This Miami Club Casino review gives US players the straight answer: Miami Club is an offshore slots casino launched in 2012 that runs Wager Gaming Software (WGS), with 20x wagering on its own match bonuses and a $5,000 weekly withdrawal cap. Its terms list the US as prohibited while its affiliate program says US players are accepted, and Michigan ordered it to stop serving Michigan players in August 2025.
Offer via our link: $4,000 Bonus + 285 Bonus Games (21+, terms apply); the casino's own site shows up to $800 over eight deposits.
Terms of Use v2.1 §1.6 list the United States as prohibited, yet the affiliate program confirms US players are accepted, so confirm eligibility at sign-up.
Michigan's Gaming Control Board named Miami Club in a cease-and-desist release on August 14, 2025.
Published bonus terms: 20x (deposit + bonus) on matches up to 100%, no expiry, no cap on deposit-bonus cashouts.
Withdrawals: $5,000 a week in the Terms of Use, but $2,500–$3,000 a week per method on the banking page.
The short verdict from our Miami Club Casino review
Miami Club is a Miami-themed online casino aimed squarely at slots players. Its About Us page says it launched in 2012, and its lobby is built on games from Wager Gaming Software rather than the RealTime Gaming library most of our partners use. It sits second in the partner order on our online casino reviews hub, and we earn a commission if you join through our link, which is exactly why the weak points below are spelled out rather than buried.
Here is this Miami Club Casino review's balance in one paragraph. On the plus side, the casino's own bonus terms are lighter than most offshore offers: 20x deposit plus bonus on matches up to 100%, no expiry and no cashout cap on deposit bonuses. Against that, it names no license or operating company, its own Terms of Use list the United States as a prohibited jurisdiction, withdrawals are capped weekly, and Michigan's regulator called it an illegal offshore operator in August 2025.

Casino terms vs affiliate program
Our partner ranking is an editorial order shaped by commercial agreements, not a test score. Nothing here comes from us holding an account: it is drawn from the casino's published pages, a state regulator's release and third-party reviews, each labeled as such.
Outside sources, which this Miami Club Casino review treats as reports rather than facts, point the same way but differ on detail. An affiliate-program directory and a review site describe the casino as a Deckmedia N.V. brand, one of them placing that company in Curaçao, and the same reviewer lists sister sites including SlotoCash. A US-facing review calls the owner the "relatively unknown Deckmedia Group" and says it is headquartered in Costa Rica. Each claim is set out on our page about who owns Miami Club Casino.
On licensing, a large review database lists a Curaçao license while its own reviewer notes no license is displayed on the site, and the affiliate directory says Netherlands Antilles. There's an odd wrinkle too: Terms §1.6 bar registrations from the Netherlands, including the former Antilles and Curaçao, which sits awkwardly with a Curaçao license. Treat Miami Club as unlicensed in practice until it publishes a license you can check; our Curaçao license explainer covers what such a license would and wouldn't mean.
Does Miami Club accept US players? The terms vs the affiliate program
This is the most important question in any Miami Club Casino review for Americans, and the two answers conflict. Section 1.6 of Miami Club's Terms of Use (opens in a new tab) (version 2.1, updated September 28, 2026) lists "the United States of America" among prohibited jurisdictions, alongside Australia, Canada, the UK, Germany, France and others, plus anywhere online gaming is unlawful. Read literally, that rules out US registrations.
On the other side, the casino's affiliate program, through which we're paid, confirms to the site owner that US players are accepted, and a large third-party review database also lists US players as accepted. No list of individual US states is published anywhere on the site. We can't reconcile the two from the outside, so we report both rather than pick one.
How to confirm eligibility before you deposit
Open the Terms of Use on the casino's site and check the version number and section 1.6 as they stand on the day you join.
Ask live chat, before depositing, whether an account registered at your US address can deposit, claim the bonus and withdraw.
Save a copy of the chat transcript or a screenshot of the reply.
Register with your real name, address and date of birth, because verification is required for every withdrawal.
If the answer is unclear or the terms still list your country, don't deposit.
Never try to get around a restriction with false details or someone else's identity. Besides breaching the terms, it gives the casino grounds to void a balance, and verification would expose it at the first withdrawal. Registration itself is simple once eligibility is settled.
Is Miami Club Casino legal in the USA? Michigan's order and state law
No US state licenses or regulates Miami Club. Real-money online casinos are licensed only in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island, and Miami Club holds a license in none of them. In every other state there's no licensed option at all, so whether playing offshore is lawful turns on your own state's statutes. Our offshore casino legality guide walks through how that works.
On August 14, 2025, the Michigan Gaming Control Board ordered 15 illegal online gambling operators to halt services in Michigan (opens in a new tab), and Miami Club Casino is named in that release, as is Slot Madness. The board describes these sites as illegal offshore operators. It also says offshore casinos don't honor Michigan's Responsible Gaming Database and that it can't help players recover money from them. Residents of Michigan have state-licensed online casinos to choose from instead.
Federal law is narrower than many people assume. The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act works on the payment side: 31 U.S.C. § 5363 (opens in a new tab) bars gambling businesses from accepting cards, transfers and checks tied to unlawful internet gambling. It doesn't make placing a bet a federal crime for the player. For the detail, read our UIGEA explainer.
What offshore status means day to day
No state regulator will take a complaint if a payout stalls or a bonus is removed.
Your balance isn't covered by any US state rule on segregating player funds.
The casino writes its own terms and can change caps, verification rules and eligibility.
Accounts with no login for 12 consecutive months are made inactive and the real-money balance removed, though the terms say it can be reinstated on request.
Taxes on Miami Club winnings
Gambling winnings are taxable federal income whether they come from a licensed casino or an offshore one. For 2026, payers file Form W-2G for slot, keno and bingo wins of $2,000 or more; an offshore casino may never send you one, but the income is still reportable. From tax year 2026, the 2025 federal tax law is reported to cap the loss deduction at 90% of wagering losses, and only up to your winnings, so check IRS guidance. See our gambling taxes page.
Miami Club welcome bonus: $4,000 via our link vs $800 on its site
Miami Club Casino: $4,000 Bonus + 285 Bonus Games, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). That is the package the site owner's affiliate deal provides. Miami Club's own homepage advertises something smaller: a 100% match up to $100 on each of the first eight deposits, up to $800 in all, with no free spins attached. The two packages differ, so the offer and terms shown to you at sign-up are the ones that apply.
The casino doesn't publish what the 285 Bonus Games consist of or which titles they run on, so check that in the cashier before you claim. Its bonus terms (opens in a new tab) set the rules for its own matches: 20x (deposit + bonus) wagering for matches of 100% or less, no maximum cashout on deposit bonuses and no expiry. The minimum deposit for the welcome match isn't stated, although the VIP page says membership starts after a $20 purchase and most card and crypto deposits start at $25.

