winnings, though not always the bonus amount itself. Many wager-free offers pay only the winnings as cash and remove the original bonus, and you still need to pass verification and meet the casino's minimum withdrawal. At offshore casinos, weekly withdrawal caps also apply. See can I withdraw a bonus and casino withdrawal limits for the details.
Why do offshore casinos prefer high wagering bonuses?
Because rollovers keep players betting, and the house edge works on every bet. A large percentage match with 25x or 30x wagering costs the casino far less than its headline suggests, since the expected cost of the rollover often equals most of the balance. Wager-free bonuses lose that cushion, so they tend to be small. Our house edge explained guide shows how the edge adds up.
What is the lowest wagering bonus at your partner casinos?
The lowest rollover we found on a casino's own site is 15x, on SlotoCash's SLOTOJACKPOT reload of 50% up to $500 with a $25 minimum. SlotoCash's welcome package is 25x deposit plus bonus. Third-party reviews report a 20x rollover on Decode's cashback. Codes change often, so confirm with the casino. Our casino low wagering bonus page compares these deals in more detail.
Does Miami Club have a no wagering bonus?
No, Miami Club doesn't publish a wager-free offer, but its rollovers are among the lowest of our partners. Its bonus terms set 20x deposit plus bonus on matches of 100% or less and 30x above that, with no expiry until wagering is met. A balance below $1 clears the requirement. Its promotions also list a 25% Rebate Bonus without stated wagering, so ask support. Terms of Use section 1.6 lists the United States as prohibited, while its affiliate program confirms US players are accepted; confirm at sign-up. See our Miami Club bonus codes page.
Are comp points a no wagering bonus?
Not always, because some casinos add a rollover when you convert points to credit. SlotoCash's promotions page values 100 comp points at $1, and Silver Oak uses the same rate with points expiring after 12 months. Third-party reviews report that Planet 7's redeemed comps carry 30x wagering on slots and 60x on video poker and table games, with a 1,000-point minimum. At 100 points per $1, you'd need heavy play to earn even $10. Our comp points guide explains how points are earned and converted.
Can I use a no wagering bonus on table games?
Rarely at our partners, because their promotions are built for slots. SlotoCash's general terms exclude table games, video poker and specialty games from bonus play by default, and Miami Club's terms forbid roulette with an active bonus and count blackjack at only 5%. Even a wager-free spin offer is tied to a named slot. If you mainly play blackjack or roulette, playing without a bonus is often simpler. Our table games bonus page lists the partner rules for each game.
Are no wagering bonuses offered in Pennsylvania?
Pennsylvania is one of the seven states that license online casinos, so any bonus there from a licensed site runs under the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board's rules. The board listed 12 certificate holders and 25 authorized online casino brands as of February 13, 2026. Those operators set their own promotions, so check each licensed site for wager-free deals. The offshore partners on this page aren't among Pennsylvania's licensees. Players in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Allentown can compare both on our Pennsylvania online casinos page.
How can I tell if a no wagering bonus code is fake?
Check whether the code appears on the casino's own promotions page or in its cashier; if it only shows up on a code site, treat it as unverified. Unofficial mirror sites that reuse a casino's name have published codes with wager-free claims that the casino doesn't list, and some had already expired. Ask live chat to confirm the code, the rollover and the max cashout, and keep the transcript. Never enter login or card details on a page you reached from an ad. Our bonus codes that work page explains how to check codes.
What happens if I win a lot with a no wagering bonus?
You keep what the terms allow, but large wins are paid at the casino's pace and may be capped. SlotoCash's terms limit withdrawals to $5,000 a week and $20,000 a month, and third-party reviews report $2,500 a week at Slot Madness, so a big balance arrives in installments. Check for a max cashout on the bonus too. Slot wins of $2,000 or more hit the 2026 IRS reporting threshold, and all winnings are taxable. Our guide to cashing out big wins covers verification and timing.
