Michigan actionMGCB cease-and-desist release, August 14, 2025
Launched2009 per most third-party sources (one says 2010)
This Slot Madness Casino review gives US players the straight picture: an offshore, RealTime Gaming slots site with a $2,500 welcome offer via our link, a reported $2,500 weekly withdrawal cap, no license shown on its own site and a 2025 cease-and-desist order from Michigan's regulator. Here is what each of those means for your money.
Slot Madness is an offshore casino: no US state licenses it, and its operator and license aren't published on its own site.
The Michigan Gaming Control Board named it in an August 14, 2025 cease-and-desist release.
Our link carries a $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins; third-party listings describe a different 275% package, so the terms shown at sign-up apply.
Third-party reviews report a $2,500 weekly and $5,000 monthly withdrawal cap, plus pending periods of 7–10 days.
The lobby is reported to be RealTime Gaming slots, with a few table games, video poker and keno, and no live dealer.
Slot Madness Casino review: the verdict in brief
This is a long-running offshore casino built almost entirely around RealTime Gaming slots. It suits a slots-only player who accepts slow, capped cashouts. It does not suit anyone who wants a regulator to complain to, quick access to a large win, or live dealer tables.
Every fact in this review was researched from published sources, not gathered by opening an account. Almost everything about Slot Madness comes from third-party review sites, because its own pages aren't indexed widely and don't show an operator or license. Where those sites disagree, we say so, and you should check the casino's current terms before you deposit.
We rank Slot Madness last of our seven live partners, seventh behind SlotoCash, Miami Club, Decode, Silver Oak, Planet 7 and Royal Ace. That order is a commercial, editorial choice set with the site owner, not a test score, and we earn a commission if you sign up through our link. You can see how it stacks up against the others on our online casino reviews hub.

Who runs Slot Madness? Operator and license conflicts
Nobody can say for certain, because the casino doesn't publish it. No operator name, license number or licensing body has been found on the casino's own pages. Third-party sites fill the gap with four different stories, which is itself a warning sign.

Primrose Media Limited is the company that runs Silver Oak, the one partner that publishes its license (Anjouan). LCB also links Slot Madness with Planet 7 and Royal Ace through Ace Revenue Group. A shared back office is plausible, but none of it is confirmed by Slot Madness itself.
Why does this matter in practice? An Anjouan license or a Costa Rica registration gives a US player far less protection than a state license. If a withdrawal is refused, there is no state regulator to hear the complaint and no state-backed protection of your balance. The casino's own terms decide the outcome.
Most third-party sources give 2009 as the launch year; CasinoListings says 2010. LCB and CasinoListings also report a brief spell on NuWorks software in 2013–2014 before the move to RealTime Gaming.
Michigan's cease-and-desist order naming Slot Madness
On August 14, 2025, the Michigan Gaming Control Board announced cease-and-desist letters to 15 online gambling operators and named Slot Madness among them. The MGCB's August 14, 2025 release (opens in a new tab) describes these as illegal operators offering gambling to Michigan residents without a state license, and orders them to stop.
Other partners have been named too. The board named Silver Oak and Planet 7 on April 9, 2025, Miami Club in the same August 2025 release, and SlotoCash on October 8, 2026. Our cease-and-desist letters explainer covers what these letters do and don't do.
A cease-and-desist letter is an order aimed at the operator, not the player. Michigan licenses its own online casinos, so residents there have state-regulated choices. Our Michigan online casinos guide lists what the state allows, and the board's own guide to legal and illegal gaming (opens in a new tab) explains how to tell the difference.
Is Slot Madness Casino legal for US players?
No US state licenses or regulates Slot Madness, and whether you may play there depends on your state's law, not on the casino. Only seven states license real-money online casinos: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Maine passed a tribal online casino law in January 2026, but nothing had launched by October 2026.
At federal level, the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (opens in a new tab) targets the payment side, barring businesses from accepting payments for unlawful internet gambling. It does not make placing a bet a federal crime for the player. That's why card deposits at offshore sites often fail, and why crypto is so common there. Our UIGEA explainer goes further.
State rules differ widely. Washington makes knowingly sending or receiving gambling information over the internet a class C felony, and Oklahoma's SB 1589, effective November 1, 2026, bans online casino games. Read our guide to offshore casino legality and your own state's page before you deposit anywhere.
Casino Guru reports that Slot Madness does not accept players from Ohio. The casino doesn't publish a full list of restricted states, so don't assume it accepts players where you live.
Slot Madness welcome bonus: our link vs the casino's own package
Slot Madness Casino: $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). The full terms for that package aren't published in the sources available, so the wagering, minimum deposit and any cap shown at sign-up are the ones that count.
Third-party sites describe a different first-deposit deal. LCB lists a 275% match up to $2,750 with code MAD275, a $30 minimum deposit, 30x (bonus + deposit) wagering on slots and no max cashout. Casino Guru calls it an unlimited 275% bonus plus 50 extra spins, and esports.gg gives 275% in most places but 265% in one.

