Mastercard casinos for US players are mostly offshore sites, and every one of our partners lists Mastercard for deposits. Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness are reported to take cards from $30. Getting money in is the easy half; this page focuses on the harder half: bank blocks, bonus rollover in dollars, weekly caps and how winnings actually reach you.

Mastercard casinos: the straight answer
Yes, you'll find Mastercard in the cashier at most offshore casinos that take US players, including all of our partners. Whether your bank lets the payment through is a separate question. And whatever happens on the way in, no partner pays winnings back to a Mastercard.
The three partners we feature here, Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness, are sister brands that third-party reviewers say share a $30 card minimum and a $2,500 weekly withdrawal cap. Their own sites couldn't be checked directly, so every figure for them on this page is reported by review sites rather than published by the casinos.
None of these casinos holds a US state license. Reviewers disagree on who runs them and what license, if any, they hold: Costa Rica according to AskGamblers, none according to LCB and casino.guru, and Anjouan for Slot Madness according to one review. The banking hub lists every payment method we cover.

One reviewer (casino.guru) also flags a low daily limit at Planet 7 that it doesn't square with the weekly figure. That kind of conflict is exactly why you should read the current terms in the cashier. Full details are on our Planet 7 banking, Royal Ace withdrawals and Slot Madness banking pages.
Other partner casinos that list Mastercard
Mastercard also appears at our other partners, and two of them publish their own card details. SlotoCash lists Mastercard at a $25 minimum with a $0.01 to $1 fee on its banking page. Silver Oak lists cards at $30 to $1,000 per deposit with a 3–10% fee. Third-party reviews put Decode at a $25 card minimum.
Miami Club, our second-ranked partner, lists Mastercard from $25 as well, with no deposit fee on its banking page. Its offer via our link is $4,000 Bonus + 285 Bonus Games (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply); its own published package is up to $800 over eight deposits at 20x deposit plus bonus, with no max cashout stated on deposit bonuses. Its Terms of Use (v2.1, September 28, 2026, section 1.6) list the United States as a prohibited jurisdiction, while the site owner's affiliate program confirms US players are accepted, so confirm your eligibility at sign-up. If you're comparing card brands, our Visa casinos and American Express casinos pages use the same partner data.
Mastercard casino deposit fees in dollars
Card fees vary more than most players expect, and they come off before a single spin. The table applies each partner’s published Mastercard fee to three deposit sizes. The sister brands are left out because no card fee for them has been recorded by reviewers.

Silver Oak’s $1,000 single-deposit maximum means $1,000 is also its largest card payment, and at the top of its fee range a tenth of that goes on the fee. SlotoCash’s charge is small enough to ignore at almost any size. Miami Club’s page lists no deposit fees at all.
Two costs sit outside the casino. A credit Mastercard may be treated as a cash advance by your issuer, which usually adds a fee and interest from day one. And if the casino later charges for a withdrawal, the round trip costs more again: our withdrawal fees page lists those charges, from Silver Oak’s 8% fee (minimum $4) on deposits not wagered once to SlotoCash’s $50 to $60 bank wire.
Why US banks block Mastercard gambling payments
Card transactions carry a merchant category code, and gambling uses MCC 7995. Third-party payments sources report that many issuers block that code by default or add checks, and a US bankers' compliance forum has advised issuers worried about illegal internet gambling to block 7995 across consumer and commercial cards. That's advice, not any named bank's published policy.
Behind it sits UIGEA section 5363 (opens in a new tab), which bars gambling businesses from knowingly accepting credit, electronic fund transfers or checks in connection with unlawful internet gambling. The law aims at the businesses, but banks manage their own exposure with blocks. Nobody has published a reliable figure for how often US Mastercard deposits to offshore sites fail.
If your Mastercard is declined, take it as your bank's answer. Never misdescribe a payment, use someone else's card or give false details. Our card declines guide explains the options that stay honest.
Mastercard casino deposit checklist
Run through this list before the first card payment. It's built around the weak points reviewers report at the sister brands: slow payouts, caps and document checks.
Confirm what your state's law says about online casinos. Our states section covers all 50 states and DC.
Pick your cashout route now (Bitcoin wallet, wire details or a mailing address for a check), because the card can't receive winnings.
