Is Miami Club legit? It's an established offshore casino, launched in 2012 and widely reported as a Deckmedia N.V. brand, and it publishes more of its banking and bonus rules than most. It also names no license on its own site, lists the United States as prohibited in its terms and was ordered out of Michigan in 2025.
Miami Club says it launched in 2012; third parties report Deckmedia N.V. as its operator.
Its Terms of Use v2.1 list the US as prohibited, while the site owner's affiliate program confirms US players are accepted.
No license appears on its site; reviewers report Curaçao or the Netherlands Antilles.
The Michigan Gaming Control Board named it in an August 14, 2025 cease-and-desist release.
Its own pages publish withdrawal fees, times and caps, though the weekly cap figures conflict.

Is Miami Club legit? The short answer
The casino is real and has a long record, and it's more open about its money rules than many offshore sites. Its banking page lists minimums, fees and payout times for each method, its bonus terms spell out wagering and game weighting, and its About Us page says the random number generator is audited monthly.
That's the positive side. Against it, the casino names no operator or license on its own pages, its Terms of Use list the United States as a prohibited jurisdiction, and a US regulator has ordered it to stop serving one state. Like every partner we cover, it is an offshore casino that no US state licenses, so there's no state regulator behind your balance and the casino sets the terms.

Does Miami Club accept US players? Two statements that conflict
This is the strangest part of the Miami Club picture. Section 1.6 of its Terms of Use (opens in a new tab) (version 2.1, updated September 28, 2026) lists "the United States of America" among prohibited jurisdictions, alongside countries such as Canada, Australia and the UK. Yet the site owner's affiliate program confirms that US players are accepted, and Miami Club is a live partner on this site.
Both statements exist at once, and we can't resolve them for you. Confirm your eligibility with the casino at sign-up, ask support in writing, and keep a copy of the answer. A terms clause like this matters because a casino can rely on its own terms if it later disputes a withdrawal.
The terms also set the minimum age at 18 or the local legal gambling age, whichever is higher. Our page on who owns Miami Club Casino covers the same conflict from the ownership angle.
No license is named in the Terms of Use or footer. LCB's listing says Curaçao, though its reviewer notes the license isn't displayed on the site, and StatsDrone says the Netherlands Antilles. Neither is a US license. See our explainer on the Curaçao license for what that kind of license does and doesn't cover.

Michigan's August 2025 order naming Miami Club
On August 14, 2025, the Michigan Gaming Control Board ordered 15 illegal online gambling operators to halt services in Michigan, and Miami Club was one of them, alongside Slot Madness. The board describes these as illegal offshore operators; the details are in its August 14, 2025 release (opens in a new tab).
Michigan runs its own licensed online casino market, so an unlicensed site taking Michigan players is, in the board's view, operating illegally. The order is directed at the operator rather than players. Its sister brand SlotoCash was named in a separate release on October 8, 2026. Our Michigan gambling laws page and our explainer on cease-and-desist letters give the wider context.
Miami Club software: WGS games, not RTG
Unlike most of our partners, Miami Club doesn't run RealTime Gaming. Reviewers identify WGS, or Wager Gaming Technology, as its platform, with CasinoBeats also listing Dragon Gaming and Arrow's Edge. The casino itself names no provider.
Its homepage features titles such as Wheel of Chance II – The Big Wheel, Super 7s Wild Multipliers, The Reel Deal, Mad Road, Time Bender II, Cleopatra's Pyramid II, Triple Flamin' 7s and Goblin's Gold, and it advertises 200+ slots. LCB's count is far higher, at 783 or 837 depending on the page, a reminder that game counts vary by source.
On fairness, the casino's About Us page (opens in a new tab) says its RNG is audited monthly by Charles Mousseau through Certified Fair Gambling, with an RTP certificate dated August 2026. That's a published claim from the casino rather than a regulator's finding, but it's more than many offshore sites provide. Our answer to are slots rigged online explains what audits can tell you.
Does Miami Club pay out? Published limits, fees and times
Withdrawal rules are published in detail, which helps you plan. Cards can't be used for withdrawals. The banking page (opens in a new tab) lists Bitcoin, Ethereum, check by courier and bank wire, and the Terms of Use require a $100 minimum withdrawal.

