Royal Ace vs Cafe Casino is mostly a question of what each one is willing to put in writing. Cafe publishes its operators, a Curaçao license number, its excluded states and its payout targets; Royal Ace publishes none of those in our record. Cafe's bonus clock is short, though, and Royal Ace's reported terms are looser on time.
Cafe's welcome page names Arbol Media B.V. and Curaçao license OGL/2024/670/0711, plus an Anjouan license with no number; Royal Ace shows no license.
Cafe's crypto bonus is 300% up to $2,000 plus 150 spins, at 40x on the bonus within 7 days; Royal Ace's offer via our link is $2,500 plus 35 free spins.
Cafe says crypto payouts arrive within 15 minutes of approval; reviewers report Royal Ace pending times of 7–10 days and a $2,500 weekly cap.
Cafe excludes Delaware, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey and New York; Royal Ace is reported to refuse Ohio.
Neither casino holds a US state license.

Royal Ace vs Cafe Casino: the quick verdict
If you value terms you can read before depositing, Cafe Casino is the more open of the pair. Its own pages list two operating companies, a Curaçao license number, the states it won't serve and target payout times by method. That's a much fuller record than Royal Ace offers, whose details all come from third-party reviewers.
Cafe's bonus is tighter on time, however. Its welcome offer gives just seven days to clear 40x wagering, and spin winnings are capped. Royal Ace's reported terms set no expiry in our record, but they carry a cash-out cap of 10 times the deposit and a long list of payout complaints.
Both are offshore, and neither is licensed by a US state. More head-to-heads are on our comparisons hub.
Licenses compared: two published at Cafe, none shown at Royal Ace
Cafe's welcome bonus page names Arbol Media B.V. (Curaçao, company number 145739) and Arachis Media (number 11547, Mutsamudu, Anjouan). It cites a Curaçao Gaming Authority license, OGL/2024/670/0711, and an Anjouan Gaming Board license without a number. The OGL/2024 format fits Curaçao's newer direct-licensing system; under the Curaçao Gaming Authority's LOK regime (opens in a new tab), in force since December 24, 2024, operators are licensed and supervised directly instead of through master-license holders.
Royal Ace shows no license on its site as recorded. AskGamblers reports a Costa Rica license with no number; Casino Guru and LCB report no license at all. Operator reports are split too: Emoney Processing Ltd. (AskGamblers), Primrose Media Limited (Casino Guru) and Ace Revenue Group (LCB and CasinoListings).
A Curaçao or Anjouan license isn't a US license. Neither gives you a state regulator to complain to or state protection of your balance. Our Curaçao license guide explains what the reform changed and what it didn't.
Royal Ace vs Cafe welcome bonus: crypto and card versions
Cafe splits its welcome offer by payment type. Crypto deposits get 300% up to $2,000 plus 150 free spins in three batches of 50; card deposits get 200% up to $1,500 plus 75 spins. The minimum deposit is $20, wagering is 40x on bonus and spin winnings within 7 days, and spin winnings are capped at $100 a day and $300 in total. The offer has run since December 8, 2025, according to the page.
Royal Ace's offer through our link is $2,500 plus 35 free spins. Behind that headline, Casino Guru reports (opens in a new tab) 250% up to $2,500 plus 35 spins without wagering details, and LCB reports (opens in a new tab) a 200% package up to $4,000 at 30x deposit plus bonus for slots and parlor games, 60x for blackjack and video poker, with a cash-out cap of 10x the deposit. The two sources don't agree, so the terms at sign-up apply.

The 7-day clock: what Cafe's 40x rule asks of you
Expiry turns a wagering multiple into a pace. The sums below use a 4% house edge only as an example; it isn't a figure for any particular game.
Cafe, $100 by crypto: the 300% match adds $300, and 40x on the bonus is $12,000 of wagering.
Spread over 7 days, that's roughly $1,714 of bets a day, or about 1,714 spins a day at $1 each.
At a 4% edge, $12,000 of wagering costs about $480 in expected losses, more than the $300 bonus.
Cafe, $100 by card: a $200 bonus and $8,000 of wagering, about $320 expected, again over 7 days.
Royal Ace under LCB's terms: a $200 bonus on $100, $9,000 of slot wagering and about $360 expected, with no expiry in our record but a $1,000 cash-out cap.
The point isn't which casino is cheaper; at these sizes, both bonuses are expected to cost more in play than they add. If a seven-day deadline would push you to play longer than you want, skip the bonus. Our bonus expiry guide and how to clear a casino bonus explain the trade-offs.
Free spins at Royal Ace and Cafe
Cafe's 150 crypto spins (or 75 on card deposits) come with winnings capped at $100 a day and $300 overall, and those winnings carry the same 40x requirement. A lucky run on the spins can't produce more than $300 of spin winnings to clear.
