SlotoCash vs Planet 7 is a contest between two long-running RTG casinos with very different paper trails. SlotoCash publishes its own terms, with no max cashout on its welcome series and a $5,000 weekly cap. Planet 7's terms are known only from third-party reviews, which report a $1,000 cashout cap on its welcome code and $2,500 a week.

SlotoCash vs Planet 7 at a glance
SlotoCash and Planet 7 have both served US players for well over a decade, and both lobbies run on RealTime Gaming. The biggest practical difference is what you can verify. SlotoCash's bonus, banking and verification rules sit on its own site. Planet 7's official domain couldn't be read during our research, so every Planet 7 figure below comes from third-party reviewers, and those reviewers don't always agree.

Ownership and licensing: two unclear pictures
Neither casino states a license on pages that could be checked. SlotoCash's general terms (opens in a new tab) call the brand a trade name of Slotocash Casino and say nothing about a license; third parties report Deckmedia N.V. as owner and a Curaçao license.
Planet 7 is murkier. AskGamblers (opens in a new tab) names BTK Ltd Casinos as operator and lists a Costa Rica license with no number. LCB's Planet 7 listing (opens in a new tab) names Ace Revenue Group and says there's no license, adding that the casino supposedly holds a Costa Rica license it doesn't display. A third review also says it has no gambling license. With three different answers, assume you're dealing with an unregulated offshore operator. Our Costa Rica casino license explainer covers why Costa Rica isn't a gaming regulator in the usual sense.
SlotoCash vs Planet 7 welcome bonus
Via our links, SlotoCash shows $6,000 Welcome Bonus + 60 Free Spins and Planet 7 shows $2,750 Welcome Bonus + 45 Free Spins (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Both casinos may show other packages on their own sites; the terms at sign-up are the ones that apply.
SlotoCash's bonus terms (opens in a new tab) cover a five-deposit series totaling $7,777 plus 300 spins, with codes SLOTO1MATCH to SLOTO5MATCH, a $20 minimum per bonus, 25x (deposit + bonus) wagering, a $10 max bet and no max cashout. For Planet 7, LCB lists code WELCOME200 as a 200% match at 30x (bonus + deposit) on slots, with a $1,000 max cashout, and notes that Banana Jones and Fish Catch can't be played with coupon funds. The minimum for that bonus isn't stated; the casino minimum is reported as $30 by card or $5 by Bitcoin Lightning.

Why a $1,000 max cashout changes the math
A max cashout caps what you can withdraw from bonus play, however much you win. That makes it as important as the wagering multiple. Here's the same $100 deposit at each casino, with an illustrative 4% house edge.
SlotoCash: $100 + $200 bonus = $300. Wagering at 25x is $7,500, with an expected loss of about $300 at 4%.
Planet 7 (reported): $100 + $200 bonus = $300. Wagering at 30x is $9,000, with an expected loss of about $360.
Suppose a lucky run leaves $3,000 after wagering. At SlotoCash, the welcome terms set no max cashout, so the whole $3,000 is withdrawable, subject to weekly caps.
At Planet 7, if the reported $1,000 cap applies, $2,000 of that $3,000 would be removed when you cash out.
Most bonus sessions end below the starting balance, so the cap only bites on the rare good run. But that's exactly the result you'd want to keep. Read our max cashout rules and bonus terms red flags before claiming any capped offer.
No-deposit chips, codes and comp points
Reviewers report a $25 free chip at Planet 7 under code 25FREECHIP (one review's table lists MY25FREE), with a $100 max withdrawal and 30x wagering on slots or 60x on table games and video poker. Another review lists a rotating set of match codes, and players mention daily free spins after deposits, though those comments are unverified. Codes change often; check the cashier.
SlotoCash's own promotions page lists a separate new-player code, 25EASYWIN100, that turns a $25 deposit into a $100 bonus (rollover not stated), plus rotating reloads, 25% to 35% instant cashback and a $50 refer-a-friend bonus. Its general terms cap free-bonus cashouts between $25 and $200. Both casinos pay comp points at 100 points to $1, according to SlotoCash's site and a Planet 7 review. Our guide to comp points explains how they work.
Slots and table games at SlotoCash and Planet 7
Both are RTG houses, so expect a lot of overlap. Third-party sources count 347 slots at Planet 7, all RealTime Gaming, and 362 to 394 at SlotoCash, which also lists Visionary iGaming. Titles reported in Planet 7's lobby include Cash Bandits 2, Cash Bandits 3, Sweet 16, Paydirt!, Banana Jones and Fish Catch, plus Suit 'Em Up Blackjack, Deuces Wild and Jacks or Better.
SlotoCash highlights Cash Bandits 3, Crimson Castle, Shadow Gods, Cleopatra's Gold and Buffalo Mania: Thunder Springs, with Double Double Bonus Poker and Tri-Card Poker. Neither runs a live dealer section, per the casino or reviewers. Check each lobby for a specific title before you deposit. Our SpinLogic Gaming profile covers the provider behind both.
Withdrawals, caps and crypto: SlotoCash vs Planet 7
Planet 7 reportedly takes more cryptocurrencies, including Dogecoin, Ripple and Tether alongside Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum. SlotoCash accepts Bitcoin, Lightning, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash and Ethereum deposits but pays out only in Bitcoin. Both take Visa, Mastercard and American Express deposits, though US banks often decline these; our card declines guide explains why.

