Best non-sticky bonus casinos

The best non-sticky bonus casinos let you play your own cash first and walk away with a win before the bonus locks anything. None of our seven partners publishes a cash-first rule, so this list ranks the five whose published terms come closest: no max cashout, lower wagering and a clean way to skip the bonus.

Key takeaways

  • A non-sticky bonus keeps your deposit and the bonus apart, so a win on your own cash can be withdrawn before bonus play starts.
  • No partner publishes a cash-first rule; SlotoCash, Miami Club and Silver Oak come closest with no stated max cashout on deposit bonuses.
  • Planet 7 and Royal Ace are left off because third-party listings report bonus cashout caps of $1,000 and 10x the deposit.
  • All partners are offshore and not licensed by any US state; check your state’s law and the terms shown at sign-up.

What are the best non-sticky bonus casinos for US players?

Here is the straight answer: none of our seven partner casinos describes any bonus as non-sticky, and none publishes the order in which cash and bonus funds are played. That matters, because the whole value of a non-sticky bonus depends on that order. Without it, you can’t be sure a win on your own deposit is yours to withdraw before the rollover kicks in.

So rather than pretend, this page ranks the five partners whose published terms come closest to non-sticky behavior. The yardsticks are simple: no maximum cashout on deposit bonuses, a lower wagering multiple, bonuses you claim only by entering a code (so you can skip them), and terms published on the casino’s own site rather than reported by third parties.

SlotoCash, Miami Club and Silver Oak meet most of those tests from their own pages. Decode and Slot Madness follow on third-party reports only. Planet 7 and Royal Ace drop out, because review sites report caps on what a bonus can pay out. Our wider ranked casino lists use the same partners for other topics.

We earn commission from every partner on this page. The order is editorial and commercial, set by how well each casino’s published terms fit this topic. It is not the result of testing.

Non-sticky vs sticky bonus: how each one handles your money

A non-sticky bonus (sometimes called a parachute bonus) keeps two balances. Your deposit is real money and is played first. The bonus sits to one side and only comes into play once your cash runs out. If you hit a win while still on cash, you can usually withdraw and give up the bonus, with no rollover to clear.

A sticky bonus merges the two. Deposit and bonus become one balance, wagering applies to the whole thing, and the bonus amount is often removed when you cash out. Some casinos call that a phantom bonus. Either way, a win early in a session is tied up until the playthrough is done.

Our longer non-sticky bonus explainer covers the mechanics. For this list, the key point is that a casino has to say in writing how its balances work. When it doesn’t, treat the bonus as sticky until support confirms otherwise.

How we rank non-sticky bonus casinos when none publishes the rule

Every entry below was judged on four published facts. Each one is something you can check yourself before depositing, and each one changes how much freedom you keep once a bonus is attached to your account.

  1. Max cashout: a deposit bonus with no stated cap on winnings behaves more like a cash-friendly bonus than one capped at a fixed sum.
  2. Wagering multiple and basis: a lower multiple on deposit plus bonus means less play before a withdrawal is allowed.
  3. Opt-in by code: when bonuses only apply after you enter a code, playing cash only is as simple as leaving the box empty.
  4. Source quality: terms on the casino’s own site rank above figures from review sites, which can be out of date or conflict.

Two partners were dropped. Third-party listings report a $1,000 max cashout on Planet 7’s WELCOME200 bonus and a cap of 10 times the deposit on Royal Ace’s 200% welcome match. A capped bonus is the opposite of what non-sticky players want, so neither belongs on this page.

1. SlotoCash: no max cashout and code-only bonuses

SlotoCash is the closest fit. Its own welcome-bonus page says there is no max cashout on the five-deposit package, and its terms set wagering at 25x deposit plus bonus with a $20 minimum deposit per bonus and a $10 maximum bet while a bonus is active. Eligible games are slots, Real-Series video slots (not progressive jackpot slots), keno and scratch cards.

Bonuses at SlotoCash are claimed by redeeming a coupon before or straight after a deposit, and before any wager. That makes skipping a bonus straightforward: deposit without a code and your balance is plain cash, subject only to the casino’s normal banking rules. The terms don’t describe a cash-first split, though, so once a code is redeemed, plan on clearing the rollover.

The default wagering in its general terms is 30x deposit plus bonus, which applies where a promotion doesn’t say otherwise. Free (no-deposit) bonuses carry a cashout range of $25 to $200. The site’s published welcome package is $7,777 plus 300 spins, which differs from the offer via our link.

