SlotoCash vs Silver Oak is a trade-off between disclosure and payout terms. Silver Oak names its operator and an Anjouan license; SlotoCash names neither. But SlotoCash's published withdrawal caps are higher and its stated processing is quicker, while Silver Oak's terms add fees and longer review times. Both are RTG-based offshore casinos named by Michigan's regulator.
Silver Oak's terms name Primrose Media Limited and an Anjouan license; SlotoCash's site shows no operator or license.
SlotoCash allows $5,000 a week and $20,000 a month; Silver Oak's weekly limit starts at $2,500.
Silver Oak's own pages conflict on wagering (30x vs 40x); SlotoCash publishes 25x (deposit + bonus).
Michigan's regulator named Silver Oak on April 9, 2025 and SlotoCash on October 8, 2026.

SlotoCash vs Silver Oak in one table
On the surface, SlotoCash and Silver Oak look alike: both run RealTime Gaming software, both take Bitcoin, and both chase US slot players with large deposit matches. The differences are in the paperwork, and they cut both ways.

Who runs each casino, and which license is shown
Silver Oak's terms and conditions (opens in a new tab) identify the operator as Primrose Media Limited, registration number 15804, based in Mutsamudu on the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. The terms say the casino is licensed in Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, with Anjouan law governing disputes. No separate license number is shown, and one large review directory lists Silver Oak as unlicensed and mentions Costa Rica instead, so sources conflict.
SlotoCash names neither. Its terms say only that the brand is a trade name of Slotocash Casino, and its footer carries no company or license text. Third parties report that Deckmedia N.V. owns it and list a Curaçao or Netherlands Antilles license without a number.
A named operator and license are a modest plus for Silver Oak: you at least know which company and which jurisdiction your agreement is with. But an Anjouan license gives a US player far less than a state license. Our explainers on the Anjouan license and player protections offshore vs licensed explain the gap.
SlotoCash vs Silver Oak welcome bonus terms
Through our links, the offers are SlotoCash: $6,000 Welcome Bonus + 60 Free Spins and Silver Oak: $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Both casinos advertise different packages on their own sites, so use the terms shown at sign-up.
Silver Oak's new member offer page (opens in a new tab) describes $10,000 as a 100% match on each of your first ten deposits, using codes SILVEROAK1 to SILVEROAK10, with no free spins in that package. The page says 30x playthrough (60x for blackjack and video poker), but the general terms say 40x for slots, keno, bingo and scratch cards and 60x for table games and video poker. Ask support which applies before you claim.

Worked example: a $100 first deposit
SlotoCash: $100 plus a $200 match is $300. At 25x deposit plus bonus, you'd need to wager $7,500.
Silver Oak: $100 plus a $100 match is $200. Silver Oak's pages don't state the base in the terms we have. On the bonus alone, 30x is $3,000 and 40x is $4,000; on deposit plus bonus, it's $6,000 or $8,000.
Expected cost at an illustrative 4% house edge: $300 at SlotoCash; $120 to $320 at Silver Oak depending on which rule applies.
If you'd play video poker at Silver Oak, the 60x rate applies: $6,000 on the bonus alone, or $12,000 on deposit plus bonus.
That spread at Silver Oak shows why conflicting terms matter. Our guide to reading casino terms explains how to get a written answer from support before you deposit.
No-deposit codes, cashback and VIP perks
Silver Oak's no-deposit page lists SILVER25 ($25), SILVER50 ($50) and FREESILVER ($100), at 30x (60x for blackjack and video poker) with a $100 max cashout. It also pays cashback on deposits over $1,000 made without a bonus: 30%, 40% or 50% depending on size, at 30x. Its VIP program runs from Silver to Elite with cashback, bonus chips and higher withdrawal limits.
SlotoCash offers 25% instant cashback on Monday to Wednesday deposits and 35% from Thursday to Sunday, a $50 refer-a-friend bonus, and invitation-only Gold, Platinum and Diamond VIP tiers with 5% to 15% monthly cashback. Both convert comp points at 100 points to $1. Our cashback bonus guide and no deposit bonus guide explain the small print, including why free chips come with tight caps.
RTG games at SlotoCash and Silver Oak
Both lobbies are built on RealTime Gaming and its SpinLogic brand. SlotoCash highlights titles such as Cash Bandits 3, Crimson Castle and Shadow Gods; Silver Oak's mobile page names Magic Mushroom, 777, T-Rex II, Storm Lords, Cash Bandits 3, Vegas Lux, 5 Wishes and Fortunate Zeus.
Counts are similar: SlotoCash says 400+ games and a directory counts about 362–394 slots; Silver Oak says over 200 on mobile and the same directory counts 356 slots. Neither casino mentions live dealer games. Silver Oak also offers a downloadable Windows client alongside browser play, while SlotoCash is browser-only. For the provider's jackpot network, see our Real-Series jackpots guide.
Banking at SlotoCash vs Silver Oak: fees and limits
This is where the two casinos differ most. Silver Oak's banking page (opens in a new tab) charges 3% to 10% on card deposits, with cards capped at $1,000, while crypto deposits are free from $30 up to $100,000. SlotoCash's banking page (opens in a new tab) lists card deposits from $25 with a fee of one cent to $1, and Bitcoin from $25 with no fee.

