SlotoCash Casino video poker runs on RealTime Gaming's machines, sold to US-facing casinos under the SpinLogic brand, and the casino names Double Double Bonus Poker on its homepage. This guide covers the RTG variants, how to read a pay table before you play, published returns from Jacks or Better to Sevens Wild, and why SlotoCash bonuses don't cover video poker.

Key takeaways

  • SlotoCash names Double Double Bonus Poker on its homepage; other RTG video poker games are likely, but check the lobby.
  • Published RTG returns run from 99.54% for Jacks or Better down to 93.15% for Sevens Wild, all third-party figures.
  • An RTP only holds for the pay table it was calculated on and for perfect strategy, so read the pay table first.
  • Video poker is excluded from SlotoCash bonuses by default under the casino's general terms.
  • SlotoCash is offshore and not licensed by any US state; Michigan's regulator named it on October 8, 2026.

SlotoCash Casino video poker: the short answer

SlotoCash offers video poker from RealTime Gaming, whose games it carries under the SpinLogic name. The casino's homepage (opens in a new tab) lists Double Double Bonus Poker among its featured titles, alongside Tri-Card Poker and Keno, but it doesn't publish a full video poker list.

RTG's video poker catalog runs from the classic Jacks or Better to wild-card games such as Deuces Wild and progressive versions such as Double Double Jackpot Poker. Video poker can have some of the lowest house edges in an RTG lobby, but only if the pay table is good and you play each hand correctly.

For the casino overall, read our SlotoCash Casino review. If you'd rather play against a dealer, see SlotoCash table games.

SlotoCash video poker variants from RTG

The table lists RTG's video poker range with figures from third-party game databases. SlotoCash doesn't publish its own RTPs, and some sources disagree on top payouts, so we show both where they do. Check the lobby for which games are live.

How to read a SlotoCash video poker pay table

A video poker pay table is the chart on the game screen showing what each hand pays, from the lowest qualifying hand up to a royal flush. It's the single most important thing to check, because the published RTP for a game only applies to the pay table it was calculated on. A casino can run a game with the same name but lower payouts on some lines.

  1. Open the game and find its pay table before you place a bet. It's usually shown above the cards or behind a help or paytable button.
  2. Note the lowest paying hand. In Jacks or Better that's a pair of jacks or higher; in wild-card games it's often three of a kind.
  3. Write down what the middle hands pay per coin, especially the full house and flush, since these are common places for versions to differ.
  4. Check the top line: the royal flush often pays a bonus only when you bet the maximum number of coins.
  5. Compare those numbers with the version described on our game page or another reference before assuming the published RTP applies.
  6. If the game's help screen states an RTP, use that figure over any third-party number.

Our full pay glossary entry explains the term players use for the best available version of a game.

Jacks or Better: the baseline SlotoCash video poker game

Jacks or Better is the plain version of draw poker that the others build on. You get five cards, choose which to hold, draw replacements, and get paid for a pair of jacks or better up to a royal flush. There are no wild cards.

RTG's version has the highest published RTP of any game in its video poker range: 99.54%, according to GamesHub. That's a house edge of 0.46%, which on $1,000 of total stakes is an average cost of $4.60, with perfect strategy. Sources disagree on its top payout, listing 800x and 4,000x. It also has a double-or-nothing gamble option after a win.

Learning Jacks or Better first makes every other variant easier to understand. Our how to play video poker guide walks through hold decisions with examples.

Deuces Wild, Bonus Deuces and Loose Deuces

In wild-card games, every 2 acts as a wild card that can stand in for any other card. That makes big hands far more common, so the pay table starts higher, usually at three of a kind, and adds hands such as five of a kind that can't happen in a standard deck.

RTG makes three deuces games. Deuces Wild is published at 97% to 99%, a wide range that reflects different versions. Bonus Deuces Wild is listed at 99.15%. Loose Deuces is listed at 99.07% and includes a gamble feature. Strategy matters even more here than in Jacks or Better, since the right hold depends on how many deuces you're dealt.

Sevens Wild uses the same idea with 7s as the wild cards, but its published RTP is just 93.15%, the lowest in RTG's range. That's a 6.85% house edge, worse than many slots.

Double Double Bonus Poker and the bonus family

Double Double Bonus Poker is the one video poker game SlotoCash names on its homepage. Like Bonus Poker, Bonus Poker Deluxe and Double Bonus Poker, it pays extra for certain four-of-a-kind hands. Double Double versions add further bonuses depending on the kicker, the fifth card that comes with the four of a kind.

Bonus games often balance those bigger quad payouts with smaller payouts on lower hands, which makes results swingier than Jacks or Better. RTG lists a top payout of 4,000x for the whole family, but no RTP is published for these four games in the sources we use. That's a strong reason to read the pay table on screen before playing.

Aces and Eights and All American Poker are related designs. Aces and Eights adds special payouts for four aces, 8s and 7s, with a published RTP of 98.65% (another source says up to 99%). All American Poker is also listed at 98.65%.

