Weekly withdrawal limits cap how much an online casino will pay you in a seven-day period, so a big win is paid in installments rather than all at once. At our offshore partners, published or reported caps run from $2,500 to $5,000 a week, and some add monthly caps that stretch a $10,000 win over two months or more.
A weekly limit slows a payout; a max cashout rule can cancel winnings outright.
Partner caps are $2,500–$5,000 a week, with some adding $5,000–$20,000 monthly caps.
Per-method limits can be lower than the headline weekly cap, so check both.
At $2,500 a week with a $5,000 monthly cap, a $10,000 win takes about two months.
No US state regulates these offshore caps; they're whatever the casino's terms say.

What weekly withdrawal limits are
A weekly withdrawal limit is the most a casino will pay out to one player in a week. Win more than that, and the casino keeps the rest in your balance and pays it in later weeks. You don't lose the money, but you wait for it, and it stays in an account the casino controls.
Offshore casinos use these caps to manage cash flow and fraud risk. They're common at the casinos US players reach, and they're one of the first terms worth reading before you deposit. This page sits within our guides for US players and goes deeper than our short definition of a withdrawal limit.

Two things stand out. First, the headline weekly cap and the per-method limit don't always match: Miami Club's Terms of Use (opens in a new tab) say $5,000 a week while its banking page caps Bitcoin and wire at $2,500 a week, and SlotoCash's $5,000 weekly limit sits alongside a $2,500 per-request maximum and one request a week. The pages don't explain how these fit together, so ask support before you rely on the higher figure.
Second, Silver Oak's monthly rule is unusual: the lower $5,000 cap applies when your balance is at least ten times your total deposits. In practice that bites hardest after a big win from a small deposit. Casino-specific pages cover each in detail, including SlotoCash withdrawals, Miami Club withdrawals and Silver Oak withdrawals.
Miami Club's Terms of Use (v2.1, September 28, 2026, section 1.6) list the United States as a prohibited jurisdiction, while the site owner's affiliate program confirms US players are accepted. Confirm your eligibility at sign-up.

The monthly cap is what turns weeks into months. At Royal Ace or Slot Madness, as reported, you'd hit the $5,000 monthly ceiling after two weekly payments, then wait for the next month to start. For a $12,000 win that's three calendar months before the last $2,000 arrives.
Weekly withdrawal limits vs max cashout rules
These two terms are often confused, and the difference matters. A weekly withdrawal limit delays money you've won. A max cashout rule on a bonus can remove winnings above a cap permanently.

Bonus max cashout
What it does

Another example
$5,000 a week at SlotoCash (published)
None on SlotoCash's welcome bonus (published)
Royal Ace's reported welcome terms cap cashouts at 10 times the deposit, so a $100 deposit could cash out at most $1,000 from that bonus however much you win. Read max cashout explained and our max cashout rules page before you claim any offer.
Can you raise a weekly withdrawal limit?
Sometimes, through VIP status. SlotoCash's banking page (opens in a new tab) says the weekly limit may be adjusted by VIP status, with VIP limits up to $30,000 (the period isn't stated), and its VIP page lists expedited withdrawals at the Platinum and Diamond tiers. Entry is by management invitation with no published thresholds. Silver Oak's VIP page lists higher withdrawal limits as a benefit, with priority payments from Platinum up.
Don't chase VIP status to get your money faster. Tiers are earned by depositing and wagering more, which means more exposure to the house edge. Our bankroll management guide explains how to size play to what you can afford, and the SlotoCash VIP program page sets out the published tiers.
How to manage a payout split by weekly limits
Finish verification before your first request so no installment is held for documents.
Request the full weekly amount as soon as each new week opens, by the method with the highest cap.
Keep a simple log: date requested, amount, method, reference and date received.
Leave the remaining balance alone. Don't play it down while you wait.
Log in regularly so the account isn't treated as dormant.
Ask support in writing to confirm the schedule if the casino offers to pay in installments.
Dormancy rules can catch players with long installment plans. SlotoCash's terms void balances after 12 consecutive months without a login, Miami Club treats 12 months without login as inactive and removes the real-money balance until reinstated on request, and Silver Oak marks accounts inactive after two years. Our dormant accounts guide covers the details.
If a payout you're owed starts tempting you back to the tables, cancel nothing and step away. A reverse withdrawal is the easiest way to lose a balance you've already won.
Weekly limits and processing delays together
Caps don't replace processing time; they add to it. Silver Oak's terms set a review of 7–10 business days and a payment window of 7–10 business days, so each weekly installment can take up to about four weeks to arrive even though the cap resets weekly. Third-party reviewers report payouts at some partners taking a month or more.
Only seven states license real-money online casinos: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Our partners are offshore, licensed (if at all) outside the US and not licensed or regulated by any US state, so their withdrawal limits are simply whatever their terms say, and there's no state regulator to complain to if a cap changes or a payout stalls.
Winnings are taxable federal income however slowly they're paid, so keep your installment log for your tax records; our gambling taxes guide explains the W-2G rules.

