Silver Oak Casino table games come from RealTime Gaming, the software the casino names on its own mobile page, so expect RNG blackjack, roulette, baccarat and table poker rather than live dealers. This guide covers the rules and published RTPs of the RTG tables, what each costs per hour in dollars, and why most of them don’t help you clear a bonus.

Key takeaways

  • Silver Oak runs RealTime Gaming software; third-party reviewers report no live dealer section.
  • Published RTG figures range from 99.6% (Super 21) to 95.51% (Tri Card Poker), all from third-party sources.
  • The casino’s terms exclude baccarat, craps, roulette, Pai Gow Poker, sic bo and War from bonus play, and blackjack carries 60x wagering.
  • Silver Oak is offshore: its terms cite an Anjouan license, and Michigan’s regulator sent it a cease-and-desist letter on April 9, 2025.

Silver Oak Casino table games at a glance

Silver Oak’s table section is a RealTime Gaming catalog: computer-dealt card and dice games settled by a random number generator. The casino’s mobile casino page (opens in a new tab) names RTG as its software, and third-party reviewers add Spinlogic Gaming, the brand RTG adopted in 2022 for US-facing operations, so the two names describe the same family of games.

The casino doesn’t publish a full table-game list. What it does publish is telling: its terms name baccarat, craps, Pai Gow Poker, Pontoon 21, roulette, sic bo and War in the list of games excluded from bonus play, while its offer page sets a separate wagering rate for blackjack and video poker. Those references point to a standard RTG table lineup, but check the lobby before you deposit for a particular game.

Who makes Silver Oak’s table games and how they deal

RealTime Gaming was founded in Atlanta in 1998 and moved its development to Costa Rica in 2007–2008, according to third-party histories. Since 2022 its US-facing content has carried the Spinlogic Gaming brand. Third-party sources say RTG games are tested by Technical Systems Testing, but Silver Oak itself doesn’t publish a testing certificate.

Every hand or spin is decided by software, which our RNG explainer covers in detail. Two practical points follow. There is no physical shoe to track, and there is no live studio, so you won’t find streamed blackjack or roulette tables here. If live dealer games matter to you, read our live dealer guide first.

Silver Oak’s FAQ calls the casino “completely licensed” without naming an authority. Its terms name Primrose Media Limited and the State of Anjouan, while one third-party reviewer lists “No license” and mentions Costa Rica. The full picture is in our Silver Oak Casino review.

Silver Oak Casino blackjack: RTG variants and rules

Blackjack is the table game Silver Oak’s own terms single out, both for the 60x bonus wagering rate and for a dedicated blackjack promotion. RTG makes several versions. The figures below come from third-party game databases, not from Silver Oak, and the casino may not carry every one, so treat this as a guide to what an RTG lobby can include.

RTG blackjack games and published figures (third-party)
GamePublished RTPRules and payouts reported

Blackjack (classic)Not publishedReleased 2017
Face Up 21, Match Play 21, Caribbean 21Not publishedNo rules data in third-party sources
PontoonNot publishedSilver Oak’s terms bar “Pontoon 21” from bonus play

The RTP range on Perfect Pairs shows how side bets work: the main hand returns close to the top figure, and the side bet drags the return down. On Suit ’Em Up, the suited bonus is optional too. A side bet is a separate wager with its own, usually higher, house edge.

Basic strategy and card counting online

Blackjack basic strategy tells you the mathematically best play for each hand, and following it lowers the house edge toward the published RTP. It doesn’t remove the edge. Card counting is history and theory only here: online RNG blackjack reshuffles every hand, so there is nothing to count. The hand values and options are set out in online blackjack rules.

Roulette at Silver Oak: European wheel odds

RTG’s European Roulette uses a single-zero wheel with 37 pockets. A third-party source gives its RTP as 97.3%, which matches the arithmetic: a straight-up bet pays 35:1 but the true odds are 36 to 1, so the house keeps 1/37, or about 2.7%, of everything you stake over time.

That edge is the same on red/black, dozens and single numbers. Only the swings change. Silver Oak’s terms list roulette among games excluded from bonus play, so any session on the wheel should use cash you’ve deposited without a bonus attached. For bet types and payouts, see European roulette rules, and for why progressions fail, read roulette strategies tested.

Baccarat, craps and sic bo at Silver Oak

RTG lists baccarat, craps and sic bo among its table games, and Silver Oak’s terms mention all three in the bonus exclusion list. Third-party sources publish no RTP or rule set for RTG’s versions, so we don’t quote one. Read the help screen inside each game for its commission on banker bets, its payout table and its limits.

  • Baccarat: player, banker and tie bets; check the banker commission and the tie payout in the game’s rules.
  • Craps: many bet types with very different edges; the help screen lists the payouts RTG uses.
  • Sic bo: three dice with a large bet grid; single-number and total bets pay at different rates.
  • Casino War: listed by RTG; Silver Oak’s terms exclude “War” from bonus play.

None of these will count toward a Silver Oak welcome bonus. If you enjoy them, play with unbonused funds and set a budget first.