Video poker jackpots at SlotoCash

RTG makes two video poker games with progressive jackpots: Double Double Jackpot Poker, with a published RTP of 98.98%, and Double Jackpot Poker, with no published RTP. Both list an 800x top payout in the base game. SlotoCash doesn't publish jackpot meters for video poker, so check the lobby for what's live.

Keep two rules in mind. The casino's welcome bonus terms exclude progressive jackpot games, and its weekly withdrawal cap is $5,000, with a monthly cap of $20,000, so a large win is paid in installments. Our SlotoCash jackpots page covers how caps affect big wins.

The double-or-nothing gamble feature

Several RTG video poker games, including Jacks or Better, Aces and Eights and Loose Deuces, offer a double-or-nothing option after a winning hand. You risk the win for a chance to double it.

The gamble feature doesn't make the game better value. It adds swing: you're more likely to walk away with nothing from a winning hand, and you keep the money in play longer. If you use it, decide in advance how much of any win you'll bank.

What SlotoCash video poker costs: worked examples

Your average cost is the house edge multiplied by your total stakes. The examples use $1.25 a hand for 500 hands, or $625 staked. They assume perfect strategy on the pay table the RTP was calculated for; mistakes push the cost up.

Average cost of $625 staked on RTG video poker (published RTPs)
GamePublished RTPHouse edgeAverage cost
Jacks or Better99.54%0.46%$2.88
Bonus Deuces Wild99.15%0.85%$5.31
Loose Deuces99.07%0.93%$5.81
Double Double Jackpot Poker98.98%1.02%$6.38
Aces and Eights98.65%1.35%$8.44
Sevens Wild93.15%6.85%$42.81

The gap between the first and last rows is the whole case for checking the game and pay table: the same session costs about 15 times more on Sevens Wild than on Jacks or Better, on average. Short sessions can still swing far from these averages either way.

SlotoCash bonuses, comp points and video poker

The casino's welcome bonus terms (opens in a new tab) list video poker among the games excluded by default, along with table games, progressives and specialty games. The welcome bonus itself is limited to slots, Real-Series slots, keno and scratch cards, and play on other games voids promotion winnings.

If video poker is your main game, the usual approach is to deposit without a bonus. The casino's promotions page says comp points convert at 100 points to $1, and its VIP page lists earning rates of one point per $7.50 bet at Gold, $5 at Platinum and $4 at Diamond, though it doesn't say whether video poker earns at the same rate. Ask support before relying on it. See our SlotoCash VIP program page and the video poker bonus guide.

Video poker strategy: what it can and can't do

Strategy in video poker means choosing the hold that gives the best long-run return for each deal. Following a correct strategy chart moves your result toward the published RTP; ignoring it pushes your cost higher. It never turns the game in your favor in any version listed here.

  • Use a strategy chart made for the exact game and pay table you're playing.
  • Bet the number of coins the pay table needs for the full royal flush bonus only if that fits your budget.
  • Ignore past hands: each deal is random and independent.
  • Set a session budget before you start, and stop when it's gone.

SlotoCash video poker and US state law

SlotoCash is an offshore casino with no license or operator shown on its own site; third parties report a Curaçao license and the Deckmedia group as owner. No US state licenses it. On October 8, 2026, the Michigan Gaming Control Board named Sloto'Cash Online Casino in a release on 33 cease-and-desist letters (opens in a new tab) to illegal offshore operators.

Your state's law decides what applies to you. Check it on our states hub and read whether offshore casinos are legal.

SlotoCash vs Decode for video poker: offers via our links

Video poker players should note that both welcome offers below are slot-focused and exclude or limit other games. Both casinos are offshore, neither is licensed by any US state, and you should check your state's law first. That means no state regulator to complain to, no state protection for your balance, and terms the casino sets.

SlotoCash Casino: $6,000 Welcome Bonus + 60 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). The casino's terms say 25x wagering on deposit plus bonus, a $20 minimum per bonus and a $10 maximum bet, and its homepage states no max cashout; video poker is excluded by default. Its own site advertises $7,777 plus 300 spins instead, so the terms shown at sign-up apply.

Decode Casino: $5,000 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Decode doesn't show its bonus terms on the pages checked, so these are third-party reports: one code, DECODE111, gives 111% up to $1,111 with 25x wagering on bonus plus deposit and a $25 minimum. Codes change. VegasSlotsOnline's review (opens in a new tab) reports around 2,500 games from many studios with RTG among the logos, a Curaçao license and refusals for Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington players. Read our Decode Casino review.

Video poker has a house edge on every version listed here, so losses are likely over time. Treat it as paid entertainment and stop when your budget is spent.

Frequently asked questions

Does SlotoCash Casino have video poker?

Yes. The casino's homepage names Double Double Bonus Poker, and it runs SpinLogic, RealTime Gaming's US brand, whose range includes Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild, Bonus Poker and progressive versions. SlotoCash doesn't publish a full video poker list, so check the lobby for which games are live. Our SlotoCash review covers the rest of the game range, and the best video poker casinos list compares partners.