Frequently asked questions
How does a weekly withdrawal limit work at offshore casinos?
A weekly withdrawal limit is the most an online casino will pay you in seven days. If you win more, the rest stays in your balance and is paid in later weeks. At our offshore partners, published or reported caps run from $2,500 to $5,000 a week. It delays money rather than removing it. Our short answer to what is a weekly withdrawal limit has more.
Which partner casino has the highest weekly withdrawal limit?
SlotoCash and Miami Club publish $5,000 a week, the highest among our partners. Both also show lower per-method figures: SlotoCash caps single requests at $2,500, and Miami Club's banking page lists $2,500 a week by Bitcoin or wire. Ask support how the figures combine. SlotoCash says VIP limits can reach $30,000. Compare all caps on our withdrawal limits page.
How long does it take to withdraw $10,000 with a $2,500 weekly limit?
At least four weeks under the cap alone, as four payments of $2,500. If the casino also has a $5,000 monthly limit, as third-party reviews report for Royal Ace and Slot Madness, it takes about two months. Processing time adds to each installment. See casino withdrawal delays for how review and payment windows stack on top.
Is Planet 7's weekly withdrawal limit the same as its max cashout?
No. A weekly limit spreads your payout over time, but you still receive the full amount. A bonus max cashout caps what you can ever withdraw from that bonus, and winnings above it are usually removed. Planet 7's welcome offer is reported to carry a $1,000 max cashout, for example. Read what is max cashout before claiming an offer.
Can I get a higher withdrawal limit as a VIP?
At some casinos. SlotoCash says VIP status can raise its weekly limit, with VIP limits up to $30,000, and Silver Oak lists higher withdrawal limits as a VIP benefit. VIP levels come from depositing and wagering more, so don't chase them to get paid faster. Our bankroll management guide helps you keep play within a set budget.
Do monthly limits apply on top of weekly limits?
Yes, where a casino has both. SlotoCash publishes $5,000 a week and $20,000 a month, and third-party reviews report $2,500 a week and $5,000 a month at Royal Ace and Slot Madness. The monthly figure is usually what stretches a big win into months. Silver Oak's monthly cap depends on your balance relative to deposits. See Royal Ace withdrawals for one worked case.
Are weekly withdrawal limits legal?
Offshore casinos set their own limits in their terms, and no US state regulates them, so there's no state rule capping or protecting them. Our partners aren't licensed by any US state. Only seven states license real-money online casinos, under their own rules. Check what your state says on our states hub before you play anywhere.
Can a casino change its weekly withdrawal limit?
Yes. Offshore casinos can update their terms, and some say limits can be adjusted, for example by VIP status at SlotoCash. That's why we tell readers to check the current terms before depositing and keep a copy. Third-party reports of caps also differ, as with Decode at $2,500 or $5,000. Our guide to reading casino terms shows where caps hide.
What is Silver Oak Casino's monthly withdrawal limit?
Silver Oak's terms set two monthly caps: $5,000 if your balance is at least ten times your total deposits, and $10,000 otherwise. Say you've deposited $200 in total and run a balance up to $3,000. That's 15 times your deposits, so the lower $5,000 cap applies. The weekly cap starts at $2,500 and rises with VIP level, and pending requests can queue up to four times the weekly limit. The rule hits small-deposit, big-win players hardest. Our Silver Oak banking page covers its methods and fees.
How many withdrawal requests can I make a week at SlotoCash?
SlotoCash's payout page allows one withdrawal request a week, and its banking page caps each Bitcoin, wire or check request at $2,500. That sits awkwardly beside the published $5,000 weekly limit, because one $2,500 request a week would never reach it. The casino's pages don't explain how the figures combine, so ask support in writing before planning a large cashout and keep the reply. The $20,000 monthly cap also applies. Our SlotoCash banking page lists each method's minimums and fees.
What is the minimum withdrawal at Miami Club Casino?
Miami Club's own terms set a $100 minimum withdrawal, which is high next to the $20 minimum that third-party reviews report for Royal Ace and Slot Madness. A balance below $100 can't be cashed out there, so small wins may sit in the account. Miami Club also publishes a $5,000 weekly cap in its Terms of Use, while its banking page shows $2,500 a week by Bitcoin or wire. Its section 1.6 lists the US as prohibited, though the affiliate program says US players are accepted. See what is the minimum withdrawal for comparisons.
Do weekly withdrawal limits apply to Bitcoin payouts?
Yes, and Bitcoin often carries its own cap below the headline figure. Miami Club's banking page lists $2,500 a week by Bitcoin or wire, against $5,000 a week in its Terms of Use. SlotoCash caps each Bitcoin request at $2,500, and third-party reviews report Decode's limit at $2,500 a week by Bitcoin or wire. Crypto may arrive faster once approved, but it doesn't skip the cap or the review period. Our Bitcoin withdrawal times answer explains the rest of the wait.
What should I do if a casino stops paying my weekly installments?
Ask the casino in writing why the payment stopped, quote the weekly limit from its terms, and keep copies of every request and reply. Check first that your verification is complete and that no new document request is waiting, since that's a common cause. Because our partners are offshore and not licensed by any US state, there's no state regulator to step in. Leave the remaining balance untouched while you wait. Our guide on casino ADR and complaints explains which outside routes exist.
