Neosurf meaning, in short: Neosurf is a prepaid payment voucher. You buy a voucher, get a code, and type that code into a merchant's checkout to pay, without entering card or bank details. Some offshore casinos list it as a deposit method, but it is deposit-only, so your winnings have to come back another way.
Neosurf is a prepaid voucher: you pay with a code instead of a card or bank account.
Among our seven partners, only Miami Club lists Neosurf, with a $10 minimum deposit on its banking page.
You can't withdraw to a Neosurf voucher, so plan a payout method such as Bitcoin, check or wire.
A voucher code works like cash: anyone who has it can spend it.

Neosurf meaning: what the voucher is
Neosurf is a brand of prepaid voucher. The voucher carries a code, and that code holds a fixed dollar value you have already paid for. At checkout you choose Neosurf and enter the code, and the merchant is paid from the voucher's value.
That makes it a cousin of prepaid cards and gift cards, with one key difference: there is no card number, so nothing goes through the card networks. Our prepaid vouchers guide compares the main voucher types, and the Neosurf banking page covers it as a casino payment method.
Details such as voucher amounts, retail locations and any purchase fees in the US are set by Neosurf and its sellers, and we haven't verified them. Check them where you buy before relying on a voucher.
How a Neosurf casino deposit works
Confirm the casino's cashier lists Neosurf and note its minimum deposit.
Buy a voucher for at least that amount from a seller you trust.
In the cashier, pick Neosurf and type in the voucher code exactly.
Enter any bonus code before you confirm, if the bonus terms require it.
Keep the voucher receipt and code until the deposit shows in your balance.
Because the voucher is already paid for, there is no bank in the middle to decline it. That is the main reason players whose cards keep failing under MCC 7995 look at vouchers. Our card declines page explains why cards fail in the first place.

The table shows the trade-off. A $10 Neosurf voucher sits near the bottom of the cashier's minimums (only Lightning Bitcoin is lower, at $5) and needs no card or wallet. But it only works one way. To get money back you need a method that pays out, which at Miami Club means Bitcoin, Ethereum, a courier check or a bank wire. See our crypto wallet address explainer if Bitcoin payouts are new to you.
Neosurf withdrawals: why you need a second method
None of the casinos we cover lists Neosurf for payouts. Miami Club's banking page (opens in a new tab) lists Bitcoin (minimum $100, up to $2,500 a week, no fee, about 48 hours), a courier check (minimum $150, up to $3,000 a week, $60 fee) and a bank wire (minimum $150, up to $2,500 a week, $50 fee). Its Terms of Use (opens in a new tab) set an overall cap of $5,000 a week.
Its support FAQ also says a first withdrawal needs a prior deposit with that method. If you only ever deposited by Neosurf, ask support how that rule applies before you play, not after you win. Our guides on how to withdraw from an online casino and check by courier cover the payout side.
Fees matter more at small amounts. A $150 check payout with a $60 fee leaves $90, a 40% cut. The same $150 by Bitcoin, which the banking page lists with no casino fee, arrives in full, apart from any network or exchange costs.
A $10 Neosurf deposit with a bonus, in dollars
Miami Club's published package is a 100% match up to $100 on each of the first eight deposits, and its bonus terms (opens in a new tab) set 20x (deposit + bonus) wagering for matches of 100% or less. A $10 Neosurf deposit with a 100% match gives a $20 balance and $20 × 20 = $400 of wagering.
If you clear that on a slot with a 4% house edge (96% RTP, used here only as an illustration), the expected loss is $400 × 0.04 = $16. That is more than the $10 bonus, which shows why a wagering requirement matters more than the headline. Slots, keno and scratch cards count 100%, video poker 10% and blackjack 5%, and roulette is not allowed with an active bonus, per the casino's terms.
Is Neosurf safe? Voucher scams and legal points
A voucher code is like cash in an envelope. Anyone who sees it can spend it, and nobody will refund a code you read out to a stranger. Never share a code by phone, text or chat with someone who contacts you, even if they claim to be casino support.
Paying by voucher doesn't change the law either. Casinos that list Neosurf for US players are offshore, with no state license, so there is no state regulator to take a complaint. Read whether offshore casinos are legal and our minimum deposits page before you buy a voucher.
A prepaid voucher can be a useful budget tool: once it's spent, it's spent. Set a deposit limit too, and if gambling stops being fun, call or text 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738).
Other casinos that list Neosurf deposits
Two non-partner brands mention Neosurf on their own sites. Red Dog's welcome offer page lists a $10 Neosurf minimum deposit, and Shazam's welcome page lists a $10 minimum for Neosurf against $25 for other methods. Both are offshore. Red Dog was named by the Michigan Gaming Control Board in its April 9, 2025 cease-and-desist release (opens in a new tab). Our Red Dog review and Shazam review cover their terms.
Other related terms include KYC and withdrawal limit, along with MCC 7995 and wallet address above. The full casino glossary has the rest.

Of our seven partners, only Miami Club lists Neosurf in its cashier, so it is the only offer shown here. The other partners' published banking lists don't include Neosurf. Miami Club is offshore and not licensed or regulated by any US state; check your state's law before you play.

