The best instant withdrawal casinos for US players don't actually pay in an instant. At our offshore partners, published and reported crypto payout times run from minutes to several business days, and weekly caps decide how fast a large balance reaches you. Here is who looks fastest on paper, what slows payouts and how to avoid delays.

Do instant withdrawal casinos exist for US players?
Not in the strict sense. When a casino advertises an instant withdrawal, it usually means a crypto payment that leaves quickly once the casino has approved it. The approval itself, made up of the pending period, identity checks and the casino's processing queue, is where most of the waiting happens.
None of the offshore casinos we work with publishes a promise to pay instantly. What you can compare are their published processing times, the payout methods they list, their minimums and caps, any fees, and what third-party reviewers report. On those measures Bitcoin is the quickest route at most of them, while bank wires and checks are the slowest. Our explainer on casino withdrawal times covers each method in more depth.
One more thing before the list. Real-money online casinos are licensed by only seven states: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island (see states with legal online casinos). The casinos on this page are offshore. No state regulator handles their complaints or protects player balances, and they set their own payout terms. Our guide to offshore casino legality explains what that means where you live.

How we rank the best fast payout casinos
We look at the same seven points for each casino:
The processing time the casino publishes, or that reviewers report if it publishes none.
The fastest withdrawal method listed and its minimum.
Weekly and monthly withdrawal caps.
Withdrawal fees, including fees for not wagering a deposit.
What identity documents are needed before a payout.
Slow-payout complaints reported by third-party review sites.
The order is our editorial order, and it is commercial: we earn a commission when readers sign up through our links. It is not a speed test. None of the figures below come from our own deposits or cashouts. Each one is either from the casino's published terms (we say "the casino's terms say") or from third-party reviews (we say "reviewers report"), so you can weigh them yourself. Our best online casinos hub explains how all our lists work.
Figures were checked on October 28, 2026. Casinos change limits and fees without notice, so read the cashier and terms pages before you deposit.
1. Slot Madness: fast crypto reported, $20 minimum
Slot Madness tops this list because one third-party review says crypto withdrawals are typically processed within minutes, and two reviewers list a low $20 minimum withdrawal. AskGamblers lists no withdrawal fees. Every figure here comes from third parties, because the casino's own terms were not available to quote.
The weak points are just as clear. Reviewers report a $2,500 weekly cap and a $5,000 monthly cap. AskGamblers lists a 7–10 day pending period, 10–14 days for bank payouts and no weekend cashouts. LCB tags the casino for delayed payments, with players describing 7–10 business days and one case of 20. Casino.guru lists complaints about delayed withdrawals of $2,500 and $2,300.
Reported payout methods are bank wire, check, Bitcoin and Litecoin; Neteller also appears in one list, but LCB says it isn't available to US players. Document checks reportedly take 0–3 days. Ownership and licensing are disputed: reviewers name EH Gaming Ventures, Primrose Media Limited or Ace Revenue Group, and report an Anjouan license, a Costa Rica license or none at all.
Long pending period and no weekend cashouts reported
No terms published that we could quote; license disputed
2. SlotoCash: 48-hour processing in its own terms
SlotoCash is the only partner here whose own pages commit to a processing window. Its payout-methods page says requests are handled within 48 business hours, and its banking page (opens in a new tab) lists Bitcoin withdrawals from $100 to $2,500 with no fee. Business days only, so a Friday-night request waits for the week to start.
Caps are the highest published among our partners: $5,000 a week and $20,000 a month, with a VIP limit of up to $30,000 (the period isn't stated). There is a catch. The payout-methods page also allows one request a week per method, and a Bitcoin request tops out at $2,500. If both rules apply as written, Bitcoin alone moves $2,500 a week, so a $10,000 balance would take four weeks.
The two banking pages also conflict on wires and checks. One says a wire costs $50 and takes 2 business days; the other says $60 and 7–14 business days. Check fees are $60 on one page and $30 on the other. Bitcoin is the only crypto listed for withdrawals. Before any payout the casino asks for photo ID and a recent utility bill, and its VIP Platinum and Diamond tiers list expedited withdrawals.
Third-party reviewers report complaints about slow withdrawals and lengthy verification. SlotoCash is widely reported as a Deckmedia N.V. brand; its site shows no license, and reviewers point to Curaçao. Michigan's board named it in an October 8, 2026 release (opens in a new tab). See SlotoCash withdrawals for the step-by-step.