On a $10,000 win, SlotoCash's caps allow it out in two weeks. At Planet 7's reported $2,500 a week, it would take four weeks, before any pending period. One reviewer also flags a daily limit under $500 that it doesn't reconcile with the weekly figure. Our weekly withdrawal limits guide shows how to plan around caps.
Verification steps at each casino
SlotoCash asks for a photo ID and a recent utility bill before any payout, and its terms allow source-of-funds checks. Planet 7, per LCB, asks for an ID card, passport or driver's license, proof of address, a selfie with ID and, for card users, a credit card verification form, all emailed to its documents address, with checks taking up to three days.
Register using details that match your ID exactly.
Send ID, a recent utility bill and any card form right after your first deposit.
Get confirmation in writing that your documents were accepted.
Request withdrawals within the weekly cap, choosing Bitcoin for the quickest stated route.
Keep screenshots of your balance, bonus terms and requests until the money arrives.
Planet 7's third-party record is heavy. LCB gives it warning status, citing extremely slow payments and poor support. AskGamblers shows its status there as terminated and lists 1,598 complaints, of which 1,468 were resolved. Casino.guru flags a low withdrawal limit and four clauses it considers unfair. On safer gambling, AskGamblers lists none of the standard tools as available, so ask support about deposit limits and self-exclusion before you play.
Neither casino is licensed or regulated by any US state, so no state regulator will hear a complaint and no state protects your balance. Whether you may play offshore depends on your state's law; check our states hub and are offshore casinos safe before signing up.
Both offer 24/7 live chat. Reviewers list two US toll-free phone numbers and help and documents email addresses for Planet 7, while SlotoCash offers a scheduled callback instead of a phone line. Both play in a mobile browser, and Planet 7 also has a download client, according to one review.

