How do VIP programs work at online casinos? You move up a ladder of tiers based on how much you deposit or wager, or by invitation, and each tier adds perks such as cashback, bigger reload bonuses and higher withdrawal limits. The perks are real but small next to the play needed to earn them. Here's how three partners structure theirs, in dollars.
A casino VIP program is a tiered loyalty scheme. The more you play or deposit, the higher your tier, and each tier carries better rewards: larger reload matches, cashback on losses, faster or larger withdrawals and sometimes a personal host. The rewards are funded by the house edge on the play that earns them.
A points ladder is the most transparent, since you can see how far the next tier is. Invitation schemes give the casino full discretion, so you can't plan for them. Our casino loyalty programs guide compares these models in more depth.
How the Silver Oak VIP program works
Silver Oak's VIP program page (opens in a new tab) lists five tiers, each tied to a dollar figure, starting with an instant upgrade to Silver at $500. Benefits rise through the tiers as ranges rather than fixed amounts per level.

How the SlotoCash VIP Club works
SlotoCash's VIP Club page (opens in a new tab) describes three tiers entered by management invitation for active players who have submitted security documents. It publishes no thresholds, so there's no target to aim for.

How the Miami Club VIP program works
Miami Club's loyalty page (opens in a new tab) uses a points ladder. Membership starts automatically at Flamingo after a $20 purchase, and points move you up from there. Benefits aren't itemized per tier; points are redeemable for bonus credit.

Miami Club runs WGS (Wager Gaming) software, not RTG. Its published Terms of Use (opens in a new tab) (v2.1, September 28, 2026, section 1.6) list the United States as a prohibited jurisdiction, but the site owner's affiliate program confirms US players are accepted. Confirm your eligibility at sign-up. The same terms cap withdrawals at $5,000 a week. More on the Miami Club VIP program page.
VIP programs with few published details
Not every partner publishes its scheme. For these, only third-party reports exist, and they aren't settled.
Planet 7: reviewers don't name tiers, though complaints mention a 'Jupiter VIP' level; player comments mention a $700 appreciation chip at VIP5, which is unverified.
Royal Ace: a loyalty program is reported, and one complaint mentions a 'level 5 VIP' with faster payouts.
Slot Madness: a loyalty program is reported, with no details listed.
Decode: reviewers describe weekly deposit-based missions and no tiers.
If a casino won't tell you how its program works, assume perks are discretionary. Our best VIP casinos list compares the schemes that are published.
What VIP perks are worth in dollars
Cashback is the easiest perk to value. At SlotoCash's Gold rate of 5% monthly cashback on net losses, a $400 losing month returns $20; at Diamond's 15%, it returns $60. You're still down $340 to $380 for the month.
Withdrawal limits matter more for winners. At a $5,000 weekly cap, a $12,000 win is paid over three weeks: $5,000, $5,000 and $2,000. A VIP increase shortens that. Read what a weekly withdrawal limit is for how caps work.
Match bonuses look largest but cost the most. If a VIP 250% reload on a $100 deposit carried 30x deposit plus bonus wagering, you'd need to bet $350 × 30 = $10,500, with an expected cost of about $420 on a 96% slot. No VIP bonus wagering is published by Silver Oak, so that figure is an illustration; check the actual terms.
The catches in casino VIP programs
Tier thresholds reward deposits and wagering, so reaching one usually means losing more first.
VIP bonuses still carry wagering requirements and game restrictions; table games are often excluded or weighted lower.
'No max bet rule' perks, like SlotoCash's at Platinum and Diamond, let stakes rise faster with bonus funds.
Invitation and discretionary perks can change or be withdrawn without notice.
Higher withdrawal limits don't speed up verification, which still comes first.
Find the published tier list and note whether entry is by points, dollars or invitation.
Write down the perk you'd actually use, such as cashback, and its rate.
Check the wagering and max cashout on any VIP bonus before accepting it.
Compare the weekly withdrawal limit at your likely tier with the base limit.
Set a monthly deposit limit with support that doesn't change if you're offered a higher tier.
VIP hosts, bonuses and responsible gambling
Personal hosts and tailored offers are designed to keep you playing. If VIP contact makes it harder to stick to your limits, ask the casino to stop VIP marketing, set a deposit limit or self-exclude. The Silver Oak terms describe deposit limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion via live chat, and SlotoCash lists deposit and time limits on request.
VIP status doesn't change a casino's legal position. Our partners are offshore and not licensed or regulated by any US state, so VIP balances and perks have no state-backed protection and there's no state regulator to complain to. State law decides whether online casino play is lawful for you.
The Michigan Gaming Control Board issued cease-and-desist letters naming Silver Oak on April 9, 2025, Miami Club on August 14, 2025, and SlotoCash on October 8, 2026. For the wider picture, read offshore casinos legality.