$4,000 Bonus + 285 Bonus Games
Shown at sign-up; 30x applies to matches above 100% under the general terms
Wagering: 20x (deposit + bonus) for matches up to 100%; 30x (deposit + bonus) for anything above 100%.
Game weighting: slots, keno and scratch cards count 100%, video poker 10%, blackjack 5%; roulette is forbidden while a bonus is active.
Maximum bet: $2 per pay-line on slots and $10 per single wager, and buy-bonus features count toward it.
Expiry: none; the bonus stays active until wagering is met.
Max cashout: none stated for deposit bonuses.
Codes: none shown for the welcome match; codes are entered in the cashier.
Worked example: a $100 deposit on the casino's own package
Deposit $100 and the 100% match adds $100, so $200 is in play. At 20x (deposit + bonus), wagering is 20 × $200 = $4,000 in slot bets. Miami Club doesn't publish per-game RTPs in the sources we hold, so take an illustrative slot returning 96%: the house edge is 4%, and the expected cost of the wagering is $4,000 × 4% = $160. At 95% it is $4,000 × 5% = $200, which wipes out the bonus on average. Real sessions swing well above and below these averages.
Weighting changes everything for non-slot players. With video poker counting 10%, the same $4,000 target needs $40,000 of video poker bets; at blackjack's 5% it needs $80,000. That's why the third-party listing's 200x figure for blackjack understates the published weighting, which works out to 400x for blackjack. Claiming all eight matches at $100 each means $1,600 in play and 20 × $1,600 = $32,000 of slot wagering.
If the package via our link includes matches above 100%, the general terms put those at 30x. As an illustration only, a 200% match on $100 would mean 30 × $300 = $9,000 of wagering and, at a 4% edge, an expected cost of $360 against a $200 bonus. More examples sit in our guide to bonus wagering requirements, and the Miami Club welcome bonus page goes deposit by deposit.
How to claim it, step by step
Confirm US eligibility with live chat and read the bonus terms on the casino's site.
Register through our link and check that the $4,000 + 285 Bonus Games package is the one displayed.
Deposit with a method that suits you; card and Bitcoin deposits start at $25.
Check in the cashier that the bonus and bonus games have credited, and note the wagering shown.
Play eligible slots, keno or scratch cards, keep to $2 a line and $10 a bet, and avoid roulette.
Track progress toward the wagering target before requesting any withdrawal.
Miami Club no deposit bonus, bonus codes and reloads
The promotions page, as checked on October 28, 2026, lists one no-deposit code: MIFREE20, a $20 bonus each month that needs no deposit to claim but comes with heavy conditions. Free bonuses carry 40x wagering, and you must make a $25 deposit before cashing out any winnings from one. The payout cap is where the casino contradicts itself.