There's a conflict on the cap. Section 3.8 of the Terms of Use says withdrawals are limited to $5,000 per week, with larger sums paid in weekly installments, while the banking page caps Bitcoin and wire at $2,500 a week and check at $3,000. Take a $12,000 win paid in Bitcoin: under the $5,000 terms cap it would arrive over three weeks ($5,000, $5,000, then $2,000), but under the $2,500 method cap it would take five weeks. Ask support which limit applies to you before you rely on either.
Reading the published rules turns up several points that affect real money. Most are standard for offshore casinos, but they're worth knowing before you deposit.
Identity checks: Terms of Use section 3.9 requires proof of identity for every withdrawal, regardless of amount, and the casino may ask for proof of address or source of funds.
Dormant accounts: after 12 consecutive months without a login, the real-money balance is removed, though it can be reinstated on request.
Bonus bets: the bonus terms cap slot bets at $2.00 per pay-line and any single wager at $10.00 while a bonus is active.
Game weighting: slots, keno and scratch cards count 100%, video poker 10% and blackjack 5%; roulette isn't allowed with an active bonus.
No-deposit payouts: the bonus terms cap them at 5 times the bonus, while Terms of Use section 3.2 says $150, another conflict to check.
Independent reviews are mixed rather than damning. LCB members raise complaints about high wagering, account bans, login problems, bonuses not being credited and slow e-wallet payouts. Casinos.com, in a review updated October 15, 2026, titles Miami Club a "Deceptive Offshore Casino", citing the lack of a license, its Costa Rica base and alleged withdrawal delays, though it names no regulator action of its own.
Those themes match the general risks of offshore versus state-licensed casinos: when a dispute arises, the casino is both the rule-maker and the referee.
Miami Club and US gambling law
No US state licenses Miami Club. Real-money online casinos are state-licensed only in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island, and none of our partners holds one of those licenses. Everywhere else, no state licenses online casinos.
Federal law mostly aims at operators: the UIGEA limits how gambling businesses take payments for unlawful internet gambling and doesn't make placing a bet a federal crime for the player. Whether playing is lawful for you depends on your state's law, so read your state's page and our answer on whether offshore play is illegal.
How to check Miami Club before you deposit
Ask live chat, in writing, whether your US state is accepted, given the section 1.6 clause, and save the transcript.
Open the banking page and note the minimum, fee and weekly cap for the method you plan to withdraw with.
Ask which weekly cap applies, $5,000 under the terms or the per-method figure.
Send identity documents before your first withdrawal request, since every payout needs them.
Read the bonus terms for the offer you're claiming, including the $10 max bet and game weighting.
Set a deposit limit; the responsible gaming page lists deposit and time limits, budget restrictions and self-exclusion.
Those responsible gaming tools are worth using from day one. Our page on Miami Club responsible gambling explains how to request them.

All three casinos below, Miami Club, SlotoCash and Silver Oak, are offshore sites that no US state licenses or regulates. Check your state's law before you play, and remember there's no state-backed protection for your balance. We earn a commission when you join through our links, and partners are ordered commercially. Offers are for players 21+ (18+ where allowed), and terms apply.
Miami Club Casino: $4,000 Bonus + 285 Bonus Games, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). The casino's own site advertises a different package, up to $800 as a 100% match up to $100 on each of the first eight deposits, and its bonus terms (opens in a new tab) set 20x (deposit + bonus) for matches of 100% or less, with no cap stated on deposit-bonus cashouts and no expiry. Because the sources disagree, the terms shown at sign-up are the ones that apply.
SlotoCash Casino: $6,000 Welcome Bonus + 60 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Its published welcome terms list 25x (deposit + bonus), a $20 minimum per bonus and no max cashout.
Silver Oak Casino: $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Its offer page says 30x while its terms say 40x for slots, deposits start at $30, and the offer page promises no max withdrawal.
These are slot bonuses, so table games are often excluded or weighted lower. Gambling costs money and the house edge means losses are likely over time; free support is available from the National Problem Gambling Helpline (opens in a new tab) at 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738).