Royal Ace's 35 spins via our link don't have a verified game or cap in our record. Spins at both casinos are for slots only, and table games are usually excluded or weighted lower when you clear wagering. Read our free spins guide and free spins winnings for how these caps work.
Withdrawal speed and caps at Royal Ace vs Cafe
Cafe publishes payout targets on its own blog: crypto "within 15 minutes of approval", checks in 4 to 7 business days and bank wires in 5 to 10 business days. Its minimum withdrawal and any weekly cap aren't in our record. Approval itself still has to happen first, so the 15-minute figure starts only after the casino signs off.
For Royal Ace, AskGamblers reports (opens in a new tab) a 7 to 10 day pending period and 10 to 14 days for bank transfers, with no weekend cashouts. Reviewers report a $2,500 weekly cap and $5,000 monthly cap, and LCB warns of delayed payments that can run past a month.

Crypto payout
Bitcoin listed; timing within the 7–10 day pending period
Cafe lists BTC, Bitcoin SV, Bitcoin Cash, ETH, USDT, LTC and Bitcoin Lightning. LCB reports that Royal Ace takes BTC, DOGE, ETH, LTC, USDT and XRP, with a $5 Lightning Bitcoin minimum; Casino Guru also lists Bitcoin Cash, Binance Coin, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Since US banks often decline gambling transactions on cards, crypto tends to be the smoother route at both. At Cafe it also decides which welcome bonus you get. If you're new to it, start with how to buy Bitcoin for casinos.
Excluded states: where Cafe and Royal Ace say no
Cafe's FAQ lists five excluded states: Delaware, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey and New York. Delaware and New Jersey both license their own online casinos, which helps explain their place on the list.
Royal Ace publishes no full list in our record. Casino Guru reports that it doesn't accept players from Ohio. A state's absence from either list isn't a sign that offshore play is lawful there; it only reflects the casino's own policy.
Games, mobile play and support
Royal Ace is reported to run RealTime Gaming and SpinLogic, with LCB counting 356 slots including Cash Bandits 2, Cash Bandits 3 and Paydirt!, and no live dealer section. Cafe's software providers aren't named in our record, so check its lobby for specific titles.
Cafe describes browser play with no download and mentions no app. AskGamblers lists Royal Ace for instant play, mobile and download. Casino Guru reports Royal Ace's live chat runs 24/7 once you've registered, with about a 10-minute average reply. Cafe's support channels aren't in our record.
Regulator record and complaint history
No regulator action naming Cafe Casino is in our record. Royal Ace isn't named in the Michigan releases on our record either.
Third-party complaint data is where Royal Ace stands out, and not in a good way. AskGamblers counts 378 complaints with 345 resolved and calls its relationship with the casino "terminated". LCB carries a warning for poor support and slow payment, Casino Guru gives a Safety Index of 6.6 with complaints about delayed withdrawals and a closed account, and CasinoListings blacklisted it in 2023. Our guide on how to spot a rogue casino lists the warning signs to check.
Are Royal Ace and Cafe legal for US players?
Neither holds a license from any US state. State-licensed online casinos exist only in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Federal law, chiefly the UIGEA, targets payment processing rather than the individual bettor, which leaves your state's law as the deciding factor.
In practice, offshore play means no state regulator for disputes, no state-backed protection of balances, and terms set by the casino. Gambling winnings are taxable federal income wherever you win them. Our page on offshore casinos legality covers the details.
Royal Ace or Cafe: how to choose
Choose by transparency: Cafe publishes operators, a license number, excluded states and payout targets.
Choose by bonus pacing: Cafe's 7-day window suits only players who already plan that level of play; Royal Ace has no expiry in our record.
Choose by bonus headline: Royal Ace's $2,500 via our link is larger than Cafe's $2,000 crypto or $1,500 card cap.
Choose by payout record: Cafe's 15-minute crypto target compares with heavy reported delays at Royal Ace.
Check your state: residents of Delaware, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey and New York are excluded by Cafe; Ohio residents are reported to be refused by Royal Ace.
Cafe Casino isn't one of our partners, so the offer below is Royal Ace's. Royal Ace Casino: $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 35 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Reports on the terms conflict: one lists 250% to $2,500 without wagering, another lists 30x deposit plus bonus on slots, a 10x-deposit cash-out cap and a $30 card minimum, so rely on what sign-up shows.

Read is Cafe Casino legit for more.
How big is the Cafe Casino welcome bonus?
Cafe offers 300% up to $2,000 plus 150 free spins on crypto deposits, or 200% up to $1,500 plus 75 spins on card deposits. The minimum deposit is $20, and wagering is 40x on bonus and spin winnings within 7 days. Spin winnings are capped at $100 a day and $300 in total. How fast are Cafe Casino withdrawals compared with Royal Ace?
