Privacy policy

Best USA Casinos collects as little information as possible. We use no tracking cookies or analytics, we don't ask you to create an account, and our offer links count clicks as anonymous daily totals. This policy was last updated on November 1, 2026.

This privacy policy in brief

  • No accounts, no sign-up forms and no newsletter.
  • No analytics, advertising or social media trackers, and no tracking cookies.
  • One browser storage item that remembers your choice on the cookie notice.
  • Offer-link clicks counted as anonymous daily totals per casino, with no IP address or identifier stored.
  • Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider.
  • Emails you send us, used only to reply and fix errors.

This policy covers the Best USA Casinos website and every page on it. It doesn't cover casino websites or any other site you reach from ours.

What information we collect

Information handled when you use Best USA Casinos
WhatWhenWhat is keptWhy
Server logsEvery page requestStandard web server records, such as IP address, time, page requested, browser type and referring page, held by our hosting providerTo deliver pages, keep the site secure and diagnose faults
Cookie notice choiceWhen you press Accept or Essential onlyOne item in your own browser's storage recording which button you pressedSo the notice doesn't reappear on every page
Offer-link click countsWhen you click a link to a partner casinoA running count per casino per day, plus a total; no IP address, browser details or identifierTo see how many visits each partner link sends
EmailsWhen you write to usYour email address and whatever you includeTo read and reply, and to correct pages

We don't knowingly collect sensitive information, and we never ask for ID documents, card numbers or casino login details. Please don't send them. Anyone claiming to be us and asking for them is not us; our guide to phishing scams explains the warning signs.

How offer-link clicks are counted

Links to our partner casinos go through our own offer addresses, such as /go/slotocash/. Here is exactly what happens when one is clicked.

  1. A short code is added to the link by our page script. The code is the same for every visitor and identifies only the casino, not you.
  2. Our server checks the code and reads your browser's user-agent string in the moment to screen out automated traffic such as search crawlers. The user-agent isn't saved.
  3. For a real click, the server adds one to that casino's count for the day (by UTC date) and to its running total, then sends you on to the casino.
  4. For an automated or code-less request, no click is counted; the server adds one to a single "stopped" total for that casino and shows a short page instead of forwarding.

Day-by-day counts older than 90 days are deleted automatically; only the running total remains. The counts are stored in a folder that is blocked from public web access. No IP address, cookie, time of day or other record that could identify a visitor is written.

What we don't do

  • We don't use Google Analytics or any other analytics service. The site's security settings allow scripts, fonts and images to load only from our own domain, so no third-party tracker can run on our pages.
  • We don't run display advertising or ad-network trackers.
  • We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • We don't build profiles of readers or link visits across sites.
  • We don't add your email address to any mailing list.

Who else receives information

Our hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf to run the site. We don't otherwise disclose personal information, except where the law requires it.

When you leave our site, your browser tells the next site only our domain name, not the page you were reading. After you follow an offer link, the casino and its affiliate program receive your visit directly and may set their own cookies, including ones that record that you came from our site. Their privacy policies apply from that point, so read them before you register, and be aware that casinos collect identity documents for account verification. Our advertiser disclosure explains our relationship with partner casinos.

How long information is kept

Daily click counts are kept for 90 days and running totals indefinitely, since neither identifies anyone. Server logs are kept under our hosting provider's standard settings. Emails are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your message or a correction, and we'll delete them sooner if you ask. The cookie notice item stays in your browser until you clear it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA and CPRA), and similar laws in other states may give you rights over your personal information where they apply. These generally include the right to:

  • know what personal information a business holds about you and get a copy;
  • have it corrected or deleted;
  • opt out of its sale, sharing for targeted advertising or profiling;
  • be treated equally for using these rights.

Because we don't sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there's nothing to opt out of, and a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser changes nothing on our side. The personal information we hold is limited to emails you've sent us. To ask what we hold, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@bestusacasinos.us.com from the same address. We may ask you to confirm the request comes from you.

Children and minors

Best USA Casinos is for adults aged 21 and over (18 and over only where the law allows). Nothing on the site is aimed at minors, as our editorial policy requires, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, including children under 13. If you believe a minor has emailed us, tell us and we'll delete the message. Parents worried about a teenager's gambling can find support through our help for families page.

Security, changes and contact

The whole site is served over HTTPS. Because we collect so little, there is little to protect, but what we hold is kept out of public reach. If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of the page and describe the change here.

Questions can go to the address on our contact page. See also our cookie policy, and the about page for who we are.