2. Miami Club: 20x wagering and no expiry on deposit bonuses

Miami Club runs WGS (Wager Gaming) software and publishes the lowest wagering here: 20x deposit plus bonus on matches of 100% or less, with no cap stated on what deposit bonuses can pay out and no expiry. Its bonus terms also say a balance under $1 clears the wagering, so a busted bonus doesn’t leave rollover hanging over your next deposit.

Game weighting is strict. Keno, scratch cards and regular slots count 100%, video poker 10% and blackjack 5%, and roulette is forbidden with an active bonus. The maximum bet is $2 per pay-line on slots and $10 per single wager. The published package is up to $800, a 100% match up to $100 on each of the first eight deposits; the $4,000 offer below is the one via our link.

Eligibility needs care. Miami Club’s Terms of Use (v2.1, September 28, 2026, section 1.6) list the United States as a prohibited jurisdiction, while the affiliate program our site works with confirms that US players are accepted. Confirm at sign-up before you deposit.

3. Silver Oak: no max withdrawal and cashback for bonus-free deposits

Silver Oak’s new-member page promises no max withdrawal on its $10,000 welcome package, a 100% match on each of the first ten deposits with codes SILVEROAK1 to SILVEROAK10. Its wagering is published twice and the figures disagree: the offer page says 30x (60x on blackjack and video poker), while the general terms say 40x on slots, keno, bingo and scratch cards and 60x on table games and video poker. Plan for the higher figure.

What earns Silver Oak its place is a reward for playing without a bonus. Its cash-back promotion pays 30% on deposits of $1,001 to $5,000, 40% on $5,001 to $10,000 and 50% above $10,000, but only on deposits made without a bonus, at 30x and credited on Mondays. Be aware that the terms add an 8% fee (minimum $4) if a deposit isn’t wagered at least once before withdrawal.

Silver Oak is the only partner that names its license: Primrose Media Limited, licensed in Anjouan. Michigan’s Gaming Control Board named it in a cease-and-desist release on April 9, 2025.

4. Decode: reported bonuses with no max cashout

Decode’s own site shows only a headline about a $111 free chip and crypto bonuses, with no terms visible. Third-party listings fill the gap: EASY25CODE is reported as a 400% sign-up match at 35x deposit plus bonus with a $25 minimum and no max cashout, and DECODE111 as 111% up to $1,111 at 25x with a $25 minimum. Codes change, so treat these as reported, not confirmed.

Third-party reports also say Decode refuses players from Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington. The casino runs RealTime Gaming slots, and reviewers report a 25% cashback offer at 20x. Bonus validity is reported as 90 days.

5. Slot Madness: no cap reported, sources disagree on the size

Slot Madness rounds out the list on third-party reports only. One review site lists its MAD275 welcome match as 275% up to $2,750 at 30x deposit plus bonus on slots, with a $30 minimum and no max cashout. Another calls the same deal an unlimited 275% bonus with 50 extra spins and gives no wagering figure. Read the cashier terms before you claim.

Reviewers also list a MAD125 code at 125% on all games including table games and video poker, at 40x with no max cash-out, and a PROGRESSIVE100 code with a 10x max cash-out. Those codes come from a 2025 article and may have changed. Slot Madness was named by the Michigan Gaming Control Board in a cease-and-desist release on August 14, 2025.

No row on this table is a true non-sticky bonus, so read it as a list of the least restrictive alternatives. For the lowest multiples across every bonus type, see our low wagering casinos list.

A non-sticky bonus in dollars: what the difference is worth

Take a $100 deposit with a 100% match, so $200 in play. The example uses an assumed 96% return to player, a 4% house edge, purely for illustration. Real slot RTPs vary, and the casino doesn’t promise any figure.

$100 deposit, 100% match, 96% RTP assumed
StepSticky at 25x (d+b)Non-sticky, same terms
Wagering required$200 × 25 = $5,000$5,000, only once bonus play starts
Expected loss while wagering$5,000 × 4% = $200$0 if you cash out on cash
Balance hits $400 on deposit cashLocked until $5,000 is wageredWithdraw $400, lose the $100 bonus
Bonus value if clearedExpected balance close to $0Same, if you play on

The arithmetic shows why non-sticky terms matter. With a sticky bonus at 25x, the expected loss across the full rollover ($200) equals the whole starting balance. A cash-first rule doesn’t change the odds, but it gives you a clean exit on an early win. Our guide to wagering requirements shows the same sum for other multiples.

