Apple Pay casinos for US players

Apple Pay casinos are rare offshore: among our seven partners, only SlotoCash has Apple Pay in any payment list, and that comes from a third-party reviewer, not the casino's own banking page. Because Apple Pay runs on your Visa, Mastercard or Amex, it hits the same bank declines as a card. Here's what works, what it costs and how payouts come back.

Key takeaways

  • Only SlotoCash has an Apple Pay listing, from one reviewer; its own banking page doesn't show it.
  • Apple Pay is a wrapper for your card, so MCC 7995 gambling blocks still apply.
  • Card deposits at partners start at $25 to $30, with fees from under $1 to 10%.
  • No partner pays winnings back to Apple Pay or a card; expect bitcoin, wire or check.
  • Partners are offshore and not licensed by any US state; check your state's law.

Do online casinos accept Apple Pay?

Very few offshore casinos do, and the evidence for our partners is thin. One third-party reviewer lists Apple Pay, along with Google Pay, Discover, Diners and MoneyGram, among SlotoCash's payment methods. SlotoCash's own banking page (opens in a new tab) doesn't show Apple Pay; it lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express, five crypto options, Interac and AstroPay. No other partner has Apple Pay in any list we have.

So treat "Apple Pay casino" claims with care. Open the cashier after you sign up and see what is actually offered before you plan around it. Our casino banking hub compares every method US players use.

How Apple Pay works at a casino cashier

Apple Pay doesn't hold money of its own for card payments. It stores a secure stand-in for a card you already have, and when you pay, the transaction runs over that card's network to your bank. The merchant never sees your card number, but your bank still sees who the merchant is and what kind of business it is.

A casino can only show Apple Pay if its payment processor supports it. Many offshore casinos rely on card processors that change often, which is one reason the option comes and goes. For the card side of things, see Visa casinos and Mastercard casinos.

Where sources conflict, as with SlotoCash's Apple Pay listing, check the casino's current cashier before you deposit. Our credit card casinos list ranks partners on card deposits.

Why Apple Pay casino deposits get declined

Card networks tag gambling transactions with merchant category code 7995. Some banks decline 7995 transactions or ask for extra checks, and many block them by default as a policy decision. Apple Pay doesn't change the code, so a card that is declined at a casino will usually be declined through Apple Pay as well. Our MCC 7995 definition explains the code.

The background is federal law. UIGEA bars gambling businesses from accepting credit, electronic fund transfers, checks and other designated payments in connection with unlawful internet gambling, as 31 U.S.C. § 5363 (opens in a new tab) sets out. Banks block 7995 to keep clear of that. UIGEA targets the payment side; it doesn't make placing a bet a federal crime for the player.

If a deposit is declined, don't keep retrying or try to disguise the payment. Repeated attempts can trigger fraud flags on your card, and misdescribing a payment breaks your card agreement. Call your bank if you want to understand the decline, or choose a method the casino lists. See casino card declines and why was my credit card declined at a casino.

Card fees behind an Apple Pay deposit, in dollars

Whatever wallet you tap, the fees are the card's. Here's the arithmetic on a $100 and a $500 deposit, using the fees partners publish. Credit cards can cost more: many issuers treat card gambling transactions as cash advances, with fees and interest your card agreement sets.

SlotoCash$0.01 to $1Up to $1Up to $1
Silver Oak3% to 10%$3 to $10$15 to $50
OthersNot foundAsk support firstAsk support first

Compare that with crypto: SlotoCash lists no fee on bitcoin deposits, and Silver Oak's banking page (opens in a new tab) lists 0% on its crypto options. Crypto brings network fees and price swings instead. Our debit cards page and credit card gambling blocks guide cover the card side in depth.

How to check whether a casino really takes Apple Pay

  1. Confirm that online gambling is allowed where you live and that the casino accepts players from your state.
  2. Read the casino's banking page and terms. If Apple Pay isn't named there, assume it isn't offered.
  3. Ask support in writing which card types and wallets it accepts for US players, and whether any fees apply.
  4. Make sure the card you'd use is in your own name and matches your casino profile; casinos check this at verification.
  5. Start with the minimum deposit. A decline costs nothing, but a duplicate approval can tie up your money.
  6. Plan your payout method before you play, since winnings won't go back to Apple Pay or the card.

Our first deposit checklist goes through the same ground for any method.

Apple Pay casino withdrawals: where winnings go

No partner pays out to a card, and so none pays to Apple Pay. Winnings come back as bitcoin, a bank wire or a check, after identity checks. SlotoCash publishes bitcoin payouts of $100 to $2,500 per request without a casino fee and wires with a $50 or $60 fee, depending on which of its pages you read. Silver Oak publishes bitcoin, wire, Coindraw and check payouts of up to $2,500 each, taking 7 to 10 days.

Weekly caps decide how long a big win takes. SlotoCash publishes $5,000 a week and $20,000 a month; reviewers report $2,500 a week and $5,000 a month at Royal Ace and Slot Madness. A $6,000 win at a $2,500 weekly cap takes at least three weeks. See can I withdraw to my credit card and withdrawal limits.

