Is SlotoCash Casino legit? It is a long-running offshore casino, online since 2007 by its own account, that publishes its terms and banking rules, but it shows no license or operating company on its site and no US state licenses it. Michigan's regulator named it in cease-and-desist letters on October 8, 2026. Here is the evidence on both sides.
SlotoCash shows no license, license number or company name on its site; third parties report Curaçao or Netherlands Antilles.
Ownership is widely reported as Deckmedia N.V., the group also linked to Miami Club.
The Michigan Gaming Control Board named Sloto'Cash Online Casino in cease-and-desist letters announced October 8, 2026.
Reviewer complaints center on verification, withdrawal speed and bonus rules; weekly caps and a 14-day dispute window are in the terms.
Is SlotoCash Casino legit? The short answer
SlotoCash is a real, operating casino with a long history and published terms, but it is not a licensed casino in any sense a US player can rely on. Its site names no license and no company, and the only US regulator to have acted on it, Michigan's, describes it as an illegal offshore operator.
Whether that makes it "legit" depends on what you mean. If you mean "does it exist and pay people", third-party reviewers report a mix of paid withdrawals and complaints about delays. If you mean "is it licensed and accountable to a regulator you can complain to", the answer is no.

SlotoCash license: what the site shows and what others report
SlotoCash doesn't display a gambling license. Its terms and conditions (opens in a new tab), its fair-gaming page and its footer name no licensing body and no license number.
Third parties fill the gap with different answers. A large review site lists a Curaçao license (with no number), while an affiliate directory describes SlotoCash as "licensed and regulated by the Central Government of the Netherlands Antilles", also without a number. A third review site calls the Curaçao license unverified.

Curaçao has overhauled its system: the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK) came into force on December 24, 2024, and the Curaçao Gaming Authority now licenses operators directly, as set out on its online gaming regulation page (opens in a new tab). A casino that holds a current license can usually point you to it; SlotoCash doesn't.
Even a valid Curaçao license wouldn't make SlotoCash licensed in the US. Our Curaçao license explainer covers what that license does and doesn't mean for American players.
Who owns SlotoCash Casino? Deckmedia and the trade name
The site itself says only that "Sloto'Cash is the trade name of Slotocash Casino" (terms clause 23). No company number, address or parent group appears.
Third-party sources consistently link the brand to Deckmedia N.V. An affiliate directory says Deckmedia owns and operates both Miami Club and Sloto'Cash, and another review site calls SlotoCash "one of the flagship brands of the Deckmedia Group". These are widely reported but not confirmed by the casino. Our page on who owns SlotoCash goes into the detail.
The Deckmedia link matters because its sister brand, Miami Club Casino, is a live partner whose published Terms of Use (v2.1, September 28, 2026, section 1.6) list the United States as a prohibited jurisdiction, although the site owner's affiliate program confirms US players are accepted, so confirm eligibility at sign-up. SlotoCash's terms don't name its prohibited jurisdictions at all, and it publishes no list of US states it refuses.
SlotoCash track record: online since 2007
Longevity is one of the stronger points in SlotoCash's favor. Its homepage says "Trusted Online Since 2007", and its promotions page runs a 19-years-online promotion. A third-party reviewer reports that it launched on Rival software and changed providers about four years later.
Today the homepage describes the casino as a flagship partner of SpinLogic Gaming, with 400+ titles, and third parties also list Real Time Gaming and Visionary iGaming. Our SpinLogic Gaming page covers that studio, and the SlotoCash slots page lists named games.
A long history shows a business that has kept operating and paying enough players to survive. It doesn't replace a license, an independent complaints process or protection of player balances, none of which SlotoCash publishes.
Michigan cease-and-desist against SlotoCash (October 8, 2026)
On October 8, 2026, the Michigan Gaming Control Board announced 33 cease-and-desist letters to unlicensed online gambling operators, and its list includes Sloto'Cash Online Casino. The board's October 2026 release (opens in a new tab) describes these as illegal offshore operators serving Michigan residents.
SlotoCash isn't the only Deckmedia-linked or partner brand on Michigan's lists. The board named Miami Club and Slot Madness on August 14, 2025, and Silver Oak and Planet 7 on April 9, 2025. SlotoCash did not appear in the 2025 Michigan releases we reviewed.
A cease-and-desist letter is a demand to stop serving the state, not a court ruling. Michigan residents have state-licensed online casinos available instead; see our Michigan online casinos guide and the explainer on cease-and-desist letters.

