Why trust this site? You shouldn't take any casino site on faith, including this one. What we can offer is a way to check us: we say how we're paid, tag every fact with its source and date, publish regulator actions against our own partners and state plainly that they're offshore casinos that no US state licenses.
We earn commission from seven offshore partner casinos, and their order on our pages is commercial.
Every fact is tagged as the casino's own terms, a regulator record or a third-party report, and dated.
We publish bad news about partners, including Michigan cease-and-desist actions against five of them.
We don't show offers on Michigan, Oklahoma or Washington pages.
Check anything important against the casino's current terms and your state's law before you act.

Why trust this site? A straight answer
Trust should be earned claim by claim, not granted to a logo. Best USA Casinos is a commercial site: we're paid when readers sign up at partner casinos through our links. That's a conflict of interest, and the honest response is to say so and give you the tools to check our work.
So the useful question isn't 'is this site trustworthy?' but 'can I verify what it tells me?' The rest of this page shows how. For background on the business, see about Best USA Casinos, and for other quick answers, browse our questions hub.
How this site earns money, in plain terms
We have seven partner casinos: SlotoCash, Miami Club, Decode, Silver Oak, Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness. When a reader arrives through our link and plays, we earn commission. The order in which they appear is the site owner's commercial order, not a test result or a score.
One consequence: the offer via our link can differ from what the casino advertises on its own site. SlotoCash's own site advertises $7,777 plus 300 spins over five deposits, for example, while the offer via our link is $6,000 plus 60 free spins. We show both and tell you the terms at sign-up apply. Our explainer on what an affiliate is covers how these links work.
Miami Club is a live partner too. Its published Terms of Use (v2.1, September 28, 2026, section 1.6) list the United States as a prohibited jurisdiction, while the site owner's affiliate program confirms US players are accepted. We report both, and you should confirm your eligibility at sign-up.

Partners described as offshore and unlicensed by any state
A site that only praises the casinos paying it isn't much use. These are facts we report on partner pages even though they don't help sales.
The Michigan Gaming Control Board named Silver Oak and Planet 7 on April 9, 2025, Miami Club and Slot Madness on August 14, 2025, and SlotoCash on October 8, 2026, in releases that call these sites illegal offshore operators. The October 8, 2026 release (opens in a new tab) is one example.
LCB shows warnings for poor support and slow payments at Silver Oak, Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness.
SlotoCash's own pages give two different wire fees ($50 and $60) and two different payout timings.
Silver Oak's offer page lists 30x wagering, while its terms say 40x on slots.
Decode is reported not to accept players from Maryland, New Jersey, New York or Washington, and Royal Ace and Slot Madness are reported to refuse Ohio players.
Only seven states license real-money online casinos: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island. None of them licenses our partners. We never call a partner legal or US-licensed, and we never tell you you'll be prosecuted. We say what each state's law records.
Some states are stricter than others. In Washington, RCW 9.46.240 (opens in a new tab) makes knowingly transmitting or receiving gambling information over the internet a class C felony. In Oklahoma, SB 1589 bans online casino games and dual-currency sweepstakes from November 1, 2026, and a bill summary reports liability for promoters and affiliates. Michigan's regulator actively pursues offshore sites.
That's why our Michigan, Oklahoma and Washington pages carry no offers. At federal level, our UIGEA explainer covers why the 2006 law targets payment processing rather than players.
What we couldn't verify, and how we say so
Gaps are part of an honest picture. Planet 7's, Royal Ace's and Slot Madness's own sites couldn't be read when facts were gathered, so most of their figures come from third-party reviews and are labeled that way. Decode's site showed only a headline offer, so its bonus codes and caps are third-party too.
Copycat pages on unofficial mirror sites publish codes and payout times for some brands. We don't treat those claims as confirmed. Where a fact simply isn't published, such as a license number for most partners, we say it isn't published rather than guessing. Our casino mirror sites guide explains why copycats are a risk.
How to check any claim on this site
Note whether the claim is marked as the casino's terms, a regulator record or a third-party report.
Follow the outbound link and find the same figure on the source page.
Compare the date we checked it with the date on the casino's terms.
For bonuses, open the cashier or offer page through the casino and read the current wagering and max cashout.
For legal points, read your state regulator's site or statute directly.
If something's wrong, tell us through the contact page with the source you found.

Am I gambling too much?
1-800-MY-RESET or a treatment provider
Gambling winnings are taxable federal income, and the IRS publishes Form W-2G instructions (opens in a new tab) for reportable wins. Our gambling taxes page summarizes the rules, including the reported 90% cap on loss deductions from tax year 2026; check IRS guidance.
Our approach to safer gambling
Gambling is entertainment that costs money, and the house edge means losses are likely over time. We don't use urgency, promise wins or suggest any system can change the odds.
If gambling is causing harm, the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738) offers free, confidential call, text and chat support, run by NCPG; start at its help and treatment page (opens in a new tab). Our help and support section lists Gamblers Anonymous, state programs and blocking tools such as Gamban and BetBlocker.