Table poker games: Tri Card, Caribbean Stud and Pai Gow

These are house-banked poker games: you play against the dealer, not other players. Tri Card Poker is the only one with a published figure, a 95.51% RTP and a top payout of 40x according to a third-party database. That 4.49% edge is higher than the blackjack and roulette figures above.

Tri Card Poker95.51%Not on the exclusion list; check terms for its wagering rate
Caribbean Stud PokerNot publishedCheck terms

Pai Gow PokerNot publishedExcluded from bonus play

Silver Oak’s terms set 60x wagering for “table games” in general, so even a table poker game that isn’t on the exclusion list clears slowly. Rules for each are in Tri Card Poker, Caribbean Stud Poker and Pai Gow Poker.

Do Silver Oak bonuses work on table games?

Mostly no. The casino’s offer page sets 30x wagering for its welcome package and 60x for blackjack and video poker. Its terms say 40x for slots, keno, bingo and scratch cards and 60x for table games and video poker, which conflicts with the 30x figure. Its terms then bar baccarat, craps, Pai Gow Poker, Pontoon 21, roulette, sic bo, War and progressives entirely.

Worked example: a $100 bonus cleared on blackjack

Suppose you get a $100 bonus and play blackjack at 60x. If the multiple applies to the bonus alone, you must wager $6,000; if it applies to deposit plus bonus on a $100 deposit, it’s $12,000. The published summary doesn’t say which base applies, so check the terms shown at sign-up. At a 99.5% RTP game, expected losses are $6,000 × 0.5% = $30, or $60 on the larger figure. On slots at 40x the same bonus needs $4,000, and the casino’s terms show the full rules. Our game weighting guide covers how weighting changes these numbers.

The lesson is simple. Bonuses at Silver Oak are built for slots, so table players often do better skipping them. The published codes and their terms are listed under Silver Oak bonus codes.

What Silver Oak table games cost per hour in dollars

Expected loss equals total stake multiplied by the house edge, and the house edge is 100% minus RTP. The table assumes 60 rounds an hour at $10 a round, which is $600 staked. That pace is an illustration, not a measured figure; your own speed will differ.

Expected loss on $600 staked (60 rounds at $10)
GameRTP (third-party)House edgeExpected loss
Super 2199.6%0.4%$2.40
Suit ’Em Up Blackjack99.51%0.49%$2.94
European Roulette97.3%2.7%$16.20
Tri Card Poker95.51%4.49%$26.94

These are long-run averages. In a single hour you can win or lose far more than the figure shown, and the house edge means losses are likely over time. For the method behind the numbers, read house edge explained.

How to check a Silver Oak table game before you bet

Because the casino doesn’t publish RTPs or full rules on its public pages, the help screen inside each game is your best source. Here is a short routine to follow.

  1. Open the game in the lobby and find its help or rules screen before placing a bet.
  2. Note the payout for each bet, including blackjack (3:2 or less) and any side bets.
  3. Check the table limits, especially if you plan a set bet size.
  4. Compare the game with the bonus terms: is it excluded, and what wagering rate applies?
  5. Set a session budget and a time limit, and decide in advance when to stop.
  6. If anything is unclear, ask support by live chat or email at help@silveroakmail.com and keep the reply.

If you’re new to a game, our how to play blackjack and how to play baccarat guides cover the basics in plain English.

Silver Oak is an offshore casino. Its terms say it is run by Primrose Media Limited and licensed in Anjouan, Comoros, with no license number shown. No US state licenses or regulates it, so there is no state regulator to hear a complaint and no state-backed protection of your balance.

The Michigan Gaming Control Board named Silver Oak among 13 illegal offshore operators in its April 9, 2025 cease-and-desist release (opens in a new tab). The casino’s terms and conditions (opens in a new tab) say disputes must be raised within three days of a wager and go to a Central Dispute System run by the software provider. Our is Silver Oak legit page and our guide to offshore casino legality explain what this means in practice.

Setting limits at Silver Oak’s tables

Table games move quickly, and a few bigger hands can empty a budget fast. Silver Oak’s terms list deposit limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion through live chat, which the casino says is processed immediately. Each one is covered in Silver Oak responsible gambling tools.

If gambling stops being fun, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), with call, text and chat through the National Council on Problem Gambling (opens in a new tab). Blocking tools such as Gamban and BetBlocker can also help.

Frequently asked questions

Does Silver Oak Casino have live dealer table games?

No live dealer section is reported. Silver Oak’s mobile page doesn’t mention live games, and third-party reviewers list live dealer as “No”. Its table games are RTG software titles dealt by a random number generator, so there are no streamed tables or human dealers. If live play matters to you, compare options in our live dealer guide and check each casino’s lobby, because offshore lineups change without notice. Silver Oak’s RTG tables still include several blackjack and roulette variants, covered in our Silver Oak slots and games pages.

What blackjack games does Silver Oak Casino offer?

