Who owns Decode Casino?

Who owns Decode Casino is not disclosed anywhere on record: the footer reads only “Copyright © 2026 Decode Casino”, and the review sites that covered it couldn’t find an owner either. Decode is the newest of our partners, launched in 2024. Here is what is known about it, what isn’t, and how to weigh an anonymous operator before you deposit.

Key takeaways

  • Decode names no operating company; its footer shows only a copyright line.
  • Reviewers couldn’t find an owner, and one says no licensing information was found on the site.
  • Reported licenses are Curaçao, with no number, from two third-party listings.
  • Decode launched in 2024 and is reported to refuse players in Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington.
  • No US state licenses Decode, and without a named operator your only rulebook is its terms.

Who owns Decode Casino: not disclosed

Nobody publicly knows who owns Decode Casino. The casino’s own pages show no company name, registration number or license in the footer, only “Copyright © 2026 Decode Casino. All rights reserved.” LatestCasinoBonuses says its reviewer could not find the owner, and VegasSlotsOnline’s Decode review (opens in a new tab) says the owner is not stated.

That puts Decode at the opaque end of a scale on which most offshore casinos sit somewhere in the middle. Our Decode Casino review covers its games, bonuses and banking; this page is only about who stands behind it.

When Decode launched and what that means

Decode is young. VegasSlotsOnline dates its launch to March 2024 and LatestCasinoBonuses to June 2024, so it has around two and a half years of history, against 2007 for SlotoCash and 2009 for Royal Ace.

A short record means fewer complaint threads and ratings to judge by. LatestCasinoBonuses shows 3.3 out of 5 from 129 votes, with member allegations including no-deposit codes not honored and an account locked after a disputed max-bet ruling. Trustpilot shows 3.9 out of 5 from 125 reviews, with themes of slow or canceled withdrawals and repeated document rejection. Our is Decode Casino legit page goes through these reports.

Decode Casino license: Curaçao claims without a number

Both third-party listings point to Curaçao, but neither gives a number, and one contradicts itself. LatestCasinoBonuses lists the Curaçao Gaming Authority in its data panel while its review text says no licensing information was found. VegasSlotsOnline names the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.

That second name is out of date. The Curaçao Gaming Authority (opens in a new tab) succeeded the Gaming Control Board, and the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK), in force since December 24, 2024, replaced the old sublicense system with direct licensing. A current Curaçao license would come with a number you could look up. Our Curaçao license guide explains the reform.

Even a verified Curaçao license is issued under Curaçao law. It is not a US state license and gives you no US regulator to complain to.

Decode software: RTG and a long list of studios

The casino’s own site title advertises “300+ RTG slots” and Star Trek-branded games, which makes RealTime Gaming the one provider Decode confirms itself. Reviewers list far more: LatestCasinoBonuses names RTG, Rival, Betsoft, BGaming and around 30 others, and VegasSlotsOnline counts 17 providers and about 2,500 games.

LatestCasinoBonuses adds that US players can’t open some of those studios, including Pragmatic Play, Habanero and Yggdrasil. Game studios supply software; they don’t own the casino, so the provider list tells you nothing about ownership. Our Decode slots page covers the lobby.

Decode and US regulators

Decode is not named in the three Michigan Gaming Control Board releases that named other partners: April 9, 2025 (Silver Oak and Planet 7), August 14, 2025 (Miami Club and Slot Madness) and October 8, 2026 (opens in a new tab) (SlotoCash). That isn’t an approval, since Michigan treats every unlicensed online casino as illegal there.

VegasSlotsOnline reports that Decode refuses players from Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington. Decode doesn’t publish a full restricted-state list, so check before you sign up. Our Michigan online casinos page and our cease-and-desist letters explainer give the regulator’s view.

What an anonymous owner means for your Decode balance

If you can’t name the company, you can’t name who owes you a withdrawal. These are the reported terms that matter most:

  • Weekly caps conflict: LatestCasinoBonuses lists $2,500 a week for Bitcoin and wire and $3,000 for check, but its review text says $5,000; VegasSlotsOnline says $5,000 weekly.
  • Minimums: $100 for Bitcoin withdrawals; wire is listed with a minimum in euros.
  • Verification: ID, proof of address, proof of payment ownership and a selfie with ID, reviewed in 0–2 days, per LatestCasinoBonuses.
  • Support: 24/7 live chat and email, though members report times with no agent available.

