Visa casinos are easy to find offshore: all of our partner casinos list Visa for deposits, with minimums from $25 to $30. The catch is everything around the deposit. US banks often decline gambling charges, some sites add a card fee, and no partner pays winnings back to a Visa card. This page explains each step in dollars.

Visa casinos for US players: what actually happens
You can try to deposit with a Visa card at most offshore casinos, and all of our partners list it. Whether the charge goes through is up to your card issuer, not the casino. Card networks label gambling transactions with merchant category code 7995, and third-party payment sources report that many issuers decline those charges or ask for extra checks.
If the deposit works, the next surprise is the cashout. No partner lists Visa as a withdrawal method, so a Visa depositor gets paid by Bitcoin, bank wire or courier check. Plan the exit before the entry, and see the casino banking hub for every method side by side.
One more thing to keep in view: none of these sites is licensed by a US state. Visa acceptance is not a sign of approval by any regulator. Our offshore casino legality guide explains what that means for complaints and payouts.

SlotoCash also lists Mastercard and American Express at the same $25 minimum, and Silver Oak groups Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover under one card line. For the full method lists, see SlotoCash banking, Decode banking and Silver Oak banking. Miami Club, our second-ranked partner, lists Visa from $25 too; see Miami Club banking. Its offer via our link is $4,000 Bonus + 285 Bonus Games (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply); its own published package is up to $800 over eight deposits at 20x deposit plus bonus, with no max cashout stated on deposit bonuses. Its Terms of Use (v2.1, September 28, 2026, section 1.6) list the United States as a prohibited jurisdiction, while the site owner's affiliate program confirms US players are accepted, so confirm your eligibility at sign-up.
Visa vs Mastercard, Amex and Discover at partner casinos
If your Visa declines, a second card brand rarely solves it, because the gambling block usually sits with your bank rather than the network. Still, the brands aren’t listed equally, and the minimums differ by casino.

Visa and Mastercard are the only two brands every partner lists. Amex is missing from Miami Club’s page, and Discover appears only at Decode, Silver Oak and the three sister brands. Fees follow the casino, not the brand: Silver Oak’s 3–10% applies to every card it takes. Compare the details on our Mastercard casinos and American Express casinos pages, or see the credit card casinos list.
Why Visa casino deposits get declined
Most failed Visa casino deposits come down to the MCC 7995 code. Third-party payments sources say some banks decline 7995 transactions or ask for more verification, and many block them by default as a policy choice. Reliable figures on how often US Visa deposits to offshore casinos fail have not been published.
The legal background is the federal Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act. Section 5363 of UIGEA (opens in a new tab) bars gambling businesses from knowingly accepting credit, electronic fund transfers and checks in connection with unlawful internet gambling. It targets the businesses, not players, but it explains why US banks build blocks into their systems. Our UIGEA explainer covers the full law.
A decline is your bank telling you its policy. Don't try to disguise a gambling transaction or give false details to get around it. If you want to know your bank's position, ask it directly.
The Visa logo appears on both credit and debit cards, and the difference matters for gambling. With a credit card, you're spending borrowed money. Third-party sources report that many issuers treat credit card gambling transactions as cash advances, which usually means extra fees and interest from day one under your cardholder agreement.

What a Visa casino deposit costs in dollars
Card fees vary a lot between partners. Silver Oak's banking page lists a 3–10% fee on cards, so a $200 Visa deposit could cost $6 to $20 before you place a bet. SlotoCash lists a fee of $0.01 to $1 on card deposits.
Silver Oak's terms add another cost worth knowing: an 8% fee (minimum $4) if you withdraw a deposit that hasn't been wagered at least once. Deposit $100 by Visa and ask for it back unplayed, and the terms allow the casino to keep $8 of it.
A bonus example with a Visa deposit
Say you deposit $100 by Visa at Silver Oak and take its published 100% match, giving a $100 bonus. The offer page says 30x playthrough and the terms say 40x on slots, a conflict the casino hasn't resolved. If the rollover is counted on the bonus alone, that's $3,000 or $4,000 of bets; if counted on deposit plus bonus, $6,000 or $8,000. At an assumed 4% house edge, purely for illustration, $4,000 of slot bets costs about $160 on average. The wagering requirement explainer shows how to run these sums.
How to deposit at a Visa casino, step by step
Check your state's law and decide on a budget you can lose. The house edge means losses are likely over time.
Register with your real name and address, matching your card exactly. SlotoCash's support page says your profile must match your bank details for card deposits.
Read the bonus terms before you deposit, because some codes must be entered first.
Choose Visa in the cashier and enter the amount, staying within the card minimum ($25 or $30) and any maximum (Silver Oak: $1,000).
If your bank asks you to approve the payment, decide whether you really want a gambling charge on that card.
Keep a record of the date, amount and any fee shown on your statement.
Before you play, set up the cashout method you'll use, such as a Bitcoin wallet or wire details.
Can you withdraw from a Visa casino to your card?
Not at our partners. None lists card withdrawals, and Miami Club's banking page says outright that cards can't be used to withdraw. Visa depositors are paid by one of the methods below, each with its own minimum, fee and timing.