Silver Oak doesn’t publish its blackjack list, but its terms reference blackjack wagering and a blackjack promotion. As an RTG casino, its lobby can include RTG’s Blackjack, Suit ’Em Up Blackjack, Blackjack + Perfect Pairs, Super 21, Face Up 21, Match Play 21 and Pontoon, though you should check the lobby to confirm which are live. Third-party sources give Super 21 a 99.6% RTP and Suit ’Em Up 99.51%. Our online blackjack page explains the rules, and Super 21 covers that variant.

Can I use the Silver Oak welcome bonus on roulette?

No. Silver Oak’s terms list roulette among games excluded from bonus play, along with baccarat, craps, Pai Gow Poker, Pontoon 21, sic bo, War, live dealer, tournaments and progressives. Playing an excluded game with bonus funds can void the bonus and its winnings. If you want to play roulette, deposit without claiming a bonus or finish wagering first. Our guide to bonus game weighting explains how casinos decide which games count, and Silver Oak free spins covers slot-only offers.

What is the wagering requirement for blackjack at Silver Oak?

It’s 60x, according to both Silver Oak’s offer page and its terms. That compares with 30x (offer page) or 40x (terms) for slots, a conflict the casino hasn’t resolved publicly. On a $100 bonus at 60x you’d need to wager $6,000 if the multiple applies to the bonus alone. At a 99.5% RTP game the expected cost of that wagering is about $30, before any variance. See our wagering requirements explained guide and the best bonus for blackjack page for comparisons.

What is the house edge on Silver Oak roulette?

About 2.7% on RTG’s European Roulette. A third-party source gives the game a 97.3% RTP, and the single-zero wheel has 37 pockets, so a 35:1 straight-up payout leaves the house 1/37 of total stakes over time. If you stake $500 in a session, the expected loss is $13.50, though actual results swing widely. Every bet type carries the same edge. Read our how to play roulette guide and our best roulette casinos list for more.

Is Silver Oak Casino legit for real money table games?

It’s an offshore casino with mixed signals. Its terms name Primrose Media Limited and an Anjouan license, while one third-party reviewer lists no license and reports slow payments. The Michigan Gaming Control Board named Silver Oak in an April 9, 2025 cease-and-desist release. No US state licenses it, so you have no state regulator to complain to. Read our Silver Oak legit check and player protections offshore vs licensed before you deposit.

Can you count cards at Silver Oak blackjack?

No. Silver Oak’s blackjack is RNG software, and online RNG blackjack reshuffles every hand, so there is no shoe depth to track. Card counting is only history and theory in this setting. What does help is basic strategy, which lowers the house edge toward the game’s published RTP without removing it. Our page on blackjack card counting online explains why, and blackjack basic strategy shows the right play for each hand.

Can I play Silver Oak table games on my phone?

Yes, through the browser. Silver Oak’s mobile page describes instant play for iPhone, Android and tablets, plus a downloadable Windows client, with no dedicated app listed. The page doesn’t say which table games appear on mobile, so check the mobile lobby for a specific title. Our Silver Oak mobile casino page covers the platform, and instant play vs download compares the two ways to play.

Does Silver Oak Casino have craps?

Craps is part of RTG's table range, and Silver Oak's own terms name craps in the list of games barred from bonus play, which suggests it is in the lobby; check before you deposit. No RTP or rule set for RTG's craps is published by the casino or third parties, so read the payout table in the game's help screen. Bets carry very different edges, so compare them first. Our guide on how to play craps explains each bet.

What is the minimum bet on Silver Oak table games?

Silver Oak does not publish table limits on its public pages, so the minimum and maximum bets have to be read inside each game. Open the game's help or rules screen before your first hand and note the limits next to the payouts. What is published is the $30 minimum deposit for crypto and cards, which caps how many low-stakes rounds a first deposit buys. Our low stakes guide shows how to stretch a small budget at the tables.

Does Silver Oak Casino have a blackjack bonus?

Yes, a 'Blackjack bonus' is listed among Silver Oak's promotions, but its match size, wagering and limits are not set out on the pages on record, so ask support or read the terms shown when you claim it. The general rule is clear: blackjack carries 60x wagering under both the offer page and the terms, double the 30x quoted for slots on the offer page. Our table games bonus guide explains why such offers clear slowly.

Is Silver Oak or Decode better for table games?

Neither publishes a full table list, so the answer depends on what you value. Silver Oak is an RTG-only lobby with no live dealer section reported, while reviewers list RTG among dozens of studios at Decode and disagree on whether it has live dealers. Silver Oak's terms set 60x wagering on table games and exclude roulette and baccarat from bonuses. Decode's terms come only from third parties, and it reportedly refuses Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington. See Decode vs Silver Oak for the full comparison.

Can I play baccarat at Silver Oak Casino for real money?

Baccarat is in RTG's catalog and appears in Silver Oak's bonus exclusion list, so it is likely in the lobby, but you can only play it with unbonused money. Neither the casino nor third parties publish an RTP for RTG's version. Before betting, open the help screen and check the commission on banker bets and the tie payout, because those decide the house edge. Our baccarat rules page explains the three bets and how commission works.
