Is Las Atlantis Casino legit? It is an operating offshore casino whose terms claim an Anjouan license with no number, and it names no company beyond its trade name. Mississippi's gaming regulator named it in cease-and-desist orders in June 2025, and its own terms exclude Kansas and Michigan. Here's what that adds up to for US players.
Las Atlantis's terms claim a license from the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under the Betting and Gaming Act 2005, with no license number.
The terms give only the trade name 'Las Atlantis Casino'; no operating company is named.
The Mississippi Gaming Commission named lasatlantis.com in cease-and-desist orders on June 17, 2025, a third-party report says.
Its terms exclude two US states, Kansas and Michigan, and no US state licenses it.
Is Las Atlantis Casino legit? The short verdict
Las Atlantis is a real offshore casino, but not a regulated one in any US sense. Its terms say it is licensed by the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under the Betting and Gaming Act 2005, and they give no license number. The only name given for the business is the trade name, 'Las Atlantis Casino'.
One US regulator has acted against it. A Bonus.com report says the Mississippi Gaming Commission named lasatlantis.com in cease-and-desist orders dated June 17, 2025. So 'legit' depends on what you mean: it takes deposits and publishes terms, but it has no US license and at least one state has told it to stop.
Counted carefully, the terms exclude two US states. Every other state is left off the list, but that doesn't make play lawful there; it only means the casino hasn't chosen to block it. Our guide on how to spot a rogue casino explains which gaps matter.
Las Atlantis license: what an Anjouan claim means
Anjouan is one of the islands of the Union of Comoros, and its gaming licenses are issued under its own law. Las Atlantis cites the Betting and Gaming Act 2005 but gives no license number or license holder, so there's no specific record you can look up.
Some of our partner casinos make the same kind of claim; Silver Oak, for example, names Primrose Media Limited and an Anjouan license in its terms. An Anjouan license is foreign and is not a US state license, so it gives no access to a US complaint route. Our Anjouan license page and what is an Anjouan license explain the system.
Las Atlantis regulator actions: Mississippi and Michigan
According to Bonus.com's report on Mississippi's orders (opens in a new tab), the Mississippi Gaming Commission named lasatlantis.com among offshore and sweepstakes sites sent cease-and-desist orders on June 17, 2025. The commission's own public notice from that month doesn't list names, so the naming rests on the third-party report.
The commission's position is clear on its own pages. Its FAQ (opens in a new tab) says any casino game conducted online where money is paid and won is illegal in Mississippi, and its June 2025 notice warned that players could face prosecution and forfeiture of deposits.
Las Atlantis is not named in the Michigan Gaming Control Board's cease-and-desist releases of August 14, 2025, April 7, 2026 or October 8, 2026. Its terms already exclude Michigan, where the board says on its legal vs illegal gaming page (opens in a new tab) that gambling is generally illegal unless state law specifically authorizes it. See cease-and-desist letters for other states' actions.
Why Las Atlantis excludes Kansas and Michigan
The terms don't give reasons, so we won't guess at them. What we can say is what each state's law looks like.

Is Las Atlantis Casino legal in the US?
Las Atlantis isn't licensed in any of the seven states that license real-money online casinos: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Everywhere else, no state licenses online casinos at all.
Weighing what Las Atlantis does publish against what it leaves out gives a quick sense of how much you'd be relying on its goodwill.
Pros
Names a license jurisdiction and law (Anjouan, Betting and Gaming Act 2005).
Publishes restricted states and countries.
Publishes a $150 minimum withdrawal and a 2–3 business day ID approval time.
Publishes wagering, max bet and payout caps on its crypto welcome.
Cons
No license number or license holder.
No operating company beyond the trade name.
Named in Mississippi cease-and-desist orders, June 17, 2025 (reported).
Conflicting figures on its own welcome page.
No US state license, complaint route or balance protection.
Compared with some offshore casinos, Las Atlantis publishes a fair amount about its rules but little about itself. The Mississippi action is the heaviest single mark against it. See casino red flags for how to weigh each point, and are offshore casinos safe for the wider picture.
How to decide whether Las Atlantis is legit enough for you
Check your state's law on our states hub. If you're in Kansas or Michigan, the casino's own terms exclude you.
Ask support for the license number, license holder and operating company, and keep the reply.
Read the withdrawal terms, including the $150 minimum and ID approval time, before you deposit.
Decide on a small first deposit and a firm loss limit.

Testing Las Atlantis with a small deposit: a dollar plan
The most practical legitimacy check is whether a casino pays a small withdrawal on its own published terms. With Las Atlantis, the $150 minimum withdrawal shapes how that test has to work.
Verify first. Send ID and proof of address after registering, since the terms allow two to three business days for approval.
Deposit an amount you can afford to lose entirely, for example $200, and skip the bonus so no 40x wagering applies.
If your balance reaches $150 or more, request a withdrawal of at least $150, the published minimum.
Record the request date, the amount and every message, and note how long the payment takes to arrive.
Only consider a larger deposit if the test is paid in full and on the terms you were given.
Without a bonus, the deposit is yours to withdraw once it's over the minimum, so the test costs only what you lose in play plus any network fees. Our Las Atlantis withdrawals page and the guide to how much should I deposit help size it.

