This prepaid vouchers guide answers the main question first: a voucher lets you fund a casino account by typing in a prepaid code instead of card or bank details. It’s a deposit-only tool at the casinos covered here, so you still need Bitcoin, a bank wire or a check to cash out. Few offshore casinos list vouchers at all.
A prepaid voucher is a code you buy in advance and enter in a casino cashier; no card or bank details reach the casino.
Among our seven partners, only Miami Club lists a voucher: Neosurf, from $10, on its own banking page.
No casino covered here lists a voucher for withdrawals, so plan your cash-out method before you deposit.
Never read a voucher code to anyone who contacts you; once used, it’s gone.

Prepaid vouchers guide: what a casino voucher is
A prepaid voucher is a fixed amount of value you pay for up front, which arrives as a code. At a casino that accepts it, you enter the code in the cashier and the amount lands in your balance. The casino never sees your card number or bank account.
That privacy is the main appeal, along with a built-in spending ceiling: you can only deposit what you loaded. The trade-off is that vouchers are rare at offshore casinos and only work one way. This page, part of our casino guides, covers vouchers in general; the Neosurf guide goes step by step through the one voucher our partners list.
Which prepaid vouchers US casino players see
Three voucher brands show up in US-facing casino cashiers. Availability depends on the casino, not the voucher, so check each cashier rather than assuming.
Red Dog and Shazam are not our partners; we name them only because their pages publish voucher minimums. Red Dog was named in Michigan’s April 9, 2025 cease-and-desist release. Our other six partners don’t list a voucher on their own sites or in the third-party cashier lists recorded for them.
How a prepaid voucher casino deposit works
Check the casino’s banking page first to confirm it lists the voucher and the minimum deposit.
Buy a voucher for the amount you plan to deposit from a seller you trust, and keep the receipt.
Log in, open the cashier’s deposit section and choose the voucher method.
Enter the amount and the voucher code exactly as printed or emailed.
Claim any bonus only after reading its terms; some codes must be entered before the deposit.
Confirm the balance has updated, then store the receipt until you’ve withdrawn or closed the account.
Any fee for buying a voucher comes from the seller or issuer, not the casino, so check it at the point of purchase. Miami Club’s banking page (opens in a new tab) says it charges no deposit fee, so any cost comes from the purchase side.
Prepaid vouchers vs cards, prepaid cards and crypto
Vouchers solve one problem: card declines. Card networks code gambling payments as MCC 7995, and many US issuers decline them by bank policy. A prepaid card still runs on the card network, so the same block can apply. A voucher avoids the card network at the casino end.

If your card keeps getting refused, read our card declines page before switching methods. Crypto is the most common workaround offshore, and the Bitcoin buying guide covers it.
The withdrawal gap: how to cash out after a voucher deposit
This is the part most voucher users miss. At Miami Club, Neosurf appears only in the deposit list. Its published withdrawal methods are Bitcoin, Ethereum, courier check and bank wire. So before you deposit by voucher, decide which of those you’ll use to get money back out.