Card verification: documents Visa depositors should expect
Paying by card adds a layer to identity checks. Silver Oak's terms ask for the front and back of any cards used in the last three months, along with government photo ID, a selfie with ID and a recent utility bill, and withdrawals are blocked until it's complete. SlotoCash asks for photo ID and a recent utility bill before any payout, and its terms allow source-of-funds requests.
Cover the middle digits of a card number when you photograph it, if the casino allows that, and send documents only through the casino's official channels. Our KYC documents guide explains each item.
Visa casinos and US law
Only seven states license real-money online casinos: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island. State-licensed sites come with a state regulator and state rules. Offshore Visa casinos don't, so there's no state body to complain to and no state protection of your balance. See states with legal online casinos.
All three partners below list Visa deposits. They're offshore casinos, not licensed by any US state, so check your state's law before you sign up, and expect to be paid by Bitcoin, wire or check rather than to your card. Offers are for new players, 21+ (18+ where allowed); terms apply.
SlotoCash Casino: $6,000 Welcome Bonus + 60 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). The casino's own terms list 25x (deposit + bonus), a $20 minimum per bonus, no max cashout and a $10 max bet (primary); its site advertises a different $7,777 package, so the terms shown at sign-up apply.
Decode Casino: $5,000 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Decode's site shows no bonus terms; third-party reviews report codes with 25x to 50x wagering and $25 to $50 minimums. Confirm at sign-up.
Silver Oak Casino: $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Silver Oak's own pages list 30x on the offer page but 40x on slots in its terms (primary, conflicting), no max withdrawal, and a $30 minimum card deposit.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use a Visa card at online casinos in the US?
You can try at offshore casinos, and all our partners list Visa, but your bank decides whether to approve it. Many issuers decline or flag gambling charges coded MCC 7995. In the seven states that license online casinos, state-licensed sites operate under their own rules. Offshore sites aren't licensed by any state. Our card declines guide explains what a decline means and what not to do.
Why does my Visa keep getting declined at casinos?
Usually because your issuer blocks or reviews transactions with gambling code MCC 7995. Third-party payment sources say many banks block these by default as policy, and UIGEA bars gambling businesses from accepting card payments tied to unlawful internet gambling. Repeated retries won't change the bank's policy. Ask your bank if you want its position, and read why my credit card was declined.
Can I withdraw casino winnings to my Visa?
Not at any of our partners. None lists Visa withdrawals, and Miami Club's banking page says cards can't be used to withdraw. Expect Bitcoin, bank wire or check instead, with minimums of $50 to $150 and weekly caps of $2,500 to $5,000 depending on the casino. Set up your payout method early. See how to withdraw from an online casino.
Is there a fee for Visa casino deposits?
It depends on the casino and your card. Silver Oak's banking page lists a 3–10% card fee, so $100 costs $3 to $10 extra, and SlotoCash lists $0.01 to $1. Your issuer may also treat a credit card gambling charge as a cash advance, with its own fees and interest under your cardholder agreement. Our withdrawal fees guide covers the cashout side.
What is the minimum Visa deposit at offshore casinos?
At our partners it's $25 to $30. SlotoCash lists $25 on its own banking page and Decode is reported at $25, while Silver Oak lists $30 and third-party reviews put Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness at $30 for cards. Silver Oak also caps a single card deposit at $1,000. See our minimum deposits guide for other methods.
Does a Visa deposit qualify for a casino bonus?
Usually, if the bonus terms don't exclude card deposits, but always read them first. SlotoCash's welcome terms set a $20 minimum per bonus and 25x (deposit + bonus) wagering, and Silver Oak's matches carry 30x or 40x depending on which of its pages you read. Bonuses are slot-focused and come with conditions. 21+ (18+ where allowed); terms apply. Start with our welcome bonus guide.
