The best Visa casinos for US players accept Visa deposits from $25 or $30 and give you a clear, non-card route for payouts, since none of our partners pays winnings back to Visa. This page ranks five offshore partners that list Visa, shows each one's minimum, fee and withdrawal caps, and explains what to do when your Visa is declined.

Which are the best Visa casinos in the USA?
Our five best Visa casinos for US players are Planet 7, Royal Ace, Slot Madness, SlotoCash and Decode. Every one of them lists Visa in its cashier, either on its own banking page or in third-party reviews, and every one pays out by other methods such as Bitcoin, bank wire or check.
The order is our editorial order for this page, and it's commercial: we earn a commission when you join through our links, and we rank only partners. It isn't a test result. On the facts alone, SlotoCash publishes the clearest Visa terms, while the details for Planet 7, Royal Ace, Slot Madness and Decode come from review sites.
None of these casinos is licensed or regulated by a US state. In practice that means no state regulator to take a complaint to, no state protection for your balance, and terms that the casino writes. The states hub shows where your state stands.

Visa deposits and payouts at the five ranked casinos
Two live partners sit outside this ranking. Silver Oak's own banking page lists Visa with Mastercard, Amex and Discover from $30 to $1,000 at a 3% to 10% fee. Miami Club lists Visa from $25 with no deposit fee, though its terms of use list the United States as prohibited while the site owner's affiliate program confirms US players are accepted; confirm at sign-up.
1. Planet 7: Visa from $30 with a long list of backups
Planet 7 is reported by casino.guru to list 18 payment methods, with Visa alongside Mastercard, Amex and Discover and crypto including Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Tether, Dogecoin and XRP. That range matters if your Visa is declined, because you can switch method without switching casino. LCB puts the card minimum at $30.
The payout side is weaker. Reviewers list wire, check and Bitcoin, disagree on the minimum ($50 at LCB, $100 at Blockonomi), and report a $2,500 weekly cap; AskGamblers instead shows a daily figure, and casino.guru mentions a low daily limit. LCB warns of very slow payments. The Michigan Gaming Control Board named Planet 7 in its April 9, 2025 cease-and-desist release (opens in a new tab) as an illegal offshore operator. More on Planet 7 banking.
2. Royal Ace: Visa from $30 and a $20 payout minimum
Royal Ace is reported to take Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, plus crypto and Interac, with a $30 card minimum at LCB. Its reported withdrawal minimum of $20 is low, and AskGamblers lists no withdrawal fees.
Against that, reviewers report a 7 to 10 day pending period and weekly and monthly caps of $2,500 and $5,000, and reviewers give three different operator names. Casino.guru says Royal Ace doesn't accept Ohio players. See Royal Ace withdrawals before you deposit.
3. Slot Madness: Visa from $30, conflicting payout reports
Slot Madness is listed with Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover, a $30 card minimum and a $20 withdrawal minimum. Reviewers list withdrawals by wire, check, Bitcoin and Litecoin, which gives Visa depositors two crypto routes for payouts.
The reports conflict on speed. One review says crypto is "typically processed within minutes" and mentions card timings, while LCB reports player accounts of 7 to 10 business days and none of the withdrawal lists includes cards. Casino.guru says it doesn't accept Ohio players. Michigan's board named Slot Madness in its August 14, 2025 release (opens in a new tab).
4. SlotoCash: the clearest published Visa terms
SlotoCash is the only ranked casino whose own banking page (opens in a new tab) shows Visa terms: a $25 minimum and a fee of $0.01 to $1, with no deposit maximum listed. Mastercard and Amex carry the same terms.
Its support page says your casino profile must match the bank details on the card, and verification needs photo ID and a recent utility bill before any payout. Withdrawals run by wire, courier check or Bitcoin, with a $5,000 weekly cap. The Michigan Gaming Control Board named SlotoCash in its October 8, 2026 release (opens in a new tab).
5. Decode: Visa among five reported card brands
Decode is reported by LCB to accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and Diners Club from $25. The casino's own banking page didn't show readable terms, so these are third-party facts.
LCB lists Bitcoin payouts from $100 in about 48 hours, a $50 wire fee and a $30 check fee, with weekly caps given as $2,500 in one place and $5,000 in another. Reviewers say Decode refuses Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington. See Decode banking.
Visa declined at an online casino? Causes and next steps
A Visa decline at an offshore casino usually starts with your bank. Gambling transactions carry MCC 7995, and third-party payment sources report that many US issuers block that code by default or ask for extra checks. No reliable source publishes a success rate for Visa deposits at offshore casinos.