Cafe says crypto withdrawals arrive within 15 minutes of approval, with checks taking 4 to 7 business days and bank wires 5 to 10. AskGamblers reports Royal Ace holds withdrawals pending for 7 to 10 days, and LCB reports payments sometimes taking over a month. Royal Ace also has reported weekly and monthly caps. Our fast payout casinos list explains what to look for.
Which states does Cafe Casino exclude?
Cafe's FAQ lists Delaware, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey and New York as excluded. Royal Ace publishes no full list in our record, though Casino Guru reports it doesn't accept Ohio players. Being off a casino's excluded list doesn't make offshore play lawful in your state. Check what your state's law says on our states hub.
Does Royal Ace have a license like Cafe?
No license is shown on Royal Ace's site in our record. AskGamblers reports a Costa Rica license with no number, while Casino Guru and LCB say it has none. Cafe, by contrast, publishes a Curaçao Gaming Authority license number and an Anjouan license. Neither is a US license. Our Costa Rica casino license page explains why that label means little for players.
Can I use Bitcoin at Royal Ace and Cafe?
Yes, both list Bitcoin. Cafe accepts BTC, Bitcoin SV, Bitcoin Cash, ETH, USDT, LTC and Bitcoin Lightning, and crypto deposits qualify for its larger 300% bonus. LCB reports Royal Ace accepts BTC, DOGE, ETH, LTC, USDT and XRP, with a $5 Lightning minimum. Card deposits at offshore casinos are often declined by US banks. See our Bitcoin casinos page for more.
Does Royal Ace have a time limit on its bonus?
No expiry for the Royal Ace welcome bonus is published in our record, unlike Cafe's 7-day window. That doesn't mean there isn't one; the terms at sign-up may set a deadline. LCB reports 30x deposit plus bonus wagering and a cash-out cap of 10 times the deposit for the 200% package it lists. Check the cashier before you opt in, and see our Royal Ace welcome bonus page.
Can I play Cafe Casino in Maryland?
No, Cafe Casino lists Maryland among its five excluded states, and Maryland doesn't license online casinos in any case. The Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency says sports wagering and fantasy contests are the only legal forms of real-money online play there, and a state fiscal note says iGaming would need a voter referendum. Maryland does have 12 licensed online sportsbooks and six commercial casinos, including MGM National Harbor and Horseshoe Baltimore. Royal Ace publishes no state list, but that isn't permission. See online casinos in Maryland and states with legal online casinos.
How long has Cafe Casino been around compared with Royal Ace?
Royal Ace is the older brand: AskGamblers, Casino Guru and LCB all give 2009 as its launch year, while Cafe's operator blog says it opened in 2016. Age alone says little about how a casino treats players. Royal Ace's long history comes with 378 AskGamblers complaints and a CasinoListings blacklisting, while Cafe has no regulator action on our record and publishes its license number. Judge each on its terms, payout record and transparency instead. See who owns Royal Ace Casino and how to choose an online casino.
What is the minimum deposit at Royal Ace and Cafe Casino?
Cafe's welcome page sets a $20 minimum deposit, while LCB reports Royal Ace at $5 by Lightning Bitcoin and $30 by card. At Cafe, the deposit method also decides the offer: crypto gets the 300% match and 150 spins, cards get 200% and 75 spins. At Royal Ace, the offer via our link may carry its own minimum, so check the cashier. A smaller first deposit is a sensible way to test payouts before committing more. See our minimum deposits guide and the best low deposit casinos.
How much do I have to bet each day to clear Cafe's card bonus?
On a $100 card deposit, Cafe's 200% match adds $200, and 40x on the bonus means $8,000 of wagering inside the 7-day limit. That works out to about $1,143 of bets a day, or roughly 1,143 spins a day at $1. At an illustrative 4% house edge, the expected cost is about $320, more than the bonus itself. Royal Ace's reported terms set no expiry on our record, though its 10x-deposit cashout cap still applies. If the pace doesn't suit you, skip the bonus. See Cafe Casino bonus and the expected value of a bonus.
Is Cafe Casino linked to Ignition?
Cafe's pages share details with Ignition's that suggest a link, though neither casino says so. Cafe names Arachis Media, number 11547, in Mutsamudu on Anjouan, and Ignition's terms also name Arachis Media Ltd as their licensed entity, alongside Bamboo Media at number 11548. Cafe's five excluded states, DE, MD, NV, NJ and NY, also match Ignition's list, and all five appear on Bovada's. Royal Ace sits in a different group, linked by reviewers to Ace Revenue Group. See Royal Ace vs Ignition and the Ignition Casino review.
Can I play Royal Ace or Cafe Casino on my phone?
Yes, both are reported to work in a mobile browser without an app. Cafe says its games play in the browser with no download needed and mentions no app. AskGamblers lists Royal Ace under instant play, mobile and download, and Casino Guru says its 24/7 live chat opens once you've registered. Since neither appears in the App Store or Google Play on our record, ignore app files offered through unknown links. Test the site on your phone before you deposit.