One review site labels SlotoCash an "Unreliable Offshore Casino", citing the unverified license and anecdotal withdrawal delays and fees. It doesn't cite any regulator action.
None of these reports prove the casino refuses to pay. Together they suggest that payouts can be slow and that bonus terms are applied strictly, which is consistent with what the published terms allow. Our guide to casino withdrawal delays explains the common causes.
SlotoCash terms that shape whether it feels legit
Many complaints about offshore casinos are really disagreements about terms the player didn't read. SlotoCash publishes these rules, and several work in the casino's favor.
Weekly withdrawal limit of $5,000 and a monthly limit of $20,000, raised for some VIPs; a $50,000 win would take at least 10 weeks to withdraw at the standard weekly cap.
Payouts processed within 48 business hours, on business days only.
Disputes must be raised within 14 days, and the casino's server records are final.
Balances are voided after 12 consecutive months without a login, though management may restore them.
Verification with photo ID and a recent utility bill before any payout, with source-of-funds checks possible under clause 27.
The casino's own banking pages also contradict each other on some details: one lists a $50 wire fee and a $60 courier check fee, while the payout methods page lists $60 and $30, with check maximums of $2,500 and $3,000. Check the cashier before you request a payout. The SlotoCash withdrawals and SlotoCash verification pages break these down.
Is SlotoCash legal in the USA?
No US state licenses SlotoCash, and its legal status for you depends on your state's law. Seven states license real-money online casinos: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island. SlotoCash isn't licensed in any of them.
At the federal level, the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 targets payment processing for unlawful internet gambling, with the definition turning on the law where the bet is made; see 31 U.S.C. 5363 (opens in a new tab). It doesn't make placing a bet a federal crime for the player. Some states, such as Washington, have their own laws on online gambling.
Is that SlotoCash site real? Spotting unofficial mirror sites
Part of checking whether SlotoCash is legit is checking that you’re on SlotoCash at all. The casino’s support FAQ says the site runs from slotocash.im, and its support email uses the same domain. Copycat pages that borrow a well-known casino’s name are a known problem, and an unofficial mirror site has none of the casino’s published terms behind it.
Type the address yourself or use a link you trust, rather than one from an unsolicited email or text.
Check that the domain in the address bar ends in slotocash.im before you log in or deposit.
Compare the cashier’s methods and limits with the casino’s published banking page; a Bitcoin minimum of $25 to deposit and $100 to withdraw should match.
Never send ID documents to an address outside the casino’s own domain or account area.
If anything looks off, contact live chat from the real site before you enter card or wallet details.
Fake sites and phishing messages aim at logins and crypto deposits, which are hard to reverse. Our guides to casino mirror sites and phishing scams list the warning signs, and the SlotoCash login page explains how to keep your account secure.

Slot Madness: $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Third-party reviews report a 275% match with code MAD275, 30x deposit plus bonus wagering on slots, a $30 minimum deposit and no max cashout; one source calls the match unlimited, so check the terms at sign-up. Slot Madness also publishes no license (third parties report Anjouan, Costa Rica or none), and Michigan named it in an August 14, 2025 release (opens in a new tab). See the Slot Madness review.
Both casinos are offshore and not licensed by any US state, so there's no state regulator to complain to and no state-backed protection of balances. Check your state's law before playing. Bonuses are slot-focused, table games are often excluded or weighted lower, and the house edge means losses are likely over time.