Apple Pay casinos on iPhone: how offshore play works

Offshore casinos generally run in the phone's browser rather than through an app store download, which is why searches for an "Apple Pay casino app" tend to lead nowhere. Silver Oak's mobile casino page (opens in a new tab), for example, describes browser play on iPhone, Android and tablets, with no dedicated mobile app listed. Our playing on iPhone guide and why there's no casino app in the App Store explain more.

Phones make deposits quick. Set a deposit limit at the casino where it offers one, and consider blocking tools if spending is creeping up. Gambling is entertainment that costs money, and the house edge means losses are likely over time.

Apple Pay casinos, state law and taxes

State-licensed online casinos exist only in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Maine legalized tribal-run online casinos in January 2026, but nothing had launched by October 2026 and a lawsuit is pending. Licensed operators publish their own cashier options under state oversight; check each one's banking page.

Our partners are offshore and not licensed or regulated by any US state. There is no state regulator to complain to and no state-backed protection of balances. State law decides what applies to you: in Washington, RCW 9.46.240 makes knowingly transmitting or receiving gambling information over the internet a class C felony. Read offshore vs state-licensed casinos for the trade-offs.

Winnings are taxable federal income. For 2026, the W-2G reporting threshold for slot, bingo and keno winnings is $2,000, per the IRS W-2G instructions (opens in a new tab). From tax year 2026 the loss deduction is reported to be capped at 90% of losses; check IRS guidance. Help is at 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738).

Apple Pay vs card, Bitcoin and Lightning casino deposits compared

Because Apple Pay rides on your card, the useful comparison is with the other ways a US player can fund an offshore account. Here's how the options line up on the figures our partners publish or reviewers report, with $200 as the example deposit.

Deposit routes at partner casinos, with a $200 example
RouteTypical minimumCasino fee on $200Bank decline riskCan winnings come back this way?
Apple Pay (card underneath)$25–$30, where it's listed at allSame as the card: up to $1 at SlotoCash, $6–$20 at Silver OakHigh, since MCC 7995 still reaches your issuerNo
Card typed in directly$25 (SlotoCash, Miami Club) to $30 (Silver Oak)Up to $1 at SlotoCash; $6–$20 at Silver Oak; none at Miami ClubHighNo
Bitcoin$25 (SlotoCash, Miami Club) to $30 (Silver Oak)None at SlotoCash; 0% at Silver OakNone once you hold coinsYes, at every partner
Bitcoin Lightning$5 (SlotoCash, Miami Club; reported at four others)None listedNone once you hold coinsNo; payouts are standard Bitcoin

The table shows the trade-off plainly. A card route, with or without Apple Pay, is quick to set up but can be declined and may carry fees, and the money can't come back the same way. Crypto avoids card blocks and casino deposit fees, but you pay exchange and network costs, carry price risk and lose the reversal protections cards offer.

If you're comparing because a tap-to-pay deposit failed, see our debit cards page for the card side and our crypto wallets guide before trying Bitcoin. For low-stake play, the minimum deposits guide sets every method side by side.

Apple Pay casino offers via our links, and the closest fits

SlotoCash is the only partner with any Apple Pay listing, and that comes from a reviewer rather than the casino. Slot Madness and Decode don't list Apple Pay; they are shown because they are reported to take the cards Apple Pay runs on, plus crypto. Its own terms describe a five-deposit package with a $20 minimum per bonus, 25x (deposit plus bonus) wagering, a $10 max bet and no max cashout, on slots, keno and scratch cards; the terms shown at sign-up apply. The Michigan Gaming Control Board named SlotoCash on October 8, 2026. See SlotoCash banking.

Slot Madness Casino: $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Reviewers report code MAD275 (275%), a $30 minimum deposit, 30x (bonus plus deposit) wagering on slots and no max cashout. It was named in Michigan's August 14, 2025 cease-and-desist release, and reviewers say it doesn't accept Ohio players.

Decode Casino: $5,000 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Reviewers report DECODE111 (111% up to $1,111, 25x deposit plus bonus, $25 minimum), but Decode's site shows no terms, so rely on what you see at sign-up. Reviewers report it refuses Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington. Bonuses are slot-focused; table games are often excluded or weighted lower.

Frequently asked questions

Which online casinos accept Apple Pay?

Among our partners, only SlotoCash has Apple Pay in any payment list, and that list comes from a third-party reviewer. SlotoCash's own banking page shows Visa, Mastercard, Amex, crypto, Interac and AstroPay but not Apple Pay. Check the live cashier before you rely on it. Our SlotoCash review covers its full banking setup.

Why was my Apple Pay casino deposit declined?

Most likely because your bank declined a gambling transaction. Apple Pay runs on your card, and the casino's merchant code, 7995, still reaches your issuer, which may block it by default. Retrying won't change that. Call your bank or choose a method the casino lists. Our card declines page explains the reasons in detail.

Can I withdraw casino winnings to Apple Pay?

