The best new casinos for US players are hard to find, because most "new" offshore casinos are rebrands or old sites with fresh offers. Among our partners, only Decode Casino launched recently, in 2024 according to reviewers; the others have run since 2007 to 2009. Here is what Decode offers, how to vet any new casino, and the risks a short track record brings.
Decode, launched in 2024 per reviewers, is the only partner that counts as a new casino.
SlotoCash, Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness date from 2007 to 2009; Silver Oak doesn't publish a launch year.
A new casino has less payout history, so check operator, license and complaint records before depositing.
Every partner is offshore and not licensed by any US state.

Best new casinos: the honest answer
Most lists of the best new casinos are padded with sites that have been online for a decade. We only call a casino new if reviewers date its launch to the last few years. On that test, one of our partners qualifies: Decode Casino, which LCB dates to June 2024 and VegasSlotsOnline to March 2024.
Our other partners are long-running offshore brands, so we don't rank them as new; you'll find them in our main best online casinos for US players lists. That leaves a one-entry ranking, which is the accurate answer rather than a padded one.
Disclosure: we earn a commission when readers sign up through our links and rank partners commercially. Facts below come from casinos' own pages where available and third-party reviewers otherwise; we haven't played at these sites.
What counts as a new online casino
"New" gets stretched in casino marketing. These are the cases you'll meet, and how we treat each one:
Mirror and look-alike domains deserve a special warning. They can copy a brand's name without any link to its operator. Our guide to casino mirror sites explains how to spot them.
The best new casino among our partners: Decode
1. Decode Casino: launched 2024, RTG-led lobby
Decode's site promotes 300+ RealTime Gaming slots and Star Trek-branded games, and says it offers instant play on mobile with no app. Third-party reviewers describe a much larger multi-provider catalog, with counts ranging from about 1,000 to over 2,500 games, and LCB notes that several of those providers aren't available to US players. VegasSlotsOnline's Decode review (opens in a new tab) names Johnny Cash and Fat Ca$h among its titles and reports no live dealer games.
Decode is also the least transparent partner. Its footer names no operator or license, reviewers couldn't find an owner, and listings cite Curaçao without a license number. Its own terms and banking pages couldn't be read in a verifiable form, so the details below are reported by review sites, not published by Decode.
Deposits (reported): Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum and Litecoin; $5 by Lightning Bitcoin, $10 by Litecoin or Bitcoin Cash, $25 otherwise.
Withdrawals (reported):Bitcoin from $100 within 48 hours; wire with a $50 fee; check with a $30 fee.
Weekly cap (reported, conflicting): $2,500 in one LCB listing; $5,000 in LCB's review text and at VegasSlotsOnline.
Verification (reported): ID, proof of address, payment ownership and a selfie with ID, typically 0–2 days.
Support (reported): 24/7 live chat, email and scheduled calls; some members report times when no agent was available.
States refused (reported):Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington, per VegasSlotsOnline.
Complaint themes on LCB and Trustpilot include slow or canceled withdrawals, repeated document rejections, voided bonus winnings, no-deposit codes not honored and an account locked over a disputed max-bet rule. These are individual allegations, but they are the kind of record that matters most at a new casino. Our Decode legit check goes through them in detail.
Our established partners by launch year
If a long record matters more to you than novelty, here is when each partner opened. Launch years come from the casinos' own sites where shown and from reviewers otherwise.
New casinos vs established casinos: the trade-offs
Pros
Newer lobbies can carry recent game releases
Launch promotions are often aggressive, such as Decode's advertised $111 free chip
Some new sites focus on crypto from the start
Cons
Little payout history for reviewers to judge
Owner and license often undisclosed, as at Decode
Terms can change quickly while the site settles
Fewer resolved complaints to show how disputes end
An offshore casino of any age has no US state regulator behind it. A newer one simply gives you less evidence about how it treats players when money is on the line. Our page on player protections offshore vs licensed sets out what you lose either way.
How to check a new casino before you deposit
Find the operator's company name in the terms or footer. If none is given, treat that as a warning sign.
Many new offshore casinos claim a Curaçao license. Curaçao's National Ordinance on Games of Chance, known as the LOK, took effect on December 24, 2024, replacing the old sublicense system with direct licensing by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (opens in a new tab). As of December 17, 2025, 604 provisional licenses had been granted and 139 applications rejected, with provisional licenses due for reassessment in 2026.
A Curaçao license is issued under Curaçao law and is not a US state license. Under UIGEA, whether internet gambling is unlawful turns on the law of the state where the bet is made, as 31 U.S.C. § 5362 (opens in a new tab) defines it. See our Curaçao license explainer for more.
