The Silver Oak Casino VIP program has five published tiers, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite, with dollar thresholds from $500 to $8,000. Rewards listed on the casino's VIP page include appreciation chips, bigger deposit and Bitcoin bonuses, cashback and higher withdrawal limits, while comp points convert at 100 points to $1.
Five tiers: Silver ($500 instant upgrade), Gold ($1,000), Platinum ($3,000), Diamond ($5,000) and Elite ($8,000).
Benefit ranges across tiers: chips of $100–$700, deposit bonuses of 250%–325%, Bitcoin bonuses of 325%–400% and monthly cashback of 4%–35%.
From Platinum up, the VIP page lists priority payments and a personal host.
Comp points convert at 100 = $1 and expire after 12 months; the earn rate isn't published.
VIP bonuses still carry wagering, so their real value is lower than the headline percentage.
How the Silver Oak Casino VIP program works
Silver Oak publishes its loyalty scheme on a dedicated VIP program page (opens in a new tab). Each of the five tiers has a dollar figure next to it, starting with a $500 "instant upgrade" to Silver, and each step up widens the bonus percentages, cashback and payout limits on offer.
Nowhere does the casino spell out over what period each threshold is measured or exactly how it's counted, so check the page itself, or ask support, before you plan around a tier. This guide sets out what's published; for the casino's bonuses, banking and track record together, see our Silver Oak Casino review.

The page gives benefits as ranges across the scheme rather than a full figure for every tier, so the table names only what's tied to specific levels. Rewards rise with each tier, and the exact number at each level is on the casino's page.

Appreciation chips and match bonuses are bonus money, so expect wagering before any winnings become cash. Separate wagering for each perk isn't listed, and the casino's general terms set 40x for slots and 60x for table games and video poker on bonuses. Ask support which rule applies to a specific VIP offer.
The Bitcoin bonus explains why crypto is the main route for many Silver Oak players. Coin limits and payout times are on our Silver Oak Bitcoin and crypto page.
Silver Oak comp points: value, redemption and expiry
Silver Oak's promotions page (opens in a new tab) values comp points at 100 points to $1, and says they expire after 12 months. That makes the conversion easy to work out: 2,500 points are worth $25, and 10,000 points are worth $100.
What isn't published is the earn rate, meaning how many points a dollar of play produces. Without it, there's no reliable way to work out comps as a percentage of your play. By way of contrast, SlotoCash publishes its rate per tier, from one point per $7.50 bet at Gold to one per $4 at Diamond.
Check your comp point balance in your account or ask live chat for it.
Note the date points were earned, since they lapse after 12 months.
Ask support whether redeemed comps carry wagering before you convert them.
Convert at the published rate of 100 points to $1.
For how comp schemes compare across casinos, see our comp points guide.
Cashback and other loyalty promotions at Silver Oak
Outside the VIP tiers, the promotions page lists a deposit cashback for players who deposit over $1,000 without taking a bonus. The rate scales with the deposit, carries 30x wagering and is credited on Mondays at 00:01 EST.