No partner pays out to Apple Pay or to cards. Winnings come back as bitcoin, a bank wire or a check after verification, usually within weekly caps of $2,500 to $5,000. SlotoCash publishes free bitcoin payouts of $100 to $2,500 per request. Our how to withdraw from an online casino guide walks through the process.

Is Apple Pay safer than entering my card at a casino?

It shares less, because the casino receives a stand-in rather than your card number. It doesn't change the legal or practical risks of an offshore site: there's no state regulator, payouts follow the casino's own terms, and card fees still apply. Our are offshore casinos safe page sets out those risks plainly.

Does Apple Pay charge fees for casino deposits?

The casino's card fee is what you'll notice. SlotoCash publishes $0.01 to $1 on card deposits, while Silver Oak publishes 3% to 10%, or $3 to $10 on a $100 deposit. Credit card issuers may also treat gambling as a cash advance with extra fees. See do casinos charge fees for every partner's charges.

Can I use Apple Pay at state-licensed online casinos?

That depends on each licensed operator's cashier in the seven licensing states, which publish their own payment options under state oversight. Check the operator's banking page. Our offshore partners are not licensed in any of those states. See states with legal online casinos for the current list and what each state allows.

Is there an Apple Pay casino app for iPhone?

Not from our offshore partners, which run in your phone's browser; Silver Oak, for one, lists no dedicated mobile app. Browser play works the same way for deposits as desktop: you use whatever the cashier lists, and card declines apply just the same. Our best iPhone casinos list compares mobile play at partners, with the offshore caveat.

What should I use if a casino doesn't take Apple Pay?

Use a method the casino actually lists in your name: a card, if your bank allows gambling transactions, or crypto. Bitcoin deposits start at $5 via Lightning at several partners, and SlotoCash pays out in bitcoin without a casino fee. Avoid third parties who offer to deposit for you. Our Bitcoin casinos page explains the crypto route.

Does Miami Club Casino accept Apple Pay?

No, Miami Club's banking page doesn't list Apple Pay. It lists Visa and Mastercard deposits from $25 and says deposits carry no fee, so a card you've added to Apple Pay could still be used directly if your bank allows the charge. On eligibility, Miami Club's Terms of Use (v2.1, September 28, 2026, section 1.6) name the United States as a prohibited jurisdiction, while the site owner's affiliate program confirms US players are accepted, so confirm at sign-up. Our Miami Club Casino review and Miami Club banking page cover the details.

Can I use Google Pay at online casinos?

Rarely, and among our partners the only mention is the same third-party list that names Apple Pay at SlotoCash. That reviewer lists Google Pay, Discover, Diners and MoneyGram too, but SlotoCash's own banking page shows none of them, so treat the listing with caution. A phone wallet still relies on the card behind it, so a bank that blocks gambling code 7995 on the card will usually block the wallet payment as well. Check the live cashier, or compare listed methods on our casino banking hub and prepaid cards page.

What is the minimum Apple Pay deposit at an online casino?

There's no separate Apple Pay minimum at our partners, so the card minimums are the guide: $25 to $30. SlotoCash publishes $25 for cards with a $0.01 to $1 fee, Miami Club publishes $25 for Visa and Mastercard, and Silver Oak publishes $30 to $1,000 per card deposit with a 3% to 10% fee. Reviewers put Slot Madness, Planet 7 and Royal Ace at $30 and Decode at $25. Crypto usually starts lower. Our minimum deposits guide and low deposit casinos list compare the options.

How long do withdrawals take after an Apple Pay casino deposit?

Expect days to weeks, because winnings never return to Apple Pay and go out as bitcoin, a wire or a check instead. Silver Oak publishes payouts of up to $2,500 each taking 7 to 10 days. SlotoCash publishes processing within 48 business hours, with bitcoin payouts of $100 to $2,500 per request. Weekly caps then set the pace for bigger wins: a $6,000 win at a $2,500 weekly cap needs at least three weeks. See casino withdrawal times and how long do casino withdrawals take.

Can I claim the SlotoCash bonus with an Apple Pay or card deposit?

Usually yes, since SlotoCash's published bonus terms don't single out cards, but check the terms shown at sign-up. Its own terms set a $20 minimum per bonus, 25x (deposit plus bonus) wagering, a $10 max bet and slots, keno and scratch cards as eligible games. On a 200% first-deposit match, $100 plus a $200 bonus means 25 × $300 = $7,500 in bets before cashing out. New players, 21+ (18+ where allowed), terms apply. Our wagering requirements explainer shows how to judge the cost.

Will Apple Pay work with my debit card at a casino?

Sometimes, but a debit card faces the same gambling checks as a credit card. Apple Pay passes the casino's merchant code, 7995, to the bank that issued your debit card, and many banks block those charges by default. Debit cards avoid the cash-advance fees that some issuers apply to credit cards, which can make them cheaper when they go through. Call your bank if a charge fails rather than retrying. Our casino debit cards page and can banks block gambling answer cover this.
