Is Cherry Jackpot legit? It is a real, identifiable offshore casino: its terms name the operator, Entsoft Group Ltd, and an Anjouan license number. No US state licenses it, though, and it doesn’t publish payout times. Here is what the license means, what US law says, which regulator actions we checked, and the weak points to weigh before depositing.
Operator: Entsoft Group Ltd, company registration No. 000042028, named in the casino’s terms.
License: Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, No. ALSI-192407055-FI3.
No US state licenses Cherry Jackpot, so there is no state regulator to complain to.
No regulator action naming Cherry Jackpot was found as of October 28, 2026.
Weak points: no published payout times, a $4,000 weekly withdrawal cap and a $35 deposit rule before any withdrawal.
Is Cherry Jackpot legit? The short answer
Cherry Jackpot is a genuine business with a named operator and a published foreign license, which puts it ahead of many offshore casinos on basic transparency. It is not a US-regulated casino. Its license comes from Anjouan, an island of the Union of Comoros, and no state gaming regulator oversees it.
“Legit” therefore has two halves. On identity, the casino discloses who it is. On protection, a US player has far less recourse than at a state-licensed casino in New Jersey or Michigan. The rest of this page goes through both halves, and our full Cherry Jackpot review covers games, bonuses and banking.

Who owns Cherry Jackpot? Entsoft Group Ltd
Cherry Jackpot’s terms name Entsoft Group Ltd, company registration No. 000042028, as the operator. The site footer uses a longer form, “Entertainment Software Group Ltd”, with the same registration number. The two names almost certainly refer to one company, but the mismatch is the kind of small inconsistency worth noting when you judge a casino’s paperwork.
The casino doesn’t publish a launch year, and the main slot software provider isn’t named in its terms. The only provider named is Visionary iGaming, for live dealer games. Compare that with many of the casinos we cover, where ownership is only reported by third-party review sites; see who owns Planet 7 Casino for an example of conflicting reports.
Cherry Jackpot’s Anjouan license: what it covers
The terms state a license from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, with license number ALSI-192407055-FI3. Publishing a number lets you look the license up and makes the claim specific, which is better than the vague “fully licensed” wording some casinos use.
An Anjouan license is issued under Anjouan law. It doesn’t make a casino legal in any US state, and it doesn’t give US players a domestic regulator, a state-backed complaint process or protected balances. Our explainers on the Anjouan license and what an Anjouan license means go further, and the Curaçao license page covers the other common offshore regime.
Silver Oak, one of our partner casinos, is also licensed in Anjouan but doesn’t show a license number. Cherry Jackpot does show one.
Regulator actions: has any state named Cherry Jackpot?
No regulator action naming Cherry Jackpot was found when the casino was checked on October 28, 2026. That is a fair point in its favor, but it is not an endorsement. State regulators send cease-and-desist letters in waves, and an unnamed casino is simply one that hasn’t appeared in a published list yet.
Michigan is the most active state. The Michigan Gaming Control Board describes the offshore sites it targets as illegal operators, and its October 8, 2026 release on 33 cease-and-desist letters (opens in a new tab) is one of several. Those releases have named partner brands we cover, including Silver Oak and Planet 7 on April 9, 2025, Miami Club and Slot Madness on August 14, 2025, and SlotoCash on October 8, 2026. Our guide to cease-and-desist letters lists what these letters do and don’t mean for players.
Is Cherry Jackpot legal in the US?
Cherry Jackpot holds no license from any US state, so it isn’t legal in the sense that a New Jersey or Pennsylvania online casino is. Whether playing there is lawful for you depends on your state’s law. Only seven states license real-money online casinos: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Maine passed a tribal online casino law in January 2026, but nothing had launched by October 2026.

Where Cherry Jackpot falls short
A named operator and a license number don’t settle the questions most players care about: will I get paid, how fast, and what happens if there is a dispute? On those, Cherry Jackpot’s published pages leave gaps.

Warning signs that would change the Cherry Jackpot verdict
The verdict on this page rests on what Cherry Jackpot published as of October 28, 2026. If you already play there, watch for changes that would make it riskier.
Cherry Jackpot appears in a state regulator's cease-and-desist list, such as Michigan's periodic releases.
