Best craps casinos for US players

The best craps casinos for US players on our list are Silver Oak, Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness, four offshore RealTime Gaming casinos where craps shows up in the casino’s terms or in reviewers’ reports. None is licensed by a US state. Below: the ranking, the dice math behind every bet, and why craps won’t clear a bonus.

Key takeaways

  • Craps at these four casinos is RNG craps from RealTime Gaming; reviewers report no live dealer tables.
  • In standard rules the pass line costs about 1.41% of what you bet, and the odds bet behind it adds no house edge of its own.
  • Silver Oak’s own terms exclude craps from bonus play, and reviewers say craps doesn’t count at Planet 7.
  • All four are offshore; three have been named by Michigan’s regulator as illegal offshore operators.

Which are the best craps casinos for US players?

Our four best craps casinos are Silver Oak, Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness. Each runs RealTime Gaming, whose table catalog includes online craps, and each has a published reason to think the dice are in its lobby, from the casino’s own terms to reviewers’ lobby lists.

The order is commercial. We earn a commission when you join through our links, and partners are ranked by how well the published evidence fits craps. Nobody on our team has played at these casinos; the entries are built from casino terms, third-party reviews and regulator releases, and each fact says which.

Every casino here is offshore. None holds a US state license, so there’s no state regulator to hear a complaint and no state-backed protection for the money in your account. Craps is a fast game with real costs, so the sections on dice odds and bet choice matter as much as the ranking.

How the best online craps casinos were ranked

A craps player gets little from a welcome bonus, because craps is excluded or doesn’t count at all four casinos. What decides the ranking is how solid the evidence is that craps is offered, how clearly the cashier rules are published, and what regulators and reviewers have said.

BankingCaps, fees and times on the casino’s pagesFigures only from reviewers, in conflict
Regulator recordNo action found in releases checkedNamed in a cease-and-desist letter

SlotoCash and Decode don’t appear because nothing we rely on confirms a craps table at either, and SlotoCash’s bonus terms exclude table games anyway. Miami Club, our second-ranked partner, isn’t ranked either: it runs WGS games rather than RTG, and its homepage lists table games without naming craps. If you look at it, note that its Terms of Use (v2.1, September 28, 2026, section 1.6) list the United States as a prohibited jurisdiction, while the site owner’s affiliate program confirms US players are accepted, so confirm your eligibility at sign-up.

1. Silver Oak: craps listed in its bonus exclusions

Silver Oak tops the list because craps is named in its terms and conditions (opens in a new tab): the list of games excluded from bonus play includes craps, baccarat, roulette, sic bo, pai gow poker and casino war. A game has to exist to be excluded, which makes this the strongest evidence on the page.

Silver Oak is also the only partner that names its operator and license: Primrose Media Limited, registered in Anjouan and licensed under that island’s Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005. Third parties disagree, with one listing no license and mentioning Costa Rica, so check the current terms before you deposit.

Its banking page lists Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum deposits from $30 with no fee and card deposits up to $1,000 with 3–10% fees. Bitcoin withdrawals run $50 to $2,500 per request. The weekly cap starts at $2,500, and the monthly cap is $5,000 or $10,000 depending on your balance relative to deposits. Michigan named Silver Oak in its April 9, 2025 release (opens in a new tab). Our Silver Oak review has the full picture.

2. Planet 7: craps confirmed by a reviewer’s bonus notes

Planet 7’s official site couldn’t be read for our research, so this entry is third-party throughout. One reviewer’s write-up of its $25 no-deposit chip says baccarat, roulette and craps don’t count toward wagering, which tells you craps is in the lobby but useless for clearing bonuses.

Reviewers report a $2,500 weekly cap, minimum withdrawals of $50 or $100 depending on the source, and no withdrawal fees. Reported payout times run from a five- to seven-day pending period to more than a month, and one reviewer lists it with a warning for slow payments.

The Michigan Gaming Control Board named Planet 7 in the same April 9, 2025 release as Silver Oak, a letter to 13 unlicensed operators based in Curaçao, Costa Rica and Anjouan. The operator is reported as BTK Ltd or Ace Revenue Group. See our Planet 7 table games page.