Treat that table as a snapshot, not a promise. Codes change, and one claim that a match carries no wagering couldn't be verified. Casino Guru also lists a $25 no deposit bonus, with no wagering terms stated; the no deposit bonus and code list are covered on their own pages.
The free spins game and the bonus expiry aren't published. Like most RTG casino deals, these are slot-focused: table games are often excluded or weighted lower, so check the terms before you play anything but slots.
What a Slot Madness bonus is worth: a worked dollar example
A big match percentage looks generous, but wagering decides the real value. Here is the arithmetic for the MAD275 terms as LCB lists them (third-party), using a $100 deposit.
Deposit $100 and claim 275%: the bonus is $275, so your balance is $375.
Apply 30x (bonus + deposit): 30 × $375 = $11,250 in total slot bets before you can withdraw.
Use a slot's house edge: Sweet 16 has a reported 96.25% RTP, a 3.75% edge, so the expected cost of that wagering is $11,250 × 3.75% = about $422.
Compare with the bonus: $422 expected loss is more than the $275 bonus, so on average the balance runs out before wagering is complete.
Repeat at a 94% RTP slot such as Aztec's Millions: $11,250 × 6% = $675 expected loss.
That doesn't mean nobody ever clears the bonus. Variance means some players finish with a balance and many finish with nothing. It means the bonus is extra play time with conditions, not extra cash. Our guides to wagering requirements and max cashout rules show how to run this check on any offer.
Slot Madness games: RealTime Gaming slots, tables and video poker
Third-party reviews describe Slot Madness as an RTG casino. esports.gg calls it powered entirely by RealTime Gaming, while Casino Guru also lists SpinLogic Gaming, the name RTG titles are also distributed under. Game counts vary: LCB reports 356 slots, esports.gg around 300.
Titles reported in its lobby include Sweet 16, Cash Bandits 3, Aztec's Millions, Plentiful Treasure, Fortunate Zeus, Horseman's Prize, Panda's Gold and Count Spectacular. Check the casino's lobby for the current list, since catalogs change.

Aztec's Millions and Plentiful Treasure carry progressive jackpots, and Cash Bandits 3 has two of its own. Our page on the RTG progressive jackpot system explains how those pools grow. A jackpot is a long shot that is paid for through the RTP, not a reason to expect a payout.
Outside slots, the reported lobby includes Blackjack, Suit 'Em Up Blackjack, European Roulette, Baccarat, Craps, Pai Gow Poker, Sic Bo, Tri Card Poker, Keno, Jacks or Better and Deuces Wild. esports.gg reports no live dealer games. Our Slot Madness table games page covers those in more depth.
What an hour of play costs at Slot Madness
Expected loss equals total amount staked multiplied by the house edge. The RTP figures below are third-party catalog numbers, and the spin and hand counts are examples to show the arithmetic, not a measurement of how fast anyone plays.