Pros
Processing time published in its own terms
Free Bitcoin withdrawals
$5,000 weekly and $20,000 monthly caps
Cons
One request a week per method, $2,500 per Bitcoin request
Conflicting wire and check fees on its own pages
Named in a Michigan cease-and-desist release
3. Decode: Bitcoin in 48 hours, per reviewers
Decode is a newer casino, launched in 2024 according to reviewers. Its own site doesn't show banking terms in readable form, so these figures are third-party. LCB lists Bitcoin withdrawals from $100, paid in about 48 hours, with a $2,500 weekly cap. Wires reportedly cost $50 and take 1–10 business days, and checks cost $30 and take 4–6 business days with a $3,000 cap.
The cap is disputed. LCB's own review text and VegasSlotsOnline both say $5,000 a week, against $2,500 in LCB's listing. Reviewers say payouts run on business days only. Verification reportedly asks for a passport or driver's license, proof of address, proof you own the payment method and a selfie with your ID, and takes 0–2 days.
Trustpilot reviews mention slow or canceled withdrawals and repeated document rejections. Decode doesn't name an owner, and its license is reported as Curaçao with no number. VegasSlotsOnline reports that it refuses players from Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington. Our Decode withdrawals guide tracks these terms.
4. Silver Oak: clear limits, slow published timeline
Silver Oak publishes more banking detail than any other partner, and that detail shows it isn't fast. Its terms (opens in a new tab) allow 7–10 business days to review a withdrawal and another 7–10 business days to pay it. Its banking page lists Bitcoin from $50 to $2,500 per payout, with a fee of $0–$40, and Coindraw from $20 to $2,500 with a 5% fee and a 0–7 day window.
The weekly cap starts at $2,500 and rises with VIP level. The monthly cap is $10,000, or $5,000 if your balance is at least ten times your total deposits. You can have pending requests worth up to four times the weekly limit. If you withdraw a deposit you haven't wagered at least once, the terms charge 8% (minimum $4). That would be $16 on a $200 deposit, while a $1,000 Coindraw payout would cost $50 at 5%.
Verification is strict: government photo ID, the front and back of any card used in the last three months, a selfie with ID and a utility bill dated within three months. Withdrawals stay blocked until it is done. LCB says payments are usually issued after a month or more.
Silver Oak is the only partner that names its operator and license: Primrose Media Limited, licensed in Anjouan. LCB lists it as unlicensed, so sources disagree. Michigan's board named it on April 9, 2025 (opens in a new tab). Our Silver Oak withdrawals page has the full fee schedule.
5. Planet 7: thin terms and slow payouts reported
Planet 7 comes last because its payout record is the weakest. None of its official pages could be checked, so these facts come from reviewers. AskGamblers lists a 5–7 day pending period, 7–9 days for bank transfers and no weekend cashouts. LCB says payouts usually take more than a month.
Most reviewers report a $2,500 weekly cap, but AskGamblers shows 2,500 euros a day, and casino.guru mentions a daily limit under $500 without reconciling the two. The minimum withdrawal is $50 according to LCB and $100 according to Blockonomi. Reported methods are bank wire, check and Bitcoin, and AskGamblers lists no fees. Documents reportedly take 0–3 days.
Reviewers name the operator as BTK Ltd or Ace Revenue Group and report a Costa Rica license or none. Michigan named Planet 7 in the same April 9, 2025 release as Silver Oak. See Planet 7 withdrawals for updates.

You can't make an offshore casino pay faster than its own process, but you can stop your request from getting stuck. These steps follow the published terms above.
Verify your account before you play. Upload photo ID, proof of address and, where asked, card photos as soon as you register; our guide to verifying your casino account lists what each partner asks for.
Finish or forfeit any bonus first. Active wagering blocks withdrawals, and SlotoCash's terms say you can't take a bonus while a withdrawal is pending.
Pick the fastest method you understand. Bitcoin is usually quickest, but crypto payments generally can't be reversed, so learn how to buy Bitcoin for casinos before you rely on it.
Check the minimum and per-request maximum so your request isn't rejected or split.
Ask on a weekday morning, since several brands are reported to process on business days only.
Leave the request alone. Reversing a pending withdrawal sends it back into your playable balance and restarts the clock.
Keep screenshots and dates of every request in case you need to complain later.
Other fast payout casinos you'll see advertised
Several non-partner brands also market fast payouts. We don't rank or link them, but here is what their own pages say, as checked on October 28, 2026.
Cafe Casino says crypto withdrawals arrive within 15 minutes of approval and excludes Delaware, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey and New York.
Bovada says reviews take about 24–48 hours, then up to 24 hours for Bitcoin. It excludes 20 states, and Michigan's board sent a cease-and-desist to its named operator in May 2024.
