Fresh Deck Studios live dealer casinos

Fresh Deck Studios (live dealer) casinos are hard to verify: we couldn't confirm the studio's founding date, location, owner or which casinos use it, and none of our partners is confirmed to carry it. This guide explains what that gap means, which partners report live tables at all, what live games cost in dollars, and how to check a lobby yourself.

Key takeaways

  • Fresh Deck Studios' founding date, base, owner and casino list aren't published in any source we could confirm.
  • None of our partners is confirmed to run Fresh Deck; reports on live dealer at SlotoCash and Decode conflict, and Silver Oak is reported to have none.
  • Visionary iGaming is the live dealer studio named at some US-facing sites, including SlotoCash in one third-party listing.
  • Live tables have the same house edge math as any table game, and live dealer play is often excluded from bonuses.

Fresh Deck Studios live dealer casinos: the short answer

If you've seen Fresh Deck Studios named as a live dealer provider, you'll find very little verified detail behind the name. In the sources available to us, nothing confirmed the studio's history, where it streams from, who owns it, or which casinos carry it today. We'd rather tell you that plainly than fill the gap with guesses.

What we can do is show what's confirmed about live dealer play at the casinos we cover, explain how a live table costs you money, and give you a checklist for confirming any provider yourself. For the wider picture, see our casino software providers hub and the live dealer guide.

When a provider's basic facts can't be confirmed, the casino's own disclosures become more important. A casino that names its live dealer provider in its terms, as Cherry Jackpot does for Visionary iGaming, at least gives you something to check. Our guide on reading a casino review explains how to weigh claims like these.

How live dealer casino games differ from RNG tables

A live dealer game streams a real table, with a human dealer handling real cards or a real wheel, while you place bets through an on-screen interface. A standard online table game instead uses a random number generator to deal or spin. Our what is live dealer answer and the live dealer glossary entry cover the basics.

The format changes the feel, not the edge. A single-zero roulette wheel has 37 pockets and pays 35:1 on a single number, whether it's streamed or generated, so the house keeps 2.7%. RTG's RNG European Roulette is listed by GamesHub (opens in a new tab) at 97.3% RTP, the same figure.

A live roulette session in dollars

Fifty spins at $10 is $500 staked. At a 2.7% edge the expected loss is $500 × 2.7% = $13.50. Raise the stake to $25 a spin for the same 50 spins and the expected loss is $33.75. Live games usually run slower than RNG tables, which can lower your total stake per hour, but no betting pattern changes the edge. Our roulette strategies page shows why systems such as the Martingale don't work.

Do our partner casinos offer live dealer games?

Live dealer coverage is one of the most disputed points in third-party reviews of US-facing offshore casinos. Here's what the records say for each partner, including where they conflict.

SlotoCashConflict: LCB lists live dealer; PokerListings says no dedicated section; its homepage doesn't mention itThird-party and casino's own siteNo

LCB's SlotoCash listing (opens in a new tab) names Visionary iGaming among its providers, which would explain a live dealer entry, while PokerListings (opens in a new tab) reports no dedicated live dealer section. Until the casino itself shows live tables in its lobby, treat SlotoCash as unconfirmed for live play.

Our answer to do RTG casinos have live dealer explains why RealTime Gaming casinos often add a separate live studio, or none.

Visionary iGaming and other live dealer names at US-facing sites

The live dealer studio we see named most often at US-facing offshore casinos is Visionary iGaming, not Fresh Deck. It appears in LCB's SlotoCash listing, in a GamblingNews review of El Royale Casino that may be out of date, and in Cherry Jackpot's own terms.

Our best live dealer casinos list ranks partners on what's actually reported about live tables. For RNG table games with published figures, our games hub covers titles such as Super 21, listed by PokerListings at 99.6% RTP.

Live dealer games and casino bonus terms

Expect live dealer play to be shut out of most welcome bonuses. Silver Oak's own terms and conditions (opens in a new tab) list live dealer games among those excluded from bonus play, alongside roulette, baccarat and craps. SlotoCash's general bonus terms exclude table games and specialty games by default.