Two points stand out. Slot choice changes the price of play a lot, and video poker played with correct strategy is far cheaper per hour than slots. Short sessions swing well above or below these averages, which is what volatility means. Our house edge explainer covers the math.

Card deposits at offshore casinos often fail because US banks can block transactions coded as gambling; our card declines guide explains why. That's the main reason many players use Bitcoin for casino deposits. Crypto has its own risks: price swings between deposit and withdrawal, and no chargeback if something goes wrong.
A dedicated Slot Madness Bitcoin page walks through crypto deposits and cashouts step by step.
Slot Madness withdrawal limits, times and fees
Withdrawals are the weakest part of this casino in third-party reports. Casino Guru, LCB and AskGamblers all report a $2,500 weekly cap, and Casino Guru adds a $5,000 monthly cap. LCB and esports.gg give a $20 minimum withdrawal, and AskGamblers reports no withdrawal fees.

The time reports conflict sharply. esports.gg says crypto is typically processed within minutes, while AskGamblers reports a 7–10 day pending period and LCB says players report 7–10 business days, with one case of 20 business days. LCB labels the casino with a warning for slow payment.
How the caps stretch a bigger win
Suppose you finish with $8,000 to withdraw. At $2,500 a week you could take $2,500 in week one and $2,500 in week two, which reaches the $5,000 monthly cap. The remaining $3,000 moves into the next month, paid as $2,500 then $500. That's around two months for an $8,000 balance, before any pending period.
While money waits, it stays in the casino's hands. Our guides to weekly withdrawal limits and casino withdrawal delays explain what you can do, and the Slot Madness withdrawals page has the full detail.
Slot Madness verification (KYC) before your first cashout
LCB reports that document checks take 0–3 days and that documents go to documents@slotmadness.com. The exact list of documents isn't published. Offshore casinos usually ask for photo ID, proof of address and proof of the payment method, so prepare for those.
Make sure your account name, date of birth and address match your ID exactly.
Request your withdrawal only after any bonus wagering is complete, or the bonus and its winnings may be removed.
Send clear copies of the documents support asks for to the documents address.
Keep a record of what you sent and when, along with chat or email references.
Follow up with support if the 0–3 day review window passes without an answer.
Slot Madness mobile play, customer support and VIP program
esports.gg reports no downloadable app; play runs in Chrome or Safari on Android phones and iPhones. AskGamblers lists download, instant-play and mobile versions, so a desktop download client may exist. See our Slot Madness mobile page for more.
Casino Guru reports 24/7 live chat that opens only after registration, with an average response of about three minutes. Email goes to help@slotmadness.com. No phone number has been found. Languages are listed as English (Casino Guru) or English and French (AskGamblers).
A loyalty program exists according to Casino Guru, but its tiers and rewards aren't published in the sources available, and the casino's own VIP terms weren't found. Treat any comp points as a small rebate on money you have already staked, never as a reason to play more. Our Slot Madness VIP program page tracks what is known.
Is Slot Madness legit? Complaints and watchdog ratings
Slot Madness has paid many players over a long history, but its complaint record is poor. Here is what third-party watchdogs report:
LCB gives it a warning label for poor support and slow payment.
AskGamblers lists its status as terminated and records 206 complaints, 187 of them resolved, averaging $2,846.
Casino Guru rates it below average for safety, with 17 direct complaints and 290 more linked to related casinos, including delayed withdrawals of $2,500 and $2,300 and $1,300 in confiscated winnings.
ThePOGG titles its review as blacklisted (2023); the reason couldn't be verified.
CasinoListings marked it as blacklisted in a page last updated in 2014.
Taken together with the Michigan order and the missing license details, this is a casino to approach with small deposits and clear expectations. Our is Slot Madness legit page goes through each report.
Responsible gambling tools at Slot Madness
AskGamblers lists every responsible gambling tool at Slot Madness as unavailable, and esports.gg describes a 21+ notice and a link to NCPG but no in-site tools. So deposit limits, cool-offs and self-exclusion may need to come from support or from outside the casino.
esports.gg also says the site shows 1-800-GAMBLER, which no longer reaches the national line. The National Problem Gambling Helpline, run by the National Council on Problem Gambling (opens in a new tab), is 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), with call, text and chat.
Blocking software such as Gamban or BetBlocker can stop access to gambling sites on your devices. Our guides to self-exclusion and Slot Madness responsible gambling explain the options, and the national helpline page covers what happens when you call.
Gambling winnings are taxable federal income wherever you play, and the IRS sets reporting rules in its Form W-2G instructions (opens in a new tab). From tax year 2026, the 2025 tax law reportedly caps the loss deduction at 90% of losses; check IRS guidance. See our gambling taxes guide.