Ignition claims crypto payouts in 1–2 hours, but only in a bonus comparison table, not in its terms.
Wild Casino says crypto pays within 24 hours, while wires take 15 business days and need a $2,500 minimum.
Raging Bull Slots, run by the same Primrose Media Limited named in Silver Oak's terms, uses the same 7–10 plus 7–10 business day timeline.
Every one of these is offshore too. Our fast payout casinos list ranks partners on overall payout reliability rather than headline speed.
How to choose an instant payout casino and what to avoid
Choose a casino that publishes its processing time, caps and fees in writing. A promise in a banner is worth less than a number in the terms, because the terms are what support staff will quote back to you. Where a casino publishes nothing, treat third-party reports as a warning sign, not a guarantee of anything.
Watch for these red flags:
Speed claims that appear only in marketing, never in the terms.
Conflicting fees or limits on different pages of the same site, as at SlotoCash.
Fees for withdrawing deposits you haven't played through, such as Silver Oak's 8% charge.
Monthly caps low enough to stretch a large win across months.
Verification that only starts when you ask to withdraw.
Clusters of reviews about canceled withdrawals or rejected documents.
Federal law shapes how money moves. The UIGEA bars gambling businesses from accepting card payments, transfers and checks connected with unlawful internet gambling. It does not make placing a bet a federal crime for the player. Whether playing is lawful depends on your state's law, so check your state's gambling laws before you deposit.
This is also why US cards are often declined at offshore cashiers and why card withdrawals are rarely offered. Banks code gambling transactions as merchant category 7995, and many block them; see why casino card payments get declined.
Winnings are taxable federal income, whether or not the casino sends you a form. For 2026 payments, the IRS reporting threshold for slot and keno wins is $2,000. From tax year 2026, the 2025 tax law reportedly caps the gambling loss deduction at 90% of losses, so check IRS guidance. Our gambling taxes guide explains the rules.
If waiting on a payout has you tempted to keep playing, that's a moment to stop. The National Problem Gambling Helpline is 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738) (opens in a new tab), with call, text and chat, free and confidential.
Where to play: fast withdrawal casino offers via our links
The offers below are for the casinos ranked above, in the same order. They are offshore and not licensed or regulated by any US state, so there's no state regulator to hear a complaint and no state protection for your balance. Check your state's law before you sign up. Bonuses are slot-focused, with table games often excluded or weighted lower, and any active bonus must be cleared before you can withdraw, which slows your first cashout.
Slot Madness Casino: $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Third-party reviews list its MAD275 code at 275% up to $2,750 with a $30 minimum deposit, 30x (bonus + deposit) wagering on slots and no max cashout.
SlotoCash Casino: $6,000 Welcome Bonus + 60 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). The casino's terms set 25x (deposit + bonus) wagering, a $20 minimum per bonus, a $10 max bet and no max cashout on its own $7,777 + 300 spins package.
Decode Casino: $5,000 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Third-party reviews list codes such as DECODE111 (111% up to $1,111, 25x, $25 minimum deposit); codes change.
Silver Oak Casino: $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). The casino's own package is $10,000 over ten deposits with no max withdrawal; its offer page says 30x wagering but its terms say 40x on slots.
Planet 7 Casino: $2,750 Welcome Bonus + 45 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Third-party reviews list a WELCOME200 code with 30x (bonus + deposit) on slots, a $1,000 max cashout and a $30 card minimum.

Frequently asked questions
Which online casino pays out instantly in the USA?
None of the offshore casinos we cover publishes a true instant payout. SlotoCash's terms commit to processing within 48 business hours, and one third-party review says Slot Madness processes crypto within minutes, though others report a 7–10 day pending period there. State-licensed casinos exist only in seven states. Read how long casino withdrawals take before you choose.
What is the fastest withdrawal method at offshore casinos?
Bitcoin is the fastest listed method at most of our partner casinos. SlotoCash lists free Bitcoin payouts within 48 business hours, and reviewers report about 48 hours at Decode. Wires and checks take longer and often cost $30–$60. Crypto can't usually be reversed and its value moves, so read is Bitcoin safe for casinos first.
Why is my instant withdrawal still pending?
Usually because the casino hasn't finished its review. Unverified documents, an active bonus, a weekend request or a weekly cap already reached are the common causes. Silver Oak's terms allow 7–10 business days just for review, and several brands reportedly don't process on weekends. Ask support for the reason in writing, and see why your casino withdrawal is pending.
Are instant withdrawal casinos legal in the US?