Even where table play counts, it may count at a lower rate. Silver Oak's terms set 60x wagering for table games and video poker against 40x for slots. On a $100 deposit plus $100 bonus, 60x means $12,000 in wagers. See table games bonus and game weighting.

How to confirm a casino's live dealer provider

  1. Look for a live casino or live dealer tab in the lobby before you deposit. If there isn't one, the casino may not offer live play to US accounts.
  2. Open a live table's information screen and note the provider name, table limits and rules shown.
  3. Read the casino's terms for the provider name and for live dealer bonus exclusions.
  4. Check the table rules: number of decks, payouts on blackjack and whether roulette is single or double zero, since these set the house edge.
  5. Note the minimum and maximum bets, and set a session budget that fits the minimum.
  6. Check withdrawal caps and verification rules before you play, as they apply to live winnings too.

Are live dealer casinos legal in the USA?

Live dealer games are casino games, so the same state laws apply as for slots. Real-money online casinos are state-licensed only in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Maine legalized tribal-run online casinos in January 2026, but nothing had launched by October 2026 and a lawsuit is pending. See states with legal online casinos.

Offshore casinos, including all our partners, aren't licensed by any US state, so there's no state regulator for complaints and no state-backed protection of balances. The Michigan Gaming Control Board named Silver Oak on April 9, 2025 and SlotoCash in its October 8, 2026 release (opens in a new tab) among illegal offshore operators sent cease-and-desist letters. Read offshore vs state-licensed casinos for the trade-offs.

Decode's site shows a $111 free chip and crypto bonuses without visible terms; third-party reviews report DECODE111 (111% up to $1,111, 25x, $25 minimum). It's reported to refuse Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington. See the Decode review.

Silver Oak's own pages advertise a $10,000 package across ten deposits with "no max withdrawal", but give 30x on the promo page and 40x on slots in the terms, a conflict to check. Deposits start at $30. It names Primrose Media Limited and an Anjouan license. See the Silver Oak review.

Frequently asked questions

What is Fresh Deck Studios?

It's the name of a live dealer game provider, but its founding date, location, owner and license aren't published in any source we could confirm. We also couldn't confirm which casinos use it. Treat confident claims about it with caution unless the casino names it in its own terms. Compare better-documented studios on our casino software providers hub.

Which casinos use Fresh Deck Studios?

We couldn't confirm any. None of our seven partners is confirmed to run Fresh Deck Studios, and none of the other casinos we review names it in the records we checked. The live dealer provider named most often at US-facing sites is Visionary iGaming. Check a casino's live lobby and terms yourself, and see our best live dealer casinos list.

Does SlotoCash have live dealer games?

Reports conflict. LCB lists live dealer at SlotoCash and names Visionary iGaming among its providers, while PokerListings says there's no dedicated live dealer section and the casino's homepage doesn't mention live games. Check the lobby before depositing for live play. Our SlotoCash review covers its games, banking and terms in full.

Is live dealer roulette better odds than RNG roulette?

No, the odds are the same if the wheel is the same. A single-zero wheel has a 2.7% house edge whether it's streamed or generated, so $500 in bets has an expected loss of $13.50 either way. Double-zero wheels cost more. Read our how to play roulette guide for the bets and payouts.

Can I use a casino bonus on Fresh Deck live dealer tables?

Usually not. Silver Oak's own terms list live dealer among excluded games, and SlotoCash's general terms exclude table and specialty games by default. Playing excluded games with a bonus active can void winnings. If live tables are your focus, playing without a bonus is often simpler. See bonus game weighting for how casinos count each game.

Are Fresh Deck Studios live dealer games rigged?

We can't confirm testing for Fresh Deck Studios, because no certificate or test lab is published for it in the sources we checked. Live games use real cards and wheels, but the casino and studio set the rules, limits and payouts. Read the table rules before you bet. Our guide on how to spot a rogue casino lists warning signs.

Are live dealer casinos legal in the US?

Only where your state allows online casinos. Seven states license real-money online casinos, and offshore casinos offering live tables aren't licensed by any of them. Michigan's regulator calls such operators illegal. Whether you may play depends on your state's law, which we set out on each state page. Start with are online casinos legal in the US.