Expect the lower $100 figure unless support confirms otherwise in writing. At an illustrative 4% house edge, $800 of wagering costs $32 on average, more than the $20 chip, so most claims end at zero; treat it as extra playing time, not income. Codes change month to month, and coupon sites recycle expired ones, so copy codes from the casino's cashier. Current codes are tracked on the Miami Club no deposit bonus and Miami Club bonus codes pages.

Tournaments: Weekly Climb, Top Ten Win, Daily Hot Pot, a $5,000 Month Long event and daily freerolls.
Free spins aren't part of the welcome package Miami Club advertises itself. Any spins or bonus games are slot-focused, with table games excluded or weighted far lower, so read the terms of each one; our Miami Club free spins page explains how spin winnings are treated. One more rule worth knowing: a balance that drops below $1 clears any outstanding wagering.
Miami Club games: WGS slots, video poker and table games
Miami Club runs on Wager Gaming Software (WGS), not RealTime Gaming. Its own site names no provider, but PokerListings identifies WGS Technology and a large review database lists Wager Gaming; reviewers also mention Dragon Gaming, Arrow's Edge, NextGen, Playtech and Dragoon Soft. Expect a lobby that looks different from the RTG casinos you may know.
WGS has a long history by third-party accounts. It began in 1996 as Odds On Gaming, merged with English Harbour Gaming Ventures in 2003 to become Vegas Technology, won a Gambling Online Magazine software award in 2005 and was later renamed Wager Gaming, with Antigua and Barbuda licenses mentioned.

Expected loss equals total stake times house edge. Say you make 300 spins in an hour at $1 (an illustrative pace, not a measured one): you stake $300, and on a slot returning 96% the expected cost is $300 × 4% = $12 an hour; at 94% it's $18. Nothing about timing, patterns or a machine being "due" changes those numbers.
Miami Club banking: deposits by card, Bitcoin and Neosurf
The casino's banking page (opens in a new tab) lists 11 deposit methods, and deposits carry no fee. Cards and most cryptocurrencies start at $25, while Lightning Bitcoin starts at $5, which suits small test deposits. Tether is the only method with a published deposit maximum.

US cards are often declined at offshore casinos because gambling transactions carry merchant category code 7995, which many banks block, and some issuers treat the charge as a cash advance with extra fees; see casino card declines. Crypto avoids the card network, but transfers can't be reversed and a coin's dollar value can move while it sits in your wallet. Buying and sending coins is covered in the Miami Club Bitcoin guide, and Miami Club banking has the full method list.
Miami Club withdrawal limits, fees and payout times
For this Miami Club Casino review, banking is the weakest part of the published terms, because two of its own pages give different caps. Section 3.8 of the Terms of Use sets a $100 minimum withdrawal and says withdrawals are limited to a maximum of $5,000 per week, with larger sums paid in weekly installments and no monthly cap stated. The banking page instead lists per-method weekly limits of $2,500 for Bitcoin and bank wire and $3,000 for check.

