Is SlotoCash legit? It is a long-running offshore casino, online since 2007 by its own account, with published banking and bonus terms, but it shows no license, names no operating company and is not licensed by any US state. Michigan’s regulator named it in a cease-and-desist release on October 8, 2026.

Is SlotoCash legit? Our straight answer
SlotoCash is a real, long-established casino that publishes its rules and payout methods, and has close to 2,000 ratings across two third-party review sites. That is what most people mean by legit. What it is not is licensed in the US, and its own site doesn’t tell you who runs it or which authority, if any, licenses it.
So the honest answer has two halves. As a business, SlotoCash has a long track record and written terms. As a legal matter, it is an offshore casino that one US state regulator has ordered to stop serving its residents. Weigh both before you deposit, read our full SlotoCash review for the detail, and see our other casino questions for related answers.

Who runs SlotoCash, and what license does it hold?
Clause 23 of the SlotoCash terms and conditions (opens in a new tab) says only that Sloto’Cash is the trade name of Slotocash Casino. The footer carries no company or license text, and the fair-gaming page names no license or number either.
Outside sources fill the gap. An affiliate directory names Deckmedia N.V. as owner and operator of SlotoCash and Miami Club, describing it as licensed by the Central Government of the Netherlands Antilles. LCB lists Curaçao, again without a number. Casinos.com calls it one of the flagship brands of the Deckmedia Group but labels it an unreliable offshore casino because the Curaçao license couldn’t be verified. Our answer on who owns SlotoCash goes deeper.
A Curaçao or Antilles license, if one exists, is issued under that jurisdiction’s law. It is not a US state license and gives you no US regulator to complain to.
SlotoCash and Michigan’s October 2026 cease-and-desist letters
On October 8, 2026, the Michigan Gaming Control Board said it had issued 33 cease-and-desist letters (opens in a new tab) to illegal online gambling operators, and Sloto’Cash Online Casino was on the list. The board calls these illegal offshore operators. Its sister brand Miami Club had been named earlier, on August 14, 2025.
Michigan is one of seven states that license real-money online casinos, alongside New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island. In those states licensed apps exist, with state protections that offshore sites don’t offer. Our Michigan online casinos page lists what is licensed there, and our cease-and-desist letters explainer covers what these orders do and don’t mean.
Does SlotoCash pay out? Withdrawal limits, fees and times
SlotoCash publishes three withdrawal methods: bank wire, courier check and Bitcoin. Its banking page says payouts are processed within two business days. The weekly limit is $5,000 and the monthly limit $20,000, with VIP players able to go up to $30,000 (the period isn’t stated).

Those two pages disagree on the wire fee, the check fee and the check maximum, so confirm the figures in the cashier before you request a payout. The payout-methods page also says one request per week per method. Bitcoin is the only free option and the only crypto listed for withdrawals. More detail is in our SlotoCash withdrawals guide and the general explainer on weekly withdrawal limits.
A worked example of the weekly cap
Say you win $12,000. At $5,000 a week, the casino would pay $5,000, then $5,000, then $2,000 over three weeks, all inside the $20,000 monthly limit. If you take Bitcoin at $2,500 per request and one request a week, the payout-methods page would stretch that to five weeks. Plan for the slower reading until the casino confirms otherwise.
SlotoCash verification: what it asks for before paying
Its support FAQ says there is one-time verification before any payout: a photo ID and a recent utility bill sent to the Security Department. Your profile must match your bank details for card deposits, and clause 27 of the terms lets the casino ask for proof of source of funds or payment method. LCB adds proof of payment ownership and a selfie with ID.
Make sure your name, address and date of birth match your ID exactly when you register.
Send a clear photo ID and a utility bill from the last few months before your first withdrawal.
Keep proof of the card or wallet you deposited with in case it is requested.
Note the date you submitted documents and ask live chat to confirm receipt.
Only request a withdrawal once support confirms your account is verified.
