Best keno casinos for US players

The best keno casinos for US players on our list are SlotoCash, Silver Oak, Slot Madness, Planet 7 and Royal Ace, five offshore RealTime Gaming casinos where keno is named by the casino or reported by reviewers. Keno is unusual among casino games because it often counts toward bonus wagering. None of these casinos is licensed by a US state.

Key takeaways

  • SlotoCash’s own welcome bonus terms list keno as an eligible game, and Silver Oak’s terms put keno in the same 40x group as slots.
  • In standard 80-ball keno, catching all 5 of 5 picks happens about once in 1,551 games; catching 10 of 10 about once in 8.9 million.
  • RTG Keno’s return isn’t published in the sources we rely on, and its max win is reported as 250x or $50,000 depending on the source.
  • Keno wins of $2,000 or more (net of the wager) trigger a W-2G at payers that file one; all keno winnings are taxable either way.

Which are the best keno casinos for US players?

Our five best keno casinos are SlotoCash, Silver Oak, Slot Madness, Planet 7 and Royal Ace. All run RealTime Gaming software, which includes a lottery-style online keno game, and four of the five have published terms or reviewer reports tying keno to their bonuses.

This is a commercial ranking. We earn a commission when you join through our links, and partners are ordered by how well the published evidence fits keno players. Nobody on our team has played at these casinos; every point comes from the casino’s own pages, third-party reviews or regulator releases, labeled as such.

They are all offshore casinos. No US state licenses or regulates them, which means no state regulator to complain to, no state protection for your balance and terms the casino sets for itself. Real money keno is state-licensed online only in the seven states covered on our legal online casino states page.

How we ranked the best online keno casinos

Keno is one of the few casino games that bonus terms often treat like slots. So for this list, how a casino’s bonus treats keno carries real weight, next to evidence that keno is offered, published banking and regulator actions.

What we weighed for keno
CriterionBest caseWorst case
Keno evidenceNamed on the casino’s own siteReported lobby list only

Decode is left off because nothing we rely on confirms keno there. Miami Club, our second-ranked partner, also names keno among its game categories, and its own bonus terms count keno 100% toward wagering; it runs WGS games rather than RTG Keno. Its offer via our link is $4,000 Bonus + 285 Bonus Games (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply); its own published package is up to $800 over eight deposits at 20x deposit plus bonus, with no max cashout stated on deposit bonuses. Its Terms of Use (v2.1, September 28, 2026, section 1.6) list the United States as a prohibited jurisdiction, while the site owner’s affiliate program confirms US players are accepted, so confirm your eligibility at sign-up.

1. SlotoCash: keno named on its homepage and in its bonus terms

SlotoCash is the clearest fit for keno players. Its homepage names Keno among its games, and its welcome bonus terms (opens in a new tab) list the eligible games as slots, Real-Series video slots (not progressive jackpot slots), keno and scratch cards. Keno can therefore help clear its welcome wagering, which its terms set at 25x deposit plus bonus.

The same terms set a $20 minimum per bonus, no max cashout and a $10 maximum bet per spin while a bonus is active; ask support how that limit applies to a keno game. Its general bonus terms give 90 days to use a bonus and a 30x default for other promotions. The casino’s banking page lists a $5,000 weekly and $20,000 monthly withdrawal cap, with Bitcoin payouts from $100 and no Bitcoin fee.

The Michigan Gaming Control Board named SlotoCash in its October 8, 2026 release (opens in a new tab) on cease-and-desist letters to illegal offshore operators. Its own site shows no license; a third party lists Curaçao, and Deckmedia N.V. is widely reported as its owner.

2. Silver Oak: keno wagers at the slot rate under its terms

Silver Oak’s general terms (opens in a new tab) group keno with slots, bingo and scratch cards at 40x, against 60x for table games and video poker. Its welcome-offer page says 30x instead, a conflict you should settle by reading the terms shown when you claim. Either way, keno isn’t penalized against slots here.

Silver Oak names its operator, Primrose Media Limited, and its license, from Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005; a third-party reviewer lists no license. Its no-deposit codes (SILVER25, SILVER50 and FREESILVER) carry 30x and a $100 max cashout, as published; codes change, so check them before use.

