Silver Oak vs Wild Casino

Silver Oak vs Wild is a choice between disclosure and convenience. Silver Oak names its operator and Anjouan license but pays out slowly under a $2,500 weekly cap. Wild Casino names neither an operator nor a licensing body, yet publishes crypto payouts within 24 hours and a no-rollover free spins offer. Both are offshore, and no US state licenses either.

Key takeaways

  • Silver Oak names Primrose Media Limited and an Anjouan license; Wild Casino's terms name no company and no licensing authority.
  • Wild's welcome is 250 free spins on a $10+ deposit with no rollover, but spin winnings are capped at $100.
  • Wild lists 17 cryptocurrencies and crypto payouts within 24 hours; Silver Oak pays crypto out in Bitcoin only, over a much longer window.
  • Michigan's gaming board named Silver Oak on April 9, 2025; no state action naming Wild appears in the releases we reviewed.
  • Neither casino is licensed or regulated by any US state.

Silver Oak vs Wild Casino in brief

Pick Silver Oak Casino if you want RealTime Gaming slots and a casino that at least puts an operator, a registration number and a license jurisdiction in its terms. Pick Wild Casino only if fast crypto payouts and a simple spins offer matter more to you than knowing who runs the site.

That's a real trade-off, not a technicality. When a casino doesn't name its company or license, you have no outside body to approach if a payout stalls. Silver Oak's Anjouan license is thin protection too, but it is at least named. Neither gives you the state-level safeguards you'd get at a casino licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Michigan.

We earn a commission when readers join Silver Oak through our link, and partners appear in a commercial order. Wild Casino isn't a partner. The details below come from each casino's published pages and from regulators.

Who runs each site: operator and license disclosure

The Silver Oak terms and conditions (opens in a new tab) name Primrose Media Limited (registration number 15804) of Mutsamudu, Anjouan, and say the casino is licensed in Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005. No license number is shown. Third-party sources don't agree: one review site lists it as unlicensed and also mentions Costa Rica.

Wild Casino's help center says it is "legally licensed and fully regulated", but it doesn't say by whom, and gives no license number. Its terms, updated April 29, 2026, name no legal entity at all. The About Us page says only that management has been in online gaming since 1991. A review of who owns Silver Oak shows how much more there is to go on for the partner.

Is Silver Oak or Wild Casino legal in the USA?

No US state licenses either casino. Only seven states license real-money online casinos: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Maine passed a tribal online casino law in January 2026, but nothing had launched by October 2026. Everywhere else, no state licenses online casinos at all, so offshore sites operate outside the state system.

Federal law aims at the money trail. The UIGEA's restricted-transactions section (opens in a new tab) bars gambling businesses from accepting certain payments for unlawful internet gambling; it doesn't make placing a bet a federal crime for the player. Whether offshore play is lawful for you is a question of your own state's law. Our UIGEA explainer and state-licensed casinos list set out the detail.

Michigan's action against Silver Oak, and Wild's record

The Michigan Gaming Control Board named Silver Oak in its April 9, 2025 cease-and-desist release (opens in a new tab), one of 13 unlicensed operators it said were targeting state residents. The board describes these as illegal offshore operators. Sister brand Planet 7 was named in the same release. Michigan licenses its own online casinos, which our Michigan state page covers.

No state action naming Wild Casino appears in the regulator releases we reviewed. That isn't a clean bill of health. Regulators publish in batches, and a site that names no operator is harder to target and harder to trace. A third-party review site also ranks Silver Oak near the bottom of its list and warns about slow payments, which is worth weighing alongside the Michigan action.

Wild Casino free spins vs Silver Oak's match bonus

Wild's welcome, described in a help-center article dated March 27, 2026, gives 250 free spins on a first deposit of $10 or more, released as 25 spins a day for ten days. The casino says there are no rollover requirements, but winnings from the spins are capped at $100. The value of each spin isn't published, so the total worth of the package can't be worked out in advance.

Silver Oak's offer through our link is a $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). The casino's new member offer page (opens in a new tab) instead shows a $10,000 package: a 100% match on each of the first ten deposits, using codes SILVEROAK1 to SILVEROAK10, with no free spins listed. The terms shown at sign-up decide what you get.

Silver Oak also lists no-deposit chips (SILVER25 for $25, SILVER50 for $50 and FREESILVER for $100) at 30x, or 60x on blackjack and video poker, with a $100 max cashout. Codes change, so check them before you rely on them. See our Silver Oak no deposit bonus and no-wagering bonus pages.

Bonus value worked out on a $50 deposit

Expected loss while clearing a bonus is total stake × house edge. The example below uses RTG's 777, which one review site lists at a 97% RTP, so the edge is 3%. Silver Oak's pages don't state whether wagering counts the bonus alone or deposit plus bonus, so both readings are shown.