Frequently asked questions
How do you become a VIP at casinos like Silver Oak or SlotoCash?
It depends on the scheme. Some casinos promote you automatically when you reach a points or dollar threshold, as Miami Club and Silver Oak publish, while others such as SlotoCash invite active, verified players at management's discretion. A few use weekly missions instead of tiers. Don't increase your play to qualify. Our high roller guide explains what bigger-stakes play really costs.
Are VIP programs at offshore casinos like SlotoCash worth it?
Only as a small extra on play you'd do anyway. Cashback and higher withdrawal limits have real value, but tiers are reached by depositing and wagering, which costs far more on average than the perks return. A 5% cashback on a $400 losing month is $20. Our cashback answer explains how to value that kind of perk.
What perks do casino VIP members get?
Typical perks include cashback on losses, larger reload or deposit matches, appreciation chips, higher withdrawal limits, faster payouts and a personal host. Silver Oak lists monthly cashback of 4% to 35% and priority payments from Platinum, while SlotoCash lists daily matches and 5% to 15% monthly cashback. Every bonus still has terms. See the high roller bonus page for typical conditions.
Do VIP bonuses have wagering requirements?
Usually, yes. VIP reloads and deposit matches are bonus money, so wagering, game weighting and sometimes max cashout rules apply. Separate VIP bonus wagering isn't published at Silver Oak, so check the terms on each offer. Bigger match percentages mean more wagering in dollars. Our wagering requirements guide shows how to convert a playthrough multiple into a dollar figure.
Do VIP players get faster withdrawals at Silver Oak and SlotoCash?
Often, in limit and priority if not in verification. Silver Oak says its weekly limit rises by VIP level and lists priority payments from Platinum, and SlotoCash lists expedited withdrawals for Platinum and Diamond. Identity checks still come first. Our answer on how long casino withdrawals take covers processing times by method.
Can I lose my VIP status?
Yes, at many casinos. Invitation-based schemes such as SlotoCash's give management discretion, and casinos can change or end programs. Tiers can also lapse with inactivity, and dormant-account rules may void balances, as SlotoCash's terms do after 12 months without a login. Don't play just to hold a tier. Our casino dormant accounts guide explains inactivity rules.
What is a VIP host at an online casino?
A VIP host is a named account manager who handles higher-tier players' requests, bonuses and withdrawals. At Silver Oak, a personal host is listed from Platinum upward. Hosts can make offers that encourage more play, so keep your limits in place and ask the host to stop offers if they're unhelpful. Read what a deposit limit is to set one.
How is a VIP program different from comp points?
Comp points are the currency, and the VIP program is the ladder. Points earned on bets can often be swapped for credit, and many casinos also use them to place you in a tier. SlotoCash's tiers change the earn rate itself, from 1 point per $7.50 at Gold to 1 per $4 at Diamond. See our comp points guide for the dollar values.
How much are SlotoCash VIP comp points worth in dollars?
Very little per bet: SlotoCash's promotions page values 100 comp points at $1, and its VIP Club sets the earn rate by tier. At Gold, 1 point per $7.50 bet means $750 of wagering earns 100 points, or $1 back, about 0.13%. At Diamond, 1 point per $4 means $400 of bets earns that same $1, about 0.25%. Compare that with an illustrative 4% house edge, which costs $16 on $400 of bets. See SlotoCash VIP program and our comp points bonus page.
What does it take to reach Silver Oak's Elite VIP tier?
Silver Oak's VIP page lists $8,000 for Elite, its top tier, after Silver ($500), Gold ($1,000), Platinum ($3,000) and Diamond ($5,000). The page doesn't say whether the figure counts deposits or wagers, or over what period, so ask support before you plan around it. The top of its benefit ranges includes monthly cashback up to 35%, weekly cashback up to $7.5K and $700 appreciation chips, with priority payments and a personal host from Platinum. Reaching $8,000 usually means losing a share of it first. Read the Silver Oak VIP program page.
How does the Planet 7 VIP program work?
Planet 7 publishes no VIP scheme that could be confirmed, so everything known comes from third-party reviews. They report comp points at 100 points to $1, a 1,000-point minimum redemption when your balance is $0, and higher earn rates at higher tiers. Redeemed comps carry 30x wagering on slots, keno, scratch cards and bingo, or 60x on video poker and table games. Tier names aren't listed, though complaints mention a 'Jupiter VIP' level. Ask support for the current rules in writing. See Planet 7 VIP program and what is a comp point.
What extra cashback do SlotoCash VIP members get?
SlotoCash's VIP Club page lists instant cashback of 35% on Monday to Wednesday deposits and 50% from Thursday to Sunday for VIPs, against 25% and 35% for standard players on its promotions page. Each VIP tier also adds monthly cashback on net losses: 5% at Gold, 10% at Platinum and 15% at Diamond. A Weekend Jackpot Bonus of up to $1,000 a day runs Thursday to Sunday. Cashback softens losses but doesn't reverse them, and claim windows apply, such as 48 hours for instant cashback. See what is cashback and our cashback bonus page.
Is there a VIP club at Royal Ace or Slot Madness?
There is reported to be one at each: both run loyalty programs, but neither publishes tiers or perks that could be confirmed. Casino Guru lists a loyalty program at each without details. For Royal Ace, one player complaint mentions a 'level 5 VIP' with faster payouts, and a VIP email address, vip@royalacecasino.com, is reported. Without published rules, treat any VIP perk at either casino as discretionary and get offers in writing. Both are offshore and not licensed by any US state. See Royal Ace VIP program and Slot Madness VIP program.