What Silver Oak VIP rewards are worth in dollars
Headline percentages overstate value because of wagering. Take the $600 cashback from a $2,000 deposit in the table above. If 30x applies to the $600, that's $18,000 in bets before it can be withdrawn.
Storm Lords, an RTG slot named on Silver Oak's mobile page, has a reported RTP of 96.25%, which is a 3.75% house edge. Expected loss on $18,000 of spins at that edge is $18,000 × 3.75% = $675, more than the $600 cashback itself. Results vary widely in the short run, but on average the wagering costs more than the bonus is worth in this example.
Check whether 30x applies to the cashback alone or to deposit plus cashback before you accept. If it covers both, the wagering on the example above would be $78,000. Our guide to the expected value of a bonus shows the full method.
Comp points work differently: at 100 = $1 they're a straight rebate, but only if you would have played anyway. They don't change the house edge on any game.
VIP withdrawal limits and priority payouts
For many players the most practical VIP perk is the payout limit. Silver Oak's terms and conditions (opens in a new tab) set a base weekly limit of $2,500 that rises with VIP level, plus a monthly limit of $5,000 when your balance is at least 10 times your total deposits, or $10,000 otherwise. However, the raised weekly figure for each tier isn't given.
From Platinum up, the VIP page adds priority payments and a personal host. The terms still describe a review period of 7 to 10 business days followed by payment within 7 to 10 business days, and the VIP page doesn't say how much priority handling shortens that. See Silver Oak withdrawals for every method and fee, and our explainer on weekly withdrawal limits for how caps work.
How to join the Silver Oak VIP program
Open an account and complete verification, since no VIP payout is possible without it. The documents are listed in our Silver Oak verification guide.
Read the VIP page to see how the $500 Silver threshold is counted and over what period.
Ask live chat to confirm your current tier and what you'd need for the next one.
Before taking any VIP bonus, ask for its wagering, eligible games and maximum bet.
Set a deposit limit first, so tier targets never push your spending past your budget.
Drawbacks of the Silver Oak VIP scheme and responsible play
VIP schemes reward spending, and tier thresholds can make it tempting to deposit more to reach the next level. That's a reason to plan a budget before you play, never to raise it. Silver Oak's terms list deposit limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion through live chat, which the casino says is processed immediately.
Silver Oak VIP program vs SlotoCash, Planet 7 and Royal Ace
Silver Oak's scheme is one of the best documented among our partners. The comparison below uses each casino's own page where one was readable and third-party reviews otherwise, so check the current terms before you choose a casino for its rewards.
SlotoCash publishes its earn rate, which Silver Oak doesn't, while Silver Oak's open thresholds suit players who don't want to wait for an invitation. Our best VIP casinos list ranks the schemes.
Common Silver Oak VIP mistakes and how to avoid them
Letting comps lapse. Points expire after 12 months, so convert them while they still count.
Taking a VIP bonus without asking the wagering. The VIP page lists none, and the general terms run from 40x to 60x.
Playing excluded games with bonus money. The terms bar progressives, roulette, baccarat, craps and others from bonus play, which can void winnings.
Expecting priority payments to skip checks. No withdrawal is paid until verification is complete, at any tier.
Depositing to reach the next tier. A tier's perks rarely cover the extra spending, because the house edge applies to every bet.
A good routine is to ask support for your tier, the wagering on each perk and your weekly cap before each large deposit, and to keep the reply. Our Silver Oak welcome bonus page explains the excluded games list, and bonus terms red flags shows what to watch for in any offer.
VIP status at Silver Oak Casino and US law
A VIP tier doesn't change who regulates the casino. Silver Oak's terms name Primrose Media Limited as operator, licensed in Anjouan, and no US state licenses it. Third-party reviewer LCB lists it with no license and mentions Costa Rica, so the sources conflict. The Michigan Gaming Control Board named Silver Oak in its April 9, 2025 cease-and-desist release (opens in a new tab).
That means no state regulator backs your balance or rewards. Check your own state's rules on our states hub, and read is Silver Oak Casino legit for the full ownership and complaint record.

The casino's terms set 40x wagering on slots (the offer page says 30x) and 60x on table games and video poker, with no maximum cash-out on the welcome bonus and a $30 minimum deposit; roulette, baccarat and craps are excluded.
SlotoCash Casino: $6,000 Welcome Bonus + 60 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Its own welcome terms set 25x wagering on deposit plus bonus, a $20 minimum per bonus, no maximum cash-out and a $10 maximum bet, for slots, keno and scratch cards; its site advertises a different package, so the terms shown at sign-up apply. Its VIP club (opens in a new tab) is by invitation, with Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers and 5% to 15% monthly cashback.