Decode’s responsible gambling tools aren’t published in any form on record. Our Decode withdrawals and Decode verification pages cover the process in detail.

Disclosure isn’t a safety rating: Silver Oak names its operator and still draws heavy complaints. But a name gives you somewhere to start. Our Decode vs Silver Oak comparison shows how the most and least transparent partners differ on terms.

How to vet Decode before you deposit

  1. Ask live chat, in writing, which company operates your account and under which license number.
  2. Save the reply with the date; it is the closest thing to an ownership record you will get.
  3. If you are given a license number, check it on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s own site.
  4. Confirm your state isn’t on Decode’s reported restricted list.
  5. Read the withdrawal cap that applies to your method before depositing.
  6. Start with a deposit you can afford to lose and test a small withdrawal first.

Is Decode Casino legal in the US?

No US state licenses Decode. Only New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island license real-money online casinos, and Decode isn’t among their approved operators.

UIGEA defines unlawful internet gambling (opens in a new tab) by the law where the bet is made, so your state decides the position for players. Read our pages on offshore casino legality and the states hub, or browse more casino questions.

Decode and a more transparent partner via our links

Decode’s owner isn’t disclosed, so alongside its offer we show Silver Oak, the one partner that names its operator in its own terms. No other partner shares a reported owner with Decode. Both casinos are offshore and not licensed by any US state; check your state’s law before you play. We earn a commission when you join through our links, and partners appear in a commercial order. Gambling costs money, and losses are likely over time.

Decode Casino: $5,000 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Codes change, and the terms shown at sign-up apply.

Silver Oak Casino: $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). The casino’s pages conflict on wagering, 30x on the offer page versus 40x for slots in the terms, deposits start at $30, and the offer page says there is no max withdrawal.

Both bonuses are for slots; table games are often excluded or weighted lower. For free, confidential help, call or text 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738).

Frequently asked questions

Who is the parent company of Decode Casino?

No parent company is known for Decode Casino. Its footer shows only a copyright line in the name of Decode Casino, LatestCasinoBonuses says its reviewer couldn’t find an owner, and VegasSlotsOnline says the owner isn’t stated. Unlike the other partners, Decode isn’t linked to a named group even by reviewers. Our Decode Casino review covers what is known about its games and banking.

What license does Decode Casino have?

Decode publishes no license on record, and reviewers give only Curaçao with no number. LatestCasinoBonuses lists the Curaçao Gaming Authority but says in its review that no licensing information was found, while VegasSlotsOnline names the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, the regulator the Gaming Authority replaced. Without a number you can’t check the register. Our what is a Curaçao license answer explains more.

When did Decode Casino launch?

Decode launched in 2024, making it the newest of our partner casinos. VegasSlotsOnline gives March 2024 and LatestCasinoBonuses gives June 2024. A short track record means fewer reviews and complaint outcomes to judge it by, so its ratings, 3.3 out of 5 on LatestCasinoBonuses and 3.9 out of 5 on Trustpilot, rest on fewer votes. See our is Decode Casino legit page for the detail.

Is Decode Casino part of the same group as SlotoCash?

No source on record says so. SlotoCash and Miami Club are widely reported as Deckmedia N.V. brands, but no reviewer links Decode to Deckmedia or any other group, and Decode names no operator itself. The two casinos share RTG games, which many unrelated casinos also run. Compare their terms in our SlotoCash vs Decode page rather than assuming a shared owner.

Has a US regulator acted against Decode Casino?

Decode is not named in the three Michigan Gaming Control Board releases that named our other partners, dated April 9, 2025, August 14, 2025 and October 8, 2026. That is not an approval, because Michigan treats all unlicensed online casinos as illegal and Decode holds no US license. It is reported to refuse players in Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington. Our cease-and-desist letters page explains these actions.

Is it risky to play at a casino with no named owner?

It adds risk, because if a withdrawal is refused you have no company name to pursue and no US regulator to complain to. The casino’s own terms are your only rulebook. That doesn’t mean a payout won’t come, but it does mean you should keep deposits small, read the caps first and save every message. Our page on player protections, offshore vs licensed sets out the gap.

