Missouri online casino bonuses come only from offshore casinos, because Missouri licenses no online casino; the state's licensed online gambling is limited to sports betting. Those offshore bonuses carry wagering of roughly 20x to 40x the deposit plus bonus, and the math below shows why most cost more to clear than they add.
Every online casino bonus offered to Missouri players comes from an offshore site with no Missouri license.
Wagering is usually counted on deposit plus bonus: $200 at 30x means $6,000 in bets before you can cash out.
At a 3% house edge, clearing that $6,000 costs about $180 on average, more than a $100 bonus is worth.
Blackjack and video poker often carry double wagering or don't count; check the game weighting.
Silver Oak's own terms conflict on wagering (30x vs 40x), and Decode's terms aren't visible on its site.

Missouri online casino bonuses and state law
No Missouri-licensed online casino exists, so no casino bonus offered to Missouri players online comes with state oversight. The Missouri Gaming Commission (opens in a new tab) licenses the state's 13 commercial casinos and, since December 1, 2025, sports wagering; online slots and table games for real money aren't part of that system. Our Missouri gambling laws page has the detail, and the Missouri hub covers the wider options.
That matters for bonuses in a specific way. Offshore casinos write their own bonus rules and can change them, and there's no state regulator to hear a complaint if a bonus is voided or winnings are capped. Promotions from Missouri's licensed sportsbooks are a separate matter, covered on the Missouri sports betting page.
Types of online casino bonuses offered to Missouri players
Offshore casinos use the same handful of bonus formats. Each one is shown below with a real example from a partner's terms, so you can see the conditions attached.

Welcome bonus wagering at our partner casinos compared
Wagering is the number that decides a bonus's real value. Lower is better, and the basis matters: almost all of these count the deposit plus the bonus, not the bonus alone.
Published or reported welcome wagering (October 2026)
None of these is a Missouri-licensed casino, and the packages above are the casinos' own published or reported terms, which can differ from the offers via our links. Our low wagering casinos list ranks partners on this measure alone.
How wagering requirements work, in dollars
A wagering requirement is the total you must bet before bonus-linked money becomes withdrawable. It's not money you lose; it's turnover, and the house edge takes a slice of every bet along the way.
Add the deposit and the bonus if the terms say "deposit + bonus": $100 + $100 = $200.
Multiply by the requirement: $200 × 30 = $6,000 at Silver Oak's offer-page rate, or $200 × 40 = $8,000 at its terms rate.
Divide by your bet size to see the number of bets: $6,000 ÷ $1 = 6,000 one-dollar spins.
Adjust for game weighting: a game that counts 10% needs ten times as much play.
Check the max bet rule while wagering so a single large bet doesn't void the bonus.
What clearing a Missouri casino bonus costs on average
Expected cost is total wagered × house edge. RTG's 777 slot has a reported 97% RTP (a 3% edge; third-party figure, and casinos can set an RTP range), so it's a reasonable best case for slots. Many slots return less.

In every row, the average cost of wagering is larger than the bonus or close to it. That doesn't mean nobody wins; results vary widely, and a lucky run can leave you ahead. It does mean a bonus extends play rather than adding value on average. The expected value of a bonus guide shows the full method.
Game weighting and excluded games
Casino bonuses are built for slots. Silver Oak's terms set 60x for blackjack and video poker instead of 30x or 40x, and exclude baccarat, craps, roulette, pai gow poker, Pontoon 21, sic bo, war, crash and shooting games, live dealer games and progressives entirely. Miami Club counts video poker at 10% and blackjack at 5%, and forbids roulette while a bonus is active.
Treat any claim that a bonus works well on table games with suspicion. Even where blackjack is allowed, its weighting usually wipes out its lower house edge. Our page on bonus game weighting has more examples.
Decode Casino bonuses for Missouri players
Decode's own site advertises a "$111 Free Chip + Crypto Bonus" on pages such as its banking page (opens in a new tab), but no bonus terms are visible there, because the site is a JavaScript app that didn't render them. Everything else comes from third-party reviews, so treat it as reported rather than settled.
EASY25CODE: 400% on a $25 minimum deposit, 35x deposit plus bonus, no max cashout reported.
DECODE111: 111% up to $1,111, 25x deposit plus bonus, $25 minimum.
RTG50GRANDE: 50 spins on 777 without a deposit, 40x, $200 max cashout, $10 max bet.
Cashback: 25%, with 20x wagering.
Validity: 90 days, according to one review.
