Neosurf guide: what it is and why casino players use it

Neosurf is a prepaid payment voucher. You pay for a fixed value, receive a code, and enter that code wherever Neosurf is accepted. At a casino, that means your card and bank details never reach the cashier.

How to deposit with Neosurf at an online casino

The steps below are general; cashier layouts differ, so follow what the casino shows.

1. Confirm on the casino’s banking page that Neosurf is listed and note the minimum ($10 at Miami Club).
2. Decide your cash-out method now, since Neosurf won’t be one of them.
3. Buy a Neosurf voucher for the exact amount you plan to deposit and keep the receipt.
4. Log in to the casino, open the cashier and pick Neosurf as the deposit method.
5. If you want a bonus, check whether it needs a code entered before the deposit.

Neosurf deposits and casino bonuses: the math

Miami Club publishes its terms on its bonus terms page (opens in a new tab): 20x deposit plus bonus for matches of 100% or less, slots counted at 100%, video poker at 10%, blackjack at 5%, and roulette barred while a bonus is active. Its published welcome match is 100% up to $100 on each of the first eight purchases. Here’s how that plays out at two Neosurf amounts.

In both cases the expected cost of the wagering is larger than the bonus itself, so the bonus doesn’t make the deposit pay on average. If you’d play blackjack, the 5% weighting means the $4,000 requirement would take $80,000 in blackjack bets, which is why we say these bonuses suit slots. Cashing out after a Neosurf deposit

Since Neosurf is deposit-only here, the withdrawal leg runs on a different method. Miami Club lists four, with these published terms:

• Bitcoin: $100 minimum, $2,500 a week, no fee, 48 hours.
• Ethereum: no fee; minimum not listed.
• Courier check: $150 minimum, $3,000 a week, $60 fee, 4–12 business days after processing; see our check by courier page.
• Bank wire: $150 minimum, $2,500 a week, $50 fee, 1–10 business days after processing; see our bank wire page.

Its Terms of Use (opens in a new tab) set a $100 minimum withdrawal and a $5,000 weekly maximum, and require proof of identity for every withdrawal. The FAQ adds that a first withdrawal needs a prior deposit with that method. Ask support how this applies to a Neosurf-only account before you deposit, not after you win.

A quick example: you turn a $100 Neosurf deposit into a $1,000 balance and choose a check. You’d pay the $60 fee and receive $940, 4–12 business days after processing. By Bitcoin there’s no casino fee, though your wallet or exchange may charge its own. Complete your account verification early so documents don’t delay the payout.

Is using Neosurf at offshore casinos legal?

Neosurf as a budget tool, with limits

On eligibility, the casino’s Terms of Use (v2.1, September 28, 2026, section 1.6) list the United States as a prohibited jurisdiction, but the site owner’s affiliate program confirms US players are accepted. Confirm at sign-up. Miami Club runs WGS (Wager Gaming) software, not RTG, and is widely reported as a Deckmedia N.V. brand; third parties report a Curaçao or Netherlands Antilles license that the site itself doesn’t show.