Frequently asked questions
Could Miami Club Casino be a scam?
Nothing in the record suggests Miami Club simply takes deposits and never pays, and it publishes detailed banking and bonus rules. Still, it names no license, its terms list the US as prohibited, and Michigan ordered it to halt in 2025. Treat it as an offshore casino with real risks, start small and withdraw regularly. Our full Miami Club review and the is Miami Club legit deep dive cover more.
What license does Miami Club hold?
None is shown in its footer or Terms of Use. Third parties disagree on what it holds: LCB lists Curaçao while noting the license isn't displayed, StatsDrone says the Netherlands Antilles, and Casinos.com describes it as unlicensed. None of these is a US state license. Our Curaçao license answer explains what a Curaçao license means for a US player.
Does Miami Club name its owner on its own site?
No. The casino doesn't name an owner, but its support page mentions the Deckmedia affiliate program, and third parties such as StatsDrone name Deckmedia N.V. Casinos.com describes a Deckmedia Group headquartered in Costa Rica. SlotoCash is reported as a sister brand under the same group. Our answer on who owns Miami Club Casino sets out each claim.
Is Miami Club legit for US players given its terms?
It accepts US players through partner links, but there's a conflict. Section 1.6 of Miami Club's Terms of Use (v2.1, September 28, 2026) lists the United States as a prohibited jurisdiction, while the site owner's affiliate program confirms US players are accepted through partner links. Confirm your eligibility with the casino at sign-up and keep a written record. Also check whether your state's law permits offshore play using our state-by-state guide.
Are Miami Club's published payout times reliable?
They're published in detail, and times depend on the method. The casino's banking page lists 48 hours for Bitcoin, 1–10 business days after processing for bank wire, and 4–12 business days after processing for a courier check. Identity verification is required for every withdrawal, so missing documents can add delays. See our Miami Club banking page for the full method list and fees.
What is the Miami Club weekly withdrawal limit?
The answer depends on which page you read. The Terms of Use cap withdrawals at $5,000 per week, paying larger sums in weekly installments, while the banking page lists $2,500 a week for Bitcoin and wire and $3,000 for checks. Ask support which applies before you play. Our answer on weekly withdrawal limits explains how caps stretch payouts.
Does Miami Club use RealTime Gaming?
No. Reviewers identify WGS (Wager Gaming Technology) as Miami Club's main software, with CasinoBeats also listing Dragon Gaming and Arrow's Edge. That sets it apart from SlotoCash and most of our other partners, which run RTG. The casino itself names no provider. Compare the two platforms in our SlotoCash vs Miami Club comparison.
Does Michigan's 2025 order mean Miami Club isn't legit?
It means Michigan treats it as illegal there: the state licenses its own online casinos, and Miami Club isn't one of them. The Michigan Gaming Control Board's August 14, 2025 release ordered 15 illegal online gambling operators, Miami Club and Slot Madness among them, to stop serving Michigan. The order targets operators, not players. Our Michigan online casino guide explains the state's licensed market.
Is the Miami Club bonus fair?
Its published terms are clearer than many. The casino's own package is up to $800 over eight deposits at 20x (deposit + bonus), with no expiry and no cashout cap stated for deposit bonuses; the headline via our link is $4,000 + 285 Bonus Games, so the terms shown at sign-up apply. Watch the $10 max bet and low weighting for video poker and blackjack. See our Miami Club welcome bonus page.
How small a deposit can I use to test Miami Club?
Miami Club's banking page lists deposits from $5 by Lightning Bitcoin, $10 for Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, CardPay and Neosurf, and $25 for Visa, Mastercard, standard Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether, with no deposit fees. Tether deposits top out at $2,500. Its VIP page says membership starts after a $20 purchase. Remember the $100 minimum withdrawal in the Terms of Use, so a small deposit has to grow before you can cash out. Our Miami Club banking page lists every method, and the Miami Club Bitcoin guide covers crypto deposits.
Can I play Miami Club Casino on my phone?
Yes, Miami Club's site says it's available for mobile devices and desktop, and it runs in your phone's browser. The casino doesn't mention an app. LCB's listing says an app is available, which conflicts with the casino's own site, so be careful with any download that claims to be Miami Club. Bookmark the official domain instead. The same eligibility question applies on mobile: confirm at sign-up given the section 1.6 clause. Our Miami Club mobile page and the is there a casino app answer explain more.
Is the Miami Club VIP program worth it?
Miami Club's VIP club has six named tiers, but the casino doesn't itemize benefits for each one, so it's hard to value. Flamingo starts automatically after a $20 purchase, then Downtown at 25,000 points, Bay Front at 100,000, South Beach at 250,000, Ocean Drive at 500,000 and Millionaire's Row at 1,000,000. Points can be redeemed for bonus credits, which carry wagering like any bonus. Don't increase deposits just to climb tiers. Our Miami Club VIP program page and how VIP programs work explain the trade-offs.
Is Miami Club's free bonus legit?
Miami Club does list free bonuses, such as MIFREE20 for $20 free each month, but they come with tight cashout limits. Its bonus terms set 40x wagering on no-deposit offers and cap the payout at 5 times the bonus, while Terms of Use section 3.2 says $150, a conflict to check with support. You also need to have deposited $25 before cashing out a free bonus. Codes change, so confirm in the cashier. Our Miami Club no-deposit bonus page and the what is a free chip answer explain how these offers really pay.