In dollars: a $20,000 win paid at the $5,000 weekly cap takes at least four weeks. If only one method's limit applies, say $2,500 a week by Bitcoin, the same win takes eight weeks. Which reading the cashier enforces isn't clear from the published pages, so ask support before you rely on either, and read our weekly withdrawal limits guide.
Fees bite on smaller fiat payouts: a $150 check withdrawal loses $60, or 40%, to the fee. Bitcoin is the cheapest route on paper, with no fee and a 48-hour time. The first withdrawal must go to a method you've already deposited with. More detail sits on Miami Club withdrawals.
Third-party reviewers report complaints about high wagering, account bans, login problems, bonuses not delivered and slow e-wallet payouts, and one US review site titles its review "Deceptive Offshore Casino" over alleged withdrawal delays. These are reports, not established findings, but they match the risks that come with any offshore casino.
Miami Club verification: KYC for every withdrawal
Section 3.9 of the Terms of Use says Miami Club requires proof of identity for all withdrawals, regardless of amount, and may also ask for proof of address and the source of your funds or wealth. The support FAQ adds that your account must be verified before a withdrawal. Third-party reviews describe the documents as ID, proof of address, payment proof and a selfie holding your ID, sent by email.
Register with your legal name, current address and date of birth exactly as they appear on your ID.
Prepare a clear photo of government ID and a recent document showing your address.
Keep proof that the card or wallet you deposit with is yours.
Send documents before your first withdrawal request so the payout isn't held.
Keep copies and note the date you sent them, in case you need to follow up.
Miami Club mobile casino, the app question and support
Miami Club's support page describes a mobile-friendly site, "available for mobile devices and desktop", and mentions no app. A third-party review database, however, lists an app as available. Browser play is what the casino itself describes, so the safest approach is to use the site in your phone's browser; if you're ever offered an app, reach it only from the casino's own site, never from a search ad or an unofficial mirror site. See Miami Club mobile and our warning on casino mirror sites.
Support runs through live chat, listed as 24/7, 365 days a year, with a chat button on every page. Email goes through a link with the address hidden, though a review database lists a support address. No phone line is mentioned. Common account problems are covered on Miami Club customer support and Miami Club login.

Miami Club VIP program: Flamingo to Millionaire's Row
In this Miami Club Casino review, the VIP scheme stands out for being automatic: Flamingo status starts after a $20 purchase, and higher tiers follow on rewards points. The casino doesn't itemize benefits tier by tier; it says points can be redeemed for bonus credits, which then carry wagering of their own.

Because no earning rate per dollar is published, it isn't possible to say how much play each tier takes or what a point is worth. Don't chase a tier: points only return a small slice of money already wagered. Tier changes are tracked on the Miami Club VIP program page.
Responsible gambling tools at Miami Club
Miami Club's responsible gaming page offers a budget restriction on request, deposit and time limits in a player protection section, account closure at any time and permanent self-exclusion by email and form. Setting a deposit limit before you claim any bonus is a sensible first step, and each tool is explained on Miami Club responsible gambling.
The casino's page points to Gamblers Anonymous and the NetNanny filter but doesn't give a US helpline. The National Problem Gambling Helpline, run by NCPG, is 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), with call, text and chat available through NCPG's help and treatment page (opens in a new tab). Blocking software such as Gamban or BetBlocker adds another layer, and our guide on how to block gambling sites shows how to set it up alongside casino self-exclusion.

No expiry and no cashout cap on deposit bonuses
Fee-free deposits, including a $5 Lightning Bitcoin minimum

Cons

Michigan cease-and-desist release on August 14, 2025
No operator or license named on the casino's own site
Conflicting weekly caps ($5,000 vs $2,500–$3,000 per method) and conflicting no-deposit caps
Roulette barred and table games heavily discounted while a bonus is active
Miami Club suits a slots player who understands the offshore trade-off, likes low-rollover match bonuses with no expiry, is comfortable with Bitcoin, and has confirmed eligibility with support first. It fits poorly for roulette and blackjack players who want bonus value, anyone who may need a large win paid quickly, and anyone in a state with licensed online casinos, where a state-licensed site offers protections Miami Club can't. For a side-by-side with its reported sister brand, see SlotoCash vs Miami Club.
Where to claim the Miami Club bonus, and alternatives
Miami Club, Royal Ace and Slot Madness are offshore casinos, and no US state licenses or regulates any of them. Check your state's law before signing up, and remember the house edge means losses are likely over time. All offers are for new players, 21+ (18+ where allowed), and terms apply.

Its published bonus terms set 20x (deposit + bonus) on matches up to 100% and 30x above that, with no max cashout on deposit bonuses and slots, keno and scratch cards counting in full. Its Terms of Use §1.6 list the US as prohibited while its affiliate program confirms US players are accepted, so confirm eligibility at sign-up.
Royal Ace: $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 35 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Third-party reviews disagree on its terms: one lists 200% up to $4,000 at 30x (bonus + deposit) on slots with a max cashout of 10x the deposit, another 250% up to $2,500 plus 35 spins. Read the Royal Ace review and check the terms at sign-up.
Slot Madness: $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). A third-party listing reports a 275% match up to $2,750 at 30x (bonus + deposit) on slots, a $30 minimum and no max cashout, while another describes the match as unlimited. Michigan named Slot Madness in the same August 14, 2025 release as Miami Club.