Frequently asked questions
Is Planet 7 Casino a legit alternative to SlotoCash?
Planet 7 is a long-running offshore casino, but its record raises concerns. Reviewers disagree on its operator and license, with one listing Costa Rica and others saying it has none. LCB gives it warning status for slow payments, AskGamblers lists its status there as terminated, and Michigan's regulator named it in an April 9, 2025 cease-and-desist release. No US state licenses it. See our is Planet 7 legit page for the evidence.
Does Planet 7 have a max cashout on its welcome bonus?
Reviewers say yes. LCB lists a $1,000 max cashout on the WELCOME200 code, alongside 30x wagering on deposit plus bonus. Planet 7's official terms couldn't be checked, so treat this as reported and confirm in the cashier. SlotoCash's own welcome terms set no max cashout, which matters if you hit a big win while clearing a bonus. Our Planet 7 welcome bonus page tracks the reported terms.
Which pays out faster, SlotoCash or Planet 7?
On the available evidence, SlotoCash. It states processing within 48 business hours, with weekly caps of $5,000. Reviewers describe Planet 7 payouts as pending for five to seven days and then seven to nine days to arrive, and one major directory says they usually take more than a month. Planet 7's weekly cap is reported at $2,500. See our fast payout casinos list for more comparisons.
Are SlotoCash and Planet 7 the same company?
No. SlotoCash is reported as a Deckmedia N.V. brand, alongside Miami Club. Planet 7 is linked by reviewers to BTK Ltd Casinos or Ace Revenue Group, and a forum thread groups it with Silver Oak, Royal Ace and Slot Madness. Both use RealTime Gaming software, which is why many of the same slots appear in each lobby. Read our SlotoCash review for its ownership details.
What is the Planet 7 no deposit bonus code?
Third-party reviews report a $25 free chip under code 25FREECHIP, with 30x wagering on slots, 60x on table games and video poker, and a $100 max withdrawal; one review's table lists the code as MY25FREE instead. Planet 7's official site couldn't be checked and codes change often, so verify in the cashier before relying on it. Free chips carry tight caps. Our Planet 7 no deposit bonus page tracks reported codes.
Which casino accepts more cryptocurrencies?
Planet 7, according to reviewers, who list Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether and Ripple. SlotoCash's banking page lists Bitcoin, Bitcoin Lightning, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash and Ethereum for deposits, but pays withdrawals only in Bitcoin. Planet 7's reported withdrawal methods also list Bitcoin as the only crypto option. Network fees and price swings apply either way. See our crypto casinos list for more.
Does Planet 7 offer responsible gambling tools?
It isn't clear. AskGamblers lists all the standard tools, such as deposit limits, loss limits, cool-off, self-exclusion and reality checks, as not available at Planet 7, and its official pages couldn't be checked. Contact support and ask for limits or self-exclusion in writing before you deposit. SlotoCash publishes deposit and time limits on request and self-exclusion for at least six months. Our self-exclusion guide explains your options.
Can I play Banana Jones with a Planet 7 bonus?
No, according to reviewers. LCB reports that Banana Jones and Fish Catch can't be played with coupon-code funds at Planet 7, and that winnings from them are void if you do. Welcome bonuses at both casinos are slot-focused, and table games are excluded or weighted low. If you enjoy these specialty games, play them with cash only. Our Banana Jones guide explains how the game works.
What is the minimum deposit at Planet 7 vs SlotoCash?
Planet 7's minimum is reported at $30 by card and $5 by Bitcoin Lightning, while SlotoCash's own banking page lists $25 for cards and $5 for Lightning. Those Planet 7 figures come from LCB, since its official site couldn't be checked. SlotoCash also lists $10 for Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash and requires $20 per welcome bonus deposit. A reviewer gives $30 as the Planet 7 welcome minimum. Small deposits mean small matches, so plan around your budget. Our what is the minimum deposit explainer covers the basics.
Is Planet 7 legal in Pennsylvania?
No. Pennsylvania licenses its own online casinos, and Planet 7 and SlotoCash are not among them. The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board listed 12 certificate holders running 25 authorized online casino brands as of February 13, 2026, all under state oversight. Offshore sites like these two sit outside that system, so a Pennsylvania player using them has no state regulator to turn to. If you live in Philadelphia or Pittsburgh, a licensed site gives you real complaint routes. See our Pennsylvania online casinos page for the licensed market.
Can I play Planet 7 on my phone?
Yes, reviewers say Planet 7 runs in a mobile browser on Android and iOS without an app, and one review adds that a download client also exists. SlotoCash also plays in the browser; its own site says no app or software is required and suggests a home-screen shortcut. Because Planet 7's official domain couldn't be checked, use the address from a source you trust, as unofficial mirror sites exist. Our Planet 7 mobile page and casino mirror sites guide explain more.
Are Planet 7 games tested for fairness?
One third-party review says Planet 7's software is tested by GLI while noting the casino isn't formally regulated, but its official pages couldn't be checked to confirm that. Planet 7 runs RealTime Gaming and SpinLogic games, the same family SlotoCash uses. SlotoCash has a fair-gaming page on its own site. A software test is not the same as a regulator overseeing payouts, so testing claims don't replace state protection. Our guides to how slot RTP works and RNGs explain what testing covers.
How do comp points work at Planet 7 and SlotoCash?
Both convert comp points at 100 points to $1, according to SlotoCash's own site and a third-party review of Planet 7. That review adds that Planet 7 requires at least 1,000 points to redeem, with a $0 balance, and that redeemed comps carry 30x wagering on slots, keno, scratch cards and bingo, or 60x on video poker and table games. SlotoCash's VIP tiers earn points faster, at 1 point per $4 to $7.50 bet. Comps return a small slice of your play. See our comp points guide.
How do I contact Planet 7 or SlotoCash support?
Both offer 24/7 live chat, but only Planet 7 is reported to list phone numbers. AskGamblers gives two US toll-free lines for Planet 7, +1-866-725-1109 and +1-888-402-2065, and LCB lists help@planet7casino.com plus documents@planet7casino.com for verification. SlotoCash has no phone number; instead its site offers a 'Schedule Call' callback alongside chat. Third parties list support@slotocash.im as its email. Keep a written record of any promise support makes. Our casino customer support guide explains how to escalate a problem.