Two points need care. First, Miami Club's Terms of Use (v2.1, September 28, 2026, section 1.6) list the United States as a prohibited jurisdiction, while the site owner's affiliate program confirms US players are accepted, so confirm your eligibility at sign-up. Second, the Michigan Gaming Control Board named Miami Club as an illegal offshore operator on August 14, 2025 (opens in a new tab). Its terms require proof of identity for all withdrawals. Miami Club runs WGS (Wager Gaming) software. Bonuses are slot-focused, and table games are weighted lower or excluded. Frequently asked questions
What does Neosurf mean?
Neosurf is the name of a prepaid voucher used to pay online without a card or bank account. You buy a voucher of a set value, receive a code, and enter that code at a merchant's checkout. The merchant is paid from the voucher's value, so your card details never travel. Our Neosurf guide walks through buying and using one, and the prepaid cards page compares similar options.
Can I withdraw Miami Club winnings to a Neosurf voucher?
No, Miami Club lists Neosurf for deposits only, and none of the casinos we cover pays out to a voucher. You need a second method for payouts. Miami Club's banking page lists Bitcoin, Ethereum, courier check and bank wire for withdrawals, each with its own minimum and fee. Set that method up before you deposit. Our withdrawal times page and withdrawal guide explain what to expect.
Which offshore casinos list Neosurf deposits for US players?
Among our seven partners, only Miami Club lists Neosurf deposits, with a $10 minimum on its banking page. Non-partner sites Red Dog and Shazam also mention $10 Neosurf minimums on their own pages. All of these are offshore casinos, not licensed by any US state, and their terms on US eligibility differ, so check before buying a voucher. See online casinos by state for your state's law.
Is Neosurf anonymous at online casinos?
Partly. Paying with a voucher code keeps your card and bank details out of the transaction, but the casino still knows who you are. Miami Club's terms require proof of identity for every withdrawal, and other casinos run similar checks. So a voucher can keep card data private, but it doesn't let you skip verification. Our KYC documents page lists what casinos usually ask for.
Why would I use Neosurf instead of a card?
The usual reason is that US banks often decline card payments coded as gambling, and a prepaid voucher isn't run through the card networks. Vouchers also cap spending at what you loaded, which some players find useful for budgeting. The drawbacks are that you can't withdraw to them and a leaked code can't be recovered. Read why credit cards get declined at casinos for the card side.
Can I get a bonus with a Neosurf deposit?
Usually yes, if the casino doesn't exclude the method in its bonus terms. Miami Club's bonus terms don't single out Neosurf, and its 100% match packages carry 20x (deposit + bonus) wagering. Red Dog and Shazam list $10 Neosurf minimums for their welcome offers. Always read the terms shown at sign-up first. Our how to claim a casino bonus guide explains the steps.
How small can a Neosurf casino deposit be?
As small as $10 at each casino on this page that lists the voucher. Miami Club's banking page sets $10 for Neosurf, against $25 for Visa, Mastercard and Bitcoin, and says deposits carry no casino fee. Red Dog's welcome page and Shazam's welcome page also list $10 Neosurf minimums, with Shazam asking $25 for other methods. Voucher face values and any purchase fees are set by sellers, so check them where you buy. See our minimum deposits page and best low deposit casinos list.
Can I deposit with Neosurf at SlotoCash?
No, SlotoCash's banking page doesn't list Neosurf. Its published deposit methods are Visa, Mastercard and American Express from $25, Bitcoin from $25, Bitcoin Lightning from $5, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash from $10, Ethereum from $25, and Interac and AstroPay. Among our seven partners, only Miami Club lists the voucher. If you want SlotoCash, Bitcoin Lightning offers the lowest listed entry point, though crypto transfers generally can't be reversed. See SlotoCash banking and our Bitcoin casino banking page.
Is Neosurf better than Bitcoin for casino deposits?
Neither is better outright: Neosurf is simpler for a one-off deposit, while Bitcoin also works for payouts. At Miami Club, a Neosurf voucher starts at $10 and needs no wallet, but you can't withdraw to it. Bitcoin starts at $25 (Lightning from $5) and pays out from $100 with no casino fee, about 48 hours per the banking page. The FTC notes crypto payments generally can't be reversed, and a leaked voucher code is just as final. Compare them in our crypto wallets guide and Neosurf guide.
Is it legal to use Neosurf at online casinos in Georgia?
Georgia doesn't license online casinos, so paying by voucher doesn't make offshore play lawful there. The state has no casino or sports betting regulator; the Georgia Lottery Corporation runs only the lottery, which does sell online to players inside the state at 18. Sports betting isn't legal either, with HB 686 still in subcommittee. Help is available through the Georgia Crisis and Access Line at 1-800-715-4225. Read our Georgia online casino guide and can I play online casinos in Georgia.
What should I do if my Neosurf deposit doesn't show up?
Keep the voucher code and receipt safe and contact the casino's support through its own site, not through anyone who contacts you. Give support the time and amount of the deposit, and treat the code like cash until the balance appears, since anyone who has it can spend it. Check whether a bonus code was required before you confirmed, as that can affect how the deposit is credited. Our casino customer support guide and phishing scams page explain safe ways to get help.
Can I use Neosurf on my phone at a casino?
Yes, a Neosurf code can be typed into a casino's cashier on a phone just as on a desktop, since nothing needs a card reader or app. Miami Club's support FAQ says its site is available for mobile devices and desktop, with no app mentioned, though one third-party listing claims an app. Enter the code carefully, as a mistyped digit fails the deposit, and avoid screenshots of codes in shared photo albums. See can I play on my phone and our mobile casino guide.