Two more rules matter. Miami Club’s Terms of Use (opens in a new tab) require proof of identity for every withdrawal and cap withdrawals at $5,000 a week overall, and its FAQ says your first withdrawal needs a prior deposit with that method. Ask support how that applies if you’ve only deposited by voucher, before you play. Our withdrawal guide walks through the full process.
A voucher deposit in dollars
Say you deposit a $50 voucher at Miami Club and take its published welcome match, which is 100% up to $100 on each of its first eight purchases. Your balance is $100: $50 of yours and $50 of bonus.
Wagering: Miami Club’s bonus terms (opens in a new tab) set 20x deposit plus bonus for matches of 100% or less, so 20 × $100 = $2,000 in bets.
Game weighting: regular slots, keno and scratch cards count 100%; video poker counts 10% and blackjack 5%, and roulette is forbidden with an active bonus.
Expected cost: if your slots return 96% on average (an assumed figure for illustration), $2,000 × 4% = $80 expected loss, more than the $50 bonus.
Cash-out: even if you finish ahead, Bitcoin withdrawals start at $100, so a balance under $100 can’t leave by that route.
The numbers show why a bonus on a small voucher deposit rarely pays off on average. Our wagering requirements guide has a calculator method you can reuse.
Do prepaid vouchers change the legal picture?
No. A voucher changes how money moves, not whether the play is lawful where you live. UIGEA, in 31 U.S.C. § 5363 (opens in a new tab), bars gambling businesses from accepting credit, electronic transfers, checks and similar payments in connection with unlawful internet gambling. It targets the business accepting the payment, and it doesn’t make placing a bet a federal crime for the player.
State law decides the rest. Miami Club, like all our partners, is an offshore casino not licensed by any US state, and Michigan named it in its August 14, 2025 cease-and-desist release. Check your state’s law on our states guide before you deposit by any method.
Voucher scams and how to avoid them
A voucher code works like cash. Anyone who has it can spend it, and a used code can’t be recalled. That makes vouchers a favorite of scammers.
Never read or send a voucher code to someone who calls, texts or messages you, whatever they claim to be.
Use the code only in the casino cashier on the domain you typed yourself, not a link from a message.
Ignore anyone offering to sell discounted vouchers or to deposit for you.
Keep the receipt; a casino may ask for proof of payment, and Miami Club’s terms allow requests for source of funds.
Not every casino lists vouchers; confirm on the banking page
Code rejected
Re-enter it carefully, then contact the casino’s support with your receipt
Deposit below the minimum
Miami Club’s Neosurf minimum is $10
Bonus not added
Some bonuses need a code before deposit; check the promotion terms
Can’t withdraw to the voucher
Expected; choose Bitcoin, Ethereum, check or wire
Using vouchers as a spending limit
Because a voucher holds a fixed amount, some players use it to cap a session. That works only if you stop when it’s gone. If you find yourself buying voucher after voucher in one night, that’s a sign to step back. Set a deposit limit where the casino offers one, and use our gambling budget guide to plan.

A partner casino that accepts prepaid vouchers
Only one of our partners lists a prepaid voucher in its cashier, so it’s the only offer shown here. We earn a commission from this link. Miami Club is an offshore casino, not licensed or regulated by any US state: there’s no state regulator to complain to, no state-backed protection of balances, and the casino sets its terms. Check your state’s law first.
Miami Club Casino: $4,000 Bonus + 285 Bonus Games, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). The casino’s own site publishes a smaller package, up to $800 as a 100% match up to $100 on each of the first eight purchases, with 20x (deposit + bonus) wagering, no max cashout stated for deposit bonuses, a $10 max single bet and no expiry; the terms shown at sign-up apply. Neosurf deposits start at $10 with no deposit fee, according to its banking page.
Eligibility is contradictory, so check it yourself. Miami Club’s Terms of Use (v2.1, September 28, 2026, section 1.6) list the United States as a prohibited jurisdiction, while the site owner’s affiliate program confirms US players are accepted. Confirm at sign-up before depositing. The casino runs WGS (Wager Gaming) software, does not show a license on its site, and is widely reported as a Deckmedia N.V. brand.
Its bonuses are slot-focused; video poker and blackjack count at 10% and 5%, and roulette is barred while a bonus is active. The house edge means losses are likely over time, so treat any deposit as entertainment spending. Read the full Miami Club review and its banking page before you sign up.