The license number or operator name disappears from the terms, or changes without explanation.
The $4,000 weekly cap is lowered, or new withdrawal fees are added after you deposit.
Support can't give a payout time, or the time it gives keeps slipping.
You're asked to resend the same documents repeatedly before a withdrawal.
At a state-licensed casino you can escalate a complaint to the state regulator. At Cherry Jackpot, your routes are the casino’s own support, the Anjouan licensing authority, and public complaint sites run by third parties. None of these has the power of a US state regulator over a US player’s balance. The casino’s pages checked don’t describe an independent dispute service.
Alternatives to Cherry Jackpot with an offer via our links
Cherry Jackpot isn’t a partner, so we show offers from Planet 7 and Royal Ace instead. To be straight: both are offshore, neither is licensed by any US state, and on license transparency Cherry Jackpot actually publishes more than either of them. Check your state’s law first, and know that complaint routes and payout protection are limited. We earn commission from partners and rank them commercially.
Planet 7 Casino: $2,750 Welcome Bonus + 45 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Third-party reviews report 30x deposit + bonus wagering on slots, a $1,000 max cashout on its WELCOME200 code, and a $30 card minimum. Its license is disputed: AskGamblers lists Costa Rica, while LCB and Casino Guru list no license. The Michigan board named Planet 7 in its April 9, 2025 cease-and-desist release (opens in a new tab).
Royal Ace Casino: $2,500 Welcome Bonus + 35 Free Spins, via our link (new players, 21+ or 18+ where allowed, terms apply). Third-party listings report 30x deposit + bonus on slots, 60x on blackjack and video poker, and a max cashout of 10x the deposit. Reported operators differ (Emoney Processing Ltd, Primrose Media Limited, Ace Revenue Group), and Casino Guru reports it doesn’t accept Ohio players.
The casino’s own published package may differ from the offer via our link, and the terms shown at sign-up apply. Bonuses and free spins are slot-focused; table games are often excluded or weighted lower. Read is Planet 7 legit and the Royal Ace review for the full picture, or compare on our legit casinos list.

Frequently asked questions
Can I trust Cherry Jackpot as a casino?
Cherry Jackpot is a real, identifiable offshore casino with a named operator and a published Anjouan license number. It isn’t licensed or regulated by any US state, and it doesn’t publish payout times, so US players have limited recourse in a dispute. No regulator action naming it was found as of October 28, 2026. Our Cherry Jackpot review weighs the full picture.
Who owns Cherry Jackpot?
Cherry Jackpot’s terms name Entsoft Group Ltd, company registration No. 000042028, as the operator. The site footer calls the company Entertainment Software Group Ltd with the same number, so both names appear to describe one business. The launch year isn’t published. For how ownership claims are reported at other casinos, see who owns Royal Ace Casino.
What license does Cherry Jackpot have?
Cherry Jackpot states a license from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, number ALSI-192407055-FI3. That is a foreign license issued under Anjouan law. It doesn’t make the casino legal in any US state or give US players a state regulator to complain to. Our Anjouan license guide explains the regime.
Can US players legally use Cherry Jackpot?
Cherry Jackpot has no US state license, and state law decides whether playing there is lawful where you live. Seven states license their own online casinos, and others have no online casino law or prohibit online gambling outright; Washington makes transmitting or receiving gambling information online a class C felony. Read is online gambling legal in the US and check your state’s page.
Has any state sent Cherry Jackpot a cease-and-desist letter?
No cease-and-desist or other regulator action naming Cherry Jackpot was found as of October 28, 2026. That isn’t an approval: states such as Michigan publish lists in batches, and many offshore brands appear only after years of operation. Check your own state regulator’s site before depositing. Our page on cease-and-desist letters explains how to read them.
Is my money safe at Cherry Jackpot?
Your balance has no US state protection at Cherry Jackpot. Funds sit with an offshore company licensed in Anjouan, and the casino doesn’t publish payout times. Withdrawals are capped at $4,000 a week, and a $35 deposit is required before any withdrawal. Keep balances low and withdraw regularly. Our page on player protections offshore vs licensed compares the two systems.
Does Cherry Jackpot pay out?
