Best mobile casinos for US players

The best mobile casinos for US players are the ones that run cleanly in a phone browser, publish their banking terms and let you set limits, because none of our offshore partners offers a store app. Below we rank five partners for mobile play, using what their own pages and third-party reviewers say, and we flag the legal and payout risks plainly.

Key takeaways

  • Every partner here is played in the phone browser; none publishes an App Store or Google Play app.
  • Silver Oak and SlotoCash describe their mobile setup on their own sites; the others rely on third-party reports.
  • All five are offshore and not licensed by any US state; four have been named in Michigan cease-and-desist actions.
  • Weekly withdrawal caps of $2,500 to $5,000 apply on mobile exactly as on desktop.
  • Our order is commercial: we earn commission from these casinos.

Best mobile casinos: the straight answer

If you want to play real money casino games on a phone in most of the US, you will be using a mobile website, not an app. State-licensed casino apps exist only in the seven states that license online casinos, and our partners are not among them. Our offshore partners all run as instant play sites in Safari, Chrome or another browser.

This page sits within our best online casinos for US players lists, alongside the best iPhone casinos and the best Android casinos, which go deeper into each platform.

That makes the choice less about app polish and more about the basics: does the casino say clearly that its site works on phones, what can you deposit from a phone, how fast and how much can you withdraw, and can you reach support from a small screen? Those are the questions this list of the best mobile casinos answers.

We rank partners in a commercial order and earn a commission when readers sign up through our links. The ranking reflects how well published and reported facts fit mobile play, not on any play of our own.

How we judge the best mobile casinos

We start from what each casino publishes about mobile play and what independent review sites report. Where a casino's own pages say nothing, we say so instead of filling the gap. Our general approach is explained in how we rate casinos.

Criteria for ranking mobile casinos
CriterionWhat we look forWhy it matters on a phone
Mobile statementThe casino's own page says the site works on iPhone and AndroidA primary statement beats a reviewer's guess
Instant playNo download needed; works in the browserNo store app exists for these casinos
Small depositsLow minimums, ideally cryptoPhone players often deposit small amounts
Withdrawal termsPublished caps, fees and timesCaps apply on every device
Support24/7 live chat reachable from the siteEmail is slow when a payout stalls
Limits and toolsDeposit limits, cool-offs, self-exclusionA phone is always within reach

We do not score casinos out of five. A score would suggest testing we have not done, and it would hide the trade-offs each casino carries.

The best mobile casinos for US players, ranked

1. Silver Oak Casino: the clearest mobile statement

Silver Oak Casino has a dedicated mobile casino page (opens in a new tab) that says its RealTime Gaming games run in the browser on iPhone, Android phones and tablets, with no dedicated mobile app listed. A downloadable client exists only for Windows PCs. The page names mobile titles such as Magic Mushroom, 777, T-Rex II, Storm Lords, Cash Bandits 3 and Fortunate Zeus, and says more than 200 other games are available.

It is also the only partner that names its operator and license: Primrose Media Limited, licensed in Anjouan, per its terms. Third-party site LCB lists it as unlicensed, so the sources conflict. Banking is crypto-led: Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum deposits from $30 with no fee, while cards carry a 3–10% fee and a $1,000 ceiling. Bitcoin withdrawals run $50 to $2,500 with a stated 7–10 days, and the weekly cap starts at $2,500.

The weak points are real. The Michigan Gaming Control Board named Silver Oak in its April 9, 2025 cease-and-desist release (opens in a new tab), and LCB gives it a warning for slow payments. The casino's terms list deposit limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion through live chat, which is a plus on a phone.

2. Planet 7 Casino: RTG slots in the browser, reported slow payouts

Planet 7 Casino is reported by third-party reviewers to run as instant play in mobile browsers on Android and iOS, with no downloadable app, though a desktop download client also exists. LCB counts 347 slots, all RealTime Gaming, including Cash Bandits 2, Cash Bandits 3, Sweet 16 and Banana Jones.

Reported minimums suit phone players: $5 by Bitcoin Lightning or $30 by card. The reported weekly withdrawal cap is $2,500, and reviewers disagree on speed, from a 5–7 day pending period at AskGamblers to payouts that LCB says usually take more than a month. Planet 7 was named alongside Silver Oak in Michigan's April 9, 2025 release. Its own site could not be checked for license or operator details; reviewers name BTK Ltd or Ace Revenue Group and either Costa Rica or no license.

3. Royal Ace Casino: mobile and download versions, thin tool set

Royal Ace Casino is listed by AskGamblers as offering instant play, mobile and download versions; no App Store or Google Play listing is reported. Third-party reviews describe a RealTime Gaming and SpinLogic library of about 356 slots, with 24/7 live chat that Casino Guru says opens only after you register.