New casino bonuses and no deposit codes: Decode's offers in dollars
Decode's own site advertises a "$111 Free Chip + Crypto Bonus" without visible terms. Reviewers list several coded offers, and codes change often, so treat these as examples rather than current terms:
Decode bonus codes reported by third-party reviewers
Code
Reported offer
Reported wagering
Other reported terms
DECODE111
111% match up to $1,111
25x (deposit + bonus)
$25 minimum deposit
EASY25CODE
400% sign-up match
35x (deposit + bonus)
$25 minimum; no max cashout
RTG50GRANDE
50 no deposit spins on RTG's 777
40x
$200 max cashout; $10 max bet
Worked example for DECODE111: a $100 deposit earns a $111 bonus, so $211 must be wagered 25 times, or $5,275. On a slot with a 3.75% house edge, the expected loss on that wagering is about $197.81, close to the bonus itself. With no deposit spins, the reported $200 max cashout caps any win. Learn more at no deposit bonuses and max cashout rules.
New sweepstakes casinos you'll see advertised
Many of the newest names in US search results are sweepstakes casinos, which use Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Third-party reviewers date several to recent years: Stake.us to 2022, McLuck and Zula Casino to 2023, and Spree to 2024 (one source says around 2023).
These are not real money casinos in the legal sense they claim, and states are banning them: New York, New Jersey, California, Connecticut, Montana, Louisiana, Maine, Indiana, Tennessee and, from November 1, 2026, Oklahoma. Each brand excludes a list of states. See sweepstakes casino bans for dates.
Red flags at new online casinos
No operator name, license or company address anywhere on the site.
Bonus terms that contradict each other, or no terms at all next to a headline offer.
No published withdrawal caps or processing times.
Pressure to deposit again quickly or to claim a bonus before a deadline.
Requests to send crypto to a personal wallet or to talk outside the casino's own chat.
A domain that imitates a known brand with an extra word or a different ending.
Our checklist of casino red flags covers more. Never use a second account, borrowed details or a location workaround to claim a new casino's offer; those break terms and can void winnings.
Are new online casinos legal in the US?
A casino's age doesn't change the law. Only New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island license real money online casinos. Maine legalized tribal online casinos in January 2026, but nothing had launched by October 2026 and a lawsuit is pending. No other state licenses them.
Offshore casinos, new or old, are not licensed or regulated by any US state. What your state's law says about playing at them varies, so check states with legal online casinos and your own state page on our states hub.
Playing safely at a new casino
Treat any deposit at a new casino as money you can afford to lose, because the house edge means losses are likely over time and a short track record adds payout risk. Set a deposit limit before you start, and keep records of deposits, withdrawals and chats.
If gambling stops being fun, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), by call or text, 24/7. Our gambling budget guide helps you set limits that stick.
Where to play: new casino offer via our link
Only one partner fits a list of new casinos, so only one offer appears here. We left out SlotoCash, Royal Ace, Slot Madness and Silver Oak because their records go back years or their launch year isn't published. Decode is offshore and not licensed by any US state, so check your state's law first; Decode is reported to refuse players from Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington. New players only, 21+ (18+ where allowed), terms apply.
Decode Casino: $5,000 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Decode's own terms couldn't be verified; reviewers report 25x deposit plus bonus and a $25 minimum deposit for its DECODE111 code, and its own site advertises a different package.
Bonuses and free spins are for slots; table games are often excluded or weighted lower. The terms shown at sign-up apply, and codes change. If you prefer an established operator, our best real money casinos list covers the other partners.
Ad21+ (18+ where allowed). Ranked by us in a commercial order; we earn commission from these links. Advertiser disclosure

Frequently asked questions
What is the newest online casino for US players?
Among our partners, Decode Casino is the newest, launched in 2024 according to LCB and VegasSlotsOnline. Other new names you'll see are often sweepstakes sites or rebrands of older casinos. Launch dates for offshore brands usually come from reviewers rather than the casino itself, so treat them as approximate. Our Decode review has the details.
Are new online casinos safe?
A new casino isn't automatically unsafe, but it has less history to judge it by. At offshore sites there's also no US state regulator to complain to. Check the operator name, license claim, withdrawal caps and complaint records before you deposit, and start small. Our page on whether offshore casinos are safe explains the main risks.
Do new casinos have better bonuses?
New casinos often advertise large launch offers, but the size of a bonus says little about its value. Wagering, max cashout and game rules decide what it's worth. Decode's reported DECODE111 code, for example, carries 25x deposit plus bonus. Run the numbers with our bonus value calculator method before you claim.
Who runs Decode Casino?
Decode doesn't name an owner; its footer shows only a copyright line, and reviewers say they couldn't find the operator. Listings cite a Curaçao license without a number, while LCB's review text says no licensing information was found. That lack of disclosure is the main caution with Decode. See who owns Decode Casino.
Is an older casino safer than a new one?
