Cafe's welcome bonus page names two companies: Arbol Media B.V., Curaçao company number 145739, and Arachis Media, number 11547, based in Mutsamudu, Anjouan. SlotoCash's terms and fair-gaming page name no license and no company; clause 23 calls Sloto'Cash a trade name. Third-party sources report Deckmedia N.V. ownership and a Curaçao license without a number. On disclosure, Cafe is clearly ahead, but neither license is a US license, so neither gives you a state regulator to complain to. Cafe's welcome page, running since December 8, 2025, offers crypto depositors 300% up to $2,000 plus 150 free spins in three batches of 50, and card depositors 200% up to $1,500 plus 75 spins. Cafe's seven-day clock: a $100 crypto worked example

Cafe's rollover is applied to the bonus only, which helps, but seven days is a short window. Here is a $100 crypto deposit at each casino, using a 96.25% RTP slot (third-party data lists Sweet 16 at that figure), which is a 3.75% house edge.

1. Cafe: $100 crypto deposit at 300% = $300 bonus. At 40x on the bonus, you need $300 × 40 = $12,000 in bets.
2. Over seven days that averages $12,000 ÷ 7 = about $1,714 of bets a day, or roughly 1,714 spins a day at $1.
3. Expected loss at Cafe: $12,000 × 3.75% = $450, which is more than the $300 bonus.
4. SlotoCash: $100 Bitcoin deposit at a 200% first-deposit match = $300 balance. At 25x, $300 × 25 = $7,500 in bets.
5. Expected loss at SlotoCash: $7,500 × 3.75% = $281.25, against $200 of bonus, with no welcome expiry stated (90 days in its general terms).

Cafe's spins come with two caps: winnings from them are limited to $100 a day and $300 in total, and those winnings carry the 40x requirement. SlotoCash's welcome series spreads spins across specific RTG-family titles, including 50 on Egyptian Gold and 50 on Sweet 16, with the same 25x rules as the match. Neither set of spins is cash until the conditions are met.

Cafe pays a bigger match for crypto than for cards, while SlotoCash's welcome terms publish one match schedule with no separate card rate. That makes the deposit method part of the bonus decision at Cafe, but mostly a banking decision at SlotoCash.

Cafe's crypto package adds $100 more bonus on the same deposit but also $4,000 more wagering inside the same seven days. The expected cost of that extra play, $150, is larger than the extra $100 of bonus, so the bigger match isn't automatically the better deal.

Cafe's operator blog says crypto withdrawals arrive within 15 minutes of approval, with checks in four to seven business days and bank wires in five to ten. Note the words "of approval": verification and review come first. It lists BTC, BSV, BCH, ETH, USDT, LTC and Bitcoin Lightning. Its minimum withdrawal isn't published in the details we hold.

SlotoCash's banking page (opens in a new tab) lists crypto deposits in BTC, Lightning, LTC, BCH and ETH but crypto payouts in Bitcoin only, from $100 to $2,500 per request with no fee, inside 48 business hours. Caps are $5,000 a week and $20,000 a month, and its two banking pages disagree on wire and check fees.

Excluded states and Michigan's record

Cafe's own FAQ says it doesn't serve Delaware, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey or New York. Delaware and New Jersey license their own online casinos, which come with state oversight. SlotoCash publishes no US state list, and we can't confirm it accepts players from any particular state.

The Michigan Gaming Control Board named SlotoCash in its October 8, 2026 release on 33 cease-and-desist letters (opens in a new tab), calling the targeted sites illegal offshore operators. US law and taxes on SlotoCash or Cafe winnings

Neither casino is licensed by any US state. Only New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island license real-money online casinos.
