Casino pending withdrawals are cashout requests the casino has received but not yet approved, and at offshore casinos that wait often runs from two business days to well over a week. This page shows the published and reported pending periods at our partners, why requests stall, and what you can do about it.

What a casino pending withdrawal actually means
When you ask an online casino to pay you, the request doesn't go straight to your wallet or bank. It joins a queue, and the cashier labels it pending while the casino's payments and security staff decide whether to approve it. Until that approval, the money is still in the casino's hands.
The pending stage is separate from the payment stage. A casino can say a Bitcoin payout lands within hours of approval, yet the request may sit pending for days first. That's why the headline speed in a casino's banking table rarely matches what players report. Our casino withdrawal times page covers the payment side; this page focuses on the wait before it.
At state-licensed casinos in the seven states that license online play, a state regulator sets rules and takes complaints. At offshore casinos such as our partners, the casino's own terms set the pending period, and there is no state body to enforce it. Our banking hub explains how every method works for US players.
The stages of a casino withdrawal, from request to payout
Most offshore casinos follow the same broad sequence. The labels in a cashier may differ, but each request passes through these checkpoints.

Only the first and last stages are outside the casino's control. Everything in between depends on the casino's staffing, its review rules and any weekly cap. If you want a single number to judge a casino by, ask how long the pending review takes, not how fast Bitcoin moves.
Casino pending withdrawal times at our partner casinos
Few offshore casinos publish a pending period in plain words. SlotoCash and Silver Oak publish processing times on their own sites; for the other partners the figures come from third-party reviews, which can be dated or disagree with each other. Treat these as reported ranges, and check the casino's current terms.

Silver Oak's terms (opens in a new tab) are the most detailed: a review of 7–10 business days, then payment in another 7–10 business days, so a cashout can take four weeks of business days in total. SlotoCash's payout methods page (opens in a new tab) promises processing within 48 business hours, the fastest published figure among our partners, though its banking pages list different wire and check fees, which is a reminder to read the current version.
For Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness, AskGamblers lists no weekend cashouts. LCB flags delayed payments at all three and says Planet 7 and Royal Ace payouts usually take more than a month. These are reviewers' reports, not the casinos' own statements, but they are consistent enough to plan around.
Why is my casino withdrawal pending? Seven common causes
A request that sits longer than the quoted period usually has a reason, even if the cashier doesn't show it. These are the causes that partner terms and third-party complaints point to most often.
Verification isn't finished. Silver Oak's terms block withdrawals until KYC is complete, and SlotoCash requires a one-time check before any payout. See our KYC documents guide.
It's your first withdrawal. First requests get the fullest review, including checks that the payment method is yours.
The weekend or a holiday intervened. SlotoCash counts business days only, and reviewers report no weekend cashouts at three partners.
You hit a weekly cap. Most partners are reported to cap withdrawals at $2,500 a week, so anything above that waits for later weeks.
Bonus wagering is incomplete. If a bonus is active and the playthrough isn't done, the request can be held or the bonus winnings voided.
Your deposit wasn't wagered. Silver Oak's terms charge an 8% fee (minimum $4) if a deposit wasn't played through once before withdrawal.
Details don't match. SlotoCash says your profile must match your bank details for card deposits; a mismatch prompts more questions.
A pending withdrawal in dollars: a $6,000 example
Weekly caps turn one big pending withdrawal into several smaller ones. Take a $6,000 balance at a casino reported to cap withdrawals at $2,500 a week, with a reported pending period of 7–10 days for each request.