Which SlotoCash video poker game has the best odds?

Among RTG games with published figures, Jacks or Better is highest at 99.54% RTP, followed by Bonus Deuces Wild at 99.15% and Loose Deuces at 99.07%, all from third-party sources. Those figures assume perfect strategy and the pay table they were calculated on. Sevens Wild is lowest at 93.15%. Always compare the on-screen pay table before trusting any figure. Our Jacks or Better page explains the baseline game.

Can I use a SlotoCash bonus on video poker?

Not by default. The casino's general bonus terms exclude video poker, table games, progressives and specialty games, and the welcome bonus is limited to slots, Real-Series slots, keno and scratch cards. Playing other games with a bonus active voids promotion winnings. If video poker is your main game, depositing without a bonus avoids that problem. Read our game weighting guide and the SlotoCash bonus codes page before claiming any offer.

What is a video poker pay table?

It's the chart showing what each hand pays per coin, from the lowest qualifying hand to a royal flush. The pay table decides the game's return: two games with the same name can pay different amounts on some hands, so the published RTP only applies to the version it was calculated for. Check it before every new game. Our pay table glossary entry and video poker strategy guide explain what to look for.

Is Double Double Bonus Poker good value at SlotoCash?

It's hard to say, because no RTP is published for RTG's version in the sources we use, and SlotoCash doesn't publish one. The game pays extra for certain four-of-a-kind hands, depending on the kicker, which usually means smaller payouts on lower hands and bigger swings. Read the on-screen pay table and compare it with a reference before playing. Our Double Double Bonus Poker page covers the hand rankings and bonus pays.

Should I use the double-or-nothing feature in SlotoCash video poker?

It's optional, and it doesn't improve the game's value. Several RTG video poker games, including Jacks or Better and Loose Deuces, let you risk a win to try to double it. That adds swing and keeps money in play longer, so you're more likely to lose a winning hand. If you use it, decide in advance how much of each win you'll keep. Our bankroll management guide helps you set those limits.

Does SlotoCash video poker have jackpots?

RTG makes two progressive video poker games, Double Double Jackpot Poker (98.98% published RTP) and Double Jackpot Poker, but SlotoCash doesn't publish which are live. Check the lobby. Progressive games are excluded from the welcome bonus, and big wins are paid within the casino's caps of $5,000 a week and $20,000 a month. See our SlotoCash withdrawals page for how payouts work.

Is it legal to play SlotoCash video poker in the US?

That depends on your state's law; no US state licenses SlotoCash. It's offshore, and the Michigan Gaming Control Board named it in an October 8, 2026 cease-and-desist release about illegal offshore operators. Federal UIGEA targets payment processing for unlawful gambling rather than making a bet a federal crime for the player, but state laws differ. Check your state's page and our offshore casino legality explainer.

Is SlotoCash video poker legal in North Carolina?

North Carolina doesn’t license online casinos, and SlotoCash isn’t licensed by the state. The state’s legal online gambling is sports wagering, regulated by the North Carolina State Lottery Commission since March 2024 with seven licensed operators, and the commission says wagering outside those legal channels is illegal. Its land-based casinos are three tribal venues, including Harrah’s Cherokee. Players in Charlotte, Raleigh and Greensboro can read our North Carolina online casinos guide for the full picture.

Can I play SlotoCash video poker on my phone?

Yes, SlotoCash runs in your phone’s browser, and its support page says no app or software is required, so its video poker games open on mobile too. The pay table matters even more on a small screen, because it may sit behind a help or paytable button rather than above the cards. Check it, and the number of coins you’re betting, before the first deal. Our SlotoCash mobile casino page explains how to add a home-screen shortcut on iPhone and Android.

How many coins should I bet in SlotoCash video poker?

Bet the number of coins your budget allows, and know that the royal flush bonus in many video poker pay tables only pays at maximum coins. Check the top line of the on-screen pay table to see if that applies to the game you’ve opened. If max coins at your chosen coin size means fewer hands than you want, a smaller coin size at max coins keeps the full pay table. Our low stakes guide shows how to stretch a small budget across more hands.

Is SlotoCash or Decode better for video poker?

Neither welcome bonus suits video poker, so the choice rests on the games and banking. SlotoCash names Double Double Bonus Poker and runs RTG’s range, while VegasSlotsOnline reports around 2,500 games at Decode from many studios, with RTG among the logos. Decode is reported to refuse players from Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington, and its terms come from third-party reviews only. Both are offshore and unlicensed in the US. Our SlotoCash vs Decode page sets out banking and caps side by side.

Does SlotoCash VIP cashback cover video poker losses?

SlotoCash’s VIP page lists monthly cashback on net losses of 5% at Gold, 10% at Platinum and 15% at Diamond, but it doesn’t say whether video poker losses count. Ask support before you rely on it. As an illustration, the average loss on $625 of Jacks or Better at 99.54% RTP is $2.88, so 5% cashback on that would be about 14 cents. Cashback softens losses rather than changing the edge. Our VIP bonus guide explains how loss-based rewards usually work.