Banking is published in full: crypto deposits from $30 with no fee, Bitcoin withdrawals from $50 to $2,500, and a weekly cap from $2,500 that rises with VIP level. Payment can take 7–10 days after review. Michigan named Silver Oak in its April 9, 2025 action against 13 unlicensed operators.

3. Slot Madness: a slots-and-keno welcome bonus, as reported

Slot Madness’s own site couldn’t be read, so its entry relies on reviewers. One review names Keno among its games and reports the MAD275 welcome bonus (275%, $30 minimum, no max cashout) as valid on slots and keno. Another lists the same code at 30x (bonus + deposit) on slots, capped at $2,750, while a third calls it unlimited.

Reviewers report weekly and monthly caps of $2,500 and $5,000, a $20 minimum withdrawal and no withdrawal fees. Players quoted by one reviewer describe payouts of seven to ten business days.

Michigan’s board named Slot Madness in its August 14, 2025 order (opens in a new tab) to 15 illegal online gambling operators. Reported licenses range from Anjouan to Costa Rica to none.

4. Planet 7: keno in reviewers’ comp-point rules

Planet 7’s keno evidence comes from a third-party review of its loyalty scheme: redeemed comp points carry 30x on slots, keno, scratch cards and bingo, against 60x on video poker and table games. That places keno with slots. Reviewers report its main welcome bonus at 30x (bonus + deposit) on slots with a $1,000 max cashout, without saying whether keno counts.

Reviewers report a $2,500 weekly cap and payout times ranging from five to seven days pending to more than a month. Michigan named Planet 7 in its April 9, 2025 release alongside Silver Oak. Its license is reported as Costa Rica or none.

5. Royal Ace: keno on reported lobby lists only

Royal Ace ranks last because its keno evidence is the thinnest: keno appears in lobby lists reported for this group of RTG casinos, and nothing we could read confirms how its bonuses treat keno. A reviewer’s listing gives 30x (bonus + deposit) on slots and parlor games without defining parlor games. Check the lobby and the bonus terms before you deposit.

Reviewers report caps of $2,500 a week and $5,000 a month, and one says it doesn’t accept players from Ohio. It isn’t among the partners named in the Michigan releases cited here, but third parties list it with warnings for slow payment. Our Royal Ace review has the rest.

SlotoCash and Silver Oak are the only two where keno’s bonus treatment comes from the casino’s own pages. That’s why they lead, though both have been named by Michigan’s regulator.

Keno odds: chances of catching every number you pick

In standard keno, 20 numbers are drawn from 80, and you pick from 1 to as many spots as the game allows. The chance of catching every number you picked is plain arithmetic, shown below. Check RTG’s help screen to confirm its draw size and how many spots it allows.

Chance of catching all your picks in standard 80-ball keno
Spots pickedCatch allRoughly 1 in
125%4
26.01%17
31.39%72
40.31%326

60.013%7,753
80.0004%230,115
100.00001%8,911,711

Those odds don’t change with the numbers you choose, the quick pick button or what came up last game. Each draw is independent, so no number is ever due. What does change your cost is the keno spot count and the pay table, because games pay partial catches differently. Our how to play keno guide explains pay tables.

RTG Keno: what’s published about the game

RealTime Gaming’s Keno is a lottery-style game that SlotCatalog dates to April 15, 2018. One source lists a quick pick option that chooses numbers for you. Two figures conflict: SlotCatalog gives a max win of 250 times the stake, while GamesHub gives $50,000. Neither source we rely on publishes its return to player.

Without an RTP, you can’t calculate the exact cost per game, so treat keno as an expensive form of entertainment until the help screen tells you otherwise. Our RTP guide and house edge explained guide show how to use a figure once you have it.

Keno bonuses: a dollar example of clearing wagering

Because keno counts at SlotoCash and Silver Oak, you can clear wagering on it. Here’s what that means in dollars. Take a $100 deposit with a $100 match. At SlotoCash’s 25x (deposit + bonus), you’d wager $200 × 25 = $5,000. At Silver Oak’s 40x, if it applies to deposit plus bonus (check the basis in its terms), it’s $8,000.

Every percentage point of house edge on those sums costs money: $50 per point on $5,000 and $80 per point on $8,000. Since RTG’s keno return isn’t published in our sources, find it in the game before deciding whether a bonus is worth clearing on keno. Volume matters too: at $1 a game, $5,000 of wagering is 5,000 games.