What a $50 first deposit could cost to clear
OfferBonus or spinsWageringTotal stakeExpected loss at 3%Most you can keep from the bonus
Silver Oak, 30x bonus$5030 × $50$1,500$45No max withdrawal stated on the offer page
Silver Oak, 40x bonus$5040 × $50$2,000$60No max withdrawal stated on the offer page
Silver Oak, 40x deposit + bonus$5040 × $100$4,000$120No max withdrawal stated on the offer page
Wild Casino spins250 spinsNone statedSpin value not publishedNot calculable$100

On the 40x readings, the expected cost of clearing Silver Oak's match is larger than the $50 bonus itself. Wild's spins skip wagering, but the $100 cap limits the upside. Neither turns a deposit into income. Our max cashout rules page explains how caps like Wild's work.

Crypto at Silver Oak vs Wild: 17 coins vs three

Wild Casino's help center lists BTC, AVAX, BNB, BCH, ADA, DOGE, ETH, LTC, MATIC, XRP, SHIB, SOL, XLM, USDT, TRX, TRUMP and USDC. Stablecoins such as USDT and USDC let you avoid price swings while a request is pending, which our USDT banking page explains.

Silver Oak takes Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum deposits from $30 to $100,000 with no fee, but pays crypto out in Bitcoin only. If you deposit with Litecoin, plan to receive Bitcoin. Cards are accepted for deposits from $30 to $1,000 with a 3–10% fee. Our best crypto casinos list compares partner crypto options.

Silver Oak's terms add a review stage of 7–10 business days before the payment times above. They cap withdrawals at $2,500 a week (higher with VIP status), cap the month at $5,000 when your balance is at least 10 times your total deposits (otherwise $10,000), and charge 8% (minimum $4) if a deposit wasn't wagered once. Wild's caps aren't published. Read our weekly withdrawal limits guide and the Wild Casino withdrawals page before a big cashout.

Games: what each casino publishes

Silver Oak's mobile page names RealTime Gaming and lists titles such as Cash Bandits 3, T-Rex II, Storm Lords, Vegas Lux, Fortunate Zeus and Magic Mushroom. It describes "over 200 other" games on mobile, and a review site counts 356 slots. Live dealer games aren't mentioned. See our RealTime Gaming page or the T-Rex II review.

Wild Casino's software providers aren't published on the pages we reviewed, so we can't say which studios or titles it carries. Check its lobby before you deposit if a particular game matters to you.

Verification, support and safer-play tools

Silver Oak blocks withdrawals until KYC is complete. Its terms ask for government photo ID, the front and back of cards used in the last three months, a selfie holding your ID and a utility bill from the last three months. Support runs by email (help@silveroakmail.com, replies within 48 hours) and live chat, with 24/7 help per its FAQ. Our Silver Oak verification guide lists the steps.

For safer play, Silver Oak offers deposit limits, cool-off periods, self-exclusion through live chat, temporary self-bans and permanent account closure. Wild's tools and verification rules aren't covered on the pages we reviewed. For free, confidential help, the National Council on Problem Gambling (opens in a new tab) runs 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738) by call, text or chat.

Step-by-step: checking either casino before you deposit

  1. Read your state's position on offshore gambling on our states hub. Michigan, for example, has acted against Silver Oak directly.
  2. Find the operator and license in the casino's terms. Silver Oak names both; Wild names neither.
  3. Note the withdrawal minimum for the method you'll use. Wild's wire minimum is $2,500 and its check minimum is $500.
  4. Check the bonus cap. Wild's spins are capped at $100; Silver Oak's offer page states no max withdrawal on the welcome match.
  5. Prepare ID, a card photo and a recent utility bill so verification doesn't delay your first cashout.
  6. Set a deposit limit and a session budget before you play, and stop when you reach either.

Verdict for each type of player

  • RTG slot fans: Silver Oak. It names its software and lists recognizable RTG titles; Wild doesn't publish its providers.
  • Small-deposit crypto players: Wild's $20 crypto minimum and 24-hour window are easier, if you accept not knowing who runs it.
  • Players who want to know who they're dealing with: Silver Oak, because its terms name a company and a license.
  • Bigger winners: neither is comfortable. Silver Oak's $2,500 weekly cap stretches out large cashouts, and Wild publishes no caps at all.
  • Bonus-averse players: Wild's no-rollover spins are simpler, though the $100 cap is tight.

The Silver Oak offer via our link

Silver Oak is the only partner offer on this page, since Wild Casino isn't a partner. Silver Oak is an offshore casino and isn't licensed or regulated by any US state. Check your state's law before signing up, and keep in mind there's no state regulator to hear a complaint and no state protection for your balance.

Silver Oak Casino: $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). The casino's offer page gives 30x playthrough (60x for blackjack and video poker) and says "no max withdrawal"; its terms say 40x on slots, keno, bingo and scratch cards and 60x on table games and video poker. Both are primary sources and they conflict. Deposits start at $30.