Frequently asked questions
Is Miami Club Casino legit?
Miami Club is a real offshore casino that has operated since 2012 by its own account, but no US state licenses it and its site names no license or operator. It's widely reported as a Deckmedia N.V. brand. Its bonus terms are published and fairly light, yet third-party reviewers report complaints about payouts and bonuses, and Michigan's regulator named it in an August 14, 2025 cease-and-desist release. Our is Miami Club legit page weighs each point in turn.
Does Miami Club accept players from the USA despite Terms section 1.6?
The answer depends on which source you read. Section 1.6 of its Terms of Use, version 2.1, lists the United States as a prohibited jurisdiction, while the casino's affiliate program confirms US players are accepted and a third-party database agrees. No US state list is published. Before depositing, ask live chat to confirm in writing that your account can deposit and withdraw. Registration is explained on Miami Club sign-up.
Is Miami Club legal in the US?
No US state licenses Miami Club, so it isn't a state-regulated casino anywhere in the country. Whether playing there is lawful depends on your own state's gambling statutes. Seven states license real-money online casinos, and Michigan's Gaming Control Board has ordered Miami Club to stop serving Michigan players. Federal law (UIGEA) targets payment processing rather than players placing bets. Check your state's online casino law before depositing anywhere offshore.
What is the Miami Club welcome bonus?
Through our link the headline is $4,000 Bonus + 285 Bonus Games (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Miami Club's homepage advertises a 100% match up to $100 on each of eight deposits, up to $800, so use the package shown at sign-up. Its terms set 20x (deposit + bonus) for matches up to 100%, 30x above that, no expiry and no deposit-bonus cashout cap. See the Miami Club welcome bonus page.
Does Miami Club have a no deposit bonus code?
Yes, its promotions page listed MIFREE20, a $20 monthly chip, when checked on October 28, 2026. Free bonuses carry 40x wagering, so $800 of bets, and you must deposit $25 before cashing out. The payout cap conflicts: the bonus terms say 5x the bonus ($100) and the Terms of Use say $150. Codes change, so check the cashier. The Miami Club no deposit bonus page tracks the current offer.
Is the Miami Club withdrawal limit $5,000 or $2,500 a week?
Its Terms of Use cap withdrawals at $5,000 per week, paid in weekly installments with no monthly cap stated. The banking page, however, lists per-method weekly limits of $2,500 for Bitcoin and wire and $3,000 for check, so the practical figure may be lower. Minimums are $100 for Bitcoin and $150 for wire and check. Ask support which limit applies. Fees and timings are listed on Miami Club withdrawals.
How long do Miami Club Bitcoin, wire and check withdrawals take?
Bitcoin payouts are listed at 48 hours with no fee. Bank wires take one to 10 business days after processing with a $50 fee, and checks by courier take four to 12 business days after processing with a $60 fee. Your first payout waits for identity verification, which the terms require for every withdrawal. Third-party reviewers report delays in some cases. What software does Miami Club use?
Miami Club runs Wager Gaming Software (WGS), not RealTime Gaming. The casino's site doesn't name a provider, but third-party reviewers identify WGS and also list studios such as Dragon Gaming and Arrow's Edge. Featured titles include Wheel of Chance II, Super 7s Wild Multipliers, The Reel Deal and Mad Road. Slot counts differ by source, from 200+ on the casino's site to 783 in a review database. Read about WGS casinos.
Is there a Miami Club Casino app, or only a mobile site?
Its support page mentions no app and describes a mobile-friendly site for phones and desktops, while a third-party review database lists an app as available. Browser play is what the casino itself describes. If you're offered a download, reach it only from the casino's own site, never from an ad or an unofficial mirror site, because lookalike pages can steal logins. Phone play is covered on Miami Club mobile.
Can I play table games with a Miami Club bonus?
You can, but they count very little and roulette is barred. The bonus terms weight video poker at 10% and blackjack at 5%, and forbid roulette while a bonus is active, so $4,000 of wagering would take $80,000 of blackjack bets. Slots, keno and scratch cards count in full. Play Miami Club table games with your own cash, or finish the bonus first, to avoid losing bonus winnings.

Miami Club’s lowest minimum is $5, by Lightning Bitcoin, according to its banking page. CardPay, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Neosurf and eZee Wallet start at $10, while Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether start at $25. Is Miami Club Casino’s RNG audited?
Miami Club says its random number generator is audited monthly by Charles Mousseau through Certified Fair Gambling, and it shows an RTP certificate dated August 2026. That is the casino’s own statement; no independent lab report or license number is published alongside it, and no US state reviews the audit. An audit speaks to game fairness, not to payouts, caps or how disputes are handled. Our guide to how RNGs work explains what a fairness audit can and can’t tell you.
