Is Kudos Casino legit? It is a real, operating offshore casino, but its credentials are thin: the terms claim a license 'in the legal jurisdiction of Curacao' with no license number, and no operating company is named. No US state licenses it. Here is what each of those facts means for a US player's money.
Kudos Casino's terms say it is 'licensed in the legal jurisdiction of Curacao' but give no license number to verify.
No operator or company name was found on its pages as of October 28, 2026.
No regulator action naming Kudos was found, and it is not in Michigan's 2025–2026 cease-and-desist releases checked.
No US state licenses Kudos, so there's no state regulator to help if a payout or bonus dispute goes wrong.
Is Kudos Casino legit? The straight answer
Kudos Casino is a working offshore casino, not a state-licensed one. Its terms and conditions say it is 'licensed in the legal jurisdiction of Curacao', yet they give no license number, and no company name appears as operator. That leaves a US player with very little to check and nobody official to complain to.
'Legit' usually means three things: who runs it, who licenses it, and whether it pays. On the first two, Kudos publishes less than most. On the third, its payout terms are not published, which we cover on our Kudos Casino withdrawals page.
For the full brand overview, start with our Kudos Casino review. This page looks only at license, ownership, regulator actions and the US legal position.

A blank in this table is not proof of wrongdoing. It does mean the usual signs of accountability are missing, and you would be relying on the casino's own goodwill. Our guide on how to spot a rogue casino explains which gaps matter most.
Kudos Casino license: the Curaçao claim
Kudos Casino's terms state it is 'licensed in the legal jurisdiction of Curacao'. No license number, license holder or issuing body is named. Under the older Curaçao system, many sites operated on sublicenses from master license holders, which made a bare 'Curaçao' claim hard to trace.
Curaçao has since changed its rules. The National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK) came into force on December 24, 2024, replacing sublicenses with direct licenses supervised by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, according to the CGA's online gaming page (opens in a new tab). The CGA's main site (opens in a new tab) links a license register and public warnings page, though whether the register works as a searchable validator wasn't confirmed.
Without a number, there's nothing specific to look up. If you want to test the claim, ask Kudos support for its license number and license holder, then compare the answer with the CGA register. Our explainer on the Curaçao license and the question what is a Curaçao license cover the system in more depth.
Who owns Kudos Casino?
No owner or operating company was found on Kudos Casino's pages as of October 28, 2026. The launch year isn't published either. That is unusual even among offshore casinos: several of our partners name a company in their terms, and Silver Oak, for example, names Primrose Media Limited and an Anjouan license.
The footer shows a SpinLogic Gaming logo. Third-party sources describe SpinLogic as RTG's brand for many markets since 2022, but a software supplier is not the operator and isn't responsible for your account. See our RTG software guide for how these platforms are licensed to casinos.
Kudos Casino regulator actions and complaints
No regulator action naming Kudos Casino was found as of October 28, 2026. It does not appear in the Michigan Gaming Control Board's cease-and-desist releases of August 14, 2025, April 7, 2026 or the 33 letters issued on October 8, 2026 (opens in a new tab).
That October 2026 release explains why the board acts against offshore sites: it says players on them have no access to Michigan self-exclusion, deposit limits or other responsible gaming tools, no independent testing of games, and no recourse through the board if winnings are withheld. Those points apply to any unlicensed casino, named or not.
No complaint statistics or reviewer ratings for Kudos were found in the sources checked, so we don't quote any. Our page on cease-and-desist letters lists how states have acted against other brands.
Is Kudos Casino legal in the US?
Only seven states license real-money online casinos: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Kudos holds none of those licenses. Maine legalized tribal-run online casinos in January 2026, but nothing had launched by October 2026.
Federal law doesn't settle the question for players. UIGEA targets payment processing for unlawful internet gambling and defines 'unlawful' by the law of the state where the bet is made, as the text of 31 U.S.C. § 5362 (opens in a new tab) shows. It does not make placing a bet a federal crime for the player.
Is Kudos Casino legal where you live? What state regulators say
Kudos's terms list only countries it refuses, not US states, so its site won't flag a state problem. State regulators have been far more direct. Here is what five of them say about unlicensed online casinos, as recorded on October 28, 2026.

In practice, that means the casino's own terms govern every dispute. If a withdrawal is refused or a bonus is voided, your options are the casino's support, a third-party mediation site, or a chargeback request to your card issuer, which may not succeed. Our guide to player protections offshore vs licensed covers this in detail.