SlotoCash reviews and complaints from third parties
Third-party ratings are mixed rather than alarming. Trustpilot shows 4.1 out of 5 from 715 reviews, with complaints about verification and withdrawal delays and bonus rules, and the company replies to all negative reviews. LCB shows 3.5 out of 5 from 1,265 votes, with individual users describing slow withdrawals, a bonus removed after a large withdrawal and a reduced bet limit.
These are reports from players and reviewers, not findings by a regulator, and individual complaints can’t be verified independently. Read them as a guide to where friction tends to arise, which for SlotoCash is mostly verification and payout speed.
SlotoCash terms that affect whether it feels legit
Several rules in the published terms are easy to miss and can feel unfair if you meet them for the first time after a win:
Disputes must be raised within 14 days, and the casino’s server records are treated as final.
Balances are voided after 12 consecutive months without a login, though management may restore them.
Free (no-deposit) bonus cashouts are limited to a minimum of $25 and a maximum of $200.
Claiming several free bonuses in a row may void bonuses and winnings.
While a bonus is active the maximum bet is $10 per spin, and playing excluded games voids winnings.
None of these is unusual for offshore casinos, but each is set by the casino alone. Our guide on how to read casino terms shows what to look for.
Is SlotoCash legal in the USA?
SlotoCash is an offshore casino and no US state licenses or regulates it. Whether playing there is lawful depends on your state, not on the casino. Federal law, including UIGEA, targets payment processing for unlawful internet gambling rather than making a bet a federal crime for the player, and it defines unlawful by reference to state law.
Its terms say the minimum age is 18, but many US states set 21 for casino gambling. Third-party listings report Ohio as accepted, but SlotoCash publishes no state list. Check our offshore casinos legality page and is it illegal to play at offshore casinos for the state-by-state picture.

Frequently asked questions
Is SlotoCash a real casino or a scam?
SlotoCash is a real, long-running casino rather than a scam site. It says it has been online since 2007 and publishes full bonus, banking and VIP terms. The concerns are about transparency and law, not existence: it names no license or operator, and Michigan ordered it to stop serving that state in October 2026. See our SlotoCash review for the full picture.
Does SlotoCash actually pay out winnings?
Its terms describe payouts by bank wire, courier check and Bitcoin within about two business days, subject to verification. Third-party reviewers report payouts but also complaints about delays and lengthy KYC. Weekly and monthly caps of $5,000 and $20,000 mean big wins arrive in installments. Our SlotoCash withdrawals page lists every method and fee.
Does SlotoCash say who owns it?
No, SlotoCash doesn’t name an owner; its terms give only a trade name. Third-party sources consistently report Deckmedia N.V., which is also linked to Miami Club. Because no registration number is published, you can’t check the company against a register yourself. Our answers on who owns SlotoCash and who owns Miami Club Casino compare the two.
Is SlotoCash licensed in the US?
No. SlotoCash is an offshore casino and no US state licenses or regulates it. Its own site shows no license at all, and third parties cite Curaçao or the Netherlands Antilles without a number. Only seven states license real-money online casinos, and SlotoCash isn’t among their licensees. Our states with legal online casinos page lists them.
Why was SlotoCash named by Michigan regulators?
Michigan licenses its own online casinos and treats unlicensed offshore sites as illegal. On October 8, 2026, the Michigan Gaming Control Board announced 33 cease-and-desist letters, and Sloto’Cash Online Casino was among the operators named. The order tells the casino to stop serving Michigan residents. Read Michigan gambling laws for the legal background.
How long does SlotoCash take to withdraw?
SlotoCash says withdrawals are processed within 48 business hours, or two business days, counting business days only. Bank wire can then take longer: one of its pages says 7 to 14 business days for wires. Bitcoin is the fastest published route and carries no fee. Verify your account first to avoid delays, as our casino withdrawal delays guide explains.
Does SlotoCash have responsible gambling tools?
Yes, on request. Its responsible gaming page lists deposit limits, time limits, budget restrictions and self-exclusion for at least six months, arranged by emailing support. No separate cool-off or reality check is mentioned. For free, confidential help, the national line is 1-800-MY-RESET. See SlotoCash responsible gambling and our deposit limits guide.
Is SlotoCash safe for US players?