That's three requests and, if each waits 7–10 days pending, the last dollars can arrive more than a month after the first request. Royal Ace and Slot Madness are also reported to cap withdrawals at $5,000 a month, so a $12,000 balance would take at least three calendar months: $5,000, then $5,000, then $2,000.
Silver Oak's terms add a twist: it lets pending requests stack up to four times the weekly limit, so at a $2,500 weekly limit you can queue up to $10,000, but it still releases one week's limit at a time. SlotoCash publishes higher caps of $5,000 a week and $20,000 a month. Our casino withdrawal limits page compares every partner's caps.
Pending withdrawals, bonuses and the reverse-withdrawal trap
A pending balance can interact with bonuses in ways that cost you. SlotoCash's general bonus terms say you aren't eligible for bonuses while a withdrawal is pending, so claiming a reload means waiting until the payout clears or canceling it.
Some casinos let you cancel a pending request and send the money back to your playable balance. This is called a reverse withdrawal, and it is where a long pending period does real damage: every extra day is another chance to play the money back. The house edge means that, over time, money returned to play is more likely to shrink than grow.
If you find yourself canceling cashouts to keep playing, set a deposit limit or a cool-off with support. Our guide to chasing losses explains why it happens, and the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738) offers free, confidential call, text and chat support around the clock.
How to speed up a casino pending withdrawal, step by step
You can't force an offshore casino to approve faster, but you can remove the reasons it might wait. Do these in order.
Verify early. Send your ID, proof of address and any payment proof soon after your first deposit, using only the documents address the casino lists, and keep a copy. Our account verification guide walks through it.
Finish or forfeit any bonus. Check the bonus section of the cashier and confirm the playthrough is complete, or ask support to remove the bonus before you request.
Play your deposit through once if the terms require it, so a fee such as Silver Oak's 8% charge doesn't apply.
Request on a Monday or Tuesday so the review falls within business days rather than across a weekend.
Choose the method the casino processes fastest. Where times are published, Bitcoin is quoted as fast as or faster than wire and check; see our Bitcoin casino banking page.
Keep each request at or under the weekly cap so nothing is split or held for the next week.
Save the request confirmation, then ask live chat for a written status if the quoted period passes.
When a pending casino withdrawal becomes a delay
Once a request has passed the casino's own quoted period, treat it as a delay and start keeping records. Write down dates, amounts, the method and every message from support. Ask what is outstanding: a document, a wagering check or a cap.
Escalation options are limited with offshore casinos. No US state regulator can order them to pay, and the licensing bodies reported for these brands, where any is named, sit outside the US. Your realistic routes are the casino's support and complaints process, and public complaint services run by review sites. AskGamblers, for example, lists 1,598 complaints against Planet 7, 1,468 of them marked resolved; Planet 7's LCB listing (opens in a new tab) carries a warning for slow payments.
Silver Oak's terms require disputes to be raised within 3 days of the wager and promise replies within 28 days, while SlotoCash's terms give 14 days. Missing those windows can end a dispute before it starts. Our complaint guide and our page on casino withdrawal delays set out the steps.
Never send money to ‘release’ a pending withdrawal. A fee that appears only after you request a cashout, or a request to pay through a personal transfer, is a common scam pattern. See crypto casino scams.
Pending withdrawals, US law and the protection you don't have
Online casinos are licensed by states, not the federal government, and only New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island license real-money online casinos. Maine legalized tribal-run online casinos in January 2026, but nothing had launched by October 2026. In those states a regulator sets payout and complaint rules for licensed operators.
Our partners are offshore and not licensed by any US state. The federal UIGEA payment rule (opens in a new tab) bars gambling businesses from accepting cards, transfers and checks in connection with unlawful internet gambling, which is part of why offshore cashiers lean on Bitcoin, wires and checks, and why payouts move slowly. Whether playing is lawful for you depends on your state's law; our page on offshore casino legality explains it.
Michigan's Gaming Control Board has sent cease-and-desist letters naming several of our partners as illegal offshore operators: Silver Oak and Planet 7 on April 9, 2025, Slot Madness on August 14, 2025, as its August 2025 release (opens in a new tab) records, and SlotoCash on October 8, 2026. Our player protections comparison shows what a licensed casino would add.
Partner casinos and their reported pending times