The legal reason banks are cautious is federal. UIGEA's payment rules (opens in a new tab) bar gambling businesses from knowingly accepting credit, transfers or checks for unlawful internet gambling, while state law decides what counts as unlawful. It targets the casino and the payment chain, not the player placing a bet. Read can banks block gambling and our card declines page.
How to make a Visa casino deposit, step by step
Check your state's law first. Seven states license online casinos, and none licenses these offshore sites.
Decide your budget for the month and set a deposit limit with support if the casino offers one.
Register using the name and address that appear on your Visa statement.
Read the bonus terms and minimum deposit, such as $25 at SlotoCash or the $30 card minimum reported for Planet 7.
Choose Visa in the cashier, enter the amount and approve any bank verification.
Check the balance and keep the receipt in case the deposit doesn't credit.
Upload ID and proof of address early so a later withdrawal isn't held.
Set up a payout method, such as a Bitcoin wallet or bank wire details, before you win anything you want to withdraw.
No partner pays winnings back to Visa. Miami Club's banking page says cards aren't available for withdrawals, and the others list only Bitcoin, Litecoin, wire, check or crypto services. So the realistic plan is: deposit with Visa, withdraw by Bitcoin or wire.
Each route has a cost. At SlotoCash, Bitcoin is free with a $100 minimum, while wires cost $50 or $60 depending on which banking page you read. If you've never used crypto, read how to buy Bitcoin for casinos, and note that crypto transfers generally can't be reversed. Long waits are common; see pending withdrawals and withdrawal delays.
Weekly caps also shape big wins. A $10,000 win at a casino with a $2,500 weekly cap takes at least four weeks to withdraw in full, and at SlotoCash's $5,000 weekly cap, at least two.
Visa vs Mastercard vs Amex at partner casinos
At our partners, Visa and Mastercard are listed everywhere, while Amex and Discover are listed at most but not all. Miami Club's banking page lists only Visa and Mastercard among cards.

Other Visa casinos you'll see
Other Visa casino lists often name these brands. They're not partners and aren't ranked here; the facts are from their own pages as of October 28, 2026:
Red Dog Casino: $30 card minimum, a $150 minimum payout and a $2,500 cap per payout. Licensed in Anjouan, it excludes Kansas and Michigan and was named in Michigan's April 9, 2025 release.
Slots.lv: a card welcome of 100% up to $2,000 plus 20 spins at 35x; Curaçao license; excludes Delaware, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey and New York.
Cafe Casino: card welcome of 200% up to $1,500 plus 75 spins at 40x, run by the same Curaçao company as Slots.lv.
Ignition Casino: card welcome of 100% up to $1,000 with a $20 minimum; Mississippi regulators' June 2025 orders reportedly named it.
Choosing a Visa casino: what to look for and avoid
Look for a published Visa minimum and fee on the casino's own banking page, not only on review sites.
Look for at least two payout methods you can actually use, with fees listed.
Look for weekly caps that fit the size of win you're realistically playing for.
Avoid casinos whose payment pages appear only on unofficial mirror sites.
Avoid casinos with recent state regulator actions if you live in that state.
Avoid depositing on Visa credit if you'd carry the balance; interest on gambling is a loss on top of the house edge.
Visa prepaid gift cards come up often; no partner publishes whether they're accepted, so check the cashier and our prepaid cards page. A Visa debit card avoids credit costs but faces the same blocks.
State law varies. Washington's RCW 9.46.240 treats knowingly transmitting or receiving gambling information online as a class C felony, and Oklahoma's SB 1589 bans online casino games from November 1, 2026, with reported liability for affiliates. We don't show offers on Washington, Oklahoma or Michigan pages. Winnings are taxable; see gambling taxes.
Set a budget before you deposit and stick to it; deposit limits help. The National Problem Gambling Helpline is 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), by call, text or chat via NCPG (opens in a new tab).