The casino's own site advertises a different package from our link, so the terms shown at sign-up apply. Bonuses are for slots, and the terms exclude roulette, baccarat, craps and live dealer games, among others. The house edge means losses are likely over time, so treat any deposit as the cost of entertainment.

Which casino pays out faster, Silver Oak or Wild?

Our withdrawal times guide explains common delays.

Is Silver Oak licensed, unlike Wild Casino?

Its terms say it is licensed in Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, operated by Primrose Media Limited, with no license number shown. Third-party sources conflict, with one listing no license and mentioning Costa Rica. It isn't licensed by any US state. Wild Casino claims a license but names no authority. Our Anjouan license page explains what that license covers.

Has Michigan acted against Silver Oak or Wild Casino?

Michigan's gaming board named Silver Oak in its April 9, 2025 cease-and-desist release on 13 unlicensed operators, describing them as illegal offshore operators. No Michigan action naming Wild Casino appears in the releases we reviewed. Michigan licenses its own online casinos instead. Read our Michigan gambling laws page for the state's position.

Can I withdraw Litecoin from Silver Oak?

No. Silver Oak accepts Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum deposits, but its banking page lists Bitcoin as the only crypto withdrawal option, with a $50 minimum and fees of $0–40. Wild lists 17 coins, including Litecoin, with a $20 crypto minimum. A third-party site says Silver Oak also lists USDT and USDC. Its crypto rules are set out on our Silver Oak Bitcoin page.

Silver Oak runs RealTime Gaming and names titles such as Cash Bandits 3, Storm Lords, T-Rex II and Fortunate Zeus; live dealer games aren't mentioned. More titles are listed on our Silver Oak slots page.

What is the minimum deposit for the Wild Casino free spins vs Silver Oak?

Wild Casino's 250 free spins need a first deposit of $10 or more, according to its promotions page, while Silver Oak's lowest deposit is $30 for crypto and cards. Wild's spins arrive 25 a day for 10 days, and winnings from them are capped at $100, with "no rollover requirements", Wild says. Silver Oak's own site package has no spins. Silver Oak Casino: $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). A $10 entry is the cheaper trial, but the $100 cap limits the upside. See our Wild Casino bonus page and free spins guide.

What is Wild Casino's minimum withdrawal by check or wire?

Wild Casino's help pages set high floors for non-crypto payouts: $500 by check, $1,000 by money order and $2,500 by bank wire. Crypto starts at $20 and person-to-person transfers at $50. Silver Oak is lower for the traditional methods, at $100 for both bank wire and check, with Bitcoin from $50 and Coindraw from $20. So a $400 win could leave Silver Oak by check but would need crypto or a person-to-person transfer at Wild. Our check by courier guide and bank wire guide explain these methods.

Does Wild Casino accept Tether, Solana and other coins Silver Oak doesn't?

Yes. Wild Casino lists 17 cryptocurrencies, including Tether (USDT), USD Coin, Solana, Cardano, Avalanche, Polygon, Shiba Inu, Stellar, Tron and Dogecoin, alongside Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin. Silver Oak takes only Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum deposits and pays crypto out in Bitcoin alone. If you hold a stablecoin and want to avoid price swings between deposit and withdrawal, Wild's list is wider. Every transfer still carries network fees and the risk of sending to the wrong chain. See what crypto casinos accept and our stablecoins guide.

Can I play Wild Casino or Silver Oak in Arizona?

Neither casino has an Arizona license, and the Arizona Department of Gaming said in a March 31, 2025 release that online casinos are illegal in the state, adding that "any claims otherwise should be treated as highly suspicious." Arizona does allow licensed event wagering, both retail and mobile, under its tribal-state gaming compacts. Silver Oak's terms list no excluded US states and Wild's exclusions aren't on record, but neither fact overrides state law. Players in Phoenix, Tucson and Mesa can read more on our Arizona online casinos page and the can I play online casinos in Arizona answer.

How do Wild Casino person-to-person payouts work?

Wild Casino lists person-to-person transfers as a withdrawal option, with a $50 minimum and a stated time of 5 business days, according to its help pages. That sits between its crypto payouts, stated within 24 hours from $20, and its check, money order and wire options, which take 7 to 15 business days. Silver Oak doesn't list a person-to-person method; its options are Bitcoin, bank wire, check and Coindraw. Fees for Wild's transfers aren't in the facts on record, so ask before choosing. See our person-to-person transfer guide and Wild Casino withdrawals page.

Do I owe taxes on Wild Casino or Silver Oak winnings?

Yes, gambling winnings are taxable federal income wherever you win them, including at offshore casinos like Wild and Silver Oak. The IRS's Form W-2G threshold for slot winnings paid in 2026 is $2,000, but smaller wins still count as income. You can deduct losses only up to the amount you won, and from the 2026 tax year that deduction is reportedly limited to 90% of losses, so check current IRS guidance. Read whether offshore casinos report to the IRS and our gambling loss deduction page.