Kudos Casino red flags and green flags at a glance
Weighing what Kudos does and doesn't publish gives a quick picture of how much trust it asks for.
Pros
Terms page dated (last modified October 12, 2026).
Names a software platform (SpinLogic Gaming).
States a license jurisdiction (Curaçao).
No regulator action naming it found as of October 28, 2026.
Cons
No license number or license holder.
No operator company or launch year.
No payout times, limits or fees published.
No US state license, complaint route or balance protection.
No published bonus wagering for its Kudos rate.
The cons outweigh the pros on accountability, mainly because each missing fact removes a way to check the casino independently. Our casino red flags guide and the Kudos Casino bonus page cover the related warning signs.
What would make Kudos Casino easier to trust
Four published facts would change the picture: a license number that matches a Curaçao Gaming Authority register entry, the name of the company that holds player balances, a cashier page with withdrawal limits and times, and full bonus terms. Until they appear, the safer approach is a small first deposit, verification before you play and an early test withdrawal.
How to check whether Kudos Casino is legit for you
Check your state's law on our states hub before opening any account.
Ask Kudos support, in writing, for its license number, license holder and operating company.
Compare any number you're given with the Curaçao Gaming Authority's register and public warnings page.
Read the terms for withdrawal limits, fees and verification rules before you deposit.
Start with a small deposit you can afford to lose, and test a withdrawal before depositing more.
Keep copies of the terms, chats and transaction records in case of a dispute.
If anything in the answers doesn't match, stop there. Our guide on how to file a casino complaint explains what you can do if a dispute does arise.
Alternatives to Kudos Casino with an offer via our links
The two partners below show offers via our links. They are also offshore casinos, not licensed by any US state, and both have been named in Michigan Gaming Control Board cease-and-desist releases, which call such sites illegal offshore operators. Check your state's law first, and remember there is no state regulator to complain to. We earn a commission from these links and rank partners commercially.
Slot Madness Casino: $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 50 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Third-party reviews report a 275% match with code MAD275, a $30 minimum deposit, 30x bonus plus deposit wagering on slots and no max cashout; review sites disagree on the cap. The Michigan board named Slot Madness on August 14, 2025. See our Slot Madness review and is Slot Madness legit.
SlotoCash Casino: $6,000 Welcome Bonus + 60 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). The casino's own site advertises a different package, $7,777 plus 300 spins over five deposits, and its welcome bonus terms (opens in a new tab) set 25x deposit plus bonus wagering, a $20 minimum per bonus and no max cashout. The terms shown at sign-up apply. The Michigan board named SlotoCash on October 8, 2026. See our SlotoCash review.
Bonuses at both are slot-focused, and table games are often excluded or weighted lower. Gambling costs money, and the house edge makes losses likely over time. For help, call or text 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738) or visit the NCPG National Problem Gambling Helpline (opens in a new tab).

Frequently asked questions
Is Kudos Casino a scam?
There's no evidence in the sources checked that Kudos Casino is a scam, but it publishes very little that would let you verify it. Its terms claim a Curaçao license with no number, and no operator is named. No regulator action naming it was found as of October 28, 2026. Treat it as an unverified offshore casino and keep deposits small. Our guide on how to spot a rogue casino lists the warning signs to check.
Is Kudos Casino actually licensed?
Kudos Casino says it is, but you can't verify it. Its terms state it is 'licensed in the legal jurisdiction of Curacao' and give no license number or license holder. Curaçao moved to direct licensing under its LOK law from December 24, 2024, and the regulator links a register, but without a number there's nothing to search. Read our Curaçao license explainer for how the system works now.
Does Kudos Casino name its owner or operator?
No owner or operating company is named on Kudos Casino's pages as of October 28, 2026. The footer shows a SpinLogic Gaming logo, but SpinLogic supplies software and is not the operator. Without a company name, you can't check who holds your balance or where to send a formal complaint. Our Kudos Casino review collects the other brand facts, and our SpinLogic Gaming page explains the software side.
Is Kudos Casino legal in the USA?
Kudos Casino is not licensed by any US state, and whether you may play there depends on your state's law. Seven states license real-money online casinos, and Kudos holds none of those licenses. Federal UIGEA targets payment processing rather than players, while some states treat online gambling more strictly. See is it illegal to play at offshore casinos and our offshore casino legality guide.
Has any state taken action against Kudos Casino?
No state action naming Kudos Casino was found as of October 28, 2026. It isn't named in Michigan's cease-and-desist releases of August 14, 2025, April 7, 2026 or October 8, 2026. Absence from these lists doesn't mean a state approves of a site; Michigan treats all unlicensed online casinos as illegal there. Our page on cease-and-desist letters tracks actions against other brands, and Michigan covers that state's rules.