Planet 7 Casino: $2,750 Welcome Bonus + 45 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Third-party reviews report a WELCOME200 code (200%) with 30x (bonus plus deposit) wagering on slots, a $1,000 max cashout and card deposits from $30, and say Banana Jones and Fish Catch can't be played with coupon funds. These are reviewers' figures, so the terms shown at sign-up apply. Reported pending period: 5–7 days. The Michigan Gaming Control Board named Planet 7 in its April 9, 2025 cease-and-desist release. See Planet 7 withdrawals.
Royal Ace Casino: $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 35 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Third-party reviews report conflicting packages (200% up to $4,000, or 250% up to $2,500 plus 35 spins), 30x (bonus plus deposit) wagering on slots, 60x on blackjack and video poker, a max cashout of 10x the deposit and card deposits from $30. Reviewers also report that it doesn't accept Ohio players. Reported pending period: 7–10 days, with caps of $2,500 a week and $5,000 a month.
Slot Madness Casino: $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Reviewers report code MAD275 (275%), a $30 minimum deposit, 30x (bonus plus deposit) wagering on slots and no max cashout, and say it doesn't accept Ohio players. Bonuses are slot-focused; table games are often excluded or weighted lower. Reported pending period: 7–10 days. The Michigan Gaming Control Board named Slot Madness in its August 14, 2025 release. Frequently asked questions
Why does a casino withdrawal stay pending for days?
Usually because the casino hasn't finished its review. The common reasons are unfinished identity verification, an active bonus with wagering left, a weekly cap already reached, or a weekend falling inside the processing window. Offshore casinos rarely explain the hold in the cashier, so ask live chat what is outstanding and get the answer in writing. Our page on why a withdrawal is pending lists the checks, and the verification guide covers documents.
How long do casino pending withdrawals take?
It depends on the casino, and the figures range widely. SlotoCash's own site says payouts are processed within 48 business hours, Silver Oak's terms allow a 7–10 business-day review, and third-party reviews report pending periods of 5–7 days at Planet 7 and 7–10 days at Royal Ace and Slot Madness. Payment time comes on top of that. Compare all methods on our withdrawal times page.
Can I reverse a pending withdrawal back to my casino balance?
Some casinos allow it, but it is rarely a good idea. Canceling sends the money back to your playable balance, and the house edge means money returned to play tends to shrink over time. SlotoCash's terms also bar bonuses while a withdrawal is pending, which pushes some players to cancel. If you keep reversing cashouts, set a limit or take a break. Read our reverse withdrawal entry first.
Do pending withdrawals get processed on weekends?
Most of our partners don't, as far as published and reported terms show. SlotoCash counts business days only, Silver Oak quotes business days for both review and payment, and AskGamblers lists no weekend cashouts at Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness. A request made on Friday afternoon may not be looked at until Monday. See our withdrawal times guide and the withdrawal how-to.
Is a pending withdrawal the same as an approved one?
No. A pending withdrawal is still under the casino's review, and the money hasn't left. An approved or processing request has passed review and is scheduled for payment, which then takes its own time by Bitcoin, wire or check. Silver Oak's terms make the split clear: 7–10 business days of review, then 7–10 business days of payment. Our glossary entry on the pending period explains the term.
What should I do if my withdrawal has been pending for weeks?
Treat it as a delay and start a paper trail. Ask support in writing what is outstanding, send any missing document, and note the casino's dispute window: 3 days at Silver Oak and 14 days at SlotoCash under their terms. No US state regulator handles complaints about offshore casinos, so public complaint services on review sites are the usual next step. Follow our casino complaint guide.
Does a weekly withdrawal limit keep my money pending?
It can. Anything above the weekly cap waits for later weeks, so a large balance comes out in installments. Most partners are reported to cap withdrawals at $2,500 a week, which means a $6,000 cashout needs three weeks at least. SlotoCash publishes higher caps of $5,000 a week and $20,000 a month. See what a weekly withdrawal limit is and our limits comparison.
Should I pay a fee to release a pending withdrawal?
Be very careful. Published fees, such as Silver Oak's 8% charge when a deposit wasn't wagered once, are deducted from the payout, not sent separately. A demand to send extra money, especially in crypto or to a personal account, before a withdrawal is released is a classic scam sign. Stop and contact the casino only through its official site. Our phishing guide and rogue casino checklist explain the warning signs.
How long are Miami Club withdrawals pending?
Miami Club doesn’t publish a separate pending period, but its banking page quotes 48 hours for Bitcoin, 1–10 business days for a wire and 4–12 business days for a courier check after processing. Its terms require proof of identity for every withdrawal and cap payouts at $5,000 a week. Section 1.6 of its Terms of Use lists the United States as prohibited, while its affiliate program confirms US players are accepted, so confirm at sign-up. See Miami Club withdrawals.
Why is my SlotoCash withdrawal pending?
Most often because the one-time verification isn’t finished: SlotoCash asks for photo ID and a recent utility bill before any payout, and your profile must match your bank details for card deposits. Its payout page says requests are processed within 48 business hours and allows one request a week per method, so a second request waits. Its terms also bar bonuses while a withdrawal is pending. Check the SlotoCash verification page for the document list.
How long do Decode withdrawals stay pending?
Decode doesn’t publish a pending period, and its own terms weren’t visible on the pages available. Third-party reviews report Bitcoin payouts in about 48 hours, wires in 1–10 business days with a $50 fee, and checks in 4–6 business days, counting business days only. Reviewers also report document checks of up to two days, using ID, proof of address, payment proof and a selfie. Plan around the slower figures, and see Decode withdrawals.
Does a long pending withdrawal mean the casino won’t pay?
Not necessarily, since slow approval is common at offshore casinos and many delayed payouts are eventually paid. AskGamblers, for example, marks 1,468 of 1,598 complaints against Planet 7 as resolved. The warning signs are different: a demand for extra money to release funds, document requests that keep changing, or a support team that stops replying. Our answer to do offshore casinos pay out explains what reviewers report.
Can I complain to Michigan regulators about a pending offshore withdrawal?
Not usefully, because the Michigan Gaming Control Board regulates licensed operators and treats offshore sites as illegal rather than as businesses it supervises. It has sent cease-and-desist letters naming Silver Oak, Planet 7, Miami Club, Slot Madness and SlotoCash, but those orders don’t make a casino pay a player. Michigan players using licensed sites do get a regulator complaint route. Read our Michigan guide and cease-and-desist letters page.