How to play keno online for real money, step by step

  1. Check your state’s law on our states hub. Seven states license online casinos, and the five casinos here aren’t licensed by any state.
  2. Choose a casino and open its lobby to confirm keno is there; it’s reported, not confirmed, at Royal Ace.
  3. Decide on a bonus. Read whether keno is eligible and at what wagering, max bet and expiry.
  4. Verify your account early so a win isn’t held up by document checks.
  5. Open RTG Keno, read its pay table and draw rules, then pick your spots and stake.
  6. Set a budget per session and a stop time, and don’t raise stakes to win back losses.

Our guide to how to claim a casino bonus covers coupon codes and claim order, including SlotoCash’s rule that its five welcome bonuses be claimed in order.

Other keno casinos you’ll see

Searches for keno casinos also turn up brands such as Wild Casino, Cafe Casino and Raging Bull Slots. We review them on their own pages but don’t rank them here, because this list includes only our partners.

Sweepstakes sites with keno-style games work differently, using Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins rather than real-money wagers, and several states have banned them. Our sweepstakes vs real money casinos guide explains the difference.

Is online keno legal in the US?

Online casino keno for real money is legal and state-licensed only in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Elsewhere, no state licenses online casinos. Federal law, mainly UIGEA, targets payment processing rather than making a bet a federal crime for the player, and state law decides legality for players. Some state lotteries run their own keno games, which are separate from online casino keno. Our offshore casinos legality page explains the law.

Michigan’s board has named four of the five casinos on this list as illegal offshore operators. Our Michigan page puts those actions in context.

Keno taxes: the W-2G threshold and the 90% loss rule

For payments made in 2026, the IRS W-2G instructions (opens in a new tab) set the reporting threshold for keno at $2,000 or more, net of the wager, with no regular withholding. All gambling winnings are taxable federal income whether or not you receive a form. From tax year 2026, losses are reported to be deductible only up to 90% and only against winnings; check IRS guidance. See our W-2G form page.

If keno stops being fun, the National Problem Gambling Helpline run by NCPG is 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), by call or text, with chat on the NCPG helpline page (opens in a new tab).

Where to play: keno casino offers via our links

The offers follow the ranking above. All five casinos are offshore and not licensed by any US state, so check your state’s law before you sign up; there’s no state regulator behind your balance. Frequently asked questions

What is the best online keno casino for US players?

On our commercial ranking, SlotoCash is the best keno casino because its own homepage names Keno and its welcome bonus terms list keno as an eligible game at 25x. It’s an offshore casino with no US state license, and Michigan’s regulator named it in October 2026. Silver Oak follows, with keno at the slot rate in its terms. See all our lists on the best online casinos hub or read the SlotoCash review.

Does keno count toward bonus wagering?

At some casinos, yes. SlotoCash’s welcome bonus terms list keno with slots and scratch cards as eligible games, and Silver Oak’s terms put keno in the same 40x group as slots. Reviewers report Slot Madness’s MAD275 bonus as valid on slots and keno. Always check the game list in the terms you accept, because excluded games can void a bonus. Our what games count toward wagering answer and game weighting guide explain more.

How many numbers should I pick in keno?

There’s no number of spots that beats the house; picking more spots raises the top prize but makes catching them all far less likely. In standard 80-ball keno, catching 4 of 4 happens about once in 326 games, and 8 of 8 about once in 230,115. Pick the spot count whose pay table you understand and whose cost fits your budget. Our keno spot glossary entry and what is keno answer explain the basics.

What is the RTP of RTG Keno?

It isn’t published in the sources we rely on. SlotCatalog lists RTG Keno with a 2018 release date but no return to player, and the max win is reported as 250 times the stake by one source and $50,000 by another. Before you play, open the game’s help screen and look for the pay table and any stated return. Our what is RTP answer and RTG software guide explain how to read these figures.

Is online keno rigged?

There’s no evidence that RTG Keno is rigged, but no US state audits offshore casino games. Third-party sources say RTG games are tested by Technical Systems Testing, and draws come from a random number generator, so each game is independent and no number is due. What you can check is the pay table, which sets the cost of play. Our how RNGs work guide and are RTG games fair answer explain more.

Do I pay tax on keno winnings?

