Is Silver Oak legit? It is the only one of our partners that names its operator and license, Primrose Media Limited under an Anjouan license, which is a real point in its favor. Against that, Michigan’s regulator named it as an illegal offshore operator in April 2025, and third-party reviewers report slow payments.
Silver Oak’s terms name Primrose Media Limited (registration 15804) and an Anjouan license, more than any other partner discloses.
An Anjouan license is offshore: no US state licenses or regulates Silver Oak.
The Michigan Gaming Control Board named Silver Oak in a cease-and-desist release on April 9, 2025.
Its withdrawal terms are strict: $2,500 weekly from the base level, a review period plus a payment period, and an 8% fee if your deposit isn’t wagered once.
Its own pages disagree on welcome wagering: 30x on the offer page, 40x in the terms.

Is Silver Oak legit? The answer in two parts
On disclosure, Silver Oak does better than most offshore casinos. Its terms name the company, the company registration number, an address in Anjouan and the law it is licensed under. You can at least identify who you are dealing with, which isn’t true of several better-known brands.
On protection, the picture is weaker. Anjouan is a small offshore licensing jurisdiction, Michigan has ordered Silver Oak to stop serving its residents, and the leading complaint site gives it one of its lowest ratings. Our full Silver Oak review has the complete detail, and our casino questions hub answers related queries.

Who runs Silver Oak Casino? Primrose Media Limited
The Silver Oak terms and conditions (opens in a new tab) name Primrose Media Limited, registration number 15804, at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, on the Autonomous Island of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros. The governing law is Anjouan’s.
What Silver Oak’s Anjouan license does and doesn’t mean
Silver Oak says it is licensed in the State of Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, but shows no separate license number. Its FAQ calls it completely licensed without naming the authority, so the terms page is the place to read the detail.
An Anjouan license lets an operator run under Anjouan law. It doesn’t make Silver Oak legal in any US state, and Anjouan’s regulator isn’t a US body you can easily take a complaint to. LCB, for its part, lists Silver Oak as having no license and refers to Costa Rica in its narrative, so even third parties disagree. Read our explainers on the Anjouan license and what an Anjouan license is.
Naming a license is better than naming none, but check whether the license can be verified independently before relying on it.
Primrose Media’s Raging Bull Slots was later named in Michigan’s October 8, 2026 release. Michigan licenses its own online casinos, so the board’s view is that offshore sites have no place in its market. Our Michigan online casinos hub and cease-and-desist letters guide explain more.
Does Silver Oak pay out? Its withdrawal rules in detail
Silver Oak’s terms are more detailed than most, and stricter. The weekly limit starts at $2,500 and rises with VIP level. The monthly limit is $5,000 if your balance is at least 10 times your total deposits, otherwise $10,000. Pending requests can reach four times the weekly limit.

Two rules stand out. First, if you withdraw before wagering your deposit at least once, an 8% fee applies (minimum $4). Second, the terms describe a review period of 7–10 business days followed by a payment period of 7–10 business days, so up to about four weeks is within the stated process. See Silver Oak withdrawals and casino withdrawal delays.
Example: a $6,000 win at the base level
At the $2,500 weekly limit, $6,000 is paid as $2,500, $2,500 and $1,000 over three weeks. If your balance is at least 10 times what you deposited, for example $6,000 after a $500 deposit, the monthly limit is $5,000, so the last $1,000 would spill into the next month. VIP tiers raise these limits.
Verification and disputes at Silver Oak
Its terms require government photo ID, the front and back of any card used in the last three months, a selfie with ID and a utility bill from the last three months. Withdrawals are blocked until verification is complete. Disputes must be raised within 3 days of the wager, replies come within 28 days, and unresolved cases go to a Central Dispute System run by the software provider.
Read the withdrawal section of the terms before your first deposit, including the 8% fee rule.
Wager your deposit at least once before requesting a payout.
Upload ID, card images, selfie and utility bill as soon as your account is open.
Raise any disputed game result within 3 days, in writing.
Keep copies of every message in case you need to escalate.
LCB rates Silver Oak 0.6 out of 5, ranked 1,724th of 1,739 casinos, with a warning for poor support and slow payments that are usually issued after a month or more. A 2025 LCB forum thread covers a $1,300 withdrawal delay that was eventually paid in Bitcoin and a $100 cashout refused over an alleged duplicate account.
These are third-party reports, not regulator findings. They fit the published process, though: the terms themselves allow several weeks. If speed matters to you, compare our list of fast payout casinos.
Is Silver Oak legal for US players?
Silver Oak is offshore and not licensed or regulated by any US state. Its terms list no restricted US states, and third parties report Ohio as accepted, but that is a statement about the casino’s policy, not your state’s law. Federal law, including UIGEA, targets payment processing and leaves player legality to the states. The minimum age in its terms is 21, or higher where local law says so. See offshore casinos legality and player protections offshore vs licensed.