Another reviewer lists a 500% match plus 50 spins on Johnny Cash at 30x, without a cap, code or minimum. Codes rotate, and some reported codes have already expired, so confirm in the cashier. Decode is reported to refuse players from Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington, not Missouri. See the Decode bonus codes page for updates.
Silver Oak bonuses: welcome package, cashback and VIP
Silver Oak publishes more of its bonus terms than most offshore brands. The new member offer page (opens in a new tab) describes a $10,000 package of 100% matches on each of the first ten deposits, with codes SILVEROAK1 to SILVEROAK10, 30x playthrough (60x for blackjack and video poker) and no max withdrawal. Its terms and conditions (opens in a new tab) give 40x for slots, keno, bingo and scratch cards instead, so check which applies when you claim.
Beyond the welcome package, the casino lists cashback of 30% to 50% on deposits over $1,000 made without a bonus (30x wagering), birthday chips valid for seven days, a $777 re-deposit bonus and comp points worth $1 per 100 that expire after 12 months. VIP tiers from Silver to Elite add deposit bonuses of 250% to 325% and monthly cashback of 4% to 35%. Read the Silver Oak welcome bonus page for tier details.
Max cashout, max bet and expiry rules to check
Three smaller rules decide whether a bonus win reaches you. A max cashout caps what you can withdraw from bonus play: third-party reviews report $1,000 on Planet 7's 200% code and $200 on Decode's free spins. A max bet rule limits each stake while wagering, such as Decode's reported $10. Expiry sets the deadline, which one review puts at 90 days for Decode; Silver Oak's offer page doesn't state one.
Turning a bonus down is often sensible. Without one, your deposit can be withdrawn without wagering, a fast payout is more likely and table games are open to you. At Silver Oak, playing a deposit over $1,000 without a bonus also qualifies for its cashback offer. See bonus vs no bonus for a side-by-side.
Bonuses are designed to keep you playing longer, so set a budget first and stop when it's spent. Missouri's helpline is 1-888-BETSOFF (1-888-238-7633), and the national NCPG line is 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), with text and chat at NCPG's help and treatment page (opens in a new tab).
Casino bonus offers available to Missouri readers
Decode and Silver Oak run RealTime Gaming slots and offer the bonuses described above, but both are offshore and licensed by no US state, and Missouri licenses no online casino. Check Missouri law before signing up; no state body will help if a bonus is voided or a withdrawal stalls. Offers are for new players aged 21+ (18+ where allowed), and terms apply.
Decode Casino: $5,000 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Decode's terms couldn't be read on its site; third-party reviews report 25x to 35x deposit plus bonus and a $25 minimum deposit on its coded offers.
Silver Oak Casino: $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Silver Oak's own package is 100% on each of ten deposits at 30x or 40x (sources conflict), no max withdrawal, with deposits from $30; its package shows no free spins, so the terms at sign-up apply.
Bonus funds and spins are for slots; table games are excluded or weighted lower. Michigan's regulator named Silver Oak in an April 9, 2025 cease-and-desist release. Read the Decode review and the Silver Oak review, or see real money casinos in Missouri for banking and tax.

Frequently asked questions
Are online casino bonuses legal in Missouri?
No online casino is licensed in Missouri, so no casino bonus offered online to Missouri players comes from a state-licensed operator. The bonuses you see come from offshore casinos that set their own rules, and the Missouri Gaming Commission doesn't oversee them. Licensed Missouri sportsbooks, live since December 1, 2025, run their own promotions. Our Missouri real money casinos page explains the legal position in more detail.
What is a good wagering requirement for a Missouri online casino bonus?
Lower is better, and 20x to 25x on deposit plus bonus is low among the partners covered here. Miami Club's terms set 20x for matches up to 100%, and SlotoCash's welcome terms say 25x. Silver Oak's terms show 30x or 40x, and third-party reviews report 30x at Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness. Always check whether the multiplier applies to the bonus alone or to deposit plus bonus. See bonus wagering requirements.
How do I calculate how much I need to bet to clear a bonus?
Multiply the amount the requirement applies to by the multiplier. With a $100 deposit and $100 bonus at 30x deposit plus bonus, that's $200 × 30 = $6,000 in bets. Then adjust for game weighting: a game counted at 10% needs ten times as much play. Average cost is the total bet times the house edge, about $180 at 3%. Our bonus value calculator method walks through each step.
Can Missouri players use a Silver Oak bonus on blackjack?
Yes, but at a heavy penalty. Silver Oak's terms set 60x wagering for blackjack and video poker, against 30x or 40x for slots, and Miami Club counts blackjack at just 5%. Many casinos exclude roulette, baccarat and craps outright while a bonus is active. Playing an excluded game can void the bonus and any winnings. Check the terms first, and see our best bonus for blackjack guide.