3. Royal Ace: craps reported in its RTG lobby

Craps appears in the lobby lists reported for Royal Ace’s group of RTG casinos, not on any page we could read from the casino itself. That’s weaker evidence, so open the lobby before you deposit. Reviewers list 356 slots and no live dealer games.

Reported caps are $2,500 a week and $5,000 a month, with a $20 minimum withdrawal. One reviewer lists a pending period of seven to ten days and 10 to 14 days for bank transfers, and says there are no weekend cashouts. One reviewer’s data says it doesn’t accept players from Ohio.

Royal Ace isn’t among the partners named in the Michigan releases cited on this page. Third parties report its operator as Emoney Processing, Primrose Media or Ace Revenue Group, and its license as Costa Rica or none. Our Royal Ace table games page goes further.

4. Slot Madness: check the lobby for the dice

Slot Madness is the most slot-heavy casino here, and one reviewer describes it as powered entirely by RealTime Gaming with around 300 games. Craps is in the lobby lists reported for this RTG group, but the reviewer who names its table games lists European Roulette and Keno rather than craps. Check the lobby before you deposit.

Reviewers report the same caps as Royal Ace, $2,500 a week and $5,000 a month, and players quoted by one reviewer describe seven to ten business days to get paid. Crypto options are reported as Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, USDT, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash and XRP.

Michigan named Slot Madness in its August 14, 2025 order (opens in a new tab) to 15 illegal online gambling operators. Its license is reported as Anjouan, Costa Rica or none. See our Slot Madness review.

Silver Oak is the only casino here where the craps evidence, the license and the banking all come from its own pages. The other three depend on reviewers, and reviewers don’t always agree.

Craps odds: the 36 dice combinations

Every craps bet rests on one fact: two six-sided dice make 36 equally likely combinations. Count the ways to roll a total and you have its probability, whether the dice are real or generated by a random number generator. This table is plain arithmetic, not a casino figure.

Ways to roll each total with two dice
TotalWaysProbabilityTrue odds against
2 or 121 each2.78%35 to 1
3 or 112 each5.56%17 to 1
4 or 103 each8.33%11 to 1
5 or 94 each11.11%8 to 1
6 or 85 each13.89%6.2 to 1
7616.67%5 to 1

Use the last column to judge any bet. If the game pays less than the true odds, the gap is the house edge. An Any Seven bet, for example, has true odds of 5 to 1; whatever RTG pays below that is what the casino keeps. Our how to play craps guide explains the come-out roll and the point.

Which craps bets cost least: pass line, come and odds

Under standard rules, the pass line wins 244 times in every 495 decisions on average and loses 251. The difference, 7 out of 495, is a house edge of about 1.41%. The come bet works the same way once a point is set, so it costs the same.

The odds bet, placed behind a pass or come bet after a point is set, pays at true odds in standard rules, so it carries no house edge of its own. Adding odds puts more money in play without raising the cost of your base bet. How much odds RTG allows, and whether its version follows standard payouts, isn’t published in our sources, so read the game’s help screen.

Proposition bets in the middle of the table, such as Any Seven, hard ways and single-roll totals, pay more but sit much further below true odds in standard games. A simple rule of thumb: the bigger the payout on a one-roll bet, the more you should compare it with the table above before betting.

Expected cost per hour, standard pass line at 1.41%
Bet sizeDecisions per hourWagered per hourExpected cost
$560$300$4.23
$1060$600$8.46
$2560$1,500$21.15

Sixty decisions an hour is an assumption; RNG craps can run faster, which raises the hourly cost in direct proportion. Our house edge explained guide shows the formula: total wagered times house edge.

Craps and casino bonuses: excluded across the board

Don’t plan on clearing a welcome bonus at the craps table. Silver Oak’s terms list craps among games that can’t be played with bonus funds. Reviewers say craps doesn’t count toward Planet 7’s no-deposit chip. The welcome bonuses reported for Royal Ace and Slot Madness name slots, keno or parlor games, and craps isn’t among them.