Frequently asked questions
What is a prepaid voucher for online casinos?
It’s a code worth a fixed amount that you buy in advance and enter in a casino cashier to fund your account. The casino never receives your card or bank details. Neosurf and Flexepin are the voucher names US players are most likely to see. Our Neosurf glossary entry explains the best-known one in a few lines.
Which online casinos accept prepaid vouchers?
Very few offshore casinos do. Among our partners, only Miami Club lists one, Neosurf from $10, on its banking page. Red Dog and Shazam publish $10 Neosurf minimums for their welcome offers, and Red Dog also lists Flexepin from $20. Check a casino’s banking page before buying a voucher. Our best Neosurf casinos list compares options.
Can I withdraw casino winnings to a prepaid voucher?
No casino covered here lists a voucher for withdrawals. At Miami Club, cash-outs go by Bitcoin, Ethereum, courier check or bank wire, with minimums from $100 and fees on check and wire. Plan your withdrawal route, and check its minimum, before you deposit. The withdrawal fees page compares the costs of each method.
Are prepaid vouchers anonymous?
They keep your card and bank details away from the casino, but your casino account itself isn’t anonymous. Miami Club’s terms require proof of identity for every withdrawal and allow requests for proof of address and source of funds. Keep your voucher receipts in case you’re asked. Our page on KYC documents lists what casinos typically request.
Why use a voucher instead of a credit card?
Mainly because US cards are often declined at casinos. Gambling payments carry merchant code 7995, and many issuers block them by policy or treat them as cash advances with fees. A voucher sidesteps the card network at the casino end. It doesn’t change the law in your state. Read why credit cards get declined for more.
Is a gift card the same as a prepaid voucher?
Not for casino purposes. A store gift card is usually only usable with that retailer, while a casino voucher is designed to be entered in payment cashiers that accept it. Prepaid Visa or Mastercard gift cards run on the card network and can face the same gambling blocks as other cards. See our gift cards page for detail.
What should I do if my voucher code doesn’t work?
First re-enter the code carefully and confirm the amount meets the casino’s minimum, which is $10 for Neosurf at Miami Club. If it still fails, contact the casino’s support with your purchase receipt rather than buying another voucher. Never share the code with anyone who contacts you. Our customer support guide covers how to raise an issue.
Do prepaid vouchers make offshore gambling legal?
No, the payment method doesn’t change the law. Legality for players depends on your state, and no US state licenses our offshore partners. UIGEA targets businesses that accept payments for unlawful internet gambling, not the person paying. Check what your state says on our offshore casino legality page before depositing.
Can I use Flexepin at US online casinos?
At a few, but none of our partners lists it. Red Dog Casino's welcome-offer page publishes a $20 Flexepin minimum, and another non-partner brand lists Flexepin at $20 next to a $10 Neosurf minimum. Red Dog was named in Michigan's April 9, 2025 cease-and-desist release, and neither brand is licensed by any US state. Flexepin works like other vouchers here: you deposit with a code and cash out by a different method, so plan the withdrawal route first. Check the casino's banking page before you buy. See our Red Dog Casino review and the prepaid cards page for related options.
Can I use Paysafecard at Decode Casino?
No, a third-party listing records Paysafecard among the methods Decode says aren't available to US players, along with AstroPay, eZeeWallet, Interac, MuchBetter and Payz. For US players, the reported Decode cashier is cards, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, bank wire and check, with $5 minimums on Lightning Bitcoin and $25 on most other methods. Withdrawals are reported by Bitcoin from $100, wire and check. Decode is also reported to refuse players in Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington. Check the live cashier before depositing. See Decode banking and the Decode review.
How small a voucher deposit can I cash out from Miami Club?
In practice you need a balance of at least $100, because that's the smallest published withdrawal, by Bitcoin. Courier checks and bank wires start at $150, and the Terms of Use set a $100 minimum overall. So a $20 voucher that grows to $80 can't be withdrawn by any listed method until it reaches $100, and a check payout of $150 loses $60 to the fee. A low $10 voucher minimum makes depositing easy, not cashing out. Factor this in before you buy a small code. Our answers on the minimum withdrawal and Miami Club withdrawals set out each method.
Are prepaid casino vouchers legal to use in Florida?
Buying a voucher is a normal purchase, but using one at an online casino doesn't make the play lawful: Florida treats unauthorized casino-style games as criminal under sections 849.08 and 849.15. The Florida Gaming Control Commission says the Seminole Tribe's Hard Rock Bet is the only lawful online sportsbook, and it sent cease-and-desist letters to offshore brands in February 2025. Florida has no sweepstakes-casino ban statute, and its 2026 bills died. A prepaid code changes the payment route, not the law. See our Florida online casinos page and can I play online casinos in Florida.
Do I need ID to deposit with a prepaid voucher at Miami Club?
Not to deposit, but you will to withdraw: Miami Club's Terms of Use require proof of identity for every withdrawal, and its terms allow requests for proof of address and source of funds. That means a voucher doesn't keep your account anonymous, only your card and bank details. Keep each voucher receipt with the deposit confirmation, since proof of payment may be asked for. Register with your real details from the start, because documents are matched against your profile. See Miami Club verification and our guide to source of funds checks.
