Advertiser disclosure
Best USA Casinos earns money through affiliate commissions from seven partner casinos, listed in a disclosed commercial order. This page names them, explains how commissions work, what payment does and doesn't affect, how affiliate links are marked and why every partner is an offshore casino.
How Best USA Casinos earns money
Best USA Casinos is funded by affiliate commission, and that's our only income. When you follow a link or button on our site to a partner casino and open an account, we may receive a commission from that casino or its affiliate program. You don't pay anything extra because you used our link.
We carry no display advertising, accept no payment for reviews, and don't sell reader data. Non-partner brands are reviewed without any payment from them.
Our seven partner casinos, in order
These are the only casinos we promote. They appear in this order wherever partners are listed, because the order is set commercially with the site owner.
| # | Casino | Offer via our link | License as published or reported |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | SlotoCash | $6,000 Welcome Bonus + 60 Free Spins | Not shown on its site; reported as a Deckmedia N.V. brand |
| 2 | Miami Club | $4,000 Bonus + 285 Bonus Games | Not shown on its site; reported as a Deckmedia N.V. brand |
| 3 | Decode | $5,000 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins | Not shown on its site; third parties report Curaçao |
| 4 | Silver Oak | $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins | Primrose Media Limited, licensed in Anjouan (its terms) |
| 5 | Planet 7 | $2,750 Welcome Bonus + 45 Free Spins | Not shown; third parties report Costa Rica or none |
| 6 | Royal Ace | $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 35 Free Spins | Not shown; third parties report Costa Rica or none |
| 7 | Slot Madness | $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins | Not shown; third parties report Anjouan, Costa Rica or none |
Key terms vary and some are third-party reports. SlotoCash's terms set 25x deposit + bonus wagering with a $5,000 weekly withdrawal cap, for example, while Planet 7 is reported at 30x with a $1,000 max cashout. Each review gives the full published terms, and the terms shown when you register are the ones that apply.
How affiliate commissions work
Casino affiliate programs track which site sent a new player, usually through a tracking link and a cookie the program sets when you arrive. If that player opens an account and meets the program's conditions, the affiliate is credited.
Across the industry, affiliate deals commonly take one of three forms, and a single deal can mix them:
- Revenue share: a percentage of the net revenue the casino earns from players the affiliate referred, over time.
- Cost per acquisition (CPA): a one-off fee for each new player who makes a qualifying deposit.
- Hybrid: a smaller one-off fee plus a smaller revenue share.
We don't publish the terms of individual deals, but readers should know what this means. Under revenue-share arrangements an affiliate earns more when referred players lose more. That's a real conflict of interest, and it's the reason for the rules below, for our plain statements about the house edge, and for our responsible gambling section carrying no offers. Our explainer on how affiliate casino sites make money covers the model in more depth.
What payment does affect
- Which casinos we promote. Only partners get offer boxes, Claim bonus buttons and affiliate links.
- The order of partners. The fixed order above is commercial, not a test result or score.
- Which offer we show. Headlines are the offers available through our links, as supplied by the site owner, and can differ from the casino's own advertised package.
What payment doesn't affect
- The facts on a review. Partners' reviews include their regulator actions, conflicting terms, withdrawal caps and third-party reports of slow payouts.
- Legal statements. We never describe a partner as legal, US-licensed or state-regulated.
- Editorial approval. No casino sees, edits or approves a page before it's published.
- Non-partner coverage. Brands that don't pay us get fair, factual reviews from the same kinds of sources.
- Where offers appear. We show none on our Michigan, Oklahoma and Washington pages, or anywhere in the responsible-gambling section.
Michigan shows how this works. The Michigan Gaming Control Board named Silver Oak and Planet 7 in letters announced on April 9, 2025, Miami Club and Slot Madness on August 14, 2025 (opens in a new tab), and SlotoCash on October 8, 2026 (opens in a new tab). The board describes these as illegal offshore operators. All five partners' reviews say so, and our cease-and-desist letters page lists every action.
How affiliate links are marked
- Affiliate links go through our own /go/ offer addresses, such as /go/slotocash/, and carry the sponsored and nofollow attributes in the page code.
- Offer boxes, ranking tables and the bar at the foot of the screen are labeled as ads or offers, with 21+ and terms apply beside the headline.
- Every page with offers carries a disclosure line, and this page is linked from the footer of every page.
- If your browser doesn't run our page script, an offer link shows a short page first, reminding you that the casino is offshore and not licensed by any US state.
Ordinary links to regulators, statutes and our own pages are never affiliate links. Our editorial policy sets out the full links policy.
Offers shown through our links
Offer headlines are the offers available through our links, as supplied by the site owner and dated. A casino's own site may advertise a different package; SlotoCash, for instance, advertises up to $7,777 + 300 spins over five deposits on its own site. The terms displayed when you register are the ones that apply, so read them before you deposit.
Every offer is for new players, 21+ (18+ where allowed), and terms apply. Bonuses are mostly for slots, and table games are often excluded or weighted lower. Our wagering requirements guide shows what a bonus costs in dollars.
The offshore status of our partners
All seven partners are offshore casinos. None is licensed or regulated by any US state. Real-money online casinos are state-licensed only in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island, and our partners aren't among their licensees.
- No state regulator to complain to. Disputes go to the casino, and then to whatever body, if any, issued its license.
- No state-backed protection of balances. The rules that protect player balances at state-licensed casinos don't apply.
- Terms the casino sets. Withdrawal caps, verification rules and bonus conditions are the casino's own.
Check your state's law on the states hub before signing up anywhere. Our offshore vs state-licensed casinos guide explains the differences.
A note on Miami Club
Miami Club is a live partner in second place. Its published Terms of Use (version 2.1, September 28, 2026, section 1.6) list the United States as a prohibited jurisdiction, while the site owner's affiliate program confirms that US players are accepted. We state both wherever Miami Club appears and ask readers to confirm eligibility at sign-up. Its headline via our link is $4,000 + 285 Bonus Games; its own site advertises up to $800 over eight deposits.

Frequently asked questions
Do I pay more if I use your link?
No. Using our link doesn't add any cost for you; any commission is paid by the casino or its affiliate program. The offer you see through our link may differ from the casino's own advertised package, so compare the terms shown at registration before you deposit. Every offer is for new players, 21+ (18+ where allowed), and terms apply. Our how to claim a casino bonus page walks through the steps.
Is your ranking a measure of quality?
No. Our partner order is commercial, set with the site owner, and it isn't a score, a test result or a safety ranking. The first casino isn't necessarily the best fit for you. Compare the published terms, withdrawal caps and regulator history on each review instead; our best real money casinos list shows them side by side.
Why do you promote casinos that aren't US-licensed?
Our partners are offshore casinos that accept US players, and they're what most Americans outside the seven licensing states see when they search. We promote them because they pay affiliate commission, and we're open about that and about the risks: no state regulator, no state protection of balances and terms the casino sets. Whether playing offshore is lawful for you depends on your state's law; see is it illegal to play at offshore casinos.