Which states does the anonymous Decode Casino operator turn away?

VegasSlotsOnline reports that Decode refuses players from Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington, and lists Australia, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Israel and the UK as restricted countries. Decode doesn’t publish a full list itself, so confirm at sign-up. Even where Decode accepts you, your own state’s law decides the legal position. Check your state in our states hub.

How do I find out who runs my Decode account?

Ask Decode’s live chat or email support in writing which company operates your account and which license number applies, then save the reply with the date. Nothing on record names the operator, so that written answer is the best evidence you can get. If you receive a license number, check it on the regulator’s own site. Our Decode customer support page lists the contact routes.

Does Decode Casino accept players from Texas?

Decode doesn't publish a list of accepted or refused states, and Texas isn't among the four that reviewers report it refuses: Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington. Whether you can open an account is something to confirm at sign-up. Acceptance and legality are separate questions, though. Texas has no law authorizing online casinos, and Decode, with no disclosed owner, isn't licensed by Texas or any other state. Players in Houston, San Antonio and Dallas should read can I play online casinos in Texas and our Texas real money casinos page before depositing.

What are Decode Casino's deposit minimums by payment method?

Third-party reviews list a $5 minimum for Lightning Bitcoin, $10 for Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash, and $25 for other methods at Decode. Listed methods include Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, Bitcoin, Ethereum, bank wire and check, while several, such as AstroPay, Interac and Paysafecard, are reported as unavailable to US players. Bonus codes such as DECODE111 are reported to need $25. Because Decode's owner isn't disclosed, start with an amount you can afford to lose. Our Decode banking page and what is the minimum deposit answer give more detail.

Is there an official Decode Casino app to download?

No, Decode doesn't offer an app; its site describes instant play on mobile, and LatestCasinoBonuses also calls it mobile-friendly with no app. You play in your phone's browser, and the same account, cashier and terms apply as on a computer. Any 'Decode app' offered for download from an unofficial source should be treated with suspicion, since the casino doesn't list one and its owner is undisclosed. See Decode mobile casino and why no casino app in the App Store.

Does Decode Casino offer responsible gambling tools?

Decode's responsible gambling tools aren't published in any source on record, so you can't count on deposit limits or self-exclusion being available there. Ask support in writing what it offers before you deposit, and set your own limits too. Blocking software such as Gamban or BetBlocker works across sites, and the National Problem Gambling Helpline, run by NCPG, is free and confidential at 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738) by call, text or chat. Our Decode responsible gambling page and blocking software guide explain the options.

How long does a Decode Casino Bitcoin withdrawal take?

Third-party reviews report Decode's Bitcoin withdrawals at 48 hours, counted in business days, with a $100 minimum. The weekly cap is the bigger issue: LatestCasinoBonuses lists $2,500 a week for Bitcoin, while its review text and VegasSlotsOnline say $5,000. A $10,000 win would take four weeks at the lower figure and two at the higher. Bank wires are reported at 1 to 10 business days with a $50 fee, and checks at 4 to 6 business days with a $30 fee. Verify ID first. See Decode withdrawals and how long do Bitcoin withdrawals take.

How does Decode Casino's ownership compare with Silver Oak's?

They sit at opposite ends: Silver Oak names its operator, and Decode names none. Silver Oak's own terms identify Primrose Media Limited and an Anjouan license under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, though one reviewer lists no license. Decode shows only a copyright line, and reviewers report Curaçao with no number. Disclosure isn't the whole story, since Michigan named Silver Oak in an April 9, 2025 cease-and-desist release but didn't name Decode in the releases checked. Read who owns Silver Oak Casino and our Decode vs Silver Oak comparison.

What bonus codes does Decode Casino have?

Decode's own site shows no bonus terms, so its codes come from third-party reviews and can change. Reviewers report DECODE111, a 111% match up to $1,111 at 25x bonus plus deposit with a $25 minimum, and a no-deposit code, RTG50GRANDE, for 50 spins on RTG's 777 with 40x wagering and a $200 max cashout. The offer via our link is $5,000 plus 50 free spins, and the terms shown at sign-up apply. Bonuses are slot-focused, and table games are often excluded or weighted lower. See Decode bonus codes and do bonus codes expire.