Frequently asked questions
Is SlotoCash Casino legit or a scam?
SlotoCash is a real casino that has operated since 2007 by its own account and publishes detailed terms, so it isn't a fly-by-night site. But it shows no license or operator on its site, no US state licenses it, and Michigan's regulator named it in cease-and-desist letters on October 8, 2026. Reviewers report slow payouts and strict bonus rules. Our SlotoCash Casino review weighs it up in full.
Is SlotoCash licensed?
Not that it publishes. Its terms, fair-gaming page and footer name no licensing body or number. Third parties report a Curaçao listing or a Netherlands Antilles license, both without numbers, and one reviewer calls the Curaçao claim unverified. None of these would be a US license in any case. Our explainer on the Curaçao license covers what that kind of license involves.
Who owns SlotoCash, and does the owner make it more legit?
The site only says Sloto'Cash is the trade name of Slotocash Casino. Third-party sources widely report that Deckmedia N.V. owns and operates it, alongside Miami Club, and one calls it a flagship Deckmedia brand. The casino doesn't confirm this on its own pages. See who owns SlotoCash for the sources and what the Deckmedia link means for players.
Did Michigan ban SlotoCash?
Michigan's regulator sent it a cease-and-desist letter. The Michigan Gaming Control Board's October 8, 2026 announcement of 33 letters names Sloto'Cash Online Casino and describes the recipients as illegal offshore operators. A letter is a demand to stop serving Michigan, not a court judgment. Michigan has state-licensed online casinos instead; see our Michigan online casinos guide.
Does SlotoCash pay out?
Third-party reviewers report both paid withdrawals and complaints about slow payouts, lengthy verification and fees. The casino's terms set a $5,000 weekly and $20,000 monthly cap, processing within 48 business hours, and per-method minimums such as $100 for Bitcoin. No regulator guarantees payment. Our SlotoCash withdrawals page explains each method and the conflicting fee figures.
Does being legit make SlotoCash legal for US players?
No US state licenses SlotoCash, and whether playing is allowed depends on your state's law. Seven states license real-money online casinos, and SlotoCash isn't licensed in any of them. Federal law (UIGEA) targets payment processing, not players placing bets. Our page on offshore casino legality sets out the federal and state picture without overstating either side.
Is SlotoCash safe to play at?
It carries the usual offshore risks: no state regulator, no state-backed protection of balances and terms the casino sets itself, including a 14-day dispute window and 12-month dormancy rule. Long operating history and published terms are points in its favor. Read the terms, verify early and only deposit what you can afford to lose. See are offshore casinos safe for the general picture.
What are the most common SlotoCash complaints?
Third-party review sites report complaints about lengthy verification before payouts, slow withdrawals, withdrawal fees and bonus rules, including one report of a bonus removed after a large withdrawal and single reports of reduced bet limits. The casino replies to all negative reviews on one platform. Raise any problem in writing within 14 days; SlotoCash customer support explains how.
Is SlotoCash legit in Pennsylvania?
SlotoCash isn’t licensed in Pennsylvania, one of the seven states that license real-money online casinos. The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board lists 12 certificateholders and 25 authorized online casino brands as of February 13, 2026, and SlotoCash isn’t among them. Players in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Allentown therefore have state-licensed sites with a regulator behind them, which an offshore casino can’t offer. Our Pennsylvania online casinos guide explains the licensed market and what state law says about unlicensed sites.
Are SlotoCash games fair or rigged?
There’s no published evidence that SlotoCash games are rigged, but the casino doesn’t show a testing certificate either. Its games come from SpinLogic Gaming, which third-party sources describe as RealTime Gaming under a different brand, and RTG’s games are reported to be tested by Technical Systems Testing. No regulator checks the casino’s own setup, so you rely on the studio and the casino. Our page on whether RTG games are fair explains what that testing does and doesn’t cover.
What can I do if SlotoCash won’t pay my withdrawal?
Start with SlotoCash itself, because no US state regulator handles complaints about it. Ask live chat for the reason in writing, send any missing documents, and raise a formal dispute within the 14-day window in its terms. Keep transcripts and screenshots, since the casino treats its server records as final. Third-party complaint sites and payment-method disputes are the remaining routes. Our guide on how to file a casino complaint walks through each option in order.
Is SlotoCash the same company as Miami Club Casino?
Third-party sources report that both are Deckmedia N.V. brands, but neither casino confirms the link on its own pages. They run different software: SlotoCash promotes SpinLogic Gaming, while Miami Club runs WGS. Miami Club is a live partner whose Terms of Use (v2.1, section 1.6) list the US as prohibited, while the site owner’s affiliate program confirms US players are accepted, so confirm at sign-up. Our SlotoCash vs Miami Club page compares their offers and banking.
What are SlotoCash Casino’s ratings on review sites?
Third-party ratings are mixed but not low. Trustpilot shows 4.1 out of 5 from 715 reviews, with the casino replying to every negative review, while a large casino review listing shows 3.5 out of 5 from 1,265 votes. A third site labels SlotoCash an unreliable offshore casino because of its unverified license. Treat all of these as self-selected opinions rather than audits. Our guide to reading a casino review explains how to weigh them.
How long has SlotoCash Casino been operating?
SlotoCash says it has been online since 2007, and its promotions page runs a 19-years-online offer. One third-party source gives 2008 instead, so the exact year is disputed. A reviewer reports it launched on Rival software and switched providers about four years later; it now promotes itself as a flagship SpinLogic partner. A long run shows staying power, not regulation. Our SlotoCash Casino review covers its games, banking and terms as they stand in 2026.
Does SlotoCash Casino accept players from every US state?
SlotoCash doesn’t publish a list of US states it accepts or refuses. Clause 05 of its terms says services aren’t available in prohibited jurisdictions but doesn’t name them, and its minimum age is 18, though many states set 21 for casino gambling. Being able to open an account doesn’t mean your state’s law allows it, so check that first. Our state-by-state guide shows what each state says about online casinos and offshore sites.