Frequently asked questions
How many VIP tiers does Silver Oak Casino have?
Silver Oak lists five VIP tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite. The VIP page shows a dollar figure for each, from a $500 instant upgrade for Silver up to $8,000 for Elite, with Gold at $1,000, Platinum at $3,000 and Diamond at $5,000. Check the page for how each figure is counted. Our general explainer on how VIP programs work covers the idea behind tiers.
How much are Silver Oak comp points worth?
Silver Oak comp points are worth $1 per 100 points, according to its promotions page, and they expire after 12 months. So 5,000 points convert to $50. The casino doesn't publish how many points you earn per dollar wagered, so you can't calculate comps as a percentage of play in advance. Our comp points bonus page explains how to compare schemes.
What does the Silver Oak VIP program give you?
Listed perks include appreciation chips of $100 to $700, deposit bonuses of 250% to 325%, Bitcoin bonuses of 325% to 400%, monthly cashback of 4% to 35% and weekly cashback caps from $2,500 to $7,500. VIPs also get higher withdrawal limits, and Platinum and above get priority payments and a personal host. Bonus perks carry wagering. See our VIP bonus guide for how to value them.
Does Silver Oak VIP status raise the withdrawal limit?
Yes. Silver Oak's terms say the weekly withdrawal limit starts at $2,500 and is raised by VIP level, though the VIP page doesn't give the exact figure per tier. A separate monthly limit of $5,000 or $10,000 applies depending on your balance against your deposits. Ask support for your tier's figure. Every method's range is on our Silver Oak banking page.
Is the Silver Oak VIP program invitation only?
No, not on the published figures. Silver Oak lists a $500 instant upgrade to its Silver tier and dollar thresholds for the levels above, which differs from SlotoCash, whose VIP club is by management invitation with no published thresholds. Check the VIP page for how the thresholds are measured. Our SlotoCash VIP program page covers that scheme.
Do Silver Oak VIP bonuses have wagering requirements?
Yes, expect wagering on VIP bonus money, although the VIP page doesn't list a figure for each perk. The casino's general terms set 40x for slots, keno, bingo and scratch cards and 60x for table games and video poker, and its no-bonus cashback carries 30x. Ask support before accepting a VIP offer. Our guide to wagering requirements shows how to work out the cost.
Do Silver Oak comp points expire?
Yes, Silver Oak comp points expire after 12 months, according to its promotions page. If you play only now and then, check your balance and convert points before they lapse at the 100 points to $1 rate. Ask live chat whether redeemed points carry any wagering. Our Silver Oak bonus codes page lists the casino's other published offers.
Is a casino VIP program worth chasing?
Usually not, if chasing means depositing more than you planned. VIP rewards return only part of what you spend, the house edge applies to every bet and bonus wagering adds to your play. Treat any perk as a small rebate on play you'd have done anyway. If tiers start to drive your spending, our page on chasing losses and the 1-800-MY-RESET helpline can help.
What is the Silver Oak Bitcoin VIP bonus?
It's a larger match for Bitcoin deposits, listed on the VIP page at 325% to 400% depending on tier, against 250% to 325% for other deposits. On a $100 Bitcoin deposit at 325%, that's $325 in bonus money. The page doesn't give the wagering, so ask first: if the general 40x slot rule applied to the bonus alone, you'd need $13,000 in bets before cashing out. Our Bitcoin bonus guide shows how to judge offers like this.
Does Silver Oak give VIPs a birthday bonus?
Silver Oak lists birthday chips among its promotions, valid for 7 days, but it doesn't publish the chip amount or whether it grows with your VIP tier. Because the chip lapses after a week, check your account or ask live chat on the day so you don't miss the window. Like other bonus credit, expect wagering before any winnings turn into cash. Our birthday bonus explainer covers the usual terms and what to ask.
How do I reach my Silver Oak VIP host?
Silver Oak's VIP page says a personal host is available from Platinum up, but it doesn't publish a direct VIP email or phone line. Start with live chat, which the casino's FAQ says is open 24/7, and ask to be put in touch with your host. The contact page also lists help@silveroakmail.com, with replies promised within 48 hours. Keep your host's details in writing. Our Silver Oak customer support page lists every published contact route.
How does the Silver Oak VIP program compare with Slot Madness?
Silver Oak publishes far more. Its VIP page lists five tiers with dollar thresholds, cashback ranges and Bitcoin bonus rates, while third-party reviewer casino.guru says only that Slot Madness has a loyalty program, without listing tiers or rewards. Slot Madness's own pages couldn't be read for this guide. If loyalty rewards matter to you, ask Slot Madness support for its scheme in writing before you deposit. Our Slot Madness VIP program page sets out what's reported.
Can I lose my Silver Oak VIP status or rewards?
The VIP page doesn't say whether tiers are reviewed or can drop, so ask support how status is kept. Two published rules can cost you rewards: comp points expire after 12 months, and the terms treat an account as inactive after two years, after which it may be deleted following an email notice. Convert comps before they lapse and withdraw any balance you want to keep. Our guide to dormant casino accounts explains what usually happens to idle balances.