How to check whether a bonus is really non-sticky

  1. Open the casino’s bonus terms and search for cash balance, real money first, forfeit and not withdrawable.
  2. Find the max cashout line for the exact offer. No cap is a good sign; a fixed sum or a multiple of the deposit is not.
  3. Note the wagering basis: deposit plus bonus, bonus only, or winnings only.
  4. Ask live chat in writing whether a win on your deposit can be withdrawn before the bonus is used, and save the reply.
  5. If the answer is no or unclear, deposit without a code and play cash only.
  6. Check withdrawal caps too; SlotoCash, for example, publishes a $5,000 weekly limit.

Our guide to reading casino terms explains where these clauses usually sit. A bonus that caps your cashout is covered in our max cashout rules page.

Other non-sticky bonus casinos you’ll see in search

Search results for non-sticky bonuses often show brands we don’t rank. Ignition Casino publishes a 25x playthrough on deposit, bonus and winnings for its casino welcome portion, which is a broad basis. Raging Bull Slots lists 10x wagering on its MIGHTY250 code (40x for crypto deposits). Red Dog Casino caps welcome payouts at 30 times the deposit.

None of those terms is a published cash-first rule either. Raging Bull Slots was named by the Michigan Gaming Control Board on October 8, 2026, and Red Dog on April 9, 2025. We review these brands but don’t promote them.

Non-sticky bonus casinos, US law and staying in control

Every partner on this list is an offshore casino. None is licensed or regulated by any US state, so there is no state regulator to complain to and no state protection of your balance; the casino’s own terms decide disputes. Real-money online casinos are state-licensed only in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Our page on offshore casino legality explains what that means where you live.

The Michigan Gaming Control Board has named five of our partners as illegal offshore operators: Silver Oak and Planet 7 in its April 9, 2025 release (opens in a new tab), Miami Club and Slot Madness on August 14, 2025, and SlotoCash in its October 8, 2026 cease-and-desist letters (opens in a new tab). We show no offers on our Michigan page.

Bonuses come with conditions, and the house edge works against you through every dollar of rollover. If gambling stops being entertainment, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), with call, text and chat through NCPG (opens in a new tab). Our responsible gambling tools page covers limits and blockers.

Frequently asked questions

How does a non-sticky casino bonus work?

A non-sticky bonus keeps your deposit and the bonus in separate balances, with your own cash played first. If you win before touching the bonus, you can usually withdraw and give up the bonus without meeting any rollover. The bonus only becomes playable once your cash is gone. A sticky bonus works the other way, merging both balances and locking them until the wagering is finished. Our page on what a sticky bonus is explains the contrast in more detail.

Which US casinos offer non-sticky bonuses in 2026?

We can’t name a confirmed one, because no partner of ours publishes a non-sticky or cash-first rule. The closest published terms belong to SlotoCash (no max cashout, 25x), Miami Club (20x, no cap stated) and Silver Oak (no max withdrawal, 30x or 40x). Ask live chat in writing before depositing. Reviews of each partner sit under our casino reviews hub, and ratings from review sites should be read as reported, not settled.

Can I withdraw my winnings before using the bonus?

Only if the casino’s terms say your deposit is played first and the bonus can be forfeited. That is the definition of a non-sticky bonus, and none of our partners publishes it. Once a code is redeemed at SlotoCash, for example, the rollover applies before withdrawal. The safer route is to skip the code if you might want to stop early. Our answer to can I withdraw a bonus goes through the common cases.

Is a non-sticky bonus better than a sticky one?

For most players, yes, because it keeps the option to cash out an early win on your own money. The odds don’t change, though, and the house edge still applies while you play. A sticky bonus can make sense only if you plan to clear the full rollover anyway. Compare the two approaches, and the option of playing without any bonus, on our bonus vs no bonus page before choosing.

Can I cancel a non-sticky bonus after claiming it?

Many casinos allow it through support, but canceling usually removes the bonus and any winnings made with it. None of our partners publishes a self-service cancel button in the terms summarized here, so ask live chat and get the answer in writing. Canceling a bonus is not the same as a non-sticky structure, because winnings may still be forfeited. See can I cancel a bonus for the usual rules.