Frequently asked questions
Is Silver Oak Casino a scam?
Silver Oak isn’t a scam site in the sense of taking money with no casino behind it: it names its operator and license and publishes detailed terms. But third parties report slow payments and poor support, and Michigan named it as an illegal offshore operator in 2025. Weigh those before depositing. Our Silver Oak review covers the pros and cons.
Does Silver Oak Casino name its owner?
Yes: Silver Oak’s terms name Primrose Media Limited, registration number 15804, based in Mutsamudu, Anjouan, in the Union of Comoros. The same company appears in the terms of Raging Bull Slots and CoolCat Casino, and reviewers link it to Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness. See who owns Silver Oak Casino for the wider group.
Is Silver Oak licensed?
Silver Oak says it holds an Anjouan license under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, but shows no separate license number. That is an offshore license, not a US one, and LCB lists the casino as unlicensed. No US state licenses or regulates Silver Oak. Our Anjouan license page explains what that license covers.
How long can a Silver Oak payout take under its terms?
Its terms describe a review of 7–10 business days followed by payment in 7–10 business days, and its banking page lists 7–10 days for Bitcoin, wire and check. Coindraw is listed at 0–7 days with a 5% fee. Third-party reviewers report waits of a month or more. Our how long casino withdrawals take answer compares casinos.
Why did Michigan send Silver Oak a cease-and-desist letter?
Michigan licenses its own online casinos and treats unlicensed offshore sites as illegal. The Michigan Gaming Control Board named Silver Oak among 13 unlicensed operators in its April 9, 2025 release, alongside Planet 7. The letter orders the casino to stop serving Michigan residents. See Michigan gambling laws for the full background.
What fees does Silver Oak take from a withdrawal?
Silver Oak’s fees depend on the method and how you played. Its banking page lists up to $40 for Bitcoin, up to $20 for wire, up to $25 for check and 5% for Coindraw. Its terms add an 8% fee, minimum $4, if you withdraw before wagering your deposit once. Our withdrawal fees guide explains how to keep costs down.
Are Silver Oak, Planet 7 and Royal Ace the same company?
Third-party reviewers treat them as sister brands, but ownership reports differ. Silver Oak names Primrose Media Limited; reviewers variously attribute Planet 7 and Royal Ace to Ace Revenue Group, BTK Ltd, Emoney Processing or Primrose Media. All three run RealTime Gaming and show similar $2,500 weekly caps. Compare them in Silver Oak vs Planet 7.
Does Silver Oak have responsible gambling tools?
Yes. Its terms list deposit limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion through live chat, processed immediately, and its responsible gambling page mentions temporary self-bans and permanent closure. It refers players to Gamblers Anonymous and ncpgambling.org. The national line is 1-800-MY-RESET. See Silver Oak responsible gambling and self-exclusion at offshore casinos.
Is Silver Oak Casino legal in Ohio?
No Ohio law licenses Silver Oak, so it isn’t a legal, state-regulated option there. Ohio has no legal online casinos at all: the Ohio Casino Control Commission licenses sports betting and the state’s four land casinos, while iGaming bills such as HB 298 have stalled. Silver Oak’s terms list no restricted US states, and third parties report Ohio players as accepted, but that describes the casino’s policy rather than Ohio law. The commission says illegal sites offer no consumer protections. Read Ohio gambling laws and our Ohio online casinos hub before you sign up anywhere.
What is the minimum deposit at Silver Oak Casino?
Silver Oak’s banking page lists a $30 minimum for Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and cards. Crypto deposits run from $30 up to $100,000 with no casino fee, while Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover deposits are capped at $1,000 and carry a 3–10% fee. Changelly is listed separately at $60 to $200. A $30 card deposit could therefore cost up to $3 in fees before you play, which is why crypto is the cheaper route on paper. Our minimum deposit answer and Silver Oak banking page compare the options.
Does Silver Oak Casino have a no deposit bonus?
Yes, its no deposit page lists three codes: SILVER25 for $25, SILVER50 for $50 and FREESILVER for $100. The page sets 30x playthrough (60x on blackjack and video poker) and a $100 maximum cashout. The general terms describe the no-deposit cap differently, as 1x the bonus with a minimum of $100, so read both before you claim. Codes change, so check the promotions page on the day. A $50 chip at 30x means $1,500 in bets before any cashout. See Silver Oak no deposit bonus for the details.
Can I play Silver Oak Casino on my phone?
Yes, through your phone’s browser rather than an app. Silver Oak’s mobile page describes instant play and a browser casino for iPhone, Android and tablets, plus a downloadable client for Windows PCs, and lists no dedicated mobile app in any app store. The same RTG games run in the browser, and the page mentions titles such as Cash Bandits 3, T-Rex II and Storm Lords. Any app claiming to be Silver Oak in a store isn’t listed by the casino. Our Silver Oak mobile page covers the details, and is there a casino app explains the wider picture.
How do I contact Silver Oak Casino support?
Silver Oak lists email and live chat but no phone number. Its contact page gives help@silveroakmail.com with replies promised within 48 hours, and its FAQ says support runs 24/7. Live chat is also where its terms say self-exclusion requests are handled. One third-party listing gives different addresses on the silveroakcasino.com domain, so use the one shown on the casino’s own contact page. LCB’s warning for poor support is worth knowing before you rely on quick answers. Keep written records of every exchange, as our casino complaint guide suggests, and see Silver Oak customer support.
Can I withdraw from Silver Oak Casino in Bitcoin?
Yes, Bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency listed for Silver Oak withdrawals. Its banking page shows Bitcoin cashouts from $50 to $2,500, a fee of $0 to $40 and a time of 7–10 days. You can deposit with Bitcoin, Litecoin or Ethereum, but only Bitcoin comes back out, so a Litecoin player is paid in Bitcoin. A $1,300 delay reported on a 2025 LCB forum thread was eventually paid in Bitcoin. Our Silver Oak Bitcoin page and Bitcoin casinos guide explain wallets and fees.
Can Silver Oak delete an account that sits unused?
Yes: Silver Oak’s terms treat an account as inactive after two years and say it may be deleted after an email notice. That matters if you leave a balance behind, because there’s no US state regulator holding the casino to an unclaimed-funds rule. If you plan to stop playing, withdraw what you can first, keeping in mind the $2,500 weekly limit and the 8% fee if a deposit was never wagered. Comp points also expire after 12 months under its promotions page. Our guides on how to withdraw from an online casino and what happens if a casino closes cover the next steps.