Cherry Jackpot publishes a $4,000 weekly withdrawal cap, but not its payout times or a minimum withdrawal amount, so we can’t give a verified timeline. The terms require at least one $35 deposit before any withdrawal. Ask support for current processing times before you deposit and save the reply. Our Cherry Jackpot withdrawals page has the details.
How does Cherry Jackpot compare with Planet 7 or Royal Ace?
On license transparency, Cherry Jackpot publishes more: an operator and license number, while Planet 7 and Royal Ace show neither, and third parties disagree about them. Planet 7 was named by Michigan’s regulator on April 9, 2025. All three are offshore without a US state license, so none offers state protection. See is Royal Ace legit for that brand’s record.
Can I play Cherry Jackpot in New Jersey?
Cherry Jackpot lists no excluded US states, but New Jersey licenses its own online casinos and Cherry Jackpot isn't one of them. The Division of Gaming Enforcement's list, updated September 22, 2026, shows nine internet gaming permits held by seven entities tied to Atlantic City casinos. New Jersey law makes offering internet games without DGE approval a fourth-degree crime for operators, and since August 15, 2025 running an unregulated online gambling resort for New Jersey users is a third-degree crime. See our New Jersey online casino guide and what is the safest online casino.
How does Cherry Jackpot compare with Cafe Casino on legitimacy?
Both publish a named operator and a license number, which puts them ahead of most offshore brands. Cherry Jackpot names Entsoft Group Ltd and Anjouan license ALSI-192407055-FI3; Cafe Casino names Arbol Media B.V. and Curaçao license OGL/2024/670/0711. Cafe Casino also publishes payout times and five excluded states, which Cherry Jackpot doesn't, while Cherry Jackpot publishes a $4,000 weekly cap and Cafe Casino doesn't. No regulator action names either. See our Cafe Casino legitimacy check and the Curaçao license explainer.
What software does Cherry Jackpot use?
Cherry Jackpot's terms name only one provider, Visionary iGaming, for its live dealer games; the main slot and table game software isn't named on the pages checked. That's a gap, because game fairness at online casinos usually rests on a known studio's certified random number generator. No independent testing certificate is published either. Check the game information screens in the lobby for a studio name before you play. Our guides on casino software providers and live dealer games explain what each label tells you.
Does Cherry Jackpot have a mobile app?
No Cherry Jackpot app was found in the sources checked on October 28, 2026, and the casino doesn't describe one. If you play on a phone, use the casino's own website in your mobile browser and avoid any "Cherry Jackpot app" offered through ads, texts or third-party download sites, which may be fakes. The same terms, including the $4,000 weekly withdrawal cap, apply whatever device you use. Our playing on Android guide and casino mirror sites explainer cover how to stay on the genuine site.
Why does Cherry Jackpot require a $35 deposit before withdrawing?
Cherry Jackpot's terms require at least one $35 deposit before any withdrawal, but they don't explain the reason. Rules like this are common at offshore casinos and usually stop players cashing out winnings from free chips or promotions without ever funding the account. In practice, it means a player who only used free credits would need to deposit $35 before requesting a payout. Check whether the deposit must also be wagered. Our pages on free chips and max cashout explained cover related rules.
Is the Cherry Jackpot 400% bonus real?
Yes, the CHERRY400 offer appears on Cherry Jackpot's own welcome page: a 400% slots match advertised up to $8,000, redeemable twice, with 40x wagering and a $10 maximum bet. A smaller CHERRY100 code gives 100% up to $1,000 at 40x. Being real doesn't make it good value; the page doesn't say whether wagering counts on the bonus or on deposit plus bonus, and no max cashout or expiry is stated. Our Cherry Jackpot bonus page works through the dollar cost, and bonus terms red flags lists what to check.
Are Cherry Jackpot winnings taxable if it's offshore?
Yes. Winnings at Cherry Jackpot are taxable federal income, even though it's an offshore casino licensed in Anjouan and may never issue a tax form. Payers file Form W-2G for slot wins of $2,000 or more in 2026, but smaller wins are taxable too. From the 2026 tax year, the deduction for gambling losses is reported to be capped at 90% of losses and only up to your winnings; check IRS guidance. Keep records of every deposit, withdrawal and big win. See do offshore casinos report to the IRS and keeping gambling records.