Frequently asked questions
Is Best USA Casinos paid by casinos?
Yes. We earn commission from seven partner casinos when readers sign up through our links and play, and their order on our pages is set commercially by the site owner. We disclose this on ranking pages and don't present the order as a test result. Our answer on how affiliate casino sites make money explains the business model.
Who writes the reviews on this site?
Pages are written and checked by the Best USA Casinos editorial team, which is the byline on every page. We don't name individual writers or describe anyone as an expert to borrow authority. What matters is whether each claim links to a source you can check. The editorial team page explains how the team works.
Do you play at the casinos you review?
No, and we don't pretend to. Reviews are researched from the casinos' own published terms, regulator releases and third-party reports, and written that way. You won't find invented screenshots, payout timings or first-person deposit stories, and where a casino's own pages couldn't be read, the page says so. Our page on how we rate casinos sets out what we read instead.
Why do you recommend casinos a state regulator has warned about?
We promote partners commercially, and we report every regulator action against them rather than hiding it. Five partners have been named by Michigan's regulator, and we show the dates on their reviews. We don't show offers on Michigan, Oklahoma or Washington pages at all. Read are offshore casinos safe to weigh the risks yourself.
How do I report a mistake on this site?
Send the page address, the claim and the source that contradicts it through our contact form. A link to the casino's current terms or a regulator page is the most useful evidence. We correct facts and date the change rather than quietly editing. The contact page has the form, and corrections follow the same rules on every page, partner or not.
Are your partner casinos licensed?
None is licensed or regulated by any US state. Silver Oak is the only partner that publishes a license on its own site, naming Primrose Media Limited and Anjouan. For the others, the license isn't shown on their own sites and third-party reviewers report Curaçao, Costa Rica, Anjouan or none. Our Anjouan license page explains what that license covers.
Can I trust casino ratings on other sites?
Treat them as one input. Scores vary widely between sites: Planet 7 shows 0.4 out of 5 on LCB but a Safety Index of 7.8 on casino.guru. Look for the reasons behind a rating, the sources and the date, and check regulator records yourself. Our guide to reading a casino review covers how.
Is it safe to use your links?
Using them carries the same risks as visiting the casino directly: our links take you to the partner casino's sign-up page so the casino can credit us with the referral. They don't change the casino's terms, your rights or the offshore risks. Check that you land on the casino's own domain, not an unofficial mirror site, and never share login details. Read our casino account security guide for more.
Does Best USA Casinos give casinos a score out of 5?
No, Best USA Casinos doesn’t score casinos out of 5 or out of 10. Partners appear in the site owner’s commercial order, SlotoCash first and Slot Madness seventh, and we say so rather than dressing that order up as a test result. In place of a score, each review lists the published terms, the caps, the complaints and any regulator action, with sources, so you can weigh them yourself. Our page on how we rate casinos explains what we look at and why we skip numbers.
Why does Best USA Casinos list SlotoCash first?
SlotoCash is first because the site owner ranks partners in a commercial order, not because it won a test. The order is SlotoCash, Miami Club, Decode, Silver Oak, Planet 7, Royal Ace and Slot Madness. Being first doesn’t mean we leave out the weak points: the SlotoCash review covers its Michigan cease-and-desist of October 8, 2026, its unnamed operator and its conflicting wire fees. Read the SlotoCash review and our best real money casinos list with that in mind.
Does Best USA Casinos review casinos that don’t pay it?
Yes, Best USA Casinos also covers about 40 casinos it has no deal with, offshore and sweepstakes brands that US players search for. Those reviews carry no links to the brand and no score, and they report the operator, license, offer, banking and any regulator action from dated sources. Raging Bull Slots, for example, is reviewed with its Primrose Media operator and its Michigan listing of October 8, 2026. Our Raging Bull Slots review shows the format.
Is Best USA Casinos a licensed casino?
No, Best USA Casinos is a guide, not a casino, so it holds no gaming license and takes no deposits. You can’t play games or keep a balance here; our links send you to each partner’s own sign-up page, and your account and money sit with that casino under its terms. That also means we can’t freeze, refund or release a payout. For what a license does and doesn’t give you, read player protections offshore vs licensed.
Can Best USA Casinos help if a partner casino won’t pay me?
We can point you to the right steps, but Best USA Casinos can’t force a casino to pay. Start with the casino’s own dispute rules, which can be short: SlotoCash requires disputes within 14 days, and Silver Oak within 3 days of the wager. Keep written records, then use outside complaint services. No US state regulator stands behind these casinos, so there is no official body to escalate to. Our guide on how to file a casino complaint sets out the order.
Does Best USA Casinos list expired bonus codes?
No, Best USA Casinos only quotes codes that appear in current sources, and it labels them as reported and liable to change. A code that has passed its stated end date comes off the page. For example, third-party listings showed a Decode code for 250% plus 77 spins that ran to October 31, 2026, so we don’t promote it. Always check the cashier before you deposit. Our page on expired bonus codes explains what to do when a code fails.
Is Best USA Casinos linked to casino mirror sites?
No, Best USA Casinos has no connection to unofficial mirror sites and never links to them. Mirror sites copy a casino brand’s name and publish their own bonus codes, payout times and phone numbers, which often conflict with independent sources. Where one is the only source for a claim, we call it unverified or leave it out. That is why some of our figures read “not published” instead. Our casino mirror sites guide explains how to tell a copy from the real site.