Is it legal to use Visa at an offshore casino?
Using a card doesn't change the legal question, which turns on your state's law. Only seven states license online casinos, and offshore sites hold no US state license. UIGEA targets operators that accept payments for unlawful internet gambling, not players. Michigan has issued cease-and-desist letters to several offshore brands. Check your own state in our states section before depositing.
What documents does a casino need after a Visa deposit?
Expect photo ID, proof of address and, at some casinos, card images. Silver Oak's terms ask for the front and back of cards used in the last three months, a selfie with ID and a recent utility bill. SlotoCash asks for photo ID and a utility bill before any payout. Withdrawals wait until checks are done. See what KYC means.
Do Visa gift cards work for casino deposits?
No partner casino confirms that Visa gift or prepaid cards work, so treat it as a gamble before you even play. All seven list regular Visa deposits, but issuers often block gambling code 7995, and an unregistered gift card can’t match the name and address on your casino profile, which SlotoCash says must match your bank details for card deposits. Silver Oak also asks for photos of cards used in the last three months before paying out. If you try one, register it in your name and keep it until you’re paid. See casino prepaid cards and casino gift cards.
What is the maximum Visa deposit at Silver Oak?
Silver Oak’s banking page caps a single Visa deposit at $1,000, from a $30 minimum, with a 3–10% card fee on top. At the maximum, that fee is $30 to $100. The same page lets Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum deposits run from $30 to $100,000 with a 0% fee, which is why larger depositors there tend to use crypto. Withdrawals are slower and capped regardless of how you paid: its terms set weekly limits from $2,500 and a review of 7–10 business days before payment. See Silver Oak banking and the Silver Oak review.
Does Decode Casino accept Visa?
Yes, according to third-party reviews, which list Visa alongside Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club, with a $25 card minimum. Decode’s own site doesn’t show its full terms or a card fee, so confirm both in the cashier. Payouts go by Bitcoin, wire or check, not back to the card, and reviewers report a $50 wire fee and a $30 check fee. Reviewers also report that Decode refuses players from Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington. Read Decode banking and is Decode Casino legit before you deposit.
Can I use Visa at online casinos in New York?
A Visa card doesn’t change New York law: the New York State Gaming Commission says online casinos, including ones that claim to be sweepstakes, are unlawful in the state. New York does license online sports wagering through nine operators, and S5935-A banned sweepstakes casinos on December 5, 2025. The commission also says unlicensed offshore operators are operating unlawfully there. Third-party reviews report that Decode refuses New York players. Players in New York City, Buffalo and Yonkers can read our New York guide and can I play online casinos in New York.
How soon can I withdraw after a Visa casino deposit?
Only once your account is verified, any bonus wagering is finished and your balance reaches the payout method’s minimum. SlotoCash says it processes payouts within 48 business hours, while Silver Oak’s terms allow 7–10 business days of review plus 7–10 of payment. Silver Oak also charges 8% (minimum $4) if you withdraw a deposit you haven’t wagered at least once, so $8 on an unplayed $100 Visa deposit. Reviewers report pending periods of 5–10 days at the sister brands. Check our withdrawal times and pending withdrawals pages.
Is Visa or Bitcoin cheaper for deposits at Silver Oak?
Bitcoin is cheaper on Silver Oak’s own figures: its banking page lists 0% on crypto deposits and 3–10% on cards. On a $500 Visa deposit, that’s $15 to $50 in card fees, against no casino fee in Bitcoin, though your wallet charges a network fee and the coin’s price can move before you send it. A credit Visa may also be treated as a cash advance by your issuer. Bitcoin payments generally can’t be reversed, which matters if something goes wrong. See Bitcoin casinos and the crypto fees guide.