Deposit minimums are reported at $5 by Lightning Bitcoin and $30 by card. Withdrawals are capped at $2,500 a week and $5,000 a month, per Casino Guru, and AskGamblers reports a 7–10 day pending period. Reviewers list no responsible gambling tools on the site, which matters more on a device you carry everywhere. Casino Guru also reports it does not accept players from Ohio.

4. Slot Madness Casino: browser play on iPhone and Android

A third-party review of Slot Madness Casino reports no app and browser play on Android with Chrome and on iPhone with Safari. The named library includes Horseman's Prize, Liberty Wins, Fortunate Zeus, Sweet 16 and Cash Bandits 3, plus European Roulette and Keno.

Reported banking is phone-friendly at the bottom end, with a $5 Lightning deposit, $30 cards and a $20 minimum withdrawal. The weekly cap is reported at $2,500 and the monthly cap at $5,000. The Michigan Gaming Control Board named Slot Madness in its August 14, 2025 order to 15 operators (opens in a new tab), and LCB lists a slow-payment warning.

5. SlotoCash Casino: no app needed, higher caps

SlotoCash Casino says on its support page (opens in a new tab) that play is instant in the browser, that no app or software is required, and that you can add a home-screen shortcut. Its own homepage names SpinLogic Gaming as its game partner, with more than 400 titles, including Cash Bandits 3, Crimson Castle and Shadow Gods.

SlotoCash publishes the highest withdrawal ceilings in this list: $5,000 a week and $20,000 a month, with Bitcoin withdrawals from $100 to $2,500 per request, free, within 48 business hours. Deposits start at $5 by Bitcoin Lightning or $25 by card. On the other side of the ledger, the Michigan Gaming Control Board named SlotoCash in its October 8, 2026 release (opens in a new tab), and its terms set the minimum age at 18, below the 21 that most US casinos use.

Mobile casino comparison: apps, deposits and caps

This table puts the mobile essentials side by side. "Primary" means the casino's own site; "reported" means third-party review sites.

No casino on this list is licensed or regulated by any US state. A Michigan cease-and-desist is aimed at the operator, not at players, but it tells you the regulator in that state considers the site illegal there.

Mobile casino apps vs browser play

The word "app" gets used loosely on casino sites. For our partners it usually means a mobile-friendly website, sometimes saved as a home-screen icon. Our explainers on instant play and instant play vs download casinos cover the difference in more detail.

  • Browser play loads the casino in Safari, Chrome or another browser. Nothing is installed, and updates happen on the casino's side.
  • Home-screen shortcut is a bookmark with an icon. SlotoCash suggests this on its support page. It is not a separate app and has no extra security of its own.
  • Download client is desktop software. Silver Oak lists a Windows client, and reviewers report download versions for Planet 7 and Royal Ace.

Because none of our partners publishes a store app, be wary of any app that uses their names. Use the address the casino publishes on its own site, and see our note on casino mirror sites for why look-alike domains are a risk.

Real money mobile casino banking: deposits and withdrawals on a phone

On a phone, crypto tends to be the smoothest deposit route at offshore casinos, because many US card issuers decline gambling transactions coded MCC 7995. Our page on card declines explains why. Bitcoin also carries risks: crypto payments generally cannot be reversed, and prices move.

  1. Check your state's law first, using our state-by-state guide.
  2. Open the casino's own address in your phone browser and create an account with your real details.
  3. Upload ID and proof of address early; every partner asks for documents before paying out.
  4. If you use crypto, copy the casino's wallet address from the cashier and check the first and last characters before sending.
  5. Set a deposit limit with support, or in your account where offered, before your first spin.
  6. Request withdrawals in amounts that fit the weekly cap, and keep screenshots of each request.

Our guide to depositing with Bitcoin walks through the wallet side. Weekly caps are the same on a phone as on a laptop, so a large win is paid in installments of $2,500 or $5,000 a week, depending on the casino.

What mobile play costs per hour

A phone makes it easy to play faster and longer than you meant to. The expected cost is simple to estimate: total amount staked × house edge. RTP is the share of stakes a slot is designed to return over a very long run, and it says nothing about a single session.

Expected loss at a 96.25% RTP slot (house edge 3.75%)
Spin sizeSpinsTotal stakedExpected loss
$0.25300$75$2.81
$1300$300$11.25
$5300$1,500$56.25

The 96.25% figure is the RTP a third-party slot database lists for RTG's Sweet 16; other games differ, and actual results swing widely around the average. For the math behind the table, read house edge explained.

Mobile casino bonuses and free spins: what changes on a phone

Nothing about a welcome bonus changes because you claim it on a phone. The same wagering, max bet and game rules apply. Partners' welcome offers are slot-focused, and table games are often excluded or weighted lower, so check the terms before you play blackjack with bonus funds. See wagering requirements explained.