Silver Oak's terms add an 8% fee (minimum $4) if you withdraw a deposit you haven't wagered at least once. SlotoCash's two banking pages disagree on its wire and check fees, so confirm in the cashier. Our guide to withdrawal limits goes deeper.
What a $10,000 win looks like
At SlotoCash, $10,000 would clear in two weeks at $5,000 a week, with Bitcoin requests of $2,500 each. At Silver Oak's starting $2,500 weekly limit, it would take four weeks, and each request goes through the stated review period first. Silver Oak's VIP tiers raise the limits, but the terms don't publish the new figures.
Verification: what each casino asks for
Silver Oak's terms are specific: a government photo ID, front and back of any card used in the last three months, a selfie holding your ID and a utility bill from the last three months. Withdrawals are blocked until verification is complete. SlotoCash asks for photo ID and a recent utility bill, with source-of-funds checks possible under its terms.
Gather your ID, a recent utility bill and, for Silver Oak, card images and a selfie with ID.
Send them right after your first deposit, not when you first want to withdraw.
Confirm by live chat or email that the documents were accepted.
At Silver Oak, wager your deposit at least once to avoid the 8% fee on withdrawal.
Request a crypto payout if you want the fastest stated route, and keep your transaction records.
Third-party complaint records differ in tone. One large directory flags Silver Oak with a warning for poor support and slow payments, saying payouts usually come after more than a month, and forum threads describe a $1,300 withdrawal delay and a $100 cashout refused over an alleged duplicate account. For SlotoCash, reviewers report verification and withdrawal delays and bonus disputes, and it scores far higher than Silver Oak on the same directory. These are reports, not findings, but they line up with Silver Oak's longer published review times.
The legal picture for US players
Neither SlotoCash nor Silver Oak is licensed or regulated by any US state, and Silver Oak's Anjouan license carries no weight with US regulators. State law decides whether playing offshore is allowed where you live, and states differ widely. Michigan's regulator, for instance, treats these brands as illegal operators, while the federal UIGEA targets payment processing rather than players.
Before signing up, read your state's page in our state guides. If you live in one of the seven states with licensed online casinos, those sites come with a state regulator, complaint process and protections that no offshore casino offers.
SlotoCash or Silver Oak: our verdict for each type of player
Pros
SlotoCash: higher published caps and shorter stated processing
SlotoCash: free Bitcoin payouts and lower card fees
Silver Oak: names its operator and license in its terms
Silver Oak: big no-deposit codes and cashback for non-bonus deposits
Cons
SlotoCash: no operator or license shown on site
Silver Oak: conflicting wagering terms (30x vs 40x)
Silver Oak: 3–10% card fees and 8% fee on unwagered deposits
Both: named in Michigan cease-and-desist actions
Slot players focused on payouts: SlotoCash's published caps and timing are stronger.
Players who want to know who they're dealing with: Silver Oak discloses more, though an Anjouan license gives limited protection.
Crypto depositors who skip bonuses: Silver Oak's cashback on bonus-free deposits over $1,000 may appeal.
Card depositors: SlotoCash's fees are lower on paper.
SlotoCash: $6,000 Welcome Bonus + 60 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Its own terms set a $20 minimum per bonus, 25x (deposit + bonus) wagering and no max cashout.
Silver Oak: $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Its own pages show deposits from $30, 30x or 40x wagering (they conflict, 60x for table games and video poker) and no max withdrawal on the welcome offer; its site advertises a different $10,000 package, so the terms at sign-up apply.