The reason is the low edge on pass and odds bets: a casino can’t offer a 30x bonus on a game that costs about 1.41% without losing money on it. Playing craps with an active bonus can void the bonus and any winnings, so finish slot wagering first or deposit without a bonus. Our bonus game weighting page explains how these rules are set.

How to start playing craps online, step by step

  1. Check what your state’s law says on our states hub. Only seven states license online casinos, and none of these four casinos is licensed by a state.
  2. Choose a casino and confirm craps is in the lobby; for Royal Ace and Slot Madness the evidence is reported, not confirmed.
  3. Deposit without a bonus, or clear any slot bonus first, so a craps roll can’t void it.
  4. Send ID documents straight away; withdrawals at these casinos wait on verification.
  5. Open the craps game’s help screen and compare the payouts with the true odds in the dice table above.
  6. Stick to pass, come and odds bets if you want the lowest cost, and set a loss limit for the session.

Our bankroll management guide helps you size bets so a cold run doesn’t end the session in minutes.

Other craps casinos you’ll see

Search for online craps casinos and you’ll also find Ignition Casino, Bovada and Las Atlantis Casino, among others. We review those brands separately but don’t rank them, because this page ranks only our partners, and that choice is commercial.

Before you join any craps site, check whether it names an operator and license on its own pages, whether craps counts toward bonuses, and what the weekly cap and payout times are. Our how to choose an online casino guide lists the checks.

Is online craps legal in the US?

Real money online craps is legal and state-licensed only in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Maine legalized tribal online casinos in January 2026, but none had launched by October 2026 and a lawsuit is pending. In every other state, no state licenses online casinos. The federal UIGEA targets payment processing for unlawful internet gambling and doesn’t make a bet a federal crime for the player; state law decides the rest. Our offshore casinos legality page explains more.

Michigan’s regulator has named three of these four casinos. Our Michigan page covers its enforcement actions in context.

Craps winnings are taxable federal income. From tax year 2026, the loss deduction is reported to be capped at 90% of losses under the 2025 tax law; check IRS guidance. Our gambling taxes page has the details.

If gambling stops being fun, call or text the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), run by NCPG, or use the chat at the NCPG helpline page (opens in a new tab).

Frequently asked questions

What is the best online craps casino for US players?

On our commercial ranking, Silver Oak is the best craps casino because its own terms name craps and it publishes its operator, Anjouan license and banking rules. It remains offshore, with no US state license, and Michigan’s regulator named it in April 2025. Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness follow on reviewer evidence. See all our lists on the best online casinos hub or read the Silver Oak review.

What is the best bet in craps?

In standard craps, the pass line and come bets cost about 1.41% of what you wager, and the odds bet behind them pays at true odds, so it adds no house edge of its own. Proposition bets pay more but sit further below true odds. Check the help screen in RTG’s game, because its odds limits and payouts aren’t published in our sources. Our pass line and odds bet glossary entries explain each bet.

Can I use a casino bonus on craps?

Not at the casinos ranked here. Silver Oak’s terms exclude craps from bonus play, and reviewers say craps doesn’t count toward Planet 7’s no-deposit wagering. The main offers reported for Royal Ace and Slot Madness are slot-focused. Playing an excluded game can void a bonus and its winnings, so clear slot wagering first or skip the bonus. Our table games bonus page and wagering requirements guide explain the rules.

Is RTG craps at offshore casinos rigged?

There’s no evidence that RTG craps is rigged, but no US state audits these offshore casinos. Third-party sources say RTG games are tested by Technical Systems Testing, and each roll comes from a random number generator. You can check one thing yourself: compare each payout with the true dice odds. If a bet pays below true odds, that gap is the house edge. Our how RNGs work guide and are RTG games fair answer explain more.

Can you play craps online for real money in the USA?

Yes in the seven states that license online casinos, and at offshore sites elsewhere, which no US state licenses. New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island have state-licensed options with state protections. The four casinos on this page are offshore, so check what your own state’s law says first. Our states with legal online casinos page and states hub have the details.