Pros
Large catalog of RealTime Gaming slots, including progressive titles
Many crypto options, with a $5 Lightning Bitcoin minimum reported
No withdrawal fees reported
A long operating history, reported since 2009
Cons
No operator or license published on its own site; reports conflict

$2,500 weekly and $5,000 monthly withdrawal caps reported
Slow payouts and many complaints in third-party records
No live dealer games and no in-site responsible gambling tools reported
It suits an adult who plays RTG slots at modest stakes, deposits with crypto, and won't mind waiting weeks for a larger cashout. It doesn't suit high rollers, table-game fans chasing a bonus, or anyone in a state whose law or regulator rules out offshore play. If you want a comparison, see SlotoCash vs Slot Madness.

Frequently asked questions
Is Slot Madness Casino legit for US players in 2026?
It is a real, long-running offshore casino, but its safety record is weak. It doesn't publish an operator or license on its own site, third-party reviewers disagree on who runs it, and LCB, AskGamblers and Casino Guru all report payment complaints. Michigan's regulator also named it in an August 14, 2025 cease-and-desist release. The Slot Madness legit check sets out each report, and our guide to spotting a rogue casino lists the warning signs to compare.
Can US players legally use Slot Madness?
No US state licenses or regulates Slot Madness, so its status for you depends on your state's law. Only seven states license real-money online casinos, and Slot Madness is not one of their licensees. Federal law under UIGEA targets payment processing rather than players, but states set their own rules, and some, such as Washington, treat online gambling as a crime. Read our guide to states with legal online casinos and check your own state's page before you deposit.
Is there a Slot Madness no deposit bonus or free chip?
Casino Guru lists a $25 no deposit bonus at Slot Madness, but no wagering or cashout terms for it appear in the sources available. Free chips like this usually carry high wagering and a low max cashout, so the amount you can actually withdraw is often capped. Check the terms shown in your account before playing. Our Slot Madness no deposit bonus page and the no deposit bonus guide explain what to look for.
How long do Slot Madness withdrawals take?
Expect days to weeks rather than hours, based on third-party reports. AskGamblers reports a 7–10 day pending period, no weekend cashouts and 10–14 days for bank and e-wallet payouts. LCB says players report 7–10 business days, once 20. esports.gg says crypto is typically processed within minutes, which conflicts with those reports. Our Slot Madness withdrawals page has the detail, and the withdrawal times guide compares other casinos.
What is the Slot Madness withdrawal limit?
Third-party reviews report a $2,500 weekly limit and a $5,000 monthly limit at Slot Madness. Those caps mean an $8,000 balance would take around two months to pay out in full, before any pending period. The casino's own terms weren't available to confirm the figures, so check them before you deposit. Our guide to weekly withdrawal limits explains how caps work, and the withdrawal limits page compares them across casinos.
Does Slot Madness accept Bitcoin?
Yes, third-party reviews list Bitcoin for both deposits and withdrawals at Slot Madness. LCB reports a $5 minimum for Lightning Bitcoin deposits, and Litecoin is also listed for withdrawals. Other deposit coins reported include Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Tether, Ripple and Dogecoin. Crypto prices move, so the dollar value can change between deposit and cashout. See the Slot Madness Bitcoin page and our Bitcoin casino banking guide.
Who owns Slot Madness Casino?
The owner isn't published on Slot Madness's own site, and third parties disagree. AskGamblers names EH Gaming Ventures Inc, Casino Guru and esports.gg name Primrose Media Limited, and LCB names Ace Revenue Group, now part of Virtual Casino Group. Primrose Media is the company behind Silver Oak. Until the casino publishes its operator, treat all of these as reports. Our Silver Oak Casino review covers the one partner that does publish its license.
Does Slot Madness have a mobile app?