It depends on your state. Seven states license real-money online casinos, and the offshore casinos on this page are not licensed by any of them. Federal UIGEA rules target payment processing for unlawful internet gambling rather than the player placing a bet, so state law decides. Michigan's regulator has named several of these brands in cease-and-desist releases. Start with are online casinos legal in the US.
Can instant withdrawal casinos pay out to a credit card?
Generally not at these casinos. The published and reported payout methods are Bitcoin, bank wire and check, with Coindraw at Silver Oak and Litecoin reported at Slot Madness. Card deposits are often declined in the US because banks block gambling code 7995, and card payouts are rarer still. Our answer to can I withdraw to my credit card explains the alternatives.
Do instant withdrawal casinos charge fees?
Some do. SlotoCash lists free Bitcoin withdrawals but $50–$60 for wires, and its two banking pages disagree. Silver Oak lists $0–$40 on Bitcoin, 5% on Coindraw and an 8% fee (minimum $4) if you withdraw a deposit you haven't wagered once. AskGamblers lists no fees at Planet 7 and Slot Madness. Read do casinos charge fees for more.
How much can I withdraw per week at instant withdrawal casinos?
Usually $2,500 to $5,000. SlotoCash's terms say $5,000 a week and $20,000 a month. Silver Oak starts at $2,500 a week. Reviewers report $2,500 a week at Planet 7 and Slot Madness, plus a $5,000 monthly cap at Slot Madness. A large win can take weeks or months to reach you. See what a weekly withdrawal limit is.
Do I need to verify my account before withdrawing?
Yes. Every partner asks for identity documents before paying out. SlotoCash wants photo ID and a recent utility bill, while Silver Oak adds card photos and a selfie with ID and blocks withdrawals until checks are complete. Reviewers say document checks take 0–3 days elsewhere. Verifying early is the simplest way to avoid delays; see why casinos ask for documents.
Does Miami Club Casino offer instant withdrawals?
No casino on our list promises instant payouts, but Miami Club's banking page quotes 48 hours for Bitcoin, from $100 with no fee, and also lists fee-free Ethereum withdrawals. Two rules slow first-timers: proof of identity is required for every withdrawal, and your first withdrawal needs a prior deposit with the same method. Its Terms of Use cap payouts at $5,000 a week. The same terms (v2.1, section 1.6) list the US as prohibited, while its affiliate program confirms US players are accepted, so confirm at sign-up. See the Miami Club withdrawals page.
Is there an instant withdrawal online casino in Rhode Island?
Rhode Island has one legal online casino: a state-run monopoly operated by Bally's (Gamesys) under the Rhode Island Lottery, launched on March 5, 2024 under SB 948 of 2023. Its payout terms are set within a state-regulated system, which offshore sites lack. The offshore casinos ranked on this page aren't licensed in Rhode Island or any other state, so their speed claims carry no state backing. If you're in Rhode Island, the state option gives you a regulator to turn to if a payout stalls. See our Rhode Island online casino page and offshore vs state-licensed casinos guide.
Can I get an instant casino withdrawal without verifying my ID?
Not at our partners. SlotoCash requires photo ID and a recent utility bill before any payout, Silver Oak blocks withdrawals until verification is complete, and Miami Club asks for proof of identity on every withdrawal. Even crypto doesn't avoid it: reviewers report Decode may ask crypto depositors for photo ID. Casinos marketed as no-KYC may still request documents later, and a request at cashout is when a delay hurts most. Upload documents right after you register. Our no KYC casinos page explains what that label really means.
Does Bitcoin Lightning make casino withdrawals instant?
No, because at our partners Lightning is a deposit option only. SlotoCash, Miami Club and Decode accept Lightning Bitcoin deposits from $5, but their withdrawal lists name standard Bitcoin, from $100, not Lightning. Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness are also reported to take Lightning deposits from $5. So a Lightning deposit still comes back through the casino's normal review, with 48 business hours at SlotoCash and pending periods of 5–10 days reported elsewhere. The blockchain transfer is rarely the slow part. Our blockchain confirmations guide explains where the time goes.
What should I do if an instant withdrawal casino keeps rejecting my documents?
Ask support exactly why each document was rejected, in writing, and resend only what's requested through the casino's official channel. Repeated document rejection is a complaint theme reported at Decode, and Silver Oak's terms list precise requirements, such as utility bills dated within three months and photos of both sides of cards used in the last three months. Make sure your name and address match across ID, bill and payment method. Keep copies and dates of every upload. Our answer on why casinos want your documents lists common reasons for rejection.