How much does online craps cost per hour?

Multiply what you wager per hour by the house edge. At 60 pass line bets of $10, you wager $600; at the standard 1.41% edge, the expected cost is $8.46 an hour. Faster play or proposition bets raise that figure. Short sessions vary widely, but over time the house edge is the likely result. Our casino math basics guide and gambling budget guide show how to plan.

Do these craps casinos have live dealers?

No, according to reviewers. Third-party reviews report no live dealer games at Planet 7, Royal Ace, Slot Madness or Silver Oak, and Silver Oak’s own pages don’t mention live dealer tables. Craps here is RNG craps from RealTime Gaming, played against software rather than a dealer on camera. If you want a streamed table, see our best live dealer casinos page and the live dealer guide.

How long do craps casino withdrawals take?

Often one to several weeks, by published and reported figures. Silver Oak’s terms allow 7–10 business days for review plus 7–10 for payment. Reviewers report pending periods of five to ten days at Planet 7 and Royal Ace, and some waits of a month or more. Weekly caps start at $2,500, so large wins arrive in installments. Our withdrawal times page and casino withdrawal delays guide explain what to do.

Is online craps legal in Pennsylvania?

Yes, real-money online craps is legal in Pennsylvania at casinos licensed by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. As of February 2026 the board listed 12 certificate holders running 25 authorized online brands, and those sites come with state oversight. The four craps casinos ranked on this page aren't among them: they're offshore, and no US state licenses them. If you're in Pennsylvania, a state-licensed site gives you a regulator to complain to. Our Pennsylvania online casino page and Pennsylvania gambling laws cover the details.

What is the minimum deposit at an online craps casino?

At the craps casinos ranked here, deposits start at about $30, with lower reported minimums for Lightning Bitcoin. Silver Oak's own banking page lists $30 minimums for Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and cards, with card fees of 3–10%. Reviewers report $30 card minimums at Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness and $5 for Lightning Bitcoin. On pass line bets of $5, a $30 deposit covers six decisions before any wins, so size your bets to the deposit. Our minimum deposits page compares more casinos.

Can I play craps on my phone at these casinos?

Yes, all four craps casinos here run in a mobile browser rather than through an App Store app. Silver Oak's own pages describe a browser casino for iPhone, Android and tablets, plus a Windows download client. Reviewers report instant play in mobile browsers at Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness, with no dedicated app. Open the lobby on your phone and confirm craps loads before you deposit, because the game list can differ by device. Our best mobile casinos list and mobile casino guide explain browser play.

Is craps cheaper to play than online slots?

On the pass line, usually yes. Standard pass line bets cost about 1.41% of what you wager, while an RTG slot like Achilles, listed by a third party at 95% RTP, keeps about 5% over time. Wager $600 an hour on each and the expected cost is $8.46 on the pass line against $30 on that slot. Proposition bets narrow or reverse the gap, and slot results swing far more in short sessions. Our house edge explained guide shows the formula behind both figures.

Does Miami Club Casino have craps?

It isn't confirmed. Miami Club runs WGS (Wager Gaming) software rather than RealTime Gaming, and its homepage lists table games without naming craps, which is why it isn't ranked on this craps list. Check the lobby before depositing if craps is your game. On eligibility, its Terms of Use (v2.1, September 28, 2026, section 1.6) list the United States as a prohibited jurisdiction, while its affiliate program confirms US players are accepted, so confirm at sign-up. Our Miami Club review has its full game and banking picture.

What is the best way to withdraw craps winnings?

Bitcoin is usually the cheapest published route at these casinos, though not always the quickest. Silver Oak's banking page lists Bitcoin withdrawals from $50 to $2,500 with fees of $0–$40 and 7–10 days, and checks or wires from $100. Reviewers report Bitcoin, wire and check payouts at Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness, with no withdrawal fees but pending periods of five to ten days. Verify your ID before the first request. Our how to withdraw from an online casino guide walks through each step.