Gather documents early. LCB says Planet 7 asks for ID, proof of address, a selfie with ID and, where applicable, a credit card verification form.
Read the bonus terms: wagering, max cashout and excluded games. Decide whether you want a bonus at all.
Deposit the card minimum or a little more for a first test, and note the amount and date.
Set a deposit limit with support, and stick to a budget you've accepted losing.
Mastercard deposit bonus math at the sister brands
Reviewers report different bonus terms from the headline we show via our link, and the terms shown at sign-up are the ones that apply. Using the third-party figures, here's what a card-funded bonus asks of you.
Card-funded bonus examples using reported terms (third-party)
Every dollar of those bets runs into the house edge. As an illustration only, at a 4% edge $4,500 of slot spins costs about $180 on average, more than the $150 balance you started with. The Royal Ace cap is the other trap: win $1,200 from a $50 deposit and reported terms let you keep $500. Our max cashout explainer and bonus terms red flags go further.
From Mastercard deposit to Bitcoin or check payout
Since none of the partners pays out to cards, a Mastercard player's winnings travel by Bitcoin, wire or check. At a $2,500 weekly cap, a $6,000 win arrives in three installments ($2,500, $2,500, $1,000), and a $5,000 monthly cap at Royal Ace and Slot Madness, as reported, slows anything larger.
AskGamblers reports no weekend cashouts at all three, and LCB reports delayed payments, with one review saying Planet 7 payouts usually take more than a month. Read pending withdrawals and what a weekly withdrawal limit is before you rely on a timeline.
Payout complaints and regulator actions
The three sister brands carry heavy complaint records on review sites. LCB lists all three with a "Warning" for slow payment and poor support. AskGamblers shows each as terminated, with 1,598 complaints for Planet 7, 378 for Royal Ace and 206 for Slot Madness, most marked resolved. These are reviewer figures, not regulator findings.
Only New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island license real-money online casinos. Maine has passed a tribal online casino law, but nothing had launched by October 2026. Everywhere else, no state licenses online casinos.
Offshore casinos sit outside those systems. There's no state regulator to take a complaint, no state protection for your balance, and the terms are whatever the casino sets. Our guide to player protections, offshore vs licensed lays out the differences.
Credit Mastercards, cash advances and your budget
Third-party sources say many issuers treat credit card gambling charges as cash advances, which usually carry fees and interest under your card agreement. That turns every loss into a loss plus a borrowing cost. A debit Mastercard avoids the interest but takes money straight from your checking account; see casino debit cards.
If you're using credit to keep playing or to chase losses, it's time for a break. Call or text 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), the National Problem Gambling Helpline, any time. Our gambling and money page has practical budgeting steps.

Frequently asked questions
Which online casinos accept Mastercard for US players?
Many offshore casinos list Mastercard, including all of our partners. SlotoCash lists it from $25 on its own banking page, and third-party reviews put Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness at $30. None of them is licensed by a US state. State-licensed casinos exist only in seven states. Compare options on our best Mastercard casinos list and check your state's law.
Why would my bank decline a Mastercard casino deposit?
Most likely your issuer blocks or reviews gambling transactions coded MCC 7995. Third-party sources say many banks do this by default as policy, and UIGEA bars gambling businesses from accepting card payments tied to unlawful internet gambling. A decline isn't something to work around with false details. Our card declines guide and the MCC 7995 glossary entry explain more.
Can I get my winnings paid to my Mastercard?
No partner lists card withdrawals. At Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness, reviewers report Bitcoin, wire and check payouts, with Slot Madness adding Litecoin. Weekly caps of $2,500 are reported at all three, so larger wins arrive in installments. Prepare your payout details before you play. See how long casino withdrawals take.
What is the minimum Mastercard deposit?
At our partners it ranges from $25 to $30. SlotoCash publishes $25, Decode is reported at $25, and Silver Oak publishes $30 with a $1,000 single-deposit maximum. Third-party reviews put Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness at $30 for cards, compared with $5 for Bitcoin Lightning. Our minimum deposits guide compares methods.
Do Mastercard deposits get the welcome bonus?
Card deposits generally qualify unless the terms say otherwise, so read them before paying. Reviewers report 30x (bonus + deposit) wagering at Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness, with a $1,000 max cashout at Planet 7 and 10x the deposit at Royal Ace. Bonuses carry conditions and the house edge applies while you wager. 21+ (18+ where allowed); terms apply. See our match bonus guide.