Frequently asked questions
Which online casinos accept Visa in the US?
All seven of our partners list Visa deposits, and this page ranks Planet 7, Royal Ace, Slot Madness, SlotoCash and Decode. SlotoCash is the only one whose own banking page shows the Visa minimum ($25) and fee ($0.01 to $1); the rest come from third-party reviews. All are offshore and not licensed by any US state. Check Visa casinos for method details. 21+; terms apply.
Why is my Visa declined at online casinos?
Usually because your bank blocks gambling code MCC 7995, either by policy or after a fraud check. Federal UIGEA bars gambling businesses from accepting card payments for unlawful internet gambling, so many issuers block the code outright. Cash advance limits and name mismatches cause other declines. Don't keep retrying. Read why a credit card is declined at a casino.
Can I withdraw to my Visa card from a casino?
No, none of our partners pays out to Visa. Miami Club's banking page says cards aren't available for withdrawals, and the others list Bitcoin, Litecoin, wire, check or crypto services instead. Set up a payout method and finish ID checks before you need them. Expect weekly caps of $2,500 to $5,000. See how to withdraw from an online casino.
What is the minimum Visa deposit at online casinos?
At our partners it's $25 or $30. SlotoCash's banking page lists $25, reviewers report $25 at Decode, and Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness are reported at $30 for cards. Silver Oak's own page sets $30 to $1,000 per card deposit. Bonus codes can have higher minimums, so check both. Our minimum deposits page compares methods.
Do Visa casinos charge deposit fees?
Some do. SlotoCash lists $0.01 to $1 per card deposit and Silver Oak lists 3% to 10%, which is $3 to $10 on $100. Miami Club says deposits carry no fee. Planet 7, Royal Ace, Slot Madness and Decode don't have published card fees we could confirm. Your issuer may add cash advance charges on top. See do casinos charge fees.
Do the best Visa casinos accept prepaid Visa gift cards?
No partner publishes whether Visa prepaid gift cards are accepted, so you'd need to check the cashier yourself. Even where a prepaid card goes through, you can't withdraw back to it, so you'll still need Bitcoin, wire or check for payouts. Never buy gift cards to hide gambling from your bank. Read our casino prepaid cards page for the general picture.
Is Visa or Bitcoin better for casino deposits?
Visa is simpler but more likely to be declined and may cost cash advance fees; Bitcoin avoids card blocks and is the main payout route at our partners. Crypto transfers can't usually be reversed and prices move, so only send what you can afford to lose. Many players deposit by card and withdraw by Bitcoin. Compare on best Bitcoin casinos.
Is it legal to use Visa at offshore casinos?
Federal law aims at the casino and payment chain, not the player: UIGEA bars gambling businesses from accepting card payments for unlawful internet gambling, and your state's law decides what's unlawful. Seven states license online casinos, and none licenses these offshore sites; some, like Washington, have strict laws. Read is it illegal to play at offshore casinos.
Is a Visa debit card better than a Visa credit card at online casinos?
A Visa debit card avoids credit costs, but it faces the same gambling blocks as a credit card. Both carry merchant category code 7995 on casino deposits, and many issuers decline that code by default. On credit cards, many issuers also treat gambling charges as cash advances with their own fees and interest, which add to the house edge. Debit spends only money you already have, which makes budgeting easier. Either way, you'll need Bitcoin, wire or check to withdraw at our partners. Read our casino debit cards page and the credit card gambling blocks guide.
Can I claim a casino bonus with a Visa deposit?
Usually yes, as long as the deposit meets the bonus minimum and the code allows card payments. SlotoCash's welcome terms ask for $20 per bonus, below its $25 Visa minimum, so any qualifying Visa deposit works there. Some reload codes are crypto-only, such as SlotoCash's BLOCKFALL-1, so a Visa deposit won't trigger them. Silver Oak's 3% to 10% card fee reduces the amount actually credited. Enter any code in the cashier before paying, and keep the receipt. See how to claim a casino bonus and our best bonus codes casinos list.
Can I use Visa at online casinos in Arizona?
The Arizona Department of Gaming says online casinos are illegal in Arizona and warns that any claims otherwise should be treated as highly suspicious. Arizona allows retail and mobile event wagering and regulated fantasy sports, but no online casino holds an Arizona license. The department adds that unregulated sites sit outside its authority, so victims have little chance of recovering funds. A Visa deposit at an offshore casino carries that same risk for players in Phoenix, Tucson and Mesa. Read our Arizona online casino guide and can I play online casinos in Arizona.
Do I have to verify my Visa card at an online casino?
Often yes, especially before your first withdrawal. SlotoCash's support page says your casino profile must match the bank details on the card you deposit with. Silver Oak's terms ask for the front and back of any card used in the last three months, along with photo ID, a selfie and a utility bill. Reviewers report that Planet 7 can ask for a credit card verification form. Send images only through the casino's own documents channel, and cover all but the last four digits if the casino allows it. See our KYC documents page and why the casino wants your documents.
Which Visa casino pays out fastest?
SlotoCash publishes the fastest processing among the Visa casinos ranked here: Bitcoin withdrawals within 48 business hours, from $100, with no fee. Reviewers report Bitcoin payouts in about 48 hours at Decode, also from $100. Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness are reported with pending periods of five to ten days and no weekend cashouts. Because Visa can't receive winnings at any partner, payout speed depends on the crypto or wire route you choose, plus how early you verify. Compare on the fast payout casinos list and our withdrawal times page.