Frequently asked questions
Is Las Atlantis Casino a scam?
No source we used calls Las Atlantis a scam, but it is an unlicensed operator in US terms. Its terms claim an Anjouan license with no number and name no company, and Mississippi's regulator named it in cease-and-desist orders in June 2025, a third-party report says. Treat it as an offshore casino with limited accountability and keep deposits small. Our guide on how to spot a rogue casino lists the main warning signs.
Does Las Atlantis Casino say who owns it?
Las Atlantis doesn't say. Its terms give only the trade name 'Las Atlantis Casino', with no company name, address or registration number, as checked on October 28, 2026. Without an operator name, you can't check who holds your balance or where a formal complaint should go. Our Las Atlantis Casino review collects the other brand facts, and who owns Silver Oak shows what fuller disclosure looks like.
What license does Las Atlantis Casino have?
Its terms say it is licensed by the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under the Betting and Gaming Act 2005. No license number is stated, so the claim can't be matched to a specific record. An Anjouan license is a foreign license, not a US state license, and it gives no US complaint route. See our Anjouan license page for how these licenses work.
Has Las Atlantis been banned in any state?
The Mississippi Gaming Commission named lasatlantis.com in cease-and-desist orders on June 17, 2025, according to a Bonus.com report. The commission says online casino games for money are illegal in Mississippi. Separately, Las Atlantis's own terms exclude Kansas and Michigan. It wasn't named in Michigan's 2025–2026 releases that were checked. See our Mississippi page and cease-and-desist letters tracker.
Which US states does Las Atlantis not accept?
Its terms exclude two US states: Kansas and Michigan, as checked on October 28, 2026. They also exclude Georgia, Israel, the Netherlands, Russia, Ukraine and the UK, listed among countries. Not being on the list doesn't make play lawful in your state; it only means the casino doesn't block it. Check our states hub and the Kansas page.
Is it legal to play at Las Atlantis in the USA?
Las Atlantis isn't licensed by any US state, and whether you may play there depends on your state's law. Seven states license their own online casinos, and others have no licensing system. UIGEA targets payment processing rather than players, while some states, such as Mississippi, say online casino play for money is illegal. Read are online casinos legal in the US and our offshore casino legality guide.
Does Las Atlantis pay out?
Las Atlantis publishes some payout rules, but not processing times. Its terms set a $150 minimum withdrawal and say ID approval takes 2–3 business days; payout speed beyond that isn't published. No complaint statistics were found in the sources we used. Our Las Atlantis withdrawals page covers the details, and do offshore casinos pay out explains the general risks.
Are the partner casinos safer than Las Atlantis?
Not in a regulatory sense: they're offshore and unlicensed by any US state too. Slot Madness was named in a Michigan cease-and-desist release on August 14, 2025, and reviewers report slow payouts at both Royal Ace and Slot Madness. Their licenses are reported inconsistently by third parties. Compare the detail in Royal Ace vs Slot Madness and our Royal Ace review before deciding.
Is Las Atlantis Casino legit for crypto players?
It's set up for crypto, but that adds risk rather than removing it. The welcome page lists Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, BNB, XRP, Dogecoin and USDT, and the headline bonus is crypto-only. Crypto transfers generally can't be reversed, so if a payout is refused there's no chargeback, and Las Atlantis names no company you could pursue. A CFPB bulletin found 'money was not available when promised' in 16% of crypto complaints it reviewed. Send a small test deposit first. See are crypto casinos legal and our crypto casino scams guide.
What software does Las Atlantis Casino use?
Las Atlantis doesn't name its software providers on the pages we rely on, as checked on October 28, 2026. That matters for trust, because a named studio at least tells you whose games, and whose return-to-player settings, you're playing. Without it, you can't check a game against a provider's published specs. Ask support which studios supply the lobby before you play for money. Our casino software providers guide explains what a provider does, and are slots rigged online covers how fairness is normally checked.
Is Las Atlantis Casino legal in Louisiana?
Louisiana doesn't license online casinos, and Las Atlantis holds no Louisiana license, although its terms don't exclude the state. The Louisiana Gaming Control Board announced enforcement against illegal offshore wagering in June 2025 and sent more than 40 cease-and-desist letters to offshore and illegal sweepstakes operators in fiscal 2024–2025. State law on gambling by computer, La. R.S. 14:90.3, is the main statute. We don't say playing is lawful for you, or that you'll be prosecuted. Read the Louisiana state page and can I get in trouble for playing online casinos.
Can I trust the Las Atlantis bonus terms?
Read them carefully, because the casino's own welcome page contradicts itself in places. Its VIP crypto offer is headed $2,200 while the body text says $22,000, and the page carries several packages with different wagering. The headline crypto welcome is clearer: 40x deposit plus bonus, a $10 max bet and a 30x-deposit payout cap. Ask support to confirm the offer you're getting in writing, and take a screenshot before you deposit. Our Las Atlantis Casino bonus page has the full math, and how to read casino terms shows what to check.
What should I do if Las Atlantis delays my withdrawal?
First check the published rules: the terms say ID approval takes two to three business days and set a $150 minimum withdrawal, so a small balance or missing documents can stop a request. Ask support in writing what is outstanding, and keep dated copies of every chat, the terms and your transaction records. Las Atlantis names no company and gives no license number, so there's no regulator to escalate to; independent complaint sites are the main outside option. See casino ADR and complaints and why is my casino withdrawal pending.
Can I play Las Atlantis on my phone?
Las Atlantis doesn't publish a mobile app on the pages we rely on, so expect to play in your phone's browser. Real-money offshore casinos generally aren't in the Apple App Store or Google Play, and fake apps or unofficial mirror sites are a common phishing route, so type the address yourself or use a saved bookmark. The legitimacy picture on a phone is the same as on desktop. Our guides to playing on iPhone and phishing scams explain how to stay safe on mobile.
Do I have to pay tax on Las Atlantis Casino winnings?
Yes: winnings are taxable federal income even from an offshore casino like Las Atlantis that doesn't send US tax forms. For payments made in 2026, the W-2G reporting threshold for slot winnings is $2,000. From tax year 2026, the loss deduction is reportedly capped at 90% of losses; check IRS guidance. If you're paid in crypto, keep the dollar value on the day each payout arrives. Our W-2G form page and big win taxes guide explain what to report.