Frequently asked questions
What license does Silver Oak claim in its terms?
Silver Oak's own terms say it is licensed in the State of Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, operated by Primrose Media Limited, registration number 15804. No license number is shown, and one review directory lists it as unlicensed with a mention of Costa Rica, so sources conflict. No US state licenses Silver Oak. Our Silver Oak legitimacy check and Anjouan license explainer cover what that means.
Which pays out faster, SlotoCash or Silver Oak?
On their published terms, SlotoCash. It says withdrawals are processed within 48 business hours, while Silver Oak's terms describe a review of 7 to 10 business days followed by 7 to 10 business days for payment. Third-party reviewers also report slow payments at Silver Oak, with one saying payouts often take over a month. Crypto is the quickest route at both. See Silver Oak withdrawals for the full method list.
Which Silver Oak wagering figure applies, 30x or 40x?
It's unclear, because Silver Oak's pages disagree. Its new member offer page says 30x playthrough, or 60x for blackjack and video poker, while its general terms say 40x for slots, keno, bingo and scratch cards and 60x for table games and video poker. That difference changes a $100 bonus from $3,000 to $4,000 of wagering on the bonus alone. Ask support for a written answer before you claim. Our Silver Oak welcome bonus page tracks the terms.
Do Silver Oak and SlotoCash charge withdrawal fees?
Yes, depending on method. Silver Oak's banking page lists $0 to $40 for Bitcoin, $0 to $20 for wire, $0 to $25 for check and 5% for Coindraw, and its terms add an 8% fee, minimum $4, if you withdraw a deposit you haven't wagered at least once. SlotoCash lists free Bitcoin payouts but charges for wire and check. Check the cashier for current amounts. Our withdrawal fees guide explains common charges.
Are SlotoCash and Silver Oak sister casinos?
No, they're reported to belong to different groups. SlotoCash is widely reported as a Deckmedia N.V. brand, alongside Miami Club. Silver Oak names Primrose Media Limited as its operator, and a forum thread lists Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness as its sister brands. Both groups use RealTime Gaming software, which is why their lobbies overlap. Compare the Silver Oak family in our Silver Oak vs Planet 7 page.
What is the minimum age at SlotoCash and Silver Oak?
Silver Oak's terms set 21, or the local legal age if higher. SlotoCash's terms say 18+, but many states set 21 for casino gambling, and we only show offers to readers who are 21 or over, or 18+ where state law allows. Both casinos check your date of birth during verification. See our guide to gambling age by state for what applies where you live.
Did Michigan send cease-and-desist letters to both casinos?
Yes. The Michigan Gaming Control Board named Silver Oak in its April 9, 2025 release on 13 unlicensed offshore operators, and SlotoCash in its October 8, 2026 release on 33 cease-and-desist letters. The board calls such sites illegal offshore operators. The letters order operators to stop serving Michigan; they aren't actions against players. Read about the state's licensed market on our Michigan real money casinos page.
Which has better games, SlotoCash or Silver Oak?
They're close, because both run RealTime Gaming and its SpinLogic brand. A third-party directory counts about 362 to 394 slots at SlotoCash and 356 at Silver Oak. SlotoCash highlights titles like Cash Bandits 3 and Shadow Gods; Silver Oak names Magic Mushroom, Storm Lords and T-Rex II. Neither mentions live dealer games. Pick on terms and banking rather than library. Our best RTG casinos list compares more.
What is the minimum deposit at Silver Oak vs SlotoCash?
Silver Oak's banking page starts most deposits at $30, while SlotoCash starts as low as $5 by Bitcoin Lightning. At Silver Oak, Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum run from $30 to $100,000 with no fee, cards from $30 to $1,000 with a 3% to 10% fee, and Changelly from $60. SlotoCash lists $25 for cards and Bitcoin, $10 for Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash, and $20 per welcome bonus deposit. Card fees make crypto the cheaper route at Silver Oak. Our best $10 deposit casinos list compares low entry points.
Can I play Silver Oak or SlotoCash in Georgia?
Neither casino is licensed in Georgia, which has no legal online casinos and no legal sports betting. The only state-run gambling regulator there is the Georgia Lottery Corporation, which does sell some lottery games online to players located in the state. Silver Oak's terms list no excluded US states and SlotoCash publishes none, but that doesn't make offshore play lawful for players in Atlanta, Columbus or Augusta. The state's help line is the Georgia Crisis and Access Line, 1-800-715-4225. See our Georgia online casinos page.
How do I self-exclude at Silver Oak or SlotoCash?
At Silver Oak, you can self-exclude through live chat, and its terms say the request is processed immediately. Its responsible gambling page also offers deposit limits, cool-off periods, a temporary self-ban and permanent account closure through support. SlotoCash handles self-exclusion by email, with a minimum period of six months, and sets deposit and time limits on request. Casino tools only cover one site, so add a blocker such as Gamban or BetBlocker for wider protection. Our self-exclusion guide and gambling blocking software guide explain the options.
What happens if I have a dispute with Silver Oak or SlotoCash?
Both casinos set short deadlines, so act fast. Under Silver Oak's terms, disputes must be raised within three days of the wager, replies come within 28 days, and a Central Dispute System run by its software provider handles them. SlotoCash's terms give 14 days and treat its server records as final. Neither has a US state regulator above it, so an outside complaint has no legal force. Keep screenshots and chat transcripts from the start. Our how to file a casino complaint guide walks through each step.
What VIP perks does Silver Oak offer compared with SlotoCash?
Silver Oak publishes its VIP ladder and entry points, while SlotoCash's tiers are by invitation. Silver Oak's five levels run from Silver ($500 instant upgrade) through Gold, Platinum and Diamond to Elite ($8,000), with appreciation chips of $100 to $700, monthly cashback of 4% to 35%, higher withdrawal limits, and priority payments plus a personal host from Platinum up. SlotoCash's Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers offer 5% to 15% monthly cashback and faster withdrawals at the top two levels. The full table is on our Silver Oak VIP program page.
Can I play Silver Oak or SlotoCash on my phone?
Yes, both run in a mobile browser without an app. Silver Oak's mobile page describes instant play on iPhone, Android and tablets, and it also offers a downloadable Windows client for PC; no dedicated mobile app is listed. SlotoCash's site says "there is currently no app or software required" and suggests adding a home-screen shortcut. Use the casino's real address rather than a link from an unknown source, since copycat sites exist. See the Silver Oak mobile page for more on its browser casino.