Does Kudos Casino accept US players?
Kudos Casino's terms list no US states as restricted, as of October 28, 2026. They exclude Belgium, Costa Rica, Curaçao, France, Germany, India, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the UK. A missing state list doesn't make play lawful where you live, and it doesn't stop the casino closing accounts later under its terms. Check your state's rules on our states hub before signing up anywhere.
Is Kudos Casino safe for deposits?
It's hard to call Kudos Casino safe when it publishes no operator, no license number and no payout terms. Your balance has no state-backed protection, and disputes are settled under the casino's own terms. If you do deposit, use a small amount you can afford to lose and test a withdrawal first. Our Kudos Casino withdrawals page and are offshore casinos safe explain the risks.
Are the partner casinos more legit than Kudos?
They publish more, but they're not state-licensed either. SlotoCash posts its bonus and banking terms on its own site, and both SlotoCash and Slot Madness have been named in Michigan cease-and-desist releases, on October 8, 2026 and August 14, 2025. Licenses for both are reported differently by third parties. Read is SlotoCash legit and is Slot Madness legit before choosing.
Can I check the Kudos Casino Curaçao license myself?
Only partly, because Kudos gives no license number to look up. Ask support in writing for the license number and the name of the license holder. Then compare the reply with the register and public warnings page linked from the Curaçao Gaming Authority's site, which has supervised operators directly since the LOK law took effect on December 24, 2024. If support won't give a number, or the name doesn't match, treat the license claim as unverified. Our explainer what is a Curaçao license and the state regulators page show what each kind of license means.
Is Kudos Casino related to Planet 7 or other SpinLogic casinos?
Nothing published links them. Kudos shows a SpinLogic Gaming logo, and third-party reviews report that partners such as Planet 7 and Royal Ace also run RTG and SpinLogic games, but sharing a software supplier doesn't mean sharing an owner. Kudos names no operating company at all, so no ownership link can be confirmed either way. Judge each casino on its own terms, license claims and regulator record. Our SpinLogic Gaming page explains how the platform is supplied, and is Planet 7 legit covers that partner.
Is Kudos Casino legit in Ohio?
Kudos lists no US states as restricted, but Ohio doesn't license online casinos, and Ohio's casino regulator warns that illegal sites offer 'no consumer protections'. The Ohio Casino Control Commission even recommends the Gamban blocking tool to keep unregulated online casinos and social casinos off your devices. A bill to license online casinos, HB 298, has been pending since 2025 and hadn't passed by October 2026. Kudos holds no Ohio license. Read can I play online casinos in Ohio and our Ohio gambling laws page.
What happens to my Kudos Casino balance if the site closes?
There's no published answer, and that is the risk. Kudos names no operator and no license number, and no US state licenses it, so there's no regulator that could order a closed site to return balances and no state fund that protects them. Your only claim would be against a company the casino doesn't identify. Keep balances low and withdraw winnings rather than leaving them on account. Our page what happens if a casino closes and the guide to casino dormant accounts explain what usually happens.
Are Kudos Casino games fair?
Kudos publishes no game testing certificates or RTP reports on the pages we rely on, so fairness can't be confirmed from its own site. Its lobby carries a SpinLogic Gaming logo, a platform third parties describe as RTG's brand for many markets, and the software maker's reputation is separate from how a casino runs its account. Michigan's October 2026 release points out that unlicensed sites have no independent testing of games under that state's rules. Read are RTG games fair and how RNGs work for the background.
Can I play at Kudos Casino on my phone?
Kudos doesn't publish details of a mobile app on the pages we rely on, so assume play is through your phone's browser rather than an app store. Real-money offshore casinos generally aren't listed in the Apple or Google stores, and copycat apps or unofficial mirror sites are a common phishing route. The trust picture on mobile is the same as on desktop: no operator, no license number and no US state license. See why is there no casino app in the App Store and our casino account security guide.
Can I deposit at Kudos Casino with Bitcoin?
Kudos Casino doesn't publish whether it takes Bitcoin or any other crypto, as of October 28, 2026; no payment methods were found on the pages checked. Ask support which deposit and withdrawal methods are open to US players before registering. If crypto is offered, remember that transfers generally can't be reversed, which matters more at a casino with no named operator to complain to. Our Bitcoin casinos page and what crypto do casinos accept explain the options and the risks.