What does max cashout mean on a Decode or Planet 7 bonus?
It's the most you can withdraw from bonus-linked play, however much you win. Third-party reviews report a $1,000 cap on Planet 7's 200% code and $200 on Decode's no-deposit spins, while Silver Oak's welcome offer page says there's no max withdrawal. Anything above the cap is removed when you cash out. Caps are most common on free chips and spins. Our max cashout explained guide covers the details.
Do Decode bonus codes work for Missouri players?
Decode isn't reported to refuse Missouri players; third-party reviews list Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington as refused states. Its codes, such as DECODE111 and EASY25CODE, come from third-party reviews because the casino's own terms aren't visible on its site. Codes rotate and some reported ones have expired, so confirm in the cashier before depositing. Check the Decode bonus codes page for the latest.
Is an offshore casino bonus worth taking for Missouri players?
Often not, if you judge it by average value. Clearing a $100 bonus at 30x deposit plus bonus means $6,000 in bets, which costs about $180 on average at a 3% house edge. A bonus can still be worth it for longer play on slots, if you accept the rules and the slower withdrawal. Skip it if you want fast, flexible payouts or table games. See bonus vs no bonus.
Do Decode and Silver Oak bonuses expire?
Decode's reportedly do, while Silver Oak's offer page gives no deadline. One review puts Decode's bonus validity at 90 days, SlotoCash's general terms also give 90 days, and Miami Club says its deposit bonuses stay active until wagering is met. Silver Oak's offer page doesn't state an expiry. If time runs out, the bonus and any winnings from it are removed. Our bonus expiry page lists common rules.
What are Silver Oak's bonus codes for Missouri players?
Silver Oak's own new member page lists SILVEROAK1 to SILVEROAK10, one code for each of its first ten deposits, each giving a 100% match toward a $10,000 total. That page states 30x playthrough, 60x for blackjack and video poker, and no max withdrawal, while its general terms say 40x on slots, so check which applies when you claim. Deposits start at $30. The package differs from the $2,500 + 50 spins offer via our link, and the terms shown at sign-up apply. Codes change. See Silver Oak bonus codes and the guide to match bonuses.
Do Missouri sportsbook promotions count as casino bonuses?
No. Missouri's licensed sportsbooks, live since December 1, 2025, run their own promotions under the Missouri Gaming Commission's oversight, and those offers apply to sports bets, not online slots or table games. Missouri licenses no online casino, so any casino-style bonus you see online comes from an offshore site with no state regulator behind it. The two kinds of offer also differ on who you can complain to if something goes wrong. Our Missouri sports betting page covers the licensed side, and player protections offshore vs licensed explains the difference.
How does Silver Oak's cashback bonus work?
Silver Oak's own pages list cashback of 30% to 50% on deposits over $1,000 that you play without a bonus, with 30x wagering on the cashback. So a $1,000 deposit at the 30% rate would return $300, and if the 30x applies to that $300, you'd need $9,000 in bets before it's withdrawable. VIP tiers add monthly cashback of 4% to 35%. Cashback softens a losing session but doesn't change the house edge, and its wagering costs money too. Our cashback bonus page explains the format, and the Silver Oak VIP program page lists the tiers.
Does Miami Club have the lowest bonus wagering for Missouri players?
Among our partners, yes on paper: Miami Club's bonus terms set 20x deposit plus bonus for matches up to 100%, with no cap stated on deposit-bonus cashouts. On a $100 deposit with a $100 match, that's $4,000 in bets, about $120 on average at a 3% edge. Its own published package is up to $800 over eight deposits, while the offer via our link is $4,000 Bonus + 285 Bonus Games (21+, terms apply). Its Terms of Use (section 1.6) list the US as prohibited, but the site owner's affiliate program confirms US players are accepted, so confirm at sign-up. See the Miami Club welcome bonus page.
Do Missouri players pay tax on casino bonus winnings?
Yes, money you withdraw after clearing a bonus counts as gambling winnings and is taxable federal income, whether it comes from an offshore site or a Missouri casino floor. For 2026, slot wins of $2,000 or more trigger a W-2G from a payer that issues one, and offshore casinos don't publish whether they do. The loss deduction is reported to be capped at 90% of losses from tax year 2026; check IRS guidance. Missouri's state treatment isn't covered by our sources, so ask a tax professional. Our gambling taxes guide and the keeping gambling records guide explain what to save.