Yes. All gambling winnings, including keno, are taxable federal income. For 2026 payments, the IRS sets the W-2G reporting threshold for keno at $2,000 or more, net of the wager, with no regular withholding. Whether or not you get a form, you’re expected to report winnings. Losses are reported to be deductible only up to 90% from tax year 2026; check IRS guidance. See our gambling taxes page and what is a W-2G answer.

Is online keno the same as lottery keno?

No. Some state lotteries run keno games under state law, which are separate from casino keno at offshore websites. The casinos on this page are offshore and not licensed by any US state, while lottery keno is run or licensed by the state itself. Check your state’s page for what its lottery offers and what its law says about online casinos. Our states hub and states with legal online casinos page have the details.

How fast do keno casinos pay out?

It varies, and none is instant by published terms. SlotoCash’s banking pages state processing within two business days and a $5,000 weekly cap. Silver Oak’s terms allow 7–10 business days for review plus 7–10 for payment. Reviewers report waits of a week to a month or more at Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness. Verify your account first. Our withdrawal limits and pending withdrawals pages explain why.

Can I play online keno on my phone?

Yes, at the two keno casinos with published platform details you play in a phone browser rather than through an app. SlotoCash’s support page says no app or software is needed and suggests adding a home-screen shortcut. Silver Oak’s mobile page describes a browser casino for iPhone, Android and tablets, with no dedicated app listed. The other three casinos don’t publish platform details in the sources we rely on, so open the site on your phone and check that RTG Keno loads before you deposit. Our mobile casino guide and best mobile casinos list cover phone play in more depth.

What is the minimum deposit at online keno casinos?

Most of these keno casinos start between $20 and $30 for a bonus deposit, though crypto can go lower. SlotoCash’s welcome terms ask $20 per bonus, and its banking page lists $25 for cards, $10 for Litecoin and $5 for Bitcoin Lightning. Silver Oak publishes $30 for both crypto and cards. Reviewers report $30 card minimums and $5 Lightning Bitcoin at Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness. A deposit below the bonus minimum won’t trigger the offer, so read both figures. See our casino minimum deposits page and the low deposit casinos list.

Is online keno legal in Pennsylvania?

Yes, Pennsylvania is one of the seven states that license real-money online casinos, so keno at a state-licensed site is legal there. The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board’s February 13, 2026 list shows 12 certificate holders running 25 authorized online casino brands. The five casinos ranked on this page are not among them: they are offshore and not licensed by Pennsylvania or any other state, so the board’s protections don’t cover your balance there. Check which licensed sites carry keno first. Our Pennsylvania online casinos page and offshore vs licensed protections explainer compare the two.

Can I play keno at Miami Club Casino?

Miami Club names keno among its game categories, and its own bonus terms count keno 100% toward wagering, though it runs WGS games rather than RTG Keno. Its published package is up to $800 over eight deposits at 20x deposit plus bonus; the offer via our link is $4,000 Bonus + 285 Bonus Games (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Section 1.6 of its Terms of Use (v2.1, September 28, 2026) lists the United States as prohibited, while the site owner’s affiliate program confirms US players are accepted, so confirm eligibility at sign-up. Our Miami Club review has the details.

How do I withdraw keno winnings with Bitcoin?

Request Bitcoin from the casino’s cashier after your account is verified; SlotoCash and Silver Oak both publish the limits. SlotoCash’s banking page lists Bitcoin payouts from $100 to $2,500 per request with no fee and processing in two business days, inside a $5,000 weekly cap. Silver Oak lists $50 to $2,500 per Bitcoin withdrawal with fees of $0 to $40, and its terms allow 7–10 business days for review plus 7–10 for payment. Make sure your wallet address is correct, because crypto transfers can’t be reversed. Our Bitcoin casinos page and SlotoCash withdrawals guide go step by step.

What ID do keno casinos ask for before paying out?

Expect to send a photo ID and a recent proof of address before your first keno payout. SlotoCash’s support page asks for photo ID and a recent utility bill, and its terms allow requests for source-of-funds proof. Silver Oak’s terms list government photo ID, the front and back of cards used in the last three months, a selfie with ID and a utility bill from the last three months, and block withdrawals until checks are complete. Reviewers say Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness verify in up to three days. Our KYC documents guide and Silver Oak verification page explain the process.
