Cookie policy
Best USA Casinos sets no cookies of its own and uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is one local storage item that remembers your choice on our cookie notice. This policy was last updated on November 1, 2026.
Our cookie policy in brief
Best USA Casinos sets no cookies of its own. We don't use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and we don't track you across sites. The only thing we keep in your browser is a single local storage item that remembers your choice on the cookie notice.
Local storage is a browser feature similar to a cookie, with one important difference: it stays on your device and isn't sent to our server with each page request. We can't read it from our side.
What we store in your browser
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Name | ba-cookie |
| Type | Browser local storage (not a cookie) |
| Contents | The word "yes" or "no", depending on the button you pressed |
| Set when | You press Accept or Essential only on the cookie notice |
| Lasts | Until you clear your browser's site data |
| Sent to our server | No |
| Personal data | None |
That's the complete list. If you never press either button, nothing is stored, and the notice simply appears again on the next page.
What Accept and Essential only mean here
Many sites use a cookie notice to ask permission for tracking. Ours exists mainly to tell you that we don't track. Because we set no optional cookies, the two buttons have the same practical effect: each stores your choice so the notice stops reappearing, and neither turns any tracking on or off. We keep both buttons so the choice is clear and so we have a place to record it if that ever changes.
Cookie categories we use and don't use
| Category | Used? | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary cookies | No | The site works without any cookies |
| Preference storage | Yes, one item | The cookie notice choice described above |
| Analytics | No | No Google Analytics or other analytics service |
| Advertising and retargeting | No | No ad networks or pixels |
| Social media | No | No share buttons or embedded social widgets that set cookies |
| Third-party scripts | No | Our security settings allow scripts, fonts and images only from our own domain |
Offer links to casinos
When you click a link from our site to a partner casino, our server counts the click as part of an anonymous daily total for that casino. The count doesn't use cookies and doesn't record your IP address or any identifier; it relies on a short code in the link that is the same for every visitor. Our privacy policy describes the process step by step.
Once you arrive at a casino's site, or the affiliate program that forwards you there, that site's own cookie and privacy policies apply. It may set its own cookies, including ones that record that you came from our site so it can credit our commission. Read our advertiser disclosure for how that relationship works, and check each casino's policies before you register.
How to remove the stored item
- Open your browser's settings.
- Find the privacy or site data section.
- Look up the data stored for our site and delete it, or clear all site data.
On a phone, the same option is usually found in the browser's own settings rather than the phone's main settings. If you remove the item, the cookie notice will appear again on your next visit, and nothing else about the site changes. Private or incognito windows discard it when you close them. Clearing our item doesn't remove cookies that casino sites or affiliate programs may have set; those sit under their own domains and are cleared the same way, or with your browser's option to clear all cookies.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal asking sites not to track or sell data. We don't track readers or sell or share personal information, so we already behave as those signals ask, whether or not your browser sends them. US state privacy laws such as the CCPA and CPRA give rights over cookies used for targeted advertising where they apply; since we use none, there's nothing to opt out of.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add a cookie or another storage item, we'll list it in the table above, update the date at the top of this page and, where the law requires consent, ask for it before anything is set. Questions can go to the address on our contact page. For more about the site, see about us and our editorial policy.

Frequently asked questions
Does Best USA Casinos use cookies?
No. We set no cookies of our own, and no third-party service sets cookies through our pages. The only thing we store is one local storage item, called ba-cookie, that records whether you pressed Accept or Essential only on the cookie notice. It holds no personal data and is never sent to our server. Casino sites you visit through our links may set their own cookies, as our privacy policy explains.
Why is there a cookie notice if you don't use cookies?
The notice tells you plainly that we don't track you, and that casino sites may set their own cookies once you follow an offer link. Pressing either button stores your choice so the notice stops reappearing. Neither button switches tracking on, because there is none to switch. If that ever changed, the notice is where we would ask for your consent first.