Not necessarily; age shows survival, not good conduct. Several of our long-running partners have been named in Michigan cease-and-desist actions and carry slow-payment warnings from reviewers. A long record does give you more complaints and resolutions to read, which helps you judge how disputes tend to end. Compare options in our best legit casinos list.
How can I tell if a new casino is a mirror site?
Check that the address matches the one the casino publishes on its own pages and in its emails. Mirror and look-alike sites often use a brand name with an extra word or a different domain ending, and show no operator or license details. Don't deposit if you can't confirm the address. Read what a mirror site is.
Do new casinos pay out faster?
There's no rule that new casinos pay faster. Decode is reported to process Bitcoin withdrawals within 48 hours, but reported weekly caps of $2,500 to $5,000 and verification checks still apply, and some members report slow or canceled withdrawals. Finish verification early so documents don't hold up your first payout. See casino withdrawal times.
Are new crypto casinos legal in the US?
Paying with crypto doesn't change the legal position. Only seven states license real money online casinos, and offshore crypto casinos aren't licensed by any of them. Federal law targets gambling businesses and payments, while your state's law decides whether playing is lawful where you are. Read are crypto casinos legal for more.
Can I trust Decode as a new casino?
Decode is a real offshore casino that reviewers date to 2024, but it publishes almost nothing about who runs it, so treat it with caution. Its footer names no operator or license, reviewers couldn’t find an owner, and listings cite Curaçao without a license number. It isn’t named in the Michigan releases recorded here. Complaint themes on LCB and Trustpilot include slow or canceled withdrawals, repeated document rejections and voided bonus winnings. A new casino with no disclosed owner gives you little to go on if a dispute arises. Our Decode legit check goes through the record.
How much do I need to deposit at Decode Casino?
Reviewers report Decode’s lowest deposit at $5 by Lightning Bitcoin, $10 by Litecoin or Bitcoin Cash and $25 by cards and other methods. Its own banking page couldn’t be read in a verifiable form, so confirm in the cashier. Bonus codes set their own floors: DECODE111 and EASY25CODE are both reported at $25. That means a $5 Lightning deposit plays as cash without a match. On the withdrawal side, Bitcoin payouts are reported from $100, so a small deposit has to grow before it can be cashed out. Our Decode banking page lists every reported method and fee.
Can I play Decode Casino on my phone?
Yes, Decode’s site says it offers instant play on mobile, and there’s no app to download. That means you open the casino in Safari, Chrome or another phone browser and play its RTG slots there, including the Star Trek-branded games it promotes. Because there’s no store app, be wary of any app or look-alike domain using the Decode name, which is a common risk with new casinos. Reviewers report 24/7 live chat, so you can reach support from your phone if a deposit or withdrawal stalls. Our Decode mobile page and best mobile casinos list cover phone play.
Does Decode Casino accept players from New York?
No, according to VegasSlotsOnline, which reports that Decode refuses players from New York, along with Maryland, New Jersey and Washington. New York law is strict in its own right: the New York State Gaming Commission says online casinos, including ones that claim to be sweepstakes, are unlawful in the state. Permitted online wagering there is limited to licensed sports betting, horse racing through licensed ADW sites, charity raffles, licensed fantasy sports and some lottery purchases. New York also banned sweepstakes casinos under S5935-A from December 5, 2025. Our New York online casinos page explains the law.
Does Decode Casino have a no deposit bonus?
Decode’s own site advertises a “$111 Free Chip + Crypto Bonus” but shows no terms for it, so the conditions can’t be confirmed. Reviewers list a separate no deposit code, RTG50GRANDE, as 50 free spins on RTG’s 777 slot at 40x wagering, with a $200 max cashout and a $10 max bet. With a $200 cap, even a large run on the spins pays out no more than that. Codes at new casinos change often, so check the cashier before relying on one and don’t open a second account to claim it twice. Our Decode no deposit bonus page tracks the reported codes.
How long do withdrawals take at Decode, a newer casino?
Reviewers report Bitcoin withdrawals at Decode in about 48 hours, bank wires in 1 to 10 business days with a $50 fee and checks in 4 to 6 business days with a $30 fee, all counted on business days only. Bitcoin payouts start at $100. Weekly caps are reported as $2,500 for Bitcoin and wire and $3,000 for check in one listing, with $5,000 in other review text. Verification comes first and typically takes up to two days, reviewers say, though some members report repeated document rejections. Send clear documents early. Our Decode withdrawals guide covers each step.
What games does Decode Casino have?
Decode’s own site promotes more than 300 RealTime Gaming slots and Star Trek-branded games, while reviewers describe a much larger lobby, with counts from about 1,000 to over 2,500 games from more than 30 studios. VegasSlotsOnline names Johnny Cash and Fat Ca$h among its titles and reports no live dealer games. LCB notes that several providers in the lobby aren’t available to US players, so the games you see may be fewer than the headline count. Open the lobby after registering to check before you deposit.