How long do withdrawals take after a Mastercard deposit?
Expect days to weeks, not hours. AskGamblers reports pending periods of 5–7 days at Planet 7 and 7–10 days at Royal Ace and Slot Madness, followed by 7–14 days for bank transfers, with no weekend cashouts. LCB reports delayed payments at all three. These are reviewer reports. Our withdrawal times guide covers every method.
Is a credit Mastercard a bad idea for gambling?
It usually costs more than paying with your own money. Third-party sources say many issuers treat credit card gambling charges as cash advances, which typically bring fees and interest under your card agreement. That adds borrowing costs to likely losses. If you find yourself using credit to keep playing, see gambling and debt or call 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738).
Are Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness licensed?
Not by any US state, and reviewers disagree about any offshore license. AskGamblers lists Costa Rica for all three, LCB and casino.guru say no license, and one review lists Anjouan for Slot Madness. No license number is shown. Michigan named Planet 7 and Slot Madness in cease-and-desist actions. Read is Planet 7 legit for the full picture.
Is there a fee for Mastercard deposits at online casinos?
It depends on the casino: published Mastercard deposit fees at our partners run from nothing to 10%. Miami Club’s banking page lists no deposit fee, SlotoCash lists a $0.01 to $1 charge per card deposit, and Silver Oak lists 3–10%, which is $6 to $20 on a $200 deposit. Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness don’t publish a card fee that reviewers have recorded. Your issuer may add its own charges, including cash-advance fees on a credit card. Compare methods on our withdrawal fees and debit cards pages.
What is the maximum Mastercard deposit at an online casino?
Silver Oak is the only partner that publishes a card ceiling: $1,000 per Mastercard deposit, from a $30 minimum. SlotoCash’s banking page lists card minimums but no deposit maximums, and Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness have no published card maximum in the third-party reviews available. Your bank may set its own daily card limit, and gambling-coded payments can be declined whatever the amount. Bigger card deposits also don’t speed up payouts, because weekly caps of $2,500 are reported at the sister brands. See withdrawal limits before you fund a large balance.
Can I use a Mastercard at online casinos in Ohio?
Ohio doesn’t license online casinos, so any Mastercard casino available there is an offshore site. The Ohio Casino Control Commission says illegal sites offer no consumer protections and recommends blocking software for unregulated online casinos; bills to legalize iGaming, including HB 298, were still pending in 2026. Third-party reviews also report that Royal Ace and Slot Madness don’t accept Ohio players. Ohio does license online sports betting, which launched January 1, 2023. Read our Ohio state guide and Ohio online casino question before you deposit from Columbus, Cleveland or Cincinnati.
Why does a casino ask for a photo of my Mastercard?
Casinos ask to confirm the card belongs to you before they release a payout. Silver Oak’s terms require the front and back of cards used in the last three months, alongside photo ID, a selfie and a recent utility bill. LCB reports that Planet 7 asks for a credit card verification form where applicable, and SlotoCash says your profile must match your bank details for card deposits. Send documents only through the casino’s official channel, never to an address that contacts you unprompted. Our KYC documents page and phishing scams guide explain the safe way.
Is Mastercard or Bitcoin better for casino deposits?
Mastercard is simpler to start with, while Bitcoin fits the way partner casinos pay out. Cards need no wallet, but banks may decline gambling-coded payments, and reported card minimums are $30 at Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness against $5 for Lightning Bitcoin. Bitcoin is also a payout route at every partner, whereas no partner pays back to a card. The trade-off is protection: the FTC says crypto payments lack the legal protections of credit cards and generally can’t be reversed. Compare both on our Bitcoin casinos page and the Bitcoin deposit guide.
What should I do if my Mastercard was charged but the casino balance didn’t update?
Start by checking whether the charge is final or still a pending authorization in your banking app, since a declined payment can briefly show as pending. If it has posted, contact the casino’s support with the date, amount and the last four digits of the card, and keep a copy of every message. Because offshore casinos aren’t licensed by any US state, there is no state regulator to escalate to if support can’t fix it. Our guides to filing a casino complaint and chargebacks at casinos cover the next steps.