No dedicated app is reported; esports.gg says Slot Madness plays in the phone browser, in Chrome on Android and Safari on iPhone. AskGamblers also lists a download version, which may be a desktop client. Browser play needs nothing installed, but keep your login secure and use a strong password. For more, see the Slot Madness mobile page and the mobile casino guide.
What bonus codes does Slot Madness use?
Third-party sites report codes such as MAD275, MAD160, MAD125, MAD100 and PROGRESSIVE100, but codes change and none are confirmed on the casino's own pages here. MAD275 is listed as a 275% match with 30x (bonus + deposit) wagering and a $30 minimum. The offer through our link is a $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, and the terms at sign-up apply. The current list lives on the Slot Madness bonus codes page.
Does Slot Madness accept players from Ohio?
No, Casino Guru reports that Slot Madness does not accept players from Ohio. That is a third-party report, and the casino doesn't publish a full list of restricted US states, so a missing state on someone's list doesn't mean you're accepted. Ohio itself doesn't license real-money online casinos, though it does regulate sports betting. Read our Ohio online casinos page for what the state allows, and check the casino's terms at sign-up before you send any money. If an account is opened from a restricted location, winnings can be voided.
What is the minimum deposit at Slot Madness?
The lowest reported minimum deposit at Slot Madness is $5 with Lightning Bitcoin, while cards start at $30, according to LCB. The third-party 275% code MAD275 also lists a $30 minimum, so a $5 crypto deposit may not qualify for a bonus. Minimums for Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether and other coins aren't published in the sources available. Check the cashier before you deposit, and see our casino minimum deposits guide for how these thresholds compare. Set your own budget first, whatever the minimum is.
Does Slot Madness have live dealer games?
No, esports.gg reports that Slot Madness offers no live dealer games. Its table section is reported to be RNG software games instead, such as Blackjack, Suit 'Em Up Blackjack, European Roulette, Baccarat, Craps and Pai Gow Poker, plus video poker and keno. These run on a random number generator rather than a streamed human dealer. If live tables matter to you, this casino won't suit. See the Slot Madness table games page and our live dealer guide for how the two formats differ.
How do I contact Slot Madness customer support?
Slot Madness support is reported to run by 24/7 live chat and by email at help@slotmadness.com, with no phone number found. Casino Guru says the live chat opens only after you register and reports an average response of about three minutes. Verification documents go to a separate address, documents@slotmadness.com, per LCB. Keep transcripts and email replies, since they're your record if a dispute arises. Our Slot Madness customer support page lists the channels, and the general support guide explains how to escalate politely.
Does Slot Madness charge withdrawal fees?
AskGamblers reports no withdrawal fees at Slot Madness, and LCB and esports.gg give a $20 minimum withdrawal. The casino's own fee terms weren't available to confirm this, so check the cashier before you request a payout. Crypto withdrawals still carry blockchain network fees, which the network sets rather than the casino, and a bank wire may attract charges from your own bank. Our guide to casino withdrawal fees explains who charges what. Bundling cashouts under the $2,500 weekly cap can reduce how often you pay network costs.
What can I do if Slot Madness won't pay my withdrawal?
Start with a written complaint to Slot Madness support, then take it to a third-party complaint service, because no US state regulator oversees this casino. Quote the exact terms that apply, your withdrawal date and amount, and the documents you've already sent. AskGamblers alone records 206 complaints against Slot Madness, 187 of them resolved, so mediation sometimes works, but nobody can force a payout. Our step-by-step guide to filing a casino complaint covers the process, and the Slot Madness legit check summarizes past complaint records.