Who can I call for help with gambling?

Call or text 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738) for the National Problem Gambling Helpline, run by NCPG, or use its online chat. It's free and confidential. Deposit limits, cool-off periods, self-exclusion and blocking apps such as Gamban and BetBlocker can help you stay in control. Our responsible gambling hub explains each option and lists state programs.

Is Fresh Deck Studios the same as Visionary iGaming?

No source we checked links Fresh Deck Studios to Visionary iGaming, so we can't say they're the same company or confirm how they relate. They appear as separate names. Visionary iGaming is the live dealer studio named most often at US-facing offshore sites: Cherry Jackpot's own terms name it, LCB lists it at SlotoCash, and a possibly dated GamblingNews review lists it at El Royale. Fresh Deck, by contrast, isn't named in any casino's terms in our records. If a casino says it uses either, look for the name on the live table's info screen. See our Cherry Jackpot review and the live dealer guide.

Can I play Fresh Deck live dealer games at Silver Oak?

Not as far as the records show, because Silver Oak isn't reported to run any live dealer studio, Fresh Deck included. LCB lists no live dealer there and Silver Oak's site doesn't mention live tables, although its terms list live dealer games among those excluded from bonus play. Third-party listings name RealTime Gaming and SpinLogic as its software. If live play matters to you, look for a live casino tab in the lobby before you deposit the $30 minimum. Our Silver Oak table games page covers the RNG tables it's reported to carry.

Does Decode have Fresh Deck live dealer tables?

Fresh Deck isn't named at Decode, and whether Decode has any live dealer tables is disputed. LCB's listing says it does while LCB's own review text says it doesn't, and VegasSlotsOnline says there is no live dealer. Decode's provider list from reviewers runs to 17 studios, mostly slot makers such as RTG, Rival and Betsoft. LCB also reports that games from several studios can't be played from US accounts there. Sign in and check for a live section before you rely on one. Our Decode table games page and Decode review have more.

What house edge do Fresh Deck live dealer games have?

Fresh Deck hasn't published house edges, so the figure depends on each table's rules, which you can read on its info screen. The format doesn't change the math. A single-zero roulette wheel keeps 2.7%, live or generated, so 100 spins at $5 ($500 staked) cost $13.50 on average. Blackjack varies more with rules: RTG's RNG Super 21 is listed at 99.6% RTP, a 0.4% edge, or about $4 on $1,000 of hands. Deck count and the blackjack payout move live tables up or down. Our house edge explained guide and blackjack page show how rules change the cost.

Can I play Fresh Deck live dealer games on my phone?

We can't confirm that any casino available to US players offers Fresh Deck tables at all, on a phone or otherwise. The partners we cover run in a phone browser: SlotoCash's support page says no app or software is required, and Silver Oak's mobile page lists browser play on iPhone, Android and tablets. Live streams use more data than RNG games, so if a casino offers live tables, check the minimum bet and table limits on the info screen before you join on cellular data. Our mobile casino guide and SlotoCash mobile page explain browser play.

How do I withdraw winnings from a live dealer casino?

Live dealer winnings go through the same cashier and checks as slot winnings, so verify your account before your first request. SlotoCash's support page says photo ID and a recent utility bill are needed before any payout, and its banking page lists Bitcoin from $100 with no fee and a $5,000 weekly cap. Silver Oak's terms block withdrawals until verification is complete and describe a 7 to 10 business day review plus 7 to 10 days for payment. Bonus play can add wagering holds. Read how to verify your casino account and our withdrawal times guide.

Are Fresh Deck live dealer casinos legal in New York?

No, New York doesn't allow online casinos of any kind, live dealer included. The New York State Gaming Commission says online casinos, including ones that claim to be sweepstakes, are unlawful there. Permitted online wagering is limited to licensed sports wagering, with nine licensed operators, plus ADW horse racing, charity raffles, licensed fantasy sports and certain lottery purchases. New York also banned dual-currency sweepstakes casinos under S5935-A, effective December 5, 2025. Any live dealer site taking New Yorkers is offshore and unlicensed by the state. See our New York online casinos page and sweepstakes casino bans.