Why were Planet 7 and Royal Ace left off this list?

Both are left off because third-party listings report caps on what their welcome bonuses can pay out. Planet 7’s WELCOME200 is reported with a $1,000 max cashout and Royal Ace’s 200% match with a cap of 10 times the deposit. A capped bonus is the opposite of what non-sticky players are looking for. Both casinos have full reviews, including Planet 7 with its Michigan regulator action.

How much does wagering a bonus cost on average?

Multiply the total wagering by the house edge. A $100 deposit with a $100 match at 25x deposit plus bonus means $5,000 of play; at an assumed 4% edge that is an expected loss of $200, the full balance. Real results vary widely in both directions. Our explainer on the house edge shows how to run the same sum for any game.

Are non-sticky bonus casinos legal in the USA?

State law decides, not the bonus type. Real-money online casinos are licensed only in seven states, and our partners aren’t licensed by any of them. Offshore casinos operate without a US state license, so there’s no state regulator to help with disputes. Check what your state’s law says before playing; our list of states with legal online casinos is the starting point.

Do I pay tax on winnings from a bonus?

Yes, gambling winnings are taxable federal income whether they come from cash or bonus play. The IRS sets W-2G reporting thresholds, which for slots are $2,000 or more for payments made in 2026, but all winnings are reportable, as the IRS W-2G instructions (opens in a new tab) explain. From tax year 2026, the loss deduction is reported to be capped at 90% of losses; check IRS guidance. Our gambling taxes page explains the rules.

Does SlotoCash have a non-sticky bonus?

SlotoCash doesn’t describe any bonus as non-sticky, and its terms don’t say whether cash or bonus funds are played first. What it does publish is close in spirit: no max cashout on its welcome package, 25x deposit plus bonus wagering, and bonuses that only apply when you redeem a coupon before or right after a deposit and before any wager. Deposit without a code and your balance stays plain cash. Its general terms also say you can’t take a bonus while a withdrawal is pending. Once a code is redeemed, plan to clear the rollover. Our SlotoCash welcome bonus page has the full terms.

Is Silver Oak cashback a non-sticky alternative?

In a way, yes: Silver Oak rewards deposits made without a bonus, which is the closest thing on this page to keeping your cash free. Its cash-back promotion pays 30% on bonus-free deposits of $1,001 to $5,000, 40% on $5,001 to $10,000 and 50% above $10,000, credited on Mondays at 30x. Your deposit plays as cash, so a win can be withdrawn under normal banking rules, while the cashback carries its own wagering. Note the 8% fee, with a $4 minimum, if a deposit isn’t wagered at least once before withdrawal. Our best cashback casinos list compares rebate terms.

What is a phantom bonus?

A phantom bonus is one you can play with but never withdraw: the bonus amount is removed from your balance when you cash out, even after wagering is cleared. It’s a form of sticky bonus. Here’s a simple illustration: you deposit $100, take a $100 phantom bonus, clear the rollover and finish with $500. At cashout the $100 bonus is deducted, so $400 is withdrawable. A non-sticky bonus works differently, letting you leave with a cash win before the bonus is touched. None of our partners labels its bonuses either way, so check the terms. Our sticky bonus guide explains the variations.

Can I play blackjack with a non-sticky bonus?

You can play blackjack on your cash, but bonus play on blackjack is heavily restricted at every partner on this list. Miami Club counts blackjack at just 5% toward its 20x wagering and forbids roulette with an active bonus. Silver Oak sets 60x on table games and video poker. SlotoCash’s welcome terms limit bonus play to slots, Real-Series slots, keno and scratch cards and say play on other games voids promotion winnings. If you mostly play blackjack, the cleanest route is to deposit without a code so table play stays bonus-free. Our table games bonus page covers the options.

Can I get a non-sticky casino bonus in Indiana?

Not from a state-licensed online casino, because Indiana doesn’t license any: the Indiana Gaming Commission says the state’s illegal gambling statute specifically makes gambling over the internet illegal. Online sports betting is legal there, launched in October 2019, and the state has 13 casino properties. Indiana also banned dual-currency sweepstakes casinos under HEA 1052 from July 1, 2026. The casinos ranked on this page are offshore and not licensed by Indiana or any state, so check the law before claiming any bonus. Our Indiana online casinos page explains the state’s rules in detail.