It is as safe as any offshore casino whose operator and license you can’t verify, which means you rely on its own terms. It does publish clear rules, caps and verification steps, and third-party ratings are mixed rather than poor. You have no state regulator behind you, though. Our page on are offshore casinos safe sets out the risks.
How low are SlotoCash’s minimum deposits by method?
SlotoCash’s banking page lists minimums from $5 to $25, depending on the method. Bitcoin Lightning starts at $5; Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash and Interac at $10; AstroPay at $15; and Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Bitcoin and Ethereum at $25. Card deposits carry a small fee of $0.01 to $1. Bonuses have their own floor: the welcome terms ask for at least $20 per bonus, so a $10 Litecoin deposit plays without the match. No deposit maximums are listed. Our SlotoCash banking page compares methods, and how much should I deposit helps you size a first deposit.
Does SlotoCash work in a phone browser?
Yes, SlotoCash runs in your phone’s browser, with no app to install. Its support FAQ says there is currently no app or software required, and suggests adding a home-screen shortcut instead. That means anything in an app store claiming to be SlotoCash isn’t something the casino lists. The same lobby of slots, keno and video poker loads in the browser, and the bonus terms and $10 max bet apply exactly as they do on a computer. Our SlotoCash mobile page covers the details, and is there a casino app explains why offshore casinos rarely have store apps.
Does SlotoCash’s 18+ rule make it legal for 18-year-olds?
No. SlotoCash’s terms set its minimum age at 18, but that doesn’t make 18 the legal age where you live. Many US states set 21 for casino gambling, and no state licenses SlotoCash, so its age rule is a casino policy rather than a state permission. The casino also asks for photo ID before any payout, which confirms your age as well as your identity. Our offer lines say 21+, or 18+ only where allowed, for that reason. Check your state on our what age to gamble online answer, and read can I play at 18 for the state-by-state picture.
What software does SlotoCash use?
SlotoCash’s homepage describes it as a flagship partner of SpinLogic Gaming, with more than 400 titles. LCB also lists Real Time Gaming and Visionary iGaming, and it says the casino started on Rival software before switching providers. Titles named on the homepage include Cash Bandits 3, Crimson Castle, Shadow Gods, Cleopatra’s Gold and Coyote Cash 2, along with Double Double Bonus Poker, Tri-Card Poker and keno. LCB lists live dealer games, but the casino’s own site doesn’t mention any, so check the lobby. Our SlotoCash slots page and what is RTG answer explain the software.
How do I contact SlotoCash customer support?
Live chat is SlotoCash’s main contact route, and its support page says it runs 24/7, 365 days a year. There’s no phone number, but a “Schedule Call” option lets you book a callback. The site hides its email address behind a link; third parties list support@slotocash.im and feedback@slotocash.im, and verification files go to documents@slotocash.im according to LCB. Disputes must be raised within 14 days under its terms, so contact support quickly if something looks wrong. See SlotoCash customer support and our guide on filing a casino complaint.
Does SlotoCash have a VIP program?
Yes, SlotoCash runs a three-tier VIP club of Gold, Platinum and Diamond, by management invitation only. Its VIP page says entry is for active players who have sent their security documents, with no published thresholds. Benefits rise by tier: daily matches of 110%, 125% or 150% with 50 spins, monthly cashback on net losses of 5%, 10% or 15%, and expedited withdrawals plus no max-bet rule from Platinum up. Cashback softens losses rather than reversing them. Our SlotoCash VIP program page lists every perk, and weekly withdrawal limits explains how VIP status can raise caps.
Is SlotoCash or Miami Club more legit?
Neither is clearly more legit: both are reported Deckmedia N.V. brands, and neither shows a license or operator on its own site. Michigan’s regulator named Miami Club on August 14, 2025 and SlotoCash on October 8, 2026. Miami Club runs WGS software, while SlotoCash names SpinLogic. Miami Club’s Terms of Use (section 1.6) list the US as prohibited, yet its affiliate program confirms US players are accepted, so confirm eligibility at sign-up. SlotoCash publishes no state list. Compare them in SlotoCash vs Miami Club and our is Miami Club legit answer.