A quick worked example: a $100 deposit with a 100% match gives $200 in play. At 30x deposit plus bonus, you must wager $6,000. At a 3.75% house edge, the expected loss on $6,000 of slot play is $225, which is more than the $100 bonus. That is why bonuses are a cost-shaping tool, not extra income.

Other mobile casinos you'll see

Search results for mobile casinos also show sweepstakes brands and other offshore sites. Sweepstakes casinos use Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins and often have real store apps, but several states have banned them. Some you will see:

  • Chumba Casino and McLuck: sweepstakes brands that third-party reviewers say have store apps.
  • Stake.us: reported to have a native iOS app but no Google Play app.
  • Cafe Casino: offshore, browser play with no app mentioned on its own pages.

We do not rank brands we have no offer with. For the legal picture on sweepstakes play, see sweepstakes casino bans.

Miami Club Casino is different: it's one of our partners, ranked second. Its support page describes a mobile-friendly site for phones and desktop with no app mentioned, while LCB lists an app, so expect browser play; see Miami Club mobile. Its offer via our link is $4,000 Bonus + 285 Bonus Games (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply); its own published package is up to $800 over eight deposits at 20x deposit plus bonus, with no max cashout stated on deposit bonuses. Its Terms of Use (v2.1, September 28, 2026, section 1.6) list the United States as a prohibited jurisdiction, while the site owner's affiliate program confirms US players are accepted, so confirm your eligibility at sign-up.

How to choose a mobile casino

Use the list above as a starting point and check these points on the casino's own pages before you deposit:

  1. Does the casino say its site works on your phone, and does it run without errors in your usual browser?
  2. Are the deposit methods you plan to use listed, with minimums and fees?
  3. What are the weekly and monthly withdrawal caps, and how long are payouts said to take?
  4. Can you reach live chat from the mobile site, and is there an email address for documents?
  5. Does the casino offer deposit limits, cool-offs and self-exclusion?
  6. What has the regulator in your state said about the casino, if anything?

Our guide to choosing an online casino covers the same checks for desktop play, and the mobile casino guide linked below adds device tips.

Mobile casino red flags to avoid

Pros

  • Casino publishes its own mobile page or support answer about phone play
  • Banking page lists caps, fees and times in dollars
  • Responsible gambling tools are described in the terms

Cons

  • An app in a store claims to be an offshore casino that publishes none
  • Text messages or social posts with bonus links you didn't request
  • Requests to send crypto to a personal wallet or to chat outside the site
  • No mention of withdrawal caps anywhere

If something feels off, stop and read how to spot a rogue casino. Don't try to get around a casino's rules or your state's law with a VPN, someone else's details or a second account.

Are mobile casinos legal in the USA?

The device doesn't change the law. Real money online casinos are licensed only in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Maine passed a tribal online casino law in January 2026, but nothing had launched by October 2026. Everywhere else, no state licenses online casinos. See states with legal online casinos.

Federal law, including UIGEA, targets the payment side and gambling businesses rather than making a player's bet a federal crime. Whether playing at an offshore site is lawful for you depends on your state's law, which we set out state by state. Our page on offshore casino legality explains the protections you give up: no state regulator to complain to and no state-backed protection of balances.

Safer gambling on your phone

Phones make gambling available at any hour. Decide a budget before you open the site, and treat it as the cost of entertainment. If you notice you are chasing losses or playing to escape, take a break.

  • Ask support for a deposit limit or cool-off before you start; Silver Oak and SlotoCash describe these tools in their terms.
  • Install blocking software such as Gamban, which has apps on the App Store and Google Play.
  • Call or text the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), or use NCPG's online chat (opens in a new tab).

More help is in our guide to gambling blocking software.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best mobile casino for real money?

There is no single best mobile casino for everyone; it depends on what you value. Do mobile casinos give different bonuses than desktop?

How fast do mobile casinos pay out?

Payout speed depends on the casino and method, not the device. SlotoCash states Bitcoin payouts within 48 business hours, Silver Oak states 7–10 days, and reviewers report pending periods of 5–10 days at Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness, with some reports of longer waits. Weekly caps also limit how much arrives at once. See how long casino withdrawals take.

How do I add a casino to my iPhone home screen?

SlotoCash asks for photo ID and a recent utility bill. Reviewers list document email addresses for Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness and say checks take up to three days. Make sure all four corners of each document are visible and the text is sharp. Our KYC documents guide lists what each casino asks for.

Which mobile casino has the lowest minimum deposit?

The lowest figure on this list is $5 by Bitcoin Lightning, published by SlotoCash and reported by reviewers for Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness.
